Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller and Armando were amazing. I just had my procedure today and I felt.so comfortable with them. they were patient with me and always made sure I was okay and they gave me ample encouragement. I am so excited to see my results!! thank you dr. miller and Armando.

Fantastic experience: I am 2 months post procedure. I had Abex. Dr. Flagg and nurse Tiffany. They were great and made me feel comfortable and I was confident in their capabilites. First, I'd like to say I did my research and determined this was what was best for me. Even after reading all of the bad reviews. Now that I have completed most of the process, I know the people who wrote the bad reviews did not do their research or did not do what they were told. It is not overnight, and it's perfect. There are things that you have to do post procedure for best results. this is worth it! The price, the recovery time, the results. I recommend doing it. The sooner you do it the more the return on your investment! Again: most of the bad reviews are people that did not do their homework. Also, I did not like the consultation. It's like dealing with a car salesman. Turns you off to it. But I decided to ignore that experience because I wanted this.

Positive experience: After I posted the following below a couple of representatives, one local one from the home office, called to apologize and set up another appointment,which I went to today. This appointment was what I would expect it to be,very apologetic and professional. After meeting with Devine I'm moving forward. I was very satisfied with the location and consultation. I've changed my star rating. Thank you reaching out and correcting the issue. I had an appointment today for a consultation. Arrived 10 minutes early to get the paperwork out of the way (why do you want my SSN? I don't think so!). 35 minutes after my supposed appointment time I'm still sitting in the waiting room, no acknowledgement that they're running late or any communication whatsoever. If you're running late or double booked SAY SOMETHING! what a major disappointment especially after driving almost 50 minutes to get there. The staff's reaction was very poor with only a "the consultant has you're paperwork so it shouldn't be too long now". Unless you have all day to sit in the waiting room to find out how expensive it's going to be, I'd find someone else.

Negative experience: I went there just for a consultation the ladie talk to me about the procedure and everything quickly presure me to do all the step already schedule surgery for less than a week, saw the Dr the same day then the Doctor told me something different about the healing downtime, I went home decided to go and read some reviews about them after careful read all these women complain about how bad they are, I've decided to canceled the procedure, now they told me they not gonna refund me my deposit money and make me responsible for a loan that i didn't receive any service for that money, please don't go to this place .

Fantastic experience: After reading all the HORRIBLE reviews y'all wrote. At first, I was skeptical about getting my procedure done. But, decided to proceed. I'm SO GLAD that I judge for myself and DIDN'T go off what I read. Dr. FLAGG and TAMEKA were BOTH AMAZING!! Dr. FLAGG DEFINITELY KNOWS his SHYT!!! The Sonobello staff, are HELPFUL and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. For those of you who want a MIRACLE and think you're going to come out looking like a 87lb Super Model, guess what! GOD is your ONLY answer. I just had surgery on Sept. 27, 2024. And I ALREADY see results. My suggestion to you ALL, it's OK to read reviews but... PLEASE judge for yourself. EVERYONE'S BODY CONTOUR IS DIFFERENT!

Positive experience: The three stars is me being generous. I had Dr. Flagg I think was his name. Black guy, bald head, unpleasant demeanor and attitude. He told me that he couldn’t remove the breast tissue around my armpits because it would grow back, now when I look back he was being lazy, I got a second opinion and I was told liposuction would’ve been the best way to remove it. The 3 hour procedure with was cut in half, he didn’t do a thorough job and honestly I’m not pleased about it, especially my stomach, which is a little lumpy.

Negative experience: I don't have a single word to express my self reg of this place, spend $5500 dollars Lipo Laser, and that is the wrong decision of my life, my lower belly is hanging and fat. I do not recommend to go to this place. The job that they did to me was a garbage. My belly was much better before the surgery.

Negative experience: I had the first appointment of the day. Waited for 40 minutes before giving up and leaving. People with appointment times after mine were seen.

