I found RCMS when two other auto tags businesses told me inaccurate information, which led me to misunderstand what I was trying to accomplish. I walked in, told Steve the circumstance, and he figured it out and told me what needed to be done and pointed me in the right direction. Although he had nothing to gain because my issue was more related to insurance, he guided me in the direction that lead to resolution. It made me realize that if he went through the steps of taking care of me in this detail imagine what he would do if I were a customer. Whenever I need the services that RCMS provides, I will definitely bring my business back here. Steve "sold me" on the care that he displayed and that means a ton because there are auto tags businesses all over. Thank you again for the care and respect that you showed.

Negative experience: The guy misspelled my name on the registration even though I gave him my ID (its literally on there lol), then charged me for applying for a new registration. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Went in today for a title transfer and tag. The gentleman that was conducting the transaction was professional and articulate. However, the prices on their price list are “3 years old”. I was expecting to pay the price on the list, which was $219.00 before the transaction was complete, he quoted a price of $420! Although he offered to do it for $380 acknowledging the error on his price list. I informed him that I was prepared to pay the price on his list. He said he couldn’t do it for the price on the list. He canceled the transaction and I went a few doors down and paid $242. Very overpriced! Wont be going back there for anything else.

Negative experience: The guy doesn’t know what he is doing, I google his business from google and went to him for 2020 Escalade registration. This was purchased from Seattle and they mailed him a check that was supposed to cover all expenses but this dude wanted me to pay him additional $750 because he thought I didn’t know how to go about it, so I asked him to stop the fowl play. At the end of the day this dude called me that he only have TRUCK tag available and I declined. I asked him to get me regular Tag of which he agreed but ended up put the TAG with TRUCK written on it. This happened in August last year, as we speak he has not been able to fix this mess and he no longer take my calls. Please do not go to him for business, he is not good at it at all.

Negative experience: If I could give this establishment a ZERO star rating, I would. I was told that heat in the car I purchased would be fixed when I came back in. I got the car three days ago and the engine light is already on and I was told that I had to pay them to fix my heat. I've been told to come back for the past two days which I did to no avail. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I wouldn't even get an air freshener from there. SCAM ARTISTS AT ITS BEST.
