Negative experience: Sono bello is worst place to be i had surgery done six months ago i got zero results and after six months of pain and discomfort, suffering physically and emotionally i discouraged everyone to stay away from this place. And i encourage everyone to check there reviews first before making any decisions. They are running false advertising to lure peoples in but you are not going to see any results but pain of life time.

Negative experience: Three years ago right after Christmas day I had an appointment for liposuction of Mons-Pubis (I'm a male). With the old age (70) that fat pad was encroaching over root of my male organ. Day of the consultation appointment, the office manager Naomi greeted me and made arrangements for the doctor consultation and cost estimate . After waiting in her manager’s office, two doctors, a male and a female came in the room, then while Naomi and another woman looking on me, and the male doctor from the side view, the female doctor in front asked me to lower my pants so she can examine my pubic mound. It was awkward and embarrassing being watched in such way, it was an unprofessional like behavior by workers I thought. Perhaps, I was treated that way because I dressed and looked very casual, almost alike a low-lives people?.. I don’t know. It is also possible that they were trying to discourage me from getting involved in their business by embarrassing me away, perhaps? I don’t know. After they left Naomi weighed me with the scale in the office and quoted me around $6958 before deducting the promotional discounts of $1250 for the procedure, high because I was charged according to my total body weight regardless of the size of the target area, which is smaller compared to some other body areas. I told Naomi that I had to think about her offer because it was more than what I had in mind. Then, early next morning I had a phone call from Naomi saying there had been a cancellation of a procedure appointment and offered me my surgery on that day for $3500 but my set limit was $3000 then so I passed. So, this is my advice, don’t visit looking poor in this Sacramento Sono Bello location if you want to be treated better by the office personnel, and of course, be aware of the possible price variations.

Fantastic experience: Naomi has an excellent way of explaining all the details to make me feel comfortable and confident in moving forward with this journey. I have wanted to do Sonobello for the past several years and coming in today, my questions and areas of concern have melted away! I am super excited for this journey to begin with the help if Sonibello!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff, especially Naomi, has been so accommodating. From the beginning, all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The procedure was easy and rather quick. The nurse, JD, was exceptional (and I'm also a nurse). Dr. Eslami is an absolute gem! At the time of this review, I'm only 10 days postprocedure, but friends and coworkers can already see a difference. I still have some swelling and in a compression suit, but I feel great! So excited to see the final results. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello to anyone considering laser lipo. Very minimal downtime and pain.

Fantastic experience: WOW!! Beyond my expectations! At 60 I was able to meet my goal weight of 130lbs, but "things" were not where I wanted them to be lol. At 1 week after surgery I have a flatter tummy than I ever had and all those pesky bra rolls are gone. And, my weight has dropped to 126lbs. I can't believe the results will get better from here! She made me feel comfortable, laughed at my jokes, was honest with me and made sure my expectations were heard but not completely unrealistic! Negative experience: I had a consultation at Sono Bello in October 2023, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The consultation was conducted by an assistant rather than the actual surgeon who performs the liposuction. You don’t meet the doctor until the day of surgery, which made me feel uneasy. I believe it’s crucial for the surgeon to conduct the consultation to properly assess the patient and provide personalized care, rather than relying on an assistant who may only offer a brief assessment. The quote I received was $15,689.19 for liposuction on several areas including upper abs, lower abs, waist, hips, and back bra rolls. Each section was priced at $2,095, which I found to be exorbitantly high. After extensive research, I decided to have the procedure done in Mexico. I underwent lipo 360 and fat transfer to my hip dips for only $4,000. Including all related expenses—flight, hotel, transportation, food, medicine, faja, and massages—my total cost was under $6,000. This amount is still less than half of what I was quoted by Sono Bello just for the liposuction. I’m thrilled with my results and relieved I didn’t spend more at Sono Bello. If you’re considering Sono Bello, be aware that the consultation may not involve the actual surgeon and that the costs can be quite high. I’m glad I did my research and achieved the results I wanted at a fraction of the cost.

