Negative experience: Worse pediatrician office I’ve ever taken my children to. Long wait times, lack of concern, lack of care, and lack of communication. Tried to talk to office manager and she’s always unavailable to talk to. The office will also ignore my calls. I only gave one star because it won’t allow me to leave 0. Looking for a new genuine pediatrician office for my children.

Negative experience: very unprofessional place makes appointments for no reason because doctor will no see you after you wait 2 hours excuse is we are busy and theres only one doctor

Fantastic experience: Casa Pediatrics has been our primary care office for all three of our children over the course of NINE years. We know that Casa Pediatrics is going to consistently do the most that they possibly can for the best quality care of the child. They will not be lazy; they will not a leave a stone uncovered, they will be kind, warm, welcoming at all visits. They have become an essential component to our lives. I don’t know what our life would be like if we didn’t have them in our community. They take away the stress of having to take our kids to the doctor because we know we are taking them to good hands and good people. People who care and will do everything that they can. We have been to other pediatric urgent care offices during emergencies outside of their business hours, before casa had an after hours office…. And let me tell you the experience taking our kids to other offices are night and day. Other places that we’ve been to can be very ego driven and don’t want to give your kids all the proper testing necessary to rule out what’s wrong with your child simply because you asked for it. They are not always kind and warm with children although they are working in peds. Over the course of nine years, we did move about two hours away from the office but we did not feel comfortable changing their office- we made the drive work for their regular check ups or if something got too bad. Thankfully we were able to move back closer after about a year. On top of the quality in healthcare and regard for our children during sick and wellness visits, they offer our kids amazing Fitness programs and Music programs that our kids absolutely love! We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Casa, her associates and her entire staff. They are consistently an amazing team who really cares! That’s one thing in our life I don’t have to stress about. I 100% refer everyone with kids I come across in our community to take their children here!!! ❤️

Negative experience: I waited a long time; I arrived with an appointment and they made me wait more than 40 minutes to take me to a room to wait even longer. The service is very good, but the waiting time is very bad.

The care and assistance from the nurses is excellent, from the moment you arrive at the clinic they are very friendly. The nurses and doctors take very good care of the children, they are very professional, they treat each illness with the appropriate medication and follow up on the child's health! They assist and resolve the questions we, as parents, have! It is a clinic that cares about your child's recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Martha, Casa Pediatrics sine 2016. I will never my kids doctor. Dr. Martha cares for her patients as of her own. I personally work with her and she takes care from vaccines to treatment in office. I had my second child and she has been always there for me when my son was hospitalize with pneumonia. I called her at her cell number and she will be on top of everything. We love Casa Pediatrics.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Casa since they were born (it’s been 6 yrs now with Dr. Casa) I used to live in the area but since we moved and never had a problem with her before we had never changed Dr. Casa I drive 1 hour to go to her office. She’s very professional, kind and always in the mood for a little laugh! My kids loves her so do we!!! My mom takes my little brother there too since he was born (he’s now 7 yrs old) and never had a problem neither. She always finds a solution for my kids to feel better. I’ve recommended Dr. Casa to my friends and family and they love her too!!! We love Dr. Casa :)

She makes sure you leave the consult ready to go home and know exactly what you are doing. She provides a list of the meds she prescribed that day as well as instructions which I find is a very big help and allows me to worry less when I get home. I would 100% recommend this practice and all their providers and MA’s there.

Fantastic experience: Casa Pediatrics is the best, I have been with Doctor Casa since my kids were born they now are 10yrs and 5yrs, Doctor Casa has always been very efficient, always knowledgable and always takes her time to address all my concerns, I love that I can reach the practice, after hours if in case I have an emergency with my kids, also the staff is always very friendly, Alejandra is one of the best staff at Casa Pediatrics, she has alway been very professional when triaging my kids, she has always explained to me about every vaccine my kids gets, always very sweet and gentle she is very caring. I live an hour away from Casa Pediatrics and I wouldn’t change my kids to another practice, I know that here my kids are always in good hands. Fantastic experience: We absolutely adore Dr. Casa and her team. Our 5 and 3 year old kids have both been going to see her since they were each a few weeks old and other family members. Roxanne who works in the front is very sweet, considerate, and understanding. She always arranges for my kids to get in when an appointment is needed. The whole team are always friendly and Dr. Casa is THE BEST pediatrician in Woodbridge ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Dr. Casa is incredibly kind and compassionate, she is also very knowledgeable about any questions or concerns we may have and is always available after hours when needed. no matter how silly or small we think it is. I recommend that everyone take their child(ren) to see her hands down.

Negative experience: READ MORE, BEFORE YOU JOIN Unfortunately I cannot reply to the post of my husband. Based on the CDC regulation. Second dose of the Varicella vaccine should be done within 4-5 years old. My son got first one at 15 months old and second one on 18th month. So can you please explain which way are you following CDC? After incident you did some googling and called to the CDC and asked if this is harmful for my kid life and they said no… but you did not do it before Dr.Casa put a shot to my kid without checking any records. Thanks God my son did not have any problems later, he did not get sick. Otherwise it would not be review only matter.

