Our comment from Nutrifinder.net about Randolph Health:

Randolph Health is a healthcare facility that has received mixed reviews from patients and their families. Numerous visitors have reported long wait times, unprofessional behavior from some staff, and a general lack of concern for patient care, especially in the emergency department. Many have described experiences of inadequate treatment and misdiagnoses, leaving them frustrated and disappointed.

However, amidst these criticisms, there are patients who have praised specific staff members for their kindness and supportive care, particularly in maternity and general inpatient settings. Some individuals highlighted the excellent service they received from nursing teams and expressed gratitude for the compassionate care provided during their stay.

  • Strengths:
  • Compassionate nursing staff in specific departments, particularly maternity.
  • Very clean facilities noted by some patients.
  • Fast response times in critical situations, as cited by a few emergency room visits.
  • Areas for Improvement:
  • Long wait times, particularly in the emergency room.
  • Inconsistent quality of care, with reports of rude behavior from some healthcare professionals.
  • Need for better communication between staff and patients regarding treatment and wait times.

Many reviewers recommend seeking care elsewhere for urgent health issues, highlighting the institution's need for improvement across various aspects of patient service. Nevertheless, the hospital has shown moments of outstanding care that some patients have found beneficial during their visits.

Negative experience: If I could give them a 0 I would the nurses on the 4th Floor are RUDE and have no idea what they need to do. When I ask them to get someone that could do better with starting IV the nurse ask me to be quite, but that didn’t happen . The doctor didn’t have a clue either!!!!! (Not the surgeon but the hospitalist ) They didn’t help my uncle and sent him to a rehab with a UTI didn’t even send meds , they let him go 3 days before they started treating him, so he go a lot worse. The hospital did the same thing. . sent him to a rehab that didn’t give his meds so now back to Cone hospital I wouldn’t take anyone to Randolph hospital not even my dog .

Negative experience: Had a bone density test done almost 3 weeks ago, still waiting to be read. Seems they switched radiologists & they're not sure what the problem is. I wish one of the major health systems could have bought this hospital. It gets worse each year. Old outdated equipment. Couple of years ago, they could get an EKG machine to work & blood pressure monitor wasn't working either (in the E R.). Totally bad.

Negative experience: I had my son here in 2024. The staff was more concerned about getting my medical information rather than making sure I was comfortable. The nurses, when asked a question, all had different answers. The lactation nurse was unhelpful. I wish I could go back and have him at UNC. DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY HERE, PLEASE. I BEG YOU

Negative experience: I was seen in the ER on November 13 in which I had a chief complaint of a sudden acute onset of back pain. Hoping that it was a kidney stone. I did let these people know that there was a cute trauma injury that occurred eight days prior to my presentation in the ER. And abdominal CT was done with my vertebrae the radiologist doctor. Sean Whalen md Read the x-ray as a chronic compression fracture. Chronic would say that you have a history of back pain and which I did not acute is short duration although the PA Chad did not place that in my record with my chief complaint for for the diagnosis. Randolph Hospital as a provider myself and a nurse practitioner has done tremendous errors and harmed to the community. I have placed a complaint with the medical board as well as attempting to contact the joint commission at this point and investigation of this facility and not being able to practice within the community would be safe for all people concerned. Being a provider, I would think that they would not have created a liability circumstance and at this point I could not be acutely treated due to the statement made by the radiologist and the lack of the PA putting a proper history in for the radiologist to determine the Read . It looks like Randolph County will be seeing me in court because once I lose my job this week it then becomes a big issue. I see a spinal surgeon Friday and another specialist for radiology to back up everything so I can go to court Randolph should not be practicing in the community. Cannot stress to the people of Asheboro. I personally have had many clients that they have made tragic Airs on . Please take heed to this warning. If you are a member of this community, the reputation of this ER is poured best and their Director. Dr. Marcus has no initiative to correct anything with his personnel Or for the benefit of the community in which he serves. I can also say that I am thoroughly ashamed that I was once on staff as a practitioner in this ER it was a disgrace to my reputation. I was totally unaware and thought that I could make a difference, but there’s no difference to be made in this facility for the public to be proud of to assure themselves of appropriate care.

Negative experience: I would not even rate a star but I had to to post! But this hospital is a joke! We waited to 4+hours and no one knows when I would have a room I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone

Positive experience: People doing mammogram need to read instruction on patient to make sure getting the right one. Ones filling out paperwork need to learn to double check. I almost got wrong mammogram that detected i had breast cancer.

