Fantastic experience: I've been under Dr Christie's care for about 4 or 5 years. My experience has been phenomenal! The staff has been great! I'm in the best shape of my life, I'm more educated on my health and overall well being. I received Prolotherapy for knee pain. I was experiencing knee pain for almost a year. I was going to a chiropractor regularly and that helped but wasn't consistent. Since the Prolotherapy, I'm back to working out, jogging and working with very little to no pain. Thank Dr Christie and Staff for your help and customer service!!

Negative experience: What a terrible service, the wait for a patient's care can last more than 1 hour, they give more than 5 appointments with the same doctor at the same time, the wait is eternal, they play with people's time.

Negative experience: This is a totally unprofessional and ill equipped service model. This is by far the worst experience of our entire life. The lack of professional rapport and system capacity is appalling. I’m very intentional about connecting my son to professionals that look like him and supporting identity affirming but this was disgusting. Thus, , we drive 40 minutes to this location. For no less than 3 months I’ve been requesting my son’s ASTHMA medication to be filled. Not a single entry for the many calls was documented, nor was the prescription sent, no apology, no troubleshooting. After finally being pissed to unsustainable levels was i termed “angry for being out on hold”, i was never allowed to speak with a doctor, offered to finally schedule another appointment because now he’s outside of the time period allowed for a prescription to be written, and i had to change my entire work schedule in order to accommodate the visit because though teleconference was available under our insurance the procedures don’t allow for such for asthma. I love how the alignment to procedures is adhered to for protection of the entity but not for the wellbeing of the patient. Deplorable! We evidently need a new doctor.

Positive experience: Good Dr's but very slow service... takes so long for you to see the Dr.

Negative experience: Not a fan of this office. I was looking for a new PCP my first visit was okay. I did wait close to an hour for Dr. Lawson to come in the room. I didn’t think much of it until my second appointment. I was left waiting in the patient room for over an hour for Dr Lawson to come in. I did receive lab work and was told it would take 2 weeks for results. I’m not used to this process at all. After 2 weeks, to review my results I was expected to pay another copay?! In addition to now receiving medical bills of tests the Dr. did not express were outside of standard procedure. This office is money hungry and slow! I will not be returning.

Negative experience: I have been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby and now I'm not sure if I will be bringing her back I made an (09/29/23)appointment for my daughter on Friday due to ear problems got there 2ish appointment was for 2:45 pm all front desk staff and doctor assistants were good. We waited about an hour and asked how much longer the assistant came and told me he was on a call with a provider ok we waited much longer Dr.Tatum finally came in the room at 4:08 pm no apology he checked my daughter's ear he said he saw a white object he told me to look up a doctor on my phone he didn't give me a referral I felt like he rushed and didn't take time to checked my daughter out I ended up taking her to the ER and the doctor there diagnose her with An external ear infection.

Negative experience: You know I can say this is by far the most unprofessional, unreachable doctors office it makes no sense why nobody answer the damn phone never email you back when you can’t get in touch with them it’s annoying how the hell are we supposed to make appointments and call and check up on things when they don’t respond Y’ALL NEED TO DO BETTER there’s no way in hell nobody is in the office really for appointments and they still take damn near two hours to come back and see you !!!

Positive experience: I love my chiropractor there! She is the best! This is not a modern or fancy office. But I appreciate professionalism and knowledge. I like it.

Negative experience: Very bad first experience as a new patient for my husband and I both. Appointment at 3:15, by 4:50 still never seen by a physician Dr. Tatum and we finally walked out. 4 hours wasted including drive time and I arrived early to complete paperwork and checked in online through there portal. I should bill them for my lost wages and gas money. Never ever again will I go or recommend them to anyone. I have never written a bad review on a physician’s office but today was the worst.

Fantastic experience: Nice Family Oriented Practice. Very caring. They offer a spin on Holistic wellness optiobs also. They have several locations in Atlanta from Tucker to Hapeville. The Tucker location offers an interior Gym upstairs for your needs.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is the most unprofessional that I’ve ever seen. They don’t call the pharmacy to confirm if they received your prescription. It has been about a month since the Dr. Prescribed me medicine. They said they sent it to the pharmacy but the pharmacy says it is not there. This went on for weeks. Mind you, I work every single day of the week so I go and pick it up after work. still not there. There is no telling how much business that they have terminated for that poor Doctor. I will never do business with them again in my life and I’m almost 100% sure that I’m not the only one. The way they operate is foul and they should never have the opportunity to work in this field. The medical and wellness field is something that you really have to have passion in. If you don’t have a strong passion, it is NOT for you!