Positive experience: June 1st made a year since I had my procedure. I had Lipo360 on my upper and lower stomach, love handles and back bra roll. I did see a difference immediately after the procedure but I noticed after the swelling went down around weeks 8-10 I felt and saw the areas fatty again. At my 6 month follow up I did mention to my surgeon that I was unhappy with certain areas and my back bra roll area looked as if nothing was done on one side cuz it was lopsided. I hadn't gained weight after my procedure and I did the massages and wore my faja for 16 weeks instead of the recommended 8 hoping it would help. There's clearly still fat in the treated areas and at that 6 month appointment I was told to lose weight and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. After spending almost $7k to be told to go the gym I was extremely irritated. If I had the time to be in the gym 5 days a week I wouldn't have needed this procedure and saved my money. I had lost 20 lbs before I decided to consider Lipo360 because my weight loss had plateaued for months. They say they have a customer satisfaction guarantee to touch up any area after you are healed. However, they do everything to not have to re-do or fix anything that you are not satisfied with. I'm only about 60% satisfied with my results and I hope anyone that is looking into having Lipo360 doesn't have the same experience. F.Y.I. I'm not a big person, I'm 5'2 and weiged 164 lbs the day of my procedure and I'm currently 150 lbs.

Negative experience: Just from calling them they are so unprofessional and have an attitude. No way I am going to them. Even if it’s free.

Positive experience: I got liposuction here 2 years ago and they had friendly people the doctor who did my surgery was really nice but it’s most definitely not worth the price I paid 12,000 for lipo and my stomach is lopsided it’s bigger one side now my stomach looks weird

Negative experience: Went for a consult and while the person I met with was very nice, prices are pretty ridiculous . 3 areas of the abdomen for 10k and that’s including a $2500 surgical fee. Your awake no anesthesia so a $2500 surgical fee is crazy. For 10k I can get lipo 360 and a breast job else wear.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to update my previous review. I am glad to say that Sonobello has worked closely with me and are helping me to obtain the results that I imagined for myself. I thank the staff for being so open and listening to my concerns and helping to get it all addressed. I look forward to my next steps in working with the staff and provider again and can’t wait to see my results. Thanks to everyone who’s been involved in my journey and transformation it means everything to me that my voice was acknowledged and heard.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with my surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Flagg and my nurse Tiffanie. They took the time to thoroughly explain the steps of the procedures both at my pre-op and again the day of my procedures. Tiffanie was warm and supportive throughout the procedure given me words of comfort and support throughout. The after care has been excellent. Dr. Flagg personally called me to check in on me that evening after my procedure and also returned my phone call regarding a medication question I had which is new to me since doctors usually have a nurse call me back. I am looking forward to my continued healing and recovery over the next 3 to 6 months and can't wait to see the final results! I would recommend Sono Bello, Dr. Flagg and nurse Tiffanie to everyone.

Negative experience: The Worst Mistake of my Life, do not go to this place, I had to go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to repair their mistakes!!!!

