Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff are so nice caring and professional I would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: I started coming to River City just over a month ago. I have been to many chiropractors, massage therapists, regular doctors, naturopaths etc. Nobody could figure out what my issues were. I've been on many supplements and exercise and stretching regimens with no success. After a few visits, I am already feeling so much better. The staff treats me like family and they truly care about my health and feeling better. Whenever I have a question they take the time to listen to me and answer it. I highly recommend River City to anyone who has been all over and had no results. You will be feeling better by checking this place out.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this office. I went there during a special to have xrays and be evaluated. This office has a decompression table! The device doctor used during adjustments was new to me and it was wonderful. He also has the drop down tables. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: After many doctor visits only to have medications shoved at me for debilitating migraines and dizziness I found myself reaching out for anything that could help. Dr. Brian and his team took the time to listen and understand what was happening to me. Thorough x-rays and explanation followed and after 5 visits I have not had debilitating migraine or dizziness!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a Chiropractor that ever gave home care instructions or that would address more than the current issues untill going to River City. The doctor is easy to talk with and really cares about your over all spine health so you don't find yourself in crisis mode like I was in. The front office ladies are amazing, super friendly and helpful! The whole team puts you at ease from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian and his staff are professional and personable. Everyone's care is tailored to the individual, so my son's treatment is vastly different than mine. The x-rays and review are very helpful and are explained in a way that makes sense. River City Chiropractic is great!

Positive experience: I'm still hopeful that my sciatica pain can be reduced or alleviated. The program encourages homework to make adjustments be permanent. The doctor monitors progress and manipulates as needed. They have decompression chairs that stretch the spine without being inverted. I learned of them through their half hour radio show. They have a lot of information available from their website and YouTube account...covering exercises, stretches, nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Fantastic experience: Twas a bit pricey but I was in some pretty bad pain. I found out that my hips, lower back and neck were pretty jacked up and within a couple treatments and excercises I was back to my normal self...playing with my kids and going to the gym 4 days a week. I definitely can tell the difference after each adjustment. It's lit at River City!

Fantastic experience: Dr Brian is knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. I was suffering with 3-4 migraines a week and I’ve only had one in the last 3 months since I’ve started getting adjusted. I got my husband and both my kids in for adjustments as well. Dr Brian was great with my kids. He was able to explain the spine to them in a way they could understand. My kids love getting adjusted. My daughter counts down the days till she gets to see her chiropractor. We really appreciate the care and service provided by Dr Brian and his staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Family friendly and very efficient. Dr. Brian is very nice and cool and smart. All the girls are nice and friendly and genuine. Their message or purpose makes perfect sense: your body can heal itself, if your communication channels [through the spine] aren't broken [or jammed]. And, I am feeling better in many ways they predicted I would, after just one month [of 2 days a week and at home stretches].

Fantastic experience: Very high quality chiropractor. Dr. Wickstrom is very thorough and does a great job at finding the problems and creating plans to get them fixed. As long as you follow what he says to do then you will find relief here.

Fantastic experience: My lower back was stiff and I had a hard time standing up straight but after 1 month of treatment I can now relieve my back pain after about 5 mins of stretching at home and I can feel the difference in my spine already. Dr. Brian knows what he is doing and the entire staff shares the same concern for your health as he does. I highly recommend him!!!

I've been dealing with back pain for a few years and have been to many different chiropractors and have done the yearly contracts. After the first adjustment it was clear this is the place to be.

Negative experience: Very expensive for the treatment you receive. Only worth it if you’re wealthy or have insurance coverage. I couldn’t complete the full treatment plan so I can’t say much if he’s a big help or not. I went about 7 times or more, and still owe a lot of money for my care which is insane for the treatment I received and still am in daily pain. If you can’t fork up the money, don’t take on the credit debt they’ll offer you. Go find an affordable chiropractor that can do more than one thing in your visit (neck was worked on, and that’s it out of the 7 or more visits).

I was in extreme pain when I first came, and now I am no longer taking medication for pain and pain is no longer waking me up. I’m grateful! And the staff is friendly!

