Fantastic experience: Dr Segal is an excellent chiropractor and has a wonderful team. He takes a very excellent assessment before starting any treatment, which includes x-rays. This is very important because it Gives him important medical knowledge Based on your individual muscle skeletal system to prevent injuries. Just follow his system and you’ll get results!

Fantastic experience: Dr. John and I work out at the same gym. He's very aware of his surroundings and sensitive to other people. I say this because he noticed I was uncomfortable with shoulder pain during a workout and he went out of his way to go from workout buddy to Dr Healer. He offered for me to come and see him at his office that same day and I did. We spoke about the benefits of injections because I need a total shoulder replacement after an injury on the job. I'm blown away at his professionalism and caring. I will be following thru with the procedure and will post another update here

Negative experience: We just moved to Delray and were aching from moving. My dad purchased a groupon here for a massage and was having trouble pulling it up. The front desk person was extremely impatient, unhelpful, and rude to him. We left because we felt we were being mistreated, and I emailed and asked for a refund or a trade-in, which I got 0 response to. I would recommend more compassion and patience especially with the elderly.

Positive experience: Everything was phenomenal. I loved the environment. The doctor of the practice was very kind and nice. I went in for an IV. The only thing that I could say it was out of pocket was when I asked pricing and was told “am I really asking for prices?” Price points are very very important in my book not everyone can afford everything.

Negative experience: Britney at the front desk is so extremely rude and condescending that I would never step foot back in this place so long as she is employed there. It seemed like a great establishment until the very second I walked through the door. I was not welcomed warmly and spoken to with an unacceptable and demeaning attitude. It was not clear about what services I would be receiving when she knew full well that I had a Groupon and could have explained that when I was booking. When I booked i thought the exam was a part of it as the Groupon was very misleading. Never have I had someone in the service industry speak to me in that tone when I was asking very reasonable questions. The only way I would ever consider going back would be if I could guarantee that I would not have to interact with her. I cannot speak to the actual services provided, but in looking at previous reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences with this individual. I hope they will consider her demeanor as a factor in the success of the business going forward. To summarize, I am disgusted at the way I was spoken to. I can guarantee she is a negative factor in the success and reputation at My Bodyworx.

Negative experience: I would NOT recommend going here. I had several issues with them. Firstly, their phone was never answered whenever I called. After finally resorting to email, I received a condescending response claiming they never received my calls, despite both my fiancé and I attempting to contact them multiple times. I eventually managed to confirm an appointment. On the day of my appointment, my aunt passed away, and I immediately called to notify them that I couldn’t make it. I had been dealing with back pain for weeks and was eagerly anticipating this appointment. It was not a decision I made lightly. However, I had to rush to the other coast to support my grieving uncle. A week later, I reached out to reschedule, but they informed me that they would not take responsibility for the missed appointment and that they couldn’t fill the slot with another client. This response was insensitive, considering they were aware of my recent loss. This entire experience left me feeling terrible. I have no intention of returning to MyBodyWorx, and I strongly discourage anyone from considering their services due to their rude and inconsiderate behavior.

Positive experience: Well I have say that the girl that does messages is great. She’s sweet & kind. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the receptionist. I was bringing my 90 yr old mom for messages, but once I tried to postpone the apptm cause mom was not feeling well. The receptionist would not accommodate us not even for another day, she claims she couldn’t fill out that one hour with someone else, ever. Of course, I had already paid in advance!!! So she basically said use or lose it.. well I dragged mom in for her last massage. So I had already recommend 2 of my friends. Needless to say they won’t be joining either. There are plenty of other places !!

Fantastic experience: I have had great experiences at My BodyWorx. Working with Dr. Segal and his team, I continue to succeed on my journey. I begin a with a few weeks in the semiglutide and nutritional infusion treatment for about 4 weeks getting ready for the 5 week weight loss program, and on day 14 into the weight loss program, I have lost over 40 pounds and I continue to feel great as my health is improving daily. I am excited as my work with this wonderful staff continues.

Fantastic experience: Well I was constantly getting headaches and knew something was wrong. I'm on Facebook and came across their ad for 29.00 visit. I called and made an appointment. I walked in and was greeted by Brittany then met Dr Segall whom I was very impressed with and then Dr. Steve and I have been going 3xs a week along with some exercises to do at home. Well 18 weeks have passed and I feel like a totally new person thanks to these marvelous people. If your having neck or back pain these are DEFINITELY the people you want to help you become pain free.

Negative experience: I was made to believe by the doctor that my chronic neck pain would start to subside within weeks of treatment, and would be fully healed within months. I stuck with the program religiously for 6 months, ZERO relief. Went to multiple doctors and surgeons who told me after looking at my x-rays and MRI (that were also seen by Dr. Segal), that there was no way a Chiropractor was going to fix my problem. Complete waste of so much time and SO MUCH money ($3500++).