Fantastic experience: All I can say is that my experience was amazing specifically with Dr Jeffery Flagg and nurse Tiffany. I went in for chin and arm lipo. I did my research on Sono and I have to say, with the mix reviews I wasn’tto sure about this place but they were more affordable than most places I checked. So I decided to shoot my shot and I’ll give you my experience from top to bottom. First off, for the front staff, I have mixed feelings on their customer service. There are some that will give off a snooty vibe and some that are very pleasant. I had a consultation with a very nice woman named Elizabeth but I will say it felt sorta transactional but I could have misread the vibe. She was willing to work with me on my payment. I paid in full a few weeks later and set my appointment for my pre-op and surgery. Pre-op went well so not much to say there and my nurse even gave me a snack cuz I was hungry and my stomach kept growling lol. Day of the surgery I was nervous like most I’m sure but I was greeted by a kind male nurse at the door who checked me in and took me back to my room right away. Btw Tiffany was my nurse and Dr Jeffery Flagg was my surgeon. I was greeted by Tiffany who went over each and every detail about what I could expect from the surgery that day and was very honest on how the numbing medication injections could be uncomfortable but tolerable based off you pain tolerance. Now I am a big baby with it comes needles of any kind but she reassured me that the doc would take care of me. She even listened to my needs and requests. So fast forward, the doc comes in and greets me as well as reassured me that he would take care of me. He did his markings and gave me meds to calm my anxiety. we was on our way shortly after that lol. We go into the surgery room and I was still nervous but Tiffany had music playing and again comforted and assured me that i got this. I was cleaned off and laid down on the operating table. The doctor begins injecting me with numbing meds that only felt like tiny pinches. He made incisions in the spots that he numb and then went in with the second round of numbing meds which is an even longer needle that goes much deeper to numb the entire area that will have liposuction. He was VERY careful and gentle with the injections and again it only felt like little pinches here and there. He began the lipo after that and listened to me if I express I was uncomfortable in certain areas. I would sing the songs that played to calm my nerves and the doc made jokes and talked to me. At some point I just started to nod off to sleep here and there because there was really little in no pain at all. Once done Tiffany helped me up and took me back to my room to get dressed. She had my friend come into my room who was my ride home and gave us both my after care instructions. I was also given Dr Flagg number incase I needed to contact him with any concerns and was told that he would be calling me later that day to check on me which he did. Tiffany put me in a wheelchair and came all the way with us to the car and helped me in the car. Sorry for such a long review but I know when I do research on things like this I hardly every see people talk about their experiences and I think it is good to pass detailed information along to others who may be wanting to get surgery and are nervous about finding the right doctor to do it. Right now I am still swollen since I just had surgery today lol but I will say I can already see a difference in my arms and chin. I can’t wait until the swelling goes down so I can share my final results. Overall I give my experience an A

Negative experience: I cancelled appointment because I was pregnant and couldn’t do the surgery. $3500 they took claimed they returned the money and never did. Do not deal with them.

Positive experience: I went here 6yrs ago. Just wanted to see if they had gotten any better than what they did to me. After the procedure they tried to correct it with a few sessions applying a serum and with a small machine trying to even it out. It somewhat worked so I settled. However the dents came right back. I still have dents on my chin. Im looking for corrective surgery as well. Obviously somewhere else. Seems like things are still bad here.

Fantastic experience: The ladies are so friendly and make you feel comfortable from the start. The biggest reason I’m rating them 5 stars, is because they were upfront and honest with me. The procedure they COULD have talked me into would have actually made my situation worse. So instead of trying to convince me to do it anyway, I was told that it wasn’t my best option. Honesty is a rarity, especially in the medical field so knowing they had my best interest in mind makes them a stand-out office!

Fantastic experience: When I walked in everyone was really nice. As I got my position it was also great the doctor that I had was amazing. He did a very very good job on me so far so good the next morning. I woke up I'm not into much pain. I'm moving around. Thank God not a lot of pain lol. Everyone was very. Friendly and very nice. Negative experience: I did not have a good experience at the Oak Brook location. I felt not valued as a patient. They do not respect your time, financial situation, or the decisions you make for your own body. It's equivalent to a chop shop. Go to a real surgeon that will take the time to treat you and your body like the individual you are. There is that new company Squlpt, they're results look more natural then Sono Bello. Everyone check them out as an alternative.

Fantastic experience: Had my procedure done with Dr Flagg in Chicago on 11/30/22. I was very nervous about the pain level and the overall procedure itself. Dr Flagg made me feel very comfortable and there was no pain just a little tugging. I believe I was laughing at that. I am 4 days post-op and I can see a huge difference already. I’m excited about the rest of the journey!

