Fantastic experience: Not only do you get great care, it's like walking into a gathering place.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, you don't need to look any further. The doctors and the staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring and helpful. When I first went there several years ago I was in horrible pain and could barely walk. Dr Sansen was able to relieve some pain in that first visit. It took a little while but she helped me heal. I continue to see her twice a month for maintenance. When I tell you she cares, I mean it. Any time Dr Sansen learns something new in her practice, she will have an after hours free class where she teaches and shares what she learned.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 30 years and I highly recommend anyone with any back issues, etc to find out for themselves. I suffered with 3 to 4 migraines a week plus a swallowing problem due to a car accident back in 1978. In that 30 years, I have had maybe 5 headaches. In other words, a flat out miracle.

Negative experience: Very polite staff, treatments are effective but on occasion (3) occasions in my case just plain unprofessional behavior. If you don't mind sitting in an exam room for an hour when you're the only patient in the office only to then be seen for 2 minutes, billed and rushed out the door then this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I was having severe sacral pain to the point where I thought I had done permanent damage. After my 3rd or 4th visit (within the first week) I started noticing a huge difference in my mobility and my pain was decreasing significantly. I had been adjusted manually before and I didn’t see results like I have with Dr. Sansen. I love all the staff in the office. They are all so kind. One thing that kind of surprised me is when you’re getting adjusted and they are asking you questions about your pain, they leave the doors open and everyone can see and hear what’s going on. I know if you didn’t feel comfortable with that and you voiced that feeling they would probably accommodate and shut the doors during your appointment. Overall, I’ve had an awesome experience and I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind and caring! Every interaction was informative and good. I was hesitant about booking an appointment because my last chiropractor experience wasn't great, but Dr.Sansen let me know everything she was doing, she took my X-Ray (something my last chiropractor didn't do, but charged me for anyway) If you're thinking about booking, DO IT! Everyone is so kind and they treat you like they truly care about you getting help! They also give you a cute lil goodie bag on your first visit

Fantastic experience: Was suffering from debilitating back spasms. Called on a Friday, got in Saturday. Immediate relief after a session Saturday and an emergency session Sunday. Was a skeptic of chiropractic services. Dr Sansen and her staff have absolutely changed that. I am functional and thrilled with her service and skills. She and her practice served when the "traditional" medical practices were prescribing pills and dilly dallying with appts and referrals.

They wanted to do surgery again, and I said no. Since I've seen Dr. Sansen I'm seeing improvement. The staff is amazing as well. Dr. Sansen heart is helping her patients become pain free, and live a healthy life.

Positive experience: Had a great experience. After trying another chiropractor for my pregnancy i was looking for a little more specialized care. They spent a good amount of time finding out about you and any pains you have to tailor treatments to you. I also enjoyed having a full body adjustment rather than a quick side body crack like in the past. It was painful but in a good , i needed it, way. This office was very friendly and professional and their views on health align well with mine. I plan to continue throughout my pregnancy, postpartum and to bring my newborn. I will say though, they are very pushy about scheduling and it gives me anxiety anytime i go in. Ive booked an appointment before purely out of obligation. I just wish theyd be less pushy

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Sansen for well over 20 years. When I first saw her I was in a lot of back pain but was interested in drugs. Friends had suggested a chiropractor several times. I was a skeptic. Anyone I knew who went to a chiropractor never seemed to quit going. Several weeks of sessions with her greatly improved my symptoms. Then I learned about wellness care and have been a believer since. Can't say enough about her and her staff over the years!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Kitsap Chiropractic and Natural Health for the last 10+ weeks and I will continue to go weekly until I pop this baby out. (And then after) I truly appreciate Jennifer’s experience with prenatal care and adjustments; she has done wonders to help with the hip pain I’m sure would be so much worse without her. She even adjusts newborns! She uses the activator method for the most part, I was new to this but find that I walk away feeling relief faster than I did with manual adjustments. But before you ever get an adjustment they do a whole body analysis of what muscles you use more and on which side of your body then break it all down in easy to understand terms. I don’t recommend businesses like this lightly or until I’ve spent enough time to get a good feel for the folks I work at said businesses but between the lovely front desk ladies, Jennifer’s skill, and Murphy the office dog I am sold and this will be my longtime provider for body relief for the foreseeable future. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Wow! I needed release bad. I called them and they squeezed me in within a few hours. They are very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I had pain and a migraine that wouldn't go away since I hadn't been to a chiropractor for months. My migraine started going away instantly and the pain was subsiding. I am excited to go back. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was having burning sensation under my toes and pain on bottoms of my feet. One adjustment and pain/burning gone! ! Dr. Sansen listens!