She has taken care of our children since they were born and always provides us with personalized attention. She accepts us for any emergency and we always prefer to go to her clinic before any other place. We moved out of Woodbridge but still drive up to an hour for routine visits, consultations, and emergencies. We recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our children to Dr Casa for many years now. She has been great to us and my family. My daughter had severe recurring bronchitis since birth, when we got to Dr Casa she started a treatment that was never offered before by previous pediatrician. A year later her condition dramatically improved to a point where she rarely gets a breathing issue amymore. Her condition almost dissapeared. We have also experienced speedy recovery of my kids when we go to her versus a children's urgent care. She is always on point when providing treatment to my kids. And the best of all, she provides you with her direct number for after hour needs..and even more surprising, she has called after hours to follow up when she felt the severity of my children's sickness needed extra attention. We love going to Casa Pediatrics!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Casa highly enough. From our very first visit, it was clear that we had found an exceptional pediatrician. Dr. Casa is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also warm and compassionate. Dr. Casa takes the time to listen to our concerns, answer all our questions thoroughly, and explain medical terms in a way that’s easy to understand. The office staff is also wonderful, ensuring that appointments are scheduled promptly and efficiently, and that the environment is always welcoming and child-friendly.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ MY STORY, before visit there. I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had with Casa clinic. During our recent visit, it was clear that the doctor had not reviewed my child's medical file beforehand. This oversight led to my child receiving the wrong vaccines, which could have been easily avoided with proper attention to detail. As a parent, I trust healthcare professionals to provide safe and accurate care. Unfortunately, this trust was broken in this instance. I hope Dr. Casa and the clinic take steps to ensure that such mistakes do not happen to other patients in the future. If you are worrying about your kids and family, highly recommend to stay far away from this clinic.

Negative experience: I don’t know why, if they attend by appointment, they should respect that. I've had to wait up to 2 hours several times, which is a long time; they should respect the time they say. People have things to do, waiting 2 hours is too much; they wouldn’t like to wait that long either.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and careless staff. My insurance was billed and paid for medical supplies we did not receive. I was told I would hear back from billing and never received a phone call or email. I also requested for the last office note to be published to a patient portal or to be emailed to me - to my surprise there is no patient portal available at this practice nor were they able to send me a secure email. I was told however that they can fax it to my job since I work at doctors office. This made no sense to me whatsoever. I never even received the note. I have yet to meet Dr. Casa and do not wish to continue care here. Aside from my experience Sofia Khan is a wonderful practitioner. It’s a shame her staff can’t represent her as such.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at casa pediatrics for 4 years with my 4 kids and never had a problem, Dr. Casa and NP Mary are the best. They care about my kids health, always get the right care, when it comes to my kids physical and vaccines they are always on top by providing me the right information including a printout of Viss. Staff is great and friendly, definitely recommend this practice.

She is always attentive to my concerns and is gentle with my son especially when it comes to vaccines I always get informed And a printout of Viss which is so helpful. The staff was great, too! Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff, I took my 4yr old daughter for wellness visit. As I specifically communicated this will be a physical and immunizations. Front desk staff want it to charge me as a sick visit. Which is a whole different billing category with insurance. I’m a nurse which I know how billing and this type of visits work, if I was not aware they would have proceeded with the wrong visit. Assistant who administer the vaccines was very rude and unprofessional, did not provide VIS vaccination information or even introduce herself. Was not ready to administer vaccines properly with poor holding technique, total of shots to given was 4 SubQ, all given in the thigh, as second vaccines was been administer she let go of the leg with the needle inside. I was holding my daughter upper body. I said she need to stopped, she did not listen to me at all, “she stated I been doing this for many years”.Wanted to proceed with two remaining shots. I had to intervene and escalate the situation . I told her to not take too long in given shots nor let go of the site while the needle is inside. She looked at me upset and left the room. My daughter left Traumatize, the site was red and painful for days. This clinic staff is not well trained, very unprofessional and not safe for any child .I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Negative experience: The doctors are very good, but the ones at the reception are so terrible and bitter that they think they own the building. The ones who are truly professionals are very kind, but these ladies, just because they sit there answering calls and making appointments, think they have the right to do whatever they want. I requested a transfer to another location due to moving, but the attention from all the pediatricians is very good; they always had a solution for my children. What I don't understand is that if someone wants to re-enroll the kids to be able to take them back, they no longer accept them, and I don't understand why. I called to bring my kids back, and what the receptionist told me was that they had already printed too much paper for the transfer, and that's why they couldn't accept them again. This is something I've heard today because I've been moving to many places for work, and sometimes I return to the same place, and they accept the kids, but here at the pediatric home, they are the only ones who tell me that.

