Fantastic experience: After giving up on chiropractic help with constant pain, limited mobility, and diminishing strength throughout my entire back and neck, because every chiropractor or doctor throughout my military career always treated myself and other as just a number, I was finally convinced after about a year and half of loved one trying to talk me into giving this office a try. The amount of care and focus that Dr. Salamay and his staff showed, I hesitantly started to feel hope. Then, within just the first few weeks started noticing improvement, and that improvement has only increased, as well as my hope to living with less pain and start enjoying life again.

Fantastic experience: I had suffered for the last 9 months or so with dizziness and nausea, (vertigo); no fun! After trial and error and ruling out possible causes, I finally came to the conclusion it must be from an old neck injury I sustained from a car accident that happened years ago. I also sustained a lower back injury after a different accident a year thereafter. I figured my options were: seek treatment from an orthopedic specialist, which could mean surgery and / or physical therapy, take prescription drugs, or consider chiropractic care. I opted for the latter and am so glad I did. I chose Bay Clinic of Chiropractic because Dr. Salameh believes in treating his patient with a holistic approach and believes good nutrition and movement also plays a vital role in our everyday health outcome. I consider myself to be kind of a health nut and actually like to exercise but because of the vertigo I've really had to limit myself, so this excited me. I have been treated by 2 other chiropractors in the area in the past but neither have impressed me like Dr. Salameh. His knowledge base is impressive to say the least and his expertise in his field goes beyond what most would expect from a chiropractor. I personally have already benefited - I am no longer experiencing the effects of the vertigo. Such a relief!!! There are other spinal issues we are working through, and Dr. Salameh has recommended I continue my visits to see optimal results - I didn't hesitate to agree since I know what the alternative could be. If you are thinking about choosing a chiropractor, you won't regret choosing Dr. Salameh. He and his staff are true professionals. I think Bay County is truly blessed to have a doctor who doesn't limit himself to the confines of his specialty. He looks to see improvement in his patient's overall well-being by first taking time to listen, then finding the best solution going forward. Update: I am now about 2/3 of the way through my treatment program. I cannot stress enough how glad I am that I chose Bay Clinic of Chiropractic. Dr. Salameh with his team, Renee, Cherie and Hannah have all far exceeded my expectations. Wonderful, truly caring people! I feel so much better now; more balanced. I am once again able to do the things I struggled with doing before my adjustments. Even after I complete my treatment program, I am thankful to know that if I have any issues in the future, I know exactly who to call for help.

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Dr. Salamay does an excellent job of informing and explaining my issues and applying various medical knowledge to help address and treat the problems. I really appreciate that fact that Dr. Salamay is very knowledgeable in not just Chiropractic care but also Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Neurology. It’s impressive he takes the time to be well informed in the vast ways that our bones, muscles, nerves, and hormones function in unison to fully understand now only how to treat the symptoms but address the underlying issues and get to the root cause of the problem. My pain has practically gone away and I’m mid-way through my 90 day treatment plan. I high recommend you give him a chance if you suffer from chronic pain or anything else that he covers in his practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Salamay has been instrumental in helping me with some service-connected back issues I developed while serving in the Marines. I had seen another chiropractor previously who helped a lot but never resolved all of my issues. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here with staff and Dr. Salamay. They did a consultation with great consideration for my pain level and we talked in great detail about a treatment plan that would fit my needs and schedule. My questions and comments were always considered and answered to the best of their ability and my treatment has considerably improved my condition with pain management and range of motion- I feel nearly normal again! I am still ongoing treatment as I feel I still have room to improve, and I am confident that Dr. Salamay will get me to where I want to be. UPDATE: I recently had a serious fall which crippled my back and derailed my progress- I was reduced to limping along with a cane. I went to see Dr. Salamay for an assessment and care and after just 2 adjustments he was able to get me back into alignment and mitigate much of my pain. Now I am cane free when I was worried I would be headed to surgery!

Fantastic experience: My wife has been going to for a few months now. After seeing her positive results. I was interested, she got me in for a consultation for some pain in my hip and shoulders. We found out the root cause was mostly from an issue with my neck that really needed to be addressed. I'm very thankful for Doctor Salamay and the staff, they caught this issue with my neck before it got to a point where it couldn't be fixed! This was the first time I've been to a chiropractor, so I did not know what to expect. The first session had me nervous but after that it was all good. Doctor Salamay takes the time to see if these treatments are actually helping or if we need to make adjustments. Scheduling so many appointments can be a challenge but this is the best I've felt in a long time. I will recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went in to Dr. Salamay after I ended up with a massive flare up of sciatica. I’ve been to chiropractors before and was previously a yoga teacher with a pretty good understanding of kinesthesiology. After examination and review of x-rays, Dr. Salamay went over the 90 day plan of action. Just after 2 short weeks of visits I was already able to resume normal function like walking and standing without pain. Our visits (2x/week) were always pleasant and great conversation. He always communicated what the progress level was, clearly, and answered questions as I had them. The adjustments were always perfect and the therapy helped relax my muscles. The staff is nothing short of amazing and Casper the dog was always a friendly face. I was even able to bring my kids in once when a nanny called out of work and everyone was so kind to them! I will continue to see come to Dr. Salamay and staff for healing, the natural way!