Negative experience: I only left one star because you can't post your review without one. My sister has been patient here for years with both centers (Hapeville & Tucker). The experience here, particularly in Hapeville, started off successful but through the years is so stressful because of the lack of care...both medically and customer service. The turn over rate is so high so by the time my sister would connect with her provider, they would leave. Therefore, she would basically have to start over again. The lack of professionalism is absurd. My sister doesn't have insurance and pays out of pocket so you would think they would respect her time and money...they don't. Even if she had insurance, there should be a level of care. It is very disappointing for so many reasons but one it is a Black owned business and the expectation is they would put extra care for their community and patients being that most of them are of the same ethnicity and culture. Today specifically, my sister had a tele-health appointment at 11:15 am. She has been on the call since 11:11 am and it is now 11:39 am. I have called the office 4 times and they have not answered. Ridiculous! It is my hope either the office gets it together or stop providing service because it seems obvious the passion and care has left the building.

Fantastic experience: I have loved this place for a long time. They combine typical Western medical care with holistic and alternative care. I like all the providers I have been serviced by and the front desk staff are friendly, efficient, and caring. Even the times I've had to advocate for myself, the nurse practitioners and doctors weren't dismissive. Even better, there were a couple times they proactively caught things. Their hours work for me and I've been able to get in fairly quickly if I have an immediate health need. I'm so glad I came upon this gem and I intend to stay with them even if my insurance changes again.

Negative experience: It’s so crazy!! I took my daughter to them after I call them week before and scheduled that to take the flu shot only.. They make me to wait 55 minutes.

Positive experience: Both locations are terrible! I was the Hapeville location when the customer service just went down the drain So I went to the Tucker location which is now a nightmare every time I visit They don't listen they don't follow up They call prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy They do not give you your lab results And they have a very very high turnover rate Dr Tatum is horrible he doesn't listen to anything he does what he wants to do and than expects you to come back and see if his quick fix works I sent my father today and they my baby sit for 2 hours and take with her for less than a minute When I asked to speak with Dr he walked out the room and room never came back When I called the front desk after paying cash They TOLD to bring her back we just day for the hours actually not And never AGAIN

Fantastic experience: They did a great job with my kids. I can definitely tell the difference in their smile. Their teeth are a lot whiter. They took the time to make them comfortable as new patients. Also took the time to thoroughly clean and examine their teeth a lot better than there formal dentist. Thank You

Negative experience: They don't answer their phone, I'm trying to get a refill on essential medication and they have been unresponsive to me or my pharmacy for a week. I've been a patient of theirs for at least four years now. The quality of care has dropped sharply in the last six months. Edit: went to their physical location to ask why they haven't been answering their phone. They claimed they don't answer during lunch. But they had three people sitting in the office none of them eating and had just let my calls go unanswered right before I walked in the building. I said that neither I nor my pharmacist had been able to contact them in a week. When my doctor left their practice nobody contacted his patients to let them know so they wouldn't experience medication interruptions, and with them not picking up the phone and no longer having an answering service, there was no way to get in contact with them to find out. Luckily I live very close by so I could physically show up at their location. I will be finding a new GP. I can no longer trust these guys to care enough about their patients to answer a phone. They may be prepared and equipped to write prescriptions for children with colds but not someone with ongoing chronic healthcare and medication needs.

Negative experience: Significantly be careful! Don't be a victim. Totally Fraudulent place. Person with objective evaluation ability cannot give more than three points here. They registered on the USCIS site that they can fill out Health documents. However, They do not know the official way to write the document. Their document they creat were rejected by USCIS. Now Im on the situation that almost be kicked out of America Leaving my American wife alone behind. Wife cried so bad and I got suffer. My wife and I requested a refund for the $650 messed up document fee but ANWAN refused on the phone. This place is very morally wrong and no conscience. Awan took $650 for work they can not handle, and they do not even give a refund. Again, Be careful. I still holding a recipt paper that I got from them and Oficial refusal Mail from USCIS. These are the 100% raw ture of Anwan's nature that they show to someone who needs help. Based on their moral laxity, It is also questionable whether they provide sincre care to patients. Psychopathic Servant of Evil who do not work, only focus on getting money. They completly ignore victim's pain amd tears they caused. It is deplorable that there is such an immoral place in the 21st century. I hope everyone safe in justice.