Positive experience: Giving them 4 stars. My last 2 visits I really was struggling. The past is in the past from early in January 2024 & backwards. The staff these last 2 visits were really nice. I don’t have anything against this hospital anymore like I used to because I realized their job is to help people in need. Earlier this year it was a situation that they couldn’t control. But it took some time to get me out of that situation because it was a process. I am about to get my place soon & Randolph Health will be the hospital I will go to in need for anything in case of emergencies. Plus Cone as well. ❤️

Negative experience: Currently waiting for a call from a doctor for my mother who is in Dr. GADDAMS care. She's been there 4 days and I heard from him one time when she 1st got there. I have been trying to get him to call me and talk to me about my mother's care for 3 days and have not heard anything yet. Maybe tomorrow I will hear something. The nurses have been wonderful but the doctors need to call when family members put in a request for a call... I had to ask for a 2nd opinion tonight just in hopes someone will call.

Negative experience: This has to be the worst Hospital ever. My Mother has been in ICU and has been recently been put in a room . My sister and myself went to see her yesterday and gave them all pertinent information including my phone number. They still had my old phone number in their records. Nurse Lea on the 4th floor is awful.. Mom has been in the ER numerous times and they said nothing was wrong with her and sent her back home to fall some more. The reason mom went to the ER was she kept falling over and over. Ems had to come get her and bring her home because she was unable to walk without falling. She has broken ribs for sure. Me and my family have been told she has been admitted because she has a blockage. later we were told she didnt, Now we are being told she has kidney failure . She was carried to the hospital by EMS and admitted. We were never given a code. I would give then Zero stars if i could. If you are a inmate they treat you like gold. I know for a fact.

Negative experience: Dirty hospital, rude staff, and horrible wait times. Was misdiagnosed in the ER the last time I went and ended up having to have surgery a few months later to correct the issue that was not properly addressed by ER doctors. I avoid any kind of service at this hospital and recommend everyone else to do the same. If you're brought here in an ambulance, best of luck- you'll need it. EDIT for pricing- A family member was recently told it would be $4800 to get a CT scan performed here (insurance would cover some), but Premiere Imaging only cost $500 (with insurance covering some). As mentioned above, I avoid the services at Randolph Hospital for a multitude of reasons, including their ridiculously high prices/charges.

Positive experience: Waiting was the biggest issue!! Waiting room could've been a bit cleaner. But... I was admitted for overnight stay on the fourth floor and I must say staff was awesome. They had me feeling less stressed more relaxed. They did great attending to me. A big thanks to fourth floor staffing. I was in room 447.

Negative experience: This review is posted on several platforms where this organization can’t remove it. This facility and the unethical treatment by a nurse Practitioner and a nurse in the phsyc department traumatized myself and my husband. We were lied to straight out and misinformed. I will NEVER again seek any care from any Dr. associated with this hospital due to the treatment and gross unethical behavior. We are taking reports and records to the nursing board so this never happens to another patient. The treatment is disturbing, inhumane and unethical Starting in the ER. YOU TRAUMATIZED an ADULT PATIENT!! You told direct LIES and the proper authorities WILL know every detail.

Positive experience: I’ve been there several times and it was a terrible experience. The next time I have any problems, I will go somewhere else no matter if I don’t make it that’s how bad it was rude rude people, dirty bathroom, and a very bad experience.

Negative experience: I was abused here by a male doctor and female staff. I don't know their names because they wore no ID when interacting with me and I can't get any information from the hospital itself. It is a corrupt facility and the corruption runs deep. This place ruined my life.. please stay away!!

Negative experience: Randolph Hospital in Asheboro N.C. if ur really in bad health & r in any PAIN DO NOT go there !!!! U will be sitting in the waiting room for about 4 or more hrs before U will be seen . This is a VERY SLOW hospital. They move at their own pace.

Negative experience: I went to the ED scared, concerned and not feeling well and I was treated like crap by the attending physician. He gave a diagnosis with nothing to base it on. The nurse was no patient advocate, she defended the doctors very bad attitude by saying that's just him and he is like that with them as well. No compassion! Totally invalidated me because he did not believe me. I have defended this hospital. I have supported this hospital. No more!

Negative experience: Went to the ER for a fingertip cut off by a knife. We were put in the waiting room while blood was pouring out of the finger. Finally make it back to triage, get placed in a room. The doctor came in and said, oh you cut the tip off nothing we can do. We will give you a bandaid and send you home. The nurse came in to put antibacterial cream on and couldn't get it off the q tip, where it had to be done by the patient, then placed a blood cotting strip on the wound. The nurse then wrapped the finger and we were told to go home. By the time we arrived home (10 minutes) blood was still pouring out the bandage and running down the patients arm. We had to rebandage the finger right after we got home and it was a bloody mess. After rewrapping the wound for over a course of 3 hours due to bleeding out of the bandage, the bleeding simmered down. We should have just stayed home and treated it ourselves.