Fantastic experience: I lost 25 lbs through diet and exercise but no matter what I did that spare tire was not budging! I am at "a certain age" where as a woman, fat and weight loss is challenging so I was proud of that weight loss however I wanted to be able to wear the cute fitted dresses and skirts again and tuck in my shirt and feel pretty! I am not trying to be 29 again, I just want to feel pretty! I decided to look into Tri-sculpt and met with Sono Bello. I was nervous and of course read all the reviews and let me just say...the negative reviews...they don't apply here, at least not for me. The Sono Bello team in Sacramento could not have been better. From the Consult with Samantha to the nurses and Dr. Eslami the whole team was just an absolute pleasure! I am 11 days post procedure and I am already thrilled with the results and I am still very swollen. This procedure does come with discomfort, don't go into it thinking it is pain free it is not...however it is more discomfort than pain so keep that in mind. You will be in a compression garment for many weeks after...I am in mine as I type this however again, for me the discomfort and inconvenience will for sure be well worth it. Flat stomach is the goal for me! You are "awake" through the procedure but rest assured the combination of medicines they give you really do relax you. I am a low key nervous person when it comes to medical procedures and I actually think I fell asleep because I don't remember much once the initiation lidocaine solution was injected...that part was the uncomfortable part, again not so much painful just uncomfortable. After that...I don't remember much! Dr. Eslami was a master, he did such a great job, I am blown away...my goal was to have a flat stomach to wear cute fitted skirts and tuck in the shirt and I will be able to do just that! He took the time to really contour my waist which was something I had not fully expected and it will give me that shape I have been wanting back for as long as I can remember. I am just 11 days in on this journey but I can already tell this will be one of the best decisions for my self confidence I have made in a very long time. Thank you Sono Bello Sacramento! Karyn

Fantastic experience: Listen! I drive 75miles to Sacramento for my Sono Bello appointment. That should say a lot when there are 2 facilities closer. The staff here are so compassionate, patient, understanding and make you feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Sono Bello of Sacramento. My procedure was pretty much flawless. I had zero to no pain for a tummy tuck and Lipo. I know it may be hard to believe but if you follow the directions that the staff gives I believe things will work out great for everyone. I can only speak highly of Sono Bello of Sacramento and appreciate the work that was done and the compassion that was given.

Fantastic experience: I had my consultation back in May - June with Shannon and Samantha they were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful and made me feel so comfortable! Then I met my surgeon Dr. Eslame .he was great! Very helpful, very honest! And let not forget the great nurses that I had! I was awake the whole time! And they were so comforting!I barely felt anything! It went so smooth and easy! Had very little pain afterwards! I am so happy with my lipo and abex procedure that I had done!!! Positive experience: Everyone was very nice. The Doctor was all business but that is fine because that’s how they should be. I was awake for the entire procedure. There was minimal pain or discomfort. All in all it was way easier than I thought it would be. Today I am doing very well with very little pain or bleeding/discharge. We will see how the next couple of weeks go.

Fantastic experience: I am always impressed with the front desk, as in my career, my job has been to oversee multiple health clinics and view front desk services. Each staff member here in Sacramento has legitilly made me feel listened to, important, encouraged, beautiful, and valued through this process. They have gone beyond working with my schedule and the 3 hr drive to do this (so worth it). I absolutely loved the information my preop nurse Yaritza ❤️ provided and came alongside every question and nervous concern.. through moments in the room, making sure I was okay ... then to my post-op nurse Kimberly, who gets to share in our transformation, and it seems like you are catching up with an old friend. Someone so excited to see the end stage results for you. BIG shout out to the receptionist Janett at the Sacramento location!! She knows her answers and is eager to help with anything needed or asked. She has a great demeanor and is super friendly with patients.. makes you want to book more just to see your extended transformational family and say hello!! Great staff. Great support!! Negative experience: Terribly Botched thigh/knee lipo by Dr Eslami. Not sure how to fix now and am terribly depressed. Went thru hell to get a partial refund. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I began my journey with Sono Bello in Sacramento on October 5, 2024. For years, I have had loose skin on my abdomen from having two children. I have been self-conscious about this area of my body from many years. I was always scared to go under the knife. So I put it off for a long time and dealt with it, but it was still there. No matter how much exercise I did and wait that I had lost it was still there. It wasn’t until I did more digging and found that Sono Bello could remove the loose skin. I was elated when I found out. Dr. Eslami did an amazing job. I have never had a flat stomach in my entire life. I am 55 years old and finally have a flat stomach! For the first time, I have my confidence back I don’t have to hide that area any longer. I can actually tuck in my shirt in my jeans and strut my stuff. Choosing Sono, Bello was the best decision I ever made. The staff is incredible, sensitive to your needs, compassionate, professional and fun. I would recommend the Sacramento location to all of my friends and family. I am almost at the end of my healing journey, but I can’t believe how amazing I look and feel. I wore a bikini for the first time in over 20 years in Cabo and felt great. I didn’t have to hide my body for the first time. If you’re thinking about choosing s Sono, Bello get a consultation and really consider it. I usually don’t give reviews, but I had to for this. I am forever grateful to the entire Sacramento staff for being a part of an amazing life-changing experience!

