Fantastic experience: The entire staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. Stella is the NP I see, and she is the best! Stella really cares, and takes her time to really get to know you. If you want someone who listens well and provides very good medical advice, make an appointment! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a holistic practice, I would highly recommend this one. It’s refreshing to have doctors who ask about all the possible factors in your life (work, relationships, life changes) that could be contributing to a health concern, not just treat the surface symptom with medicine. Negative experience: I was charged for 3 different quest diagnostics ordered by a provider her I wasn’t even made aware of. One was over $600 because it was “experimental” & my insurance didn’t cover it. Total my 1 visit to the gynecologist was almost $1000 and I’m a college student and I can’t afford to pay it

He works to get to the root cause of the problem rather than just prescribing medication to mask the symptoms. Sabrina is amazing at the acupuncture. After just 2 sessions, my symptoms were nearly gone and I feel better than I have in my life. She has been truly life changing for me. Michelle was great for my well-women care. When I got divorced I didn't have health insurance for 8 yrs so I couldn't go to him but now I do and I'm so excited to be returning! Negative experience: Don't waste your time If you want to be sold supplements and not receive the care you're paying for, go to this guy. I arrived for what I thought was an acupuncture appointment to be "consulted" for about 30 minutes. Essentially an extended sales pitch for his supplements. No acupuncture done. Then when I checked out, I thought I would be setting up a 2nd appointment for the actual acupuncture. I asked to confirm this but was told it would be the consultation with the acupuncturist. WHAT? It takes 3 appointments to get the care that I want. Truly a waste of my time and money. Stay away from these hucksters.

I have jumped from Dr. Office to Dr. Office looking for answers as to what I may have going on and they figured it out. Not only did they help me, but offered so many options on how to tailor my diet and health needs to get my hormones back to normal without leaning into prescribing me 100 different medications. I can honestly say the experience with this office is one of the best experiences I have ever had at any Dr. Office. I am beyond grateful for all they have done for me and my health. If you feel in your gut something is off with your health and need help please find them. They will help you in the most holistic way possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Shemesh’s clinic for 3 years now and they always have treated me with kindness and professionalism.

Positive experience: I loved the office. They are thorough and really work towards your wellness. But sadly, I can never get in. I went through two NP's had to wait 7 weeks to see Dr Shemeesh. Who then referred me to Johanna. I had to wait 6 weeks for that appointment. Her and I discussed a plan to try a diet program. I had to schedule a appointment for that. It was 6 weeks out. Then the morning of my appointment they needed to reschedule and that is fine but it was another four weeks. At this point I don't want to sign up for a weight loss program and then never be seen. Especially with the cost.

Fantastic experience: After losing my PC Dr. I struggled to find a female practitioner who was knowledgeable of HRT. Having seen Mind Body Spirit advertising B4, I scheduled an appointment. That was 4 years ago!. I have had the Best experience with Michelle Golding. She and the entire group are on top and ahead of many practitioners in the area with their knowledge and understanding of healthful medicine. It's also important to point out that all patients can communicate directly with their practitioner through their patient portal, and get quick responses . This is an excellent medical practice and one I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Michelle as a last ditch effort to save my health. I had seen several different practitioners for my thyroid issues and all of them did nothing but give me more disappointment with each visit. My sister was seeing Michelle for her thyroid issues and at this time I saw Michelle I was desperate and thought that I had nothing to lose by seeing her. I didn’t go in with high expectations since I had had nothing but bad experiences with all the previous doctors I had seen. After one visit with Michelle I can tell you that she has literally saved me. She LISTENED TO ME! I FINALLY felt heard. She did not just look at my labs and treat me based on my lab results. She has treated me based on a collaboration of my labs and how I feel. She trusts me to make the decision to adjust my medications based on how I’m feeling. I feel like I have been able to take back having more control over my thyroid heath. I have had nothing but positive results and feel so much better over all since being under Michelle’s care. Michelle is an absolute gem and a huge credit to the profession.( I am also an RN) She is worth the over hour drive to see her. Negative experience: At the end of my first appointment I was sent for labs, had the labs done and was billed incorrectly for them because of how the physician classified the orders and did not separate them. Apparently this cannot be fixed so I am not stuck with the bill. After my first and only I was told to purchase $300 worth of their supplements. I was told to take the supplements and we would follow up in 3 months to which I have not received a call since and it has been 6 months now.

Fantastic experience: My body was extremely cold and I had no energy left and was mostly home bound. I went to every possible doctor in Tampa and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. After 10 years of frustration and feeling helpless, I saw Dr. Ron. During my first visit, he told me to get my hormones checked out and my blood work showed low progestrone, estrogen and dhea and mostly testosterone. After being on hormonal therapy for approximately 6 months, my body is retaining heat and I'm able to live an almost normal life. In due time, I see my self becoming completely healthy. Dr Ron has been god sent to me.

Fantastic experience: I met a woman at a nail salon and during our chat, we discussed similarities in “women’s symptoms”. She strongly recommended this center and I’m so glad she did! Michelle and the entire staff devote themselves to women’s health. They discovered, even after I had mentioned feeling exhausted to my pcp, that I had Epstein Barre! Now I am well on my way to taking care of myself and am about to get my first pellet; I literally can’t wait. Also, my endocrinologist wanted their name, as she completely agrees with every approach they’re using!!! Amazing place! We, as women, take care of everyone else; I found a center that takes care of me - don’t hesitate!!!

Negative experience: The appointments are too short for a serious issue. My last telehealth appt started 10 minutes late and then I had 15 minutes which felt rushed and inadequate. I also felt like I wasn't being listened to and was dismissed.

Fantastic experience: As a patient of 10+ years, I am very pleased with Mind Body Spirit Care! Dr. Shemesh is as insightful as he is a true caring human being. With some basic breathing techniques, he made sure I was at ease for my annual wellness exam. Staff was very kind as my recent visit included a blood draw. This is not easy with my small, hard to find veins. My follow-up visit was quickly scheduled. Lastly, I purchased several items from the variety of products available in the lobby. Both offices are superb!

If you are on the fence about integrated medicine -- jump off and come give this practice a try. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you! I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and chronic EBV. After Michelle read my blood work and heard what I had to say, it seems Hashimotos isn't the real culprit of my misery but PCOS is! She has changed my entire treatment plan and I'm already feeling better after 4 weeks.