Fantastic experience: I am updating my review today because I would like to share how beneficial Spinal Decompression therapy with Dr. Stephen Marofsky is for my worn down spinal disks and sciatic pain. Spinal decompression therapy with Dr. Stephen for just a month twice per week has relieved pressure on nerves and reduced radiating pain down to my left leg and tingling sensation in my foot. When the surgery is not an option and desire to live drug free and feel better every day is there, I highly recommend talking to Dr. Stephen at My Bodyworx about this relaxing and very effective procedure which helps take the injured disc back into its cavity and restore your movement and mobility without any surgical invasion. Dr. Jon Segal, the founder of My Bodyworx Wellness center, and his staff are team of professionals oriented to help people by all means. I am suffering chronic scoliosis pains and have tried numerous chiropractors through out my life, but only here I found all the answers to my doubts and questions and most desired continuous pain relief. Fantastic experience: Sciatica Repair!!! I have been suffering with sciatica for at least 10 years. I have done 3 sets of the DRX machine which is 24 times each over that period -that had temporarily eased my discomfort. But it never felt as good as the treatment I have done at My Bodyworx. I am actually shocked at how good I feel as if it’s gone!!! I went to Dr. Siegel and he introduced me to the Pettibon technique. After 2 months of head weighting and adjustments, I am literally so happy to say I am out of pain!! I definitely recommend him to anyone in back pain! Negative experience: Disappointed! Mislead . I bought a groupon for a massage they would not honor it. Not expired either. Because I found a advertisement special on Facebook and came in a year ago for a consultation with the chiropractor( no treatment) Amy( the lady that works there) said I could not use my Groupon. Which I could understand if I used a groupon for service there before but that was NOT the case! Too bad Bodyworx you lost a new patient. I was ready to invest in maintaining good health and I wanted to use you 2x a week! Your loss! You offerd for me to pay $50 which would be plus $35 which I already paid groupon that would be $85 plus tip $100 No discount! P.S Groupon will not give me a refund because they only allow up to 3 days after purchased for refund.

Fantastic experience: Where to begin! I've suffered from back pain since I was 13 years old. I was basically given a back brace at 14 and told "Good Luck!" Now nearly 16 years later I decided to give My Bodyworx Chiropractic a shot and I have not been disappointed! They came up with a comprehensive plan for me and I've been able to stick with it. The pain in my shoulders is gone and my back feels stronger than ever. I can't thank you all enough!!

Negative experience: 7/8: I would give the massage five stars but the staff two stars. I came in wearing my mask but the two girls at the front didn’t have masks on and I even asked them why? I’m protecting them wearing my mask but they said the boss doesn’t require it. The only other two workers there in scrubs weren’t wearing masks either. If it wasn’t for their total disregard for COVID, I would have purchased a massage package.

Fantastic experience: I got a massage today from Nikolette and she was great. She wore a mask, I felt the whole establishment was really working hard to keep everything CvC clean. The massage was just what I needed after 3 long months of stress! I’m looking forward to my next one.

Fantastic experience: I started out with a very debilitating case of sciatica in July 2018 out of left field. After attempting PT, acupuncture, and some other methods to get some relief from the discomfort I was in, I sought out information and read a lot to find alternative methods and was willing to try anything other than pills. I stumbled across MyBodyWorx on a Facebook post and decided to enlist a friend to go to one of the Tuesday night talks at Harvest Seasonal Grill to learn more as I was intrigued. While I found Dr. Segal's talk fascinating, I will still a bit skeptical, but went in for the consultation, had X-rays done and still on the edge, decided to give it a try. I am beyond thrilled I took the leap of faith and trusted my gut instinct that this was a place that not only cared about their patients, but truly are knowledgeable about complete Spine Health. Dr. Segal knows his stuff, Dr. Frank is a joy and gives amazing adjustments, Lilly is terrific...every person on staff there is a joy to work with. I've also had a great massage there and enjoyed a complimentary session with Aaron for stretching who is also extremely knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend, and often do, anyone with issues to consult with Dr. Segal and without any reservation or hesitations. It's been a long journey to getting back to normal, but I've learned so much along the way and I'm thankful I chose this outstanding practice as part of my wellness and didn't give up. Dr. Segal told me it would take between 12-18 months for relief and the symptoms I had to dissipate and sure enough, it was around the 15 month mark that I experienced the disappearance of the nerve tingling, numbness and any lingering discomfort. I am truly grateful for the continued encouragement and pleasant dispositions of everyone at MyBodyWorx that helped me stay focused and positive throughout my journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to My Bodyworx for about 1 1/2 years now, and this is the first time in my life that I feel my spine has actually been corrected. When I first met Dr. Segal and he reviewed my XRays, he told me it would take about 6 months to correct my conditions. I had scoliosis and curvature of the spine from car accidents and falling off of horses while growing up. With the help of Dr. Frank, I would say it took less than 6 months for my spine to be corrected! It was a complete miracle. I have been to several chiropractors during my lifetime, and this is the first time I felt it truly worked. They practice corrective care, and I followed their instructions and have freedom and health now. I am also a little taller, since my spine is straight! Negative experience: What a Groupon scam. You buy a multiple Groupon package and they get you in to use one. When you call to book another they are always so booked out you can’t get in. When you finally do they tell you the Groupon isn’t valid anymore. They are not about customer service. Ridiculous. Stay away and use another business that won’t take your money and not provide services.