Negative experience: First off the staff are really lovely and friendly and very helpful and do everything to make the process and visits as graceful as possible. I really enjoyed my Venus Treatments. They were the best. I AM really thankful for the other staff that were there to support me before, during and after the surgery. I still want to recommend people come here just don't get the same Dr I had. It's the Doctor that ruined my experience when he basically told me at the start that I was going to have not so desired results after the procedure and this made me decide not to go through with it. When I did changed my mind and decided to go ahead with the procedure after talking to a staff member, unfortunately I didnt't change Doctors and that was where I messed up. The healing process went well and as promised, however, I was appalled by the ugly scar that developed from the incision on the left side of my belly. The right is just a fine line but has what my friend called "oreja de perro" - "dog ear" at the end of the insicision. When you stretch the skin it looks like a small hole, big enough to fit the head of a Q-tip. I was told to wait til 6 months and the Dr will examine and make any necessary adjustments. When that time came, he said there was nothing wrong with the incision site and no touch ups needed. So he ended up being right about the not so desired results.

Negative experience: *Update* Naomi has been so wonderful to me! I am nervous and extremely excited. I came in this morning for a consultation. Naomi has worked with my finances and my schedule for me to be able to afford the procedure and get it done in two weeks! I have felt so comfortable being here and knowing on the other end of this journey is the more confident me!! Thank you all so very much!! I am 7 months post op. I have stuck to my diet and exercise consistently since my procedure. I got the foams and the boards to use with my compression suit. I also bought different style fajas. I've been getting lymphatic messages. My stomach is extremely lumpy. I've measured around my waist before the procedure and now, there's only a 3/4 inch difference. I feel like the female doctor who performed my procedure did not do a satisfactory job. She was a little rough with me during the procedure as I could feel her tool grinding on my hips. My stomach is not flat and I can still grab the fupa. I regret going here and not spending the same amount of money on actual liposuction.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond pleased with my experience with my AbEx at Sonobello. After seeing commercials and doing some research, I decided to make a consultation appointment. The patient care consultant that I met with, Samantha, was wonderful. She explained procedures and cost and recommendations. My original plan was to do only TriSculpt in my belly area. After completing my pre-op appt with Dr. Eslami, he was great at explaining the difference between the TriSculpt and AbEX. So I opted to have the AbEX for maximum results. From my consultation to postop, my journey has been easy and I’m ecstatic with my results. My recovery has been great with minimal pain and no issues or side effects. I am thrilled to be able to fit into my clothes more comfortably and not have to toss out several articles of clothing because I couldn’t fit into them. I would highly recommend if you were thinking of any cosmetic surgery, make a consultation appointment and see the options. You will be happy that you did!

Fantastic experience: Stormy my nurse was waiting for me for my 7am appointment ready to get me prepped for my procedure. I wasn’t feeling great from a medication and she was on it making me feel better. Dr Eslami has a nice comfortable demeanor that made me comfortable during the procedure. All in all the procedure was easy with the exception of a few times of uncomfortable pain but didn’t last long and Dr. would let me know o my a few for seconds. Stormy was always making sure I was comfortable and loved her easy comfortable personality and her professionalism as my nurse. I was very pleased with my procedure and the great staff!

Reviews are only as good as the experience each individual has and everyone has their own. Mine experience would have not been so incredible if not for Stormy. She ensured all of my questions were answered. It was apparent that my comfort was at the very top of her list. Anyone who is the tiniest bit apprehensive will be put to ease when exposed to Dr. Eslami and his amazing staff. They are incredibly well trained and are a credit to their craft.