Fantastic experience: I have been to hundreds of chiropractors over the years since I was 11 years old and I have finally found one who takes a lot of care unit the long term process of healing your body and helping with subluxations. I love the stations they have before you get adjusted and the home workouts they provide with equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been dealing with chronic backspin and neck pain. Oh and the ladies at the front desk are stellar!

Fantastic experience: I love coming to see Dr. Brian. He has a well-rounded holistic approach and teaches you exercises to do at home to keep your spine aligned. The staff is very friendly as well. They also offer wellness classes, which is super cool.

Fantastic experience: When I went in I was in so much pain. They were very helpful, went through my goals, what I wanted out of the treatment. We set up a plan, and started going for it. The first week I felt slightly better. But, after about week three, I was smiling. My back is feeling so much better. A lot does depend on me, as far as doing my exercises at home, but most of it is the treatment they set up and the adjustments twice a week. I feel so much better now, after two months. Almost no pain. I couldn’t recommend them more. They really do great work.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Washington from the east coast, I had a good Chiropracter there and thought I would have a hard time finding another but it turns out I was wrong. Since I have been seeing Dr Brian my tinkling and numbness in my hands has gone away and the pain in my shoulder blades has also gone away. Dr Brian is very knowledgeable, and helpful and will answer any questions you may have. I recommend Dr Brian for your chiropractic needs. Fantastic experience: I have been using Chiropractic Services for almost 10 years. I found Dr. WICKSTROM about 2 years ago when I moved to Spokane. I had severe back pain from not being adjusted in awhile. Dr W. got to work right away in diagnosing the problem and recommending a course of treatment. Fantastic experience: I'm grateful I found this place when I did. My only wish is that I found it sooner, because it has been a life saver. The staff is wonderful and I always see them greet everyone with a friendly hello and a warm smile. It is a wonderful environment and it's obvious that everyone here genuinely cares about each and every patient they have. Dr. Brian really goes out of his way to help his patients learn, grow, and feel appreciated. An added, yet unexpected bonus from coming here is that I've also had significant improvement with my stomach/GI issues. I really could not recommend this place enough.

Negative experience: buyer beware. I have been going to the chiropractor for years and I have to say this one definitely caught me. So you go in for two appointments and ones a get to know you and xrays then you go over the xrays then they lay out three prices. The first price is if you paid all up front, the second price, if you did payment plan and the third option, if you do pay as you go. So i did they care credit payment 1 year zero interest. 2100. Okay I'm in rough shape sure. I went for 2 adjustments. They also gave me equipment to use at home. Just FYI that will cost a pretty penny of $380bucks for foam roller. Some resting blocks. A back roller and some more things but definetly not 380 dollars worth. I had other more urgent medical bills come up so I needed some of that money back. Those 2 adjustments plus the medical equipment were over 500 dollars. That's "with insurance" they had said my insurance was in network... but my insurance only paid 4 dollars because turns out, they were actually out of network. I was flabbergasted. If you do sign up for any treatments I would recommend getting a breakdown of what What you're expected to pay and what your insurance is going to be covering. You will see the insurance doesnt cover a lot. The pricing is not transparent what so ever. I have also not felt any better. And that is not normal when I go see a chiropractor. Maybe this is the right fit for some. But it was not the right fit for me or my money. I also think Dr. Brian could have better bed side manner, comes off cold.. Front desk staff were nice and very kind. And I got my refund processed quickly. So I can pay it towards other medical bills.

With the extra classes and videos offered to learn your exercises to get your spine right, they really make getting your health back more accessible! The appointments are quick, but you still get a chance for some in-person PT before the adjustment! Pair this with Dr. Brian's valuable insights on your additional health concerns, and this is a place I would recommend for anyone with a spine!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is super friendly and their appointment schedule is flexible and fits into my everyday life! They addressed the issue I came in for, which was lower back pain, and made a custom plan for the underlying issues that were causing the pain. They took initial X-rays and went over where all of my issues were, many of which I had no idea I had nor how badly those issues that weren’t causing pain could affect my overall health. At no cost they also offer educational classes on what they do and how it helps. I walked in the door expecting them to just throw me on a table, crack my back, and send me on my way but what I got was an understanding of what was wrong and what the benefit of committing to a continued chiropractic program really meant for me. In the couple months that I have been going my back pain has not come back and I’ve noticed other changes in my ability to function normally. I have even referred my boyfriend to them and he too has had his quality of life improved in the short time he has been going! I 100% recommend RCC as they care about your overall quality of life…not just making the pain go away but making sure it never comes back!!