Negative experience: Before writing this review I ofcourse read some of the reviews from a year ago and recently. The common dominator about these reviews are the FRONT DESK STUFF. I can see that nothing has been done to change this. The doctor is great but the ladies that work at the front desk are Horrible. THEY HAVE ATTITUDE AND WHEN YOU CALL OVER THE PHONE THE RUDENESS IS EVEN WORSE. They act like they are doing you a favor. I called yesterday December 13th regarding my Son breathing machine one girl answered the phone when I ask her the information how I can pick up the machine she yelled at me and told me that I have to confirm it with the insurance so then when I call and speak to the insurance they said the doctor need to put in and a request so that they can Authorize it but when I call back, they were rude. Some girl said she’s not the one that was speaking to me. She has no idea what I’m talking about. I explained to her she put me on hold and She never came back on the phone with me. I called the fourth times, another girl picked it up and she said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I explained it to them they still put me on hold never came back the I called for the 5th times the same girl answered, and she was so rude and frustrated and then I told her hey, my son need to breathe and I need the breathing machine and I need help.then they told me I have to go to the office and fill out the form. I wish they could’ve told me earlier because I wasted the whole day just calling and calling the office and not getting accurate information. FyI i have been taking my son at this practice 4th times over the course of 4 years and it was a bad experience with the girls at the front desk.I hate to say we will not be back to this practice even tho the doctor is amayzing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Casa is a true Gem! I drive an hour to go see her and it’s always worthy! I began seeing her because my kids old pediatrician mixed up their vaccines. As I found out that she does her vaccines instead of her MA’s, it truly gave me comfort. She genuinely LOVES her job and kids! Another great example of her excellence, I brought my son to see her after being sent home from an ER visit. The ER made me feel like it was something I should’ve just brushed off and was a normal virus. The next day I brought him in to see Dr casa and She looked at my son and immediately knew that he wasn’t well!And all her tests proved her suspicions right! She’s always thorough and I’m so thankful for her!! You deserve all the best Dr Casa! And I’m super happy for you and your office expansion coming up!

Positive experience: I am not one to leave bad reviews & this place is truly great. The nurse practitioners are great, Dr casa is awesome & the only reason for the 4 stars is because Mary Walters was so helpful and kind today, although I cannot say the same for Nayra. I had an appointment mishap today and when I asked about it she immediately gave me attitude and was rude about it. Been going to the same place for 5 years and never have I ever been talked to like that right off the bat. She never apologized for the misunderstanding and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: They are the best. Doctor Martha is excellent. She treated my 23-year-old son, and now she has attended to my 9-month-old daughter. She has taken care of all my 4 children.

Fantastic experience: It's really not just about finding a good pediatrician; it's also about finding a pediatrician who is good, kind, and, on top of that, cares about the health of your children. Dr. CASA is great because she can call you to check on how your child is doing, which is something they don't do here in the USA, and that speaks volumes about her great humanity. I am grateful to the doctor for her kindness and knowledge, and also to the girls and nurses for their great work! I am a very strict person, and it's hard for a doctor to convince me; so far, they have done it.

Positive experience: I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the front desk girl who answers the phone. She has NO idea how to multitask or what she is doing half the time. She is clueless. She sounds lost all the time!!! I asked her to schedule my daughter with a specific provider and she scheduled me with someone else after I repeated myself to make sure and she said “YES NURSE MARY.” The day of my appointment I walk in and she fails to give me back my id/ins card back. I went to my appointment on a Thursday, no one had the decency to call me and let me know to come pick up my ID/INS before the weekend??? As someone who has worked as front desk before, she needs extensive training!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my kids for a little over a year to CASA Pediatrics. I must say they exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walk in those doors we are greeted with a smile. The providers actually spend time with their patients and the staff is always there to help with any questions. Highly recommend this pediatric office.

Negative experience: Very disappointing that after taking my both kids for years to Casa Pediatrics, they failed to make an emergency appointment for my son who has a bad fever and needs to be examined by his doctor. There is no way that they cant accommodate one more patinate in case of emergency. Tried to talk with the Manager or incharge person at the office, but after waiting and waiting on hold the same person answered and said they cant see my son today.

Positive experience: The staff has always been super friendly and smiles when we've been there. Sometimes certain people may not know certain things and to that I personally suggest meetings, but over all they have been able to help when needed. My son has always got great care and the MAs have been great down to being fast with the shots.

Negative experience: Terrible attention from reception. On 3 occasions they have shown very little interest and simply said 'we can't attend to you, my son has a fever' and they showed the slightest interest in resolving a situation with the insurance system.

Fantastic experience: I started getting my child care here when I needed a second opinion after a ped at GPW dismissed my son's symptoms as just allergies. Dr. Casa's practitioner immediately ran tests and got us the antibiotics he needed. They are very responsive and available, even if you walk-in. I am glad they are here for our community.