Fantastic experience: I went to Sono Bello in 2012-2013. The staff were personable and engaging. I had my stomach done and by golly I have to say that it was the best decision. I recommended a friend who had quite a bit of lipo done and is still in the healing process. She is looking HOT! But Lipo isn't for everybody like cold sculpting is not for me.

Fantastic experience: What makes Sonobello great is Dr. Eslami and his nurses Isabella, Stormy, Jessica, and Yaritza. They do a great job! I am in stage 2 recovery and feeling very good and can already see results. I have had two sessions now and have been in several times, I have expressed that the front office needed to be more helpful and welcoming, I wasnt impressed with them until today. Lacey wasnt there and i happen to think that is a good thing, the front office needed an upgrade. Courtney checked me in today and its the first time i felt welcomed!!

Positive experience: I am a little over 1 week post op. The nurse staff have been amazing thus far across the board. Dr. Eslami was awesome came in with great energy since taking on my case. He was very nice and compassionate during surgery. The only reason I give a 4 thus far is Dr. Miller she was rude and ruthless she made me cry during my pre op because of her harsh comments and treatment. I almost backed out the surgery. I’m grateful for her showing her true colors which led to me having the best surgeon.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank the staff a Sono Bello in Sacramento. Dr. Eslami was wonderful. I especially wanted to thank Nurse Stormy. Stormy is exceptional. She is everything that brings meaning to "Nurses" Nursing is embedding in her. First she was patient with me. She knew I was anxious and she walked me through taking deep breaths with me. Stormy answered all my questions and said she will be there in the room and will never leave my side. Stormy held my hand. That brought me so much comfort. At the end, Stormy bandaged me up, she put my clothes on and wheeled me down to the car. She only trusted herself with me. Stormy was my Angel every step of the way. I can only pray we have more nurse Stormy out there in every medical field. She's so gentle and truly knows what a patient needs. My anxiety was through the roof. I would not have made it without her. Thank you my kind Angel Mrs. Stormy.

Fantastic experience: My name is Mandie. This journey and experience I have waited for and strived for four years. And I do mean years! To come up with the time the money and the courage, however I wish I would’ve taken this plunge years ago. My experience from start to finish with Sonobello has been amazing. I am one week postop and the dramatic difference already is just amazing and I am in tears writing about it. I hope that my before and after pictures will encourage someone to take the plunge trust me it will be very worth it! I wouldn’t change anything. I am definitely watching what I eat for a healthy diet. And living a healthy lifestyle I have been for a while now and will continue to do so and enjoy my results. Here is two this coming summer!

Fantastic experience: concerns that I had post-op. I was able to call and get a response within 24hr. We were able to communicate effectively, calls/text/e-mails. If I needed to come in, it was simple. Right now, I am on month 2. I am really seeing a difference. But this body suit. I'm so tire of wearing.

Negative experience: worse place ever!!! I did a lipo with them and the results were bad. They always changing doctors, so when I went to complain the doctor wasn't even no longer working there and they didn't want to be responsible for what happened. Staff is very friendly and nice before the procedure but afterwards they are very rude.

Negative experience: I went for consultation on June 17th and met with Rosie. She was friendly during the visit and sent a follow-up email to thank me for coming, provide links to customer reviews and told me to reach out with questions. I watched customer videos on YouTube and read the reviews and then sent Rosie a list of questions on June 18th. I followed-up with multiple phone calls the week of June 20th and left a voicemail as I wanted to get my procedure booked. Rosie did not return the phone call nor did she respond to my email. I called the office again on June 27th. Same thing. Unable to reach Rosie. I called the office again on June 28th and spoke to Courtney; explained to her that I had been trying to reach Rosie. She instructed me to send the email to her; which I did. Courtney confirmed she received the email while I was on the phone with her and stated she would have Rosie call me. No call. I followed-up with Courtney this morning (June 29th) and she stated that Rosie was in and transferred me to her office. Rosie did not take the call. I'm not sure what happened between June 17th and June 18th but I guess Sono Bello doesn't want my business. Maybe I asked the wrong questions or too many questions. I don't know. Or maybe they have so much business that losing me as a client isn't important. Whatever the reason, I guess all I can suggest is that you get ALL of your questions answered during the consultation because customer service after that initial visit is piss poor. Oh well....life goes on.