Positive experience: Was seen there a week ago. Was there 3 hours ! I thought they had forgotten about me. Called 4 times to try to figure out why my script was never called in and sent a message. No update.

Negative experience: Very rude 25ish y.o hispanic lady at front desk!! Had trouble getting me an appointment (after telling me they don't accept walk-ins), had forever getting back to me (literally had to get her attention) then very rudely spoke to me while I was trying to fill out paperwork. In other words, I never even got the help I needed.

Negative experience: I went for a COVID test and the lady was very condescending with me and made me waste my waiting time for nothing. And I even called before going to make sure, and they don’t answer the phone. Don’t come here, this place is not worth it. It seems like everyone works here angry as if they hated their job. And you pay the price for it.

Negative experience: The worst experience. I came in because my wrist was hurting me. I wanted an X-ray. the X-ray and visit took over an hour. I waited 30 mins to be seen, and then it took a while to be seen by NP. Then they sent me to get an ultra sound done, and they never followed up with me. The imaging was done at a different place, but they told me the radiologist would share results with the doctor and NP at Anwan. I tried to call to follow up, no response. Couldn’t even leave a voicemail because it was full. A waste of a visit. Don’t recommend

The communication is absolutely horrible they do not follow up properly about tests,, the front desk ladies are so rude on the phone as if you're bothering them. There are plenty of food pediatric offices to take your children to. Avoid this place!!!!!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They literally take your money and do not communicate with you. I paid for 3 sessions ipl service upfront and I my skin react and I didn’t want to continue when I asked for refund for 2 other sessions that I payed upfront and didn’t receive it they refused to refund me and they told do whatever you want, we either give you store credit or one sessions back. This is horrible. I’m so frustrated and I never recommend this place to anyone. Such a horrible experience.

I gave my opinion on why I didn’t want to provide a urine sample and she replied “ why would I trust somebody from off the streets”. They DO NOT have Doctors physically there they only have Nurse Practitioners. I would have not come here if I knew I was not going to be seen by a DOCTOR.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOTHER !!! I’ve had 3-4 appointments. Staff was late to every appointment except my very 1st one. When I say “late” I mean I was the first person at the office and NONE of staff had arrived, doors still locked and office still hadn’t been open. When I complained about it the “manager” claimed office didn’t officially open untill 9am but yet their staff continued to schedule appointments at 830am. The manager also claimed she was the first one in the office everyday but yet every appointment I was there literally before EVERYBODY, waiting outside ! My last laser hair removal session was September 2020. Come October the laser tech was out of office due to being ill. I was told when they came back I would receive a phone call to reschedule. November same scenario, no tech and no phone call. December same scenario only now they no longer have a technician and are looking for a replacement. I asked about compensation and the manager stated they were not compensating for the lost time and they were expecting to have a replacement by Jan 1st 2021. She also stated they were planning to start everyone’s laser packages over with no additional cost. It is almost February 2021 and I have yet to receive any phone calls regarding services. Manager is very nonchalant and shows no sense of care or urgency. I had to request to speak to her directly because she rather relate messages through a receptionist. UNACCEPTABLE ! My skin condition is basically back to square one and I have to start laser hair removal all over again, BUT with an office more responsible and professional. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I scheduled this massage appointment for a friend as a gift and they missed it I called to reschedule and sounds like a black lady trying to explain that they want be rescheduling if they miss the next appointment I said yes ma'am I understand do you have any openings for the day she states she wasn't finished talking and will not be scheduling another appointment and hung up. So unprofessional and rude I will not be referring anyone else here.

Fantastic experience: There are two ANWAN clinics here. The downstairs clinic is fairly ordinary but the people are very friendly. I go to the upstairs "Regen Center" clinic, which requires an annual subscription fee. But the doctor upstairs is one of the best in all of Georgia for anybody who is looking to achieve good health through a combination of traditional medicine and natural/herbal supplements. If you are looking for a concierge doctor, you get the doctor's cell phone number to text at any time.