Dr Brian is great, very knowledgeable and willing to explain any questions you may have. He sat down and listened to all of my concerns and reasons I was seeking treatment. He came up with a care plan and at-home exercises specific to my needs for between office visits. Fantastic experience: I am an esthetician which means getting a chiropractor is a must. Now for the hard part right? Finding a good one. This place is amazing. My husband and I have had some not so great experiences at other places and I'm so happy to have found this place. They care, they take their time and actually explain the ins and outs and why it's important. They make sure I leave knowing what's going on with MY body. The price point as well is great. I'm excited to see my progress.. UPDATE: Progress is amazing. My back is night and day different. 1 year later and I'm down to every other week and I don't have back pain anymore. I am so happy!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to River City Chiropractic since august of 2021. When I first walked in I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I had been in a car accident in 97 and suffered a pretty bad whiplash injury that was never taken care of, and a debilitating pain that shot down my right leg. I could not exercise anymore and carrying my granddaughter would bring me to tears. It is now March of 2022 and the difference is unbelievable! I can ride my bike again, go to the gym, take care of my grandchild, and all the other things that would cause me pain I can do with moderation. I don’t think I will ever stop going to River City Chiropractic. To just wake up and walk without excruciating pain is such a blessing. Thank you So much River City Chiropractic for giving me back so many wonderful things in my life!!

Negative experience: Beware of business practices! I highly advise you contact your insurance company before seeking assistance from River City Chiropractic. I fell into their trap and called River City Chiropractic first; I asked if my insurance was accept and told, “yes, certainly!” I scheduled an appointment, provided my insurance card, and filled out all of the paperwork as requested. At the conclusion of my appointment, I was asked to pay for the visit…seems normal…except when I asked if my insurance was billed, the receptionist stated it was not, as billing my insurance would result in a higher co-pay. The amount was nominal ($50) so I paid it and scheduled my follow-up visit. This guy should sell used cars!!! Explained how my back was in need of serious attention, that I should come in three times a week, and there were a few things my insurance would not cover but were needed for a “full recovery.” I left this appointment without scheduling a third. On my way home, I called my insurance company and asked what was covered…nothing…River City Chiropractic, despite what they tell you, is not covered by most insurance companies. While on the phone, my insurance company provided several other chiropractors who do take insurance. To this I advise all to call their insurance companies first!!! Save yourself some time and $50.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my care at River City Chiropractic, Dr Brian has been able to completely get me off all over-the-counter and pharmacy meds for my pain. I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing pain or discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. B for almost 2 months and I’m so glad I did. I have improved so much already! I went from barely being able to walk a block to walking 3-5 miles a day. I am have fewer days with pain and my energy and sleep has improved. I also really love that Dr. B educates his patients and sends them home with equipment and exercises to do home so that we can stay on the path to health and healing.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience. They have you pay $49 for a two visit appointment. The first visit is about how you are feeling and what hurts as well as X-Rays. They also want to know which hurts worse if you have multiple pain areas…No Adjustment. The second visit is an appointment where they go over the X-Rays and draw pictures to tell you about how poorly your body is out of wack and how many treatments will be needed at a surprising $2,000 discounted cost. They want a decision right away so they ask that you bring any decision makers…spouse or significant other and the credit card with you to this late night appointment . I personally did not fall for this Biometrics Scare Scam! Please don’t fall for it! I went elsewhere to get adjusted and after two visits I’m feeling like a new man and only out $80. Be Aware that this Dr only cares about profits over patients!