Positive experience: Pros: The doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. He's great at figuring out your specific chiropractic care needs and treating the source of pain. I feel so much better after leaving the office. Cons: The wait can be long at times since he is the only doctor practicing at the office. Making appointments is a hassle, because they don't work around your schedule very well.

Fantastic experience: I wanted write a review from my experience here. So I came because I wanted a more natural approach to my care and didn't want to be told to take medications. My Dr. in south Florida told me to give them a try since I just moved into Panama City from Broward County. This office was a good experience. I got on an 6week program with the Dr. here. I have had bad lower back pain and my muscles were pulling my spine sideways. Over my treatment plan I began to get better but no as fast as I had hoped but progress was good. My job is physical and I get hurt a lot so I wanted to have a good relationship with them. They were not in network for my insurance and that was hurting my pocketbook. I was twice a week then on to once a week and the visits were super expensive. I started to feel better so I was willing to do it short term, but then when my 6 week program was over I decided I could not afford it anymore because they are over twice as expensive as my former Chiro who recommended me. But if $ was not a factor I would still go here and recommend highly. I had to find an in network Chiro because of the cost. But other than that I have no complaints and he made me feel better and was super friendly and helpful. Good Chiro, gives a more natural non-pharma approach how I like. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: For years, I suffered and dealt with back, hip, and neck pain; I attributed my lower back and hip pain to sitting and working at a desk 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and felt the rest of my pain was caused by stress. This pain hindered me from running (which I loved to do); for example, I went from running long distance to only running a mile before I had to stop and walk home - needless to say, I was devastated. The pain had become so bad that I was not able to sit comfortably for more than 30 mins at a time (traveling or even watching a movie became difficult); moreover, I was not able to sleep throughout the night - I tossed and turned trying to find a comfortable position but was not successful. This was in Apr 2021. At that point, I decided to make a lifestyle change; I switched jobs in hopes that less sitting and less stress would alleviate my pain - it did not. In fact, the work I began doing started causing other issues (e.g. tingling in fingers, knee and ankle pain, and TMJ). After six months of additional and increased pain, I had enough; I did some research, made the call, and set an appointment and met with Dr. Salamay (Oct 2021). During my initial visit, he was very thorough with his evaluation - he really listened and asked a lot of questions which I appreciated. A few weeks later, I had my first adjustment; as a result, I had the best night sleep in years! To date, I experience some issues due to my daily routines but they are nothing like what I suffered over the years; as a result, Dr. Salamay recommended several stretching exercises to alleviate the pain - these work! Over the past year, I have become more cognizant of my body, what aches, and what needs to be fixed/adjusted. The highlights of all of this is I can sleep throughout the night and I have started running again! =) Without hesitation, I highly recommend Bay Clinic of Chiropractic! Dr. Salamay is very professional and the staff is so great and welcoming! My husband now sees Dr. Salamay and is very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: I came here in hopes to resolve constant mid-back pain that's been progressively declining over the last decade. Dr. Salamay took a comprehensive look at my whole body and is even correcting issues in lower legs (due to favoring one side post-hip surgery last year). Dr.Salamay utilizes a whole body approach, rather than a quick patchy treatment, he uses advanced techniques to identify where the root cause is and addresses it. I have suffered with years of chronic pain, being involved in car accidents and other traumas that my body had to endure over the years. Within only 2 treatments , I have already noticed significant improvements in pain levels (80% reduction), range of motion and other functions have also started to improve. Fantastic experience: Since she was a toddler, my daughter suffered with tummy aches, had gastrointestinal symptoms and atopic eczema, which is directly connected to these symptoms as we found out during our treatment, proposed by Dr. Salamay. He really listened, and unlike her regular doctor who just wanted to treat her eczema with steroid creams and said that "she will grow out of it", Dr. Salamay put together an individualized treatment plan specific to her needs. He also applies principals of kinesiology to examine her bodies reaction to the supplements he is prescribing and her reactions to certain food and adjusts accordingly. I do have to tell you - it is not easy and takes work and if you are willing to commit and work as a team together with Dr. Salamay - you will see great lasting results! We really appreciate Dr. Salamay's dedication and care for my daughter, she is doing so much better with her gastrointestinal symptoms and haven't had tummy aches or bloating for a while now. Treatment takes time, patience and dedication - but it's totally worth it! I don't remember when was the last time I had to come pick her from school because she had stomach pain or issues of that nature and had to go to the nurses office.