Negative experience: This office should not be able to service children ever at any given time. Appointment is scheduled for 3pm reach the exam room 3:40 still not seen by an doctor btw there aren't any doctors on site just nurse practitioners you speak to a nurse as to why such a hold up for a simple referral when the child was just there no accurate answer they force an appointment for an referral instead of over the phone then the rooms aren't being sanitized properly they have paint chipping and dust everywhere on numerous occasions with my children they rather see adults first versus getting the children out of the way first as well adults and children within the same waiting area masks are basically a joke to these so call medical professionals and to proceed forward they can care less if your upset or not about there services and apparently no one knows who they work for so they can't provide the information to make a formal complaint they need to reevaluate there entire existence they don't believe a word you say about whats wrong with your child they guess if possible try to keep your children far away from these individuals they need extreme guidance

Positive experience: I arrived to a very helpful and friendly staff. Ms. Anna has always been extremely kind to me. After finding out my A1C was back within normal limits Dr. David was genuinely happy and excited for me and it really gave me a great feeling. Ms. Ojumu was very attentive and matter of fact. I was in and out. Great visit. After my last conversation with this office I truly started looking for a new PCP. They've restored my Faith in this office!!!!

Positive experience: Everyone is soooo friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that everyone seems squeamish there about hernia exams. All my life doctors have said, "turn your head and cough", but these guys don't seem to want to do that exam. I think I may have one and told them so, but they said I'd have to go to the gastroenterologist for that. I like these people though and otherwise am thrilled with them. They all take their time with you -- doctors and nurses. I've been two or three visits now for yearly physicals.

Negative experience: This place unfortunately deserves 0 stars because the customer service and professionalism is honestly really poor. The lasers also don't work well because I've been to other places where I've started seeing results in just a couple sessions. I got it cheap on Groupon so I guess you get what you pay for. Also, if you're late by a couple minutes, even if you call, they cancel your appointment and charge $25. I see that someone mentioned deceptive practices in their review, and that is really what goes on here. For lasers that don't seem even effective, unprofessionalism, & lack of any type of customer courtesy, you'd be better spending your money elsewhere.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with treatment here. They rushed me through, would not listen to me, and kept trying to push a blood test on me that was both unnecessary and not as informative as the skin test would have been, and then contradicted what an allergist said about how the skin test was better. Wouldn't give me a referral to an allergist and instead pushed an ENT referral. I was promised a prescription for ear drops to treat my infection but they called in a prescription for Flonase nasal spray instead - which neither treats my ear nor is any good for my sinuses. The facilities are dirty as well.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this clinic. I had shockwave therapy for my plantar fasciitis which served me better than just physical therapy by itself. I’m back at 100%. Appreciate the approach to medicine using both allopathic and naturopathic means to alleviate and cure illness.

Negative experience: The African lady nurse practitioner adejok ojumu is rude, she over talks you she doesn't listen and I was constantly offended by her remarks.then she finished by saying she had other patients and I wasn't finished telling her what was wrong. DONT GO TO HER!!

Negative experience: Stay away! I purchased a groupon for 3 IV therapy (Meyers Cocktail) treatments. Even though I presented my groupon before services were rendered and Anwan Wellness redeemed the groupon, I received a bill in the mail for over $300. It took numerous phone calls, messages and letters to get the error corrected. The worst part is the expiration date on the vial of the Meyers Cocktail expired a year before they gave it to me. The IV treatment made me feel sick and I never went back to redeem the other 2 treatments.

Negative experience: Anwan Regenerative Center is horrible! I have laser sessions with a wonderful Practitioner there ! They let her go! I called up there and got an attitude from the lady bc I asked for a refund! I don’t want anyone else doing my service ! The person before they had a doctor doing the services and he was burning people !! I know the girl who was burned ! Terrible! Please don’t go here ! Also if your just getting a message or aesthetic session these people have access to your medical records!!! No one signs a HIPA release form!!! So illegal !!!

Negative experience: Waited two hours for simple test. Finally left without seeing doctor. Nurses had trouble getting blood pressure reading.

Negative experience: They drew my sons (a 3 yr old) blood only for me to keep calling and hassling then about the results.After I’ve been calling they finally call me a week later just to tell me the specimen isn’t a viable sample and I will need to bring my son back in office.A doctor drew my sons blood himself so what makes them think I’m going to bring my child back and put him in the hands of the same provider who messed up the first time.We don’t just give out blood like it’s free water.Dr.Evans is great but there facility needs some improvement