Negative experience: I gave it 2 Stars because they did have very nice workers there everybody was very friendly however ,I didn't give it all five stars because the surgery its self was most painful thing in my life and I just got the upper and lower abs done... They gave me 1 Percocets 10 mg + 2 Xanax I think 2 mg and some other things I don't remember the names of... the fluid they injected in me was supposed to numb the area they were working on however I felt everything up to the moment they were done... the good news is the Percocet kicked in right after my surgery so I finally started to not feel pain also during the surgery the nurse that was helping the surgeon gave me a stress ball to use and she also let me hold her hand for the pain.... they did put more fluid in me during the surgery because I wasn't supposed to feel pain however I did, the fluid did not work at all, I'll tell you what I've had kidney stones in the past and I thought that was the most painful thing in my life but this surgery with no numbing was by far the worst pain I've ever had... on that note they sent my prescription for pain pills to the wrong Pharmacy so I barely slept last night was in so much pain barely can move.... so if you want to possibly have pain and be awake for your surgery I would highly recommend them after all they did do what I wanted, the surgery was a success... a painful success...

Positive experience: It will be a year in June since my procedure. For the most part I'm satisfied. I got the results I wanted, BUT have had to work really hard to keep it. I wasn't a big woman to begin with, just wanted a flat tummy and the curves I had before children. I did get that from the procedure, but I still work out every day to maintain this look. When I went in for my consultation Naomi reminded me of the typical car sales person. Promised me everything, even told me I would be able to return to work in a few days and it would feel like I just worked out. The day of my procedure the nurse and doctor were great. The procedure went great and I didn't feel anything during the procedure. NOW I'm glad I took the whole week off because I hurt like he'll for the next several days. Black and blue everywhere, even places where I didn't have surgery on. I was able to go back to work after a week with Slight discomfort. The garment, I was told a few months of wearing it. I had to wear it for almost 6 months. They don't tell you any of this pre op. If I had known all that I would have not done the procedure in June because I was miserable all summer. Bottom line ask alot of questions and make sure you know exactly what to expect before you go through with it. Again final results, I'm happy but I work to keep the results I want. It not just 1 procedure and bam your gorgeous like they Promise in their ads. And the staff definitely reminded me of car dealers. Would I recommend this, only if you truly understand what you are doing and realize it must be maintained. You have to change your habits to keep the results. IT'S NOT MAGIC like they make it sound.

Positive experience: I'm still going through the process I'm 3 months in, results are not what I expected, should be smaller but the Dr is still working with me so I may be changing this review soon. I'll keep posted. I'm now 6mos since surgery and I am not happy with results. It wasn't as the Dr explained to me I would look. That was a lot of money for such a small person and surgery. I went back to fix it and was quoted even more for a second procedure. BIG UPDATE: It's been a year and guess what? Sono Bello contacted me about my concerns and procedures. We are currently working together to see if we can get the results I desired the first time. I talked to an amazing Sono Bello consultants who was very nice to me and seemed to genuinely care about my disappointment and concerns. She gave me a great offer and assured me she would do all she could to help me. Almost in tears, I am truly excited for this because it would totally boost my self esteem and change my life. I'll keep you posted.... UPDATE... it's 3/23 and I am scheduled. I can't wait to complete my journey and my look. I am very excited. Sono Bello staff has been very kind and worked with me to give me what could be a great experience. Soon I'll be on the route to recovery and hopefully some great results. I'm updating my stars and I'll be back after surgery to share my experience and results.

Negative experience: Heck no - this place is all about the money. They need more transparency in their fees up front with their call center. I had to wait 45 minutes after schedule appointment. The place didn't make you feel welcome and no personable service. I felt like a number. I would not recommend this place for the money they charge. I expected more.

Fantastic experience: I had tri-sculpt with E/X. I started at a different clinic but had surgery at Sac. The surgery was easy, everyone was really nice and recovery was surprising easy. The first day after surgery I was out of it, but I was WFH the next day. I was stiff and sore, but didn't need the pain meds after day 2. Office staff is nice. They answer all your questions. I didn't feel rushed during pre-op. A very good experience overall. The only con I could think of is the wait time in exam rooms can sometimes take a while, depending what is happening in the clinic. Its a busy place, but as a patient, you don't feel rushed through.