Negative experience: I showed up today for my new patient exam. I had my mask on and opened the door and took a step in when I noticed the dog bed in the corner. I said I didn't know you had a dog on the premises? The gals up front said yes it was the doctors. I told them that I am epi-pen allergic to animals, it's the skin dander and the protein in the saliva of animals that I'm allergic to. So I stepped outside so they could speak to me further about it. While I was waiting, a patient came out with a dog with her from her appointment. I was not informed when I made the appointment about animals in the office which put patients like me in danger. Also, they were not following covid protocol, which requires masks to be worn at all medical and dental offices. There is no such thing as a hyperallergenic animal.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a chiropractor and I was very impressed. Staff was personable and Dr Chilton was both personable and very competent.

Negative experience: I do not feel like I got any benefit from these chiropractic “treatments”. If you are elderly, young, or otherwise physically fragile this “activator” treatment might be useful. But mostly I felt like the doctor just poked me with that activator stick and nothing changed. My visits were during the height of the COVID delta surge and the doctor didn’t wear a mask - that was really off putting to me. Plus there was a dog in the waiting area (not great for those of us with allergies, but I did have a mask on). The doctor did not seem very caring or personable. Afterward I got a creepy brochure in the mail telling me I need to keep coming to chiropractic treatments or my health would be at risk. I cannot recommend this place. I ended up going to a different chiropractor who works with a more active/athletic clientele and got results there.

Fantastic experience: First time at Kitsap Chiropractic and Natural Health and I’m already excited and ready to go back. Everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. Jess and Jade at the front desk took the time to explain insurance mumbo jumbo which was very refreshing and much needed. Dr. Sansen is knowledgeable, direct and thorough with her practice. It was so much easier on my back then the manual adjustments. I've only been in once for an adjustment and feel better already. Fantastic experience: Incredible experience so far! I have had chronic pain for 15 years and almost lost hope until I was referred here. I have only had my initial appointment and felt that this was more helpful and promising than all of the numerous professionals I have seen in the past for the same problem. Everything was explained every step of the way, I felt truly cared for, and I have regained hope that I won’t have chronic pain for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: All staff are adept at their jobs and caring! Dr. Sansen shows knowledge and a passion for helping her patients. She has used the Activator and Cold Laser to help me. Dr. Sansen, also, taught me some simple stretching exercises that can be done in 5-10 minutes. These exercises are gentle and meant to target several muscles in one step. I have Osteopenia and worry about bones cracking or breaking. Her methods are relaxing and gentle, yet still effective! I would definitely recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr. Sansen about a year ago. I had done a yoga move and next day ended up with Siatica. I was in such pain that I had to crawl on the floor to get to the restroom. I called Kitsap Chiropractic, and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Sansen worked on me, gave me good advice to alleviate the pain, and saw me often. Her professional techniques and gentle care brought immediate experiential results. I was so grateful to be able to have mobility again. I am a former physical therapist aide, who was a little sceptical about Chiropractic practice. Positive experience: I have been desperately seeking a chiropractor for about 10 years and could never find one that was taking new patients, or wouldn't take my insurance and out of pocket was just too much. The were kind and attentive and my Dr not only upfront and informative but also willing to work with her patients when it comes to finance. Not many practices these days care about people healing over people's pockets.

Ive been to the doctors for my shoulder and got misdiagnosed and then treated with contempt with i attempted to correct them. These doctors here hoaever actually listen to what you say! And then have the knowledge and experience to properly diagnose and correct the issue! Wish I came here months ago!

It was amazing with just one appointment my lower back stiffness and pains were gone - I am so so thankful. Wish I had made an appointment and sought care sooner, however I am in their healing hands now. I have been set up with a program to help me continue to feel better, one that’s manageable with my work schedule and they even have great pricing options for their clients too. The clinic is calming, informative, never a wait but you’ll have two adorable poodles that keep you company if you do - love that! Fantastic experience: My first visit to a Chiropractor and I loved it. I have done all the “conventional” treatments, all the way and up to surgery with and an endless supply of the prescription chemical highway from muscle relaxers to full blown opioids with no permanent relief other than Recreational Marijuana used solely for medicinal purposes. I believe the body the is best healer but, only if the central nervous system is firing properly. Dr. Jennifer Sansen just gave me my first adjustment and my lower back and neck are no longer stiff and I feel increased range of motion from one visit. I couldn’t believe that visit was cheaper than my other and only source of pain relief. I’m a believer now and I will return for much more spinal work. Sansen once had the same issue and how it was resolved for her. I started to feel improvement after my first session. They have a holistic approach.