Fantastic experience: I had chosen Sono Bello for my cosmetic laser assisted lipo. The doctor was very attentive and highly detail focused which really put my mind at ease going into my big day. I was very very pleased with my results post surgery! After my healing was well on it's way I began further treatment at Sono Bello. I began Venus treatments for my newly lipo'd tummy and my un lipo'd inner thighs. I was blown away with my results following these treatments and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to firm up any lose skin and really put the cherry on top of any lipo procedure! The staff for this facility was truly amazing and really made every visit a pleasurable experience for me! Particularly my Venus technician made my many visits well worth my rather long drive and made my visit really fly by! Very happy with my choice in Sono Bello!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the overall service at Sonobello Oak brook. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor. I want to thank all the nurses that worked with me and continue to work with me as a recover from surgery. Nurse Elena was amazing and kind and helped me feel comfortable as I was nervous on my my first day of surgery. Nurse Lucy for following up and checking on me and nurse Alisha who was my nurse at my second appointment, she was amazing and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you my doctor Dr Khawaja for the excellent work and and also following up with me after procedure, I am so happy with the results so far and cannot wait till I am fully healed. For anyone considering Sonobello, I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I am a completely dissatisfied customer of Sonobello and just had the most horrendous customer experience. I have had to wait over a year after being promised a revision procedure to correct issues from my first experience. Now I learn through the reviews that Sonobello management lied about my surgeon leaving to avoid having to do another procedure on their dime (they told me my surgeon was no longer with Sonobello a year ago, however I see reviews from 4 months ago). I would highly recommend and advise anyone considering Sonobello to evaluate your other options as this is not worth the price and they don’t honor their own terms. The management team at Sonobello has let me down with no attempt to resolve the matter.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the minute I came into the facility for my surgery to the minute I left were the most caring understanding and pleasant to be around. My surgeon A number one he was able to go with my anxiety and talk with me throughout the procedure which made my time much more pleasant and easier to deal with, thanks see you all. With the numbing process I never wore barely felt any discomfort same with the whole surgical process.

After lipo I decided to do the Venus treatment to tighten some loose skin and Tatiana was the best. She made me feel so comfortable and good about myself. I really enjoy our talks during my visits. Fantastic experience: My experience started with Shaena who did my initial in take. She was warm and welcoming. Belly was very nice. Nurse Lucy is very helpful and knowledgeable whe you return for your follow up visit. My surgery was done by Dr. K. very caring and explains what is being done. Fantastic experience: So I was extremely nervous about this whole procedure, but my nurse Lucy made me feel so comfortable. Her personality is what people need when they are considering surgery. The day of my surgery I was looking for her and she popped in to see me what a doll. My surgeon was Dr Flagg he was wonderful. I felt no pain during surgery so don’t believe the horrible stories. Fantastic experience: I am soooo happy i decided to get laser-lipo. My doctor was Dr. Flagg. He is amazing . He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The nurse was extremely helpful as well. I was in very little pain and laughed throughout the procedure. I was very nervous, especially after watching so many YouTube videos on lipo. I am 3 days post OP and my recovery has been amazing. The only time i feel pain is getting in and out of bed, and the pain goes away after a minute. I take my medication as prescribed. Thanks again sono bello, it worth every penny

Fantastic experience: Had my consultation this past Saturday 3/12 with Lindsey and she was great! Lindsey was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be booking my appointment soon for my procedure.

Positive experience: So, I went there for a consultation. Every video I watched said pricing depended on your BMI or how much fat you were removing and how many areas. However; I found out that’s not completely true. I’m very petite and have very little fat. My pricing was the same as a woman 3 times taller and 4x more fat that I. No matter what you’ll pay $1795 per section. They give extra discounts and try to make you feel as if they’re doing it just for you when in fact it’s standard procedure. The discounts offered to me amounted to $1700. Although I recognized the sales tactics; the staff was WONDERFUL. Very accommodating and attentive. When I get the procedure; I’m going there.

Fantastic experience: I came here for consultation on possible options of losing my belly fat that has become so unbelievably difficult to get rid off. First off the office was very beautiful and a serene atmosphere. Everyone I met was very warm and nice. I spoke with one of the patient care consultant kat, very pleasant took me through all possible options and asked what my expectations were. She was very helpful with details as well as follow up. I however haven’t made up my mind yet if surgery is what I will do otherwise I would definitely recommend them based off of what I have seen and heard of sono Bello.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased at the concern shown to make sure that the procedure chosen for me was the right choice. The person I spoke with went over everything in detail. Questions were asked on any health issues that could cause problems and what to expect afterwards , recovery time. Cost and financing was also a factor . Due to the Covid issues we are presently going through, care was shown every step of the way on what to do and how you , the patient will be cared for prior to and after procedure.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. The receptionist are really nice. I really enjoyed my consultation with Kat. She made me feel super comfortable about the entire process. She took her time to explain how everything would work and what my options were. We had great conversation while doing so and I love Kat’s positive energy. I’m looking forward to seeing my results.