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I was having a lot of hip, neck and back pain. River City Chiropractic Spokane Valley has saved me! I have made significant progress by faithfully attending all appointments and doing light exercises, tailor made for me by Dr. Brian. He is so personable and knowledgeable in his field of chiropractic medicine. My chronic pain has diminished greatly, and also these chiropractic treatments have helped decrease headaches, along with allergy signs/symptoms. Mental clarity is a good thing! I look forward to going to Dr. Brian’s office for the perfect alignment that my body really does appreciate. So if you are looking for a chiropractic office that can help your body learn to function more properly, then I suggest making an appointment at River City Chiropractic. I am so glad that I did!

Fantastic experience: Started seeing Dr Brian 1.5 years ago when I had major pain/ injury to my right shoulder, back from shoveling 6 yards of river rock. My pain has been greatly reduced, I sleep better, I have more energy, and my range of motion in my back and hips has increased significantly. Fantastic experience: I have been to other chiropractors before that just give you adjustments but never actually focus on the reason you're in pain Dr.Brian actually teaches you how to improve your health in multiple ways and I have seen great results with his specialized care. Thank you so much to him and the entire staff!

Negative experience: Not only are the appointments less than 5 minutes of him actually working on you, and is the exact same work he does on every other person (as you can see him work on everyone else) the majority of what you pay for is work you do on your own. On top of that after only 6 visits they have charged me over $1000, which is almost double the agreed upon cost per visit. I signed up for monthly payments, and 13 days after my first payment of $530 I was sent an email informing me that I was to be charged another $530 on the 20th day after my initial payment. I replied to that email that they must have the payments wrong as it was supposed to be monthly payments not every 3 weeks. I emailed them twice with no response. On the 20th day they billed my account for the second $530. I expressed my displeasure and decided I did not want to continue their services and asked for a refund of over payment and a itemized statement, which was my right per the contract I signed. 7 days later they sent me itemized invoice for $8 less than what I paid and a email saying they refunded the $8. In the invoice they changed almost $400 for "at home equipment" that not only was not in the contract I signed but also what was given to me, without my asking for it, as they explained it was included with the services. Not only did I never left there feeling like I was actually adjusted not like I was getting anything that worked towards adjustment, they constantly were trying to sell supplements, vitamins and constantly tried to sell you on the idea that you need them for life otherwise you would die faster from organ failure. I am still waiting for a reply to my email contesting their bs claims that 6 visits cost $1000 when the contract was for 29 visits for $2300. You do the math! I would rate them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO THESE PPL! YOU WILL REGRET IT

Fantastic experience: I have been to other chiropractic clinics but never experienced the results I am experiencing at River City Chiropractic. I walked in with pain that I had been experiencing for many months and walked out in great relief. They helped my body return to a state where it could begin to heal itself. I am making positive progress daily as my body continues to be strengthened and as my health is restored. Corrective chiropractic is the way to go. This 70 year old is feeling and moving so much better.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is nice and friendly. I have been going to River City Chiropractic for years. The progress I have made with my back health has been tremendous. No longer am I in pain to bend over to put on my shoes. I can move more freely and do not have to take a morning dose of Advil just to get through the day cause the pain is gone. Dr. Brian and his team truly care about your health. The office is warm and welcoming, and you can tell all the patients that are there are benefiting from the care they are receiving.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Brian, Liz, and Natalie. Always a warm greeting and they remember your name! I found River City when my physical therapy wasn’t helping my issue. The decision to see Dr. Brian improved my quality of life tenfold. Before I couldn’t be in bed without tossing and tossing all night, now I can sleep restfully through the night (except when a dog or cat wake me up). Also, I was able to start working out without pain, before it hurt to do squats and now I can’t believe how easy they are to do. Another, unexpected improvement is my digestion, my gut used to feel cluttered and now it feels open and working to it’s potential. Like I said, I can’t give a high enough recommendation, if you are even considering seeing a chiropractor choose Dr. Brian at River City Chiropractic in the Spokane Valley. You will feel great!

The front office staff is awesome as well! Liz and Natalie are always kind and welcoming. What I enjoy about this office most is that the focus is NOT just to “pop” ya and send ya on your way. It’s a very well rounded wholistic approach that I greatly appreciate. Positive experience: I have been going to Dr. Wickstrom for almost 3 months for several pain problems and I have to say I feel a big difference in my walking, digestion, neck pain and much better with my lower back pain.