Fantastic experience: This entire staff was phenomenal from the time I had my consultation until the time I got there the ladies at the front desk they were so nice as well as my two nurses Lucy.very nice made me feel comfortable I can always call her just to ask a few questions as well as Sheila she was very nice sweet she was my nurse during my surgery she talk to me she held my hand just very nice and Dr. Dylan oh my God phenomenal very nice doctor he talk to me during my whole process, the entire staff is just great I would highly recommend this location

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing. they make you feel so comfortable the moment you sit down for a consult. The day of my surgery I was more nervous, even the male nurse mike, was so reassuring made me feel comfortable and had me laughing before during and after. I am only 3 days post opp. So I can only review what I have experienced so far.:)

Positive experience: Had my procedure in November. For most of my experience, it was great. I can see results in my treated areas. Went in for my 3 month check up and told them I wasn't happy with my hip area. Thinking that was part of my procedure. Didnt know that it was a different area.. My problem is that I told my consultant my problem areas from stomach to thighs. She helped me figure out what to get done and said this is what I should have done, never said anything about my hips. I did what she said I should do. I had 5 areas done, upper and lower stomach, waist, inner and outer thighs, and paid $7000. They told me if I want to fix that area I would have to pay 3500 more. So now I have to hate how I look. I can't even change pant sizes because I have fat there.over five months after my procedure and I am so unhappy. Haven't dropped any sizes have a divit in my stomach. So after, going in for my 6th month post op. I have an appt with the surgeon to redo my procedure.. Now i have to wait 2 more months to see him. And then they said they are scheduling into September for procedures so by the time i have my procedure it probably wont be until November. A year after my first one. This is unacceptable. There is a reason why I did this. I didnt have to wait well over a year to hopefully look better. I have very important things going on this year. And since I have a divit in my stomach I am more self aware of how I look and defin dont want to wear a 2 piece. I was supposed to go to Hawaii and my daughters grad party. I wanted people to see a change and that will not happen. I am so disappointed. I hate looking in the mirror because I was supposed to see a difference and now I just look worse.

Fantastic experience: To the Oakbrook Team: Shaena truly cares about your client experience. The nurses are terrific, non judgmental, friendly, and truly care about you as a person and the nurses call to check on you during week. Dr.Bazell is friendly, honest , cares about your well being and advise on results and your after care . He Called the night of surgery just to check in on you and it’s like 930 at night. He cares and is not grumpy when he calls. Talks to you thru out surgery to check on your pain status. The front office is great too. Overall good experience. To anyone looking to do this remember it’s a lifestyle change after process and you will be happy with results in my humble opinion.

Negative experience: 4 years post surgery. I had 3 areas done but they take the same amount of fat as one area. I never felt that I got what I paid for, was lumpy and bumpy after, fat comes back in same areas. Wish I had known before I spent all that money cause it did nothing for me. Really sad.

Negative experience: Although the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The doctor that performed my surgery seemed to be put off by how much pain I was in and instead of chosing to make me more comfortable he did more on one leg than the other. They did not communicate with my reg doctor about my psin meds and it became unnecessary drama. Then the pandemic came and I feel like I was dropped like a hot potato. They got their money. I still have FAT filled inner thighs. I did.misd an appt. But I have rescheduled before without being comepletey dropped forgotten. OH BUT THAT WAS BEFORE THEY HAD MY MONEY. WATCH OUT. ITS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY. THEN FORGET YOU!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never been into a facility where the service and employees were so caring, friendly, willing to listen to ur concerns and acting on it. The staff is simply amazing from the time you walk into the door to leaving. The doctors are awesome they are honest with what they can and cannot do also what to expect. This is not my first rodeo with Sonobellos in Oakbrook however the service is always excellent.

Most people would be nervous and apprehensive to have any type of procedure done but sonobello has always made me feel at ease and comfortable to visit them whether it be pre op...post op..Venus sessions etc etc Everybody there has been a delight to deal with from the nursing staff to the doctors to the front office personnel and particularly Shaena who has helped me with a few ongoing issues and she has taken care of them flawlessly!