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life.Felt like I was in a horror movie or sloder house there were 5 of us having surgery. In the prep room no one spoke.the teck just rushed as fast as she could.had surgery rushed into a room with the same 5 patients as before.we all woke up at the same time Screaming and crying in pain.we were all middle aged people. Screaming.got a shot.snoozed awhile. Was woke up with them getting me dressed. Put us in a wheelchair and pushed out as to say times up. OH and I had never met the surgeon. Came in wearing a checkered shirt as if was a farmer. How can my whole arm be paralyzed but my hand in so much pain? Never again.

Fantastic experience: My review is for the outpatient facility and surgical day care department. My procedure was on 2/8/24 and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the time I walked into the building to the time I was rolled out the door, by a very kind gentleman, my care was top notch! Dr. Gaccione, and the anesthesia nurse Clark Tomlinson were very calming and informative. All the nurses were great as well. They had the coolest vein finder tool too! They were able to place a perfect iv and I only have the faintest bruise from the needle. I have had medical care at Cape Fear Valley, Duke, and Alamance Regional, however my care at Randolph Outpatient far exceeded any of the previous hospitals and for that reason I would highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: To all the staff at Randolph hospital, thank you all for taking such great care me in my time of need!! Everyone from the Doctors, Nurses, Support staff, meal service, ER, ICU, and even my last night spent in the luxurious room on the 3rd floor birthing center. I spent 4 days in the ICU, the nurses were absolutely amazing. They took such great care of me, made sure all my medications were administered properly and efficiently. Even called a doctor to change me over to solid foods early and got me a tray of food late at night after the cafeteria was closed. I’ve been in Baptist hospital in Winston Salem, Cone health hospital in Greensboro, Annie penn in reidsville, and Alamance regional in Burlington, but my vote is by far for Randolph Health hospital as the best care I’ve had ever received in North Carolina!! Thank you all for everything!!

Negative experience: Went in for excruciating back pain. Was made to undress and put on a gown, unaware that this male PA and his male intern would tell me to raise my breasts, turn around, and do side bends. NOT ONLY were hippa violations made, when I spoke up about it, the PA walked out and slammed my door hard enough for the entire ED to hear. I finally demanded a Dr, after involuntarily giving my blood and taking part in the unnecessary, embarrassing acts, that this man put me through. Now I’m being billed for a CT of my abdomen which was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. The Doctor who was doing nothing decided to welcome himself into my room once I found out that I was put through an expensive test, which had nothing to do with my visit to the ER. The Doctor covered for this PA by making sure that his name wouldn’t be on any of my paperwork. This hospital should not be in business. If you love your family, don’t bring them here.

Negative experience: I was in a really bad car accident and went here for treatment. I told the trauma doc in the ER that I was losing feelings in my hands, that I couldn’t move them, and he said, very rudely, “you’re just having a panic attack,” invalidating my injuries because I was just “an emotional woman.” Every doctor I’ve visited since has confirmed my initial assumption that I have nerve damage. Also, I just found out today that I broke one of the vertebrae in my spine in said accident that they missed in the X-ray they took the same day. It healed on its own, thankfully, because the body is an amazing thing, unlike this hospital.

Fantastic experience: I went last night with my 5 month year old with difficulty breathing due to an upper respiratory infection. Dr Marcus Eugene and his team were awesome! They passed us to the back quick and started to treat him immediately and when we were discharged my baby was able to breath normal thanks to all treatments done . Thank you for all the care and way you you all treated us that night - sent us home with an inhaler that has been very helpful.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were traveling to the Mountains Monday(10/30) when something happened to him while driving,I immediately took him to the closest hospital, which was Randolf Health. I could not have asked for better care than they gave us while there! My husband was having a stroke, and because the quick actions taken at the hospital giving him the medication he needs to stop and reverse it he is doing fine now.He had to be transported to another hospital because they do not have a neurologist, but that was fine,we got closer to home. Thank you to all the staff who helped us that day!!!

Fantastic experience: Randolph Hospital truly provided great care for our father over the past several months. While he was in their care, they were always compassionate and caring. He had to pay a visit to the ER a couple of times over the past several months and the teams there were very caring. He was admitted both times for various reasons as he had several health issues and both times, his medical teams were very caring and attentive. There were many people on our father’s care team but there were a couple that just shined! Katie in the ER and Tina on the PCU floor- I don’t know your last names but you were both amazing people and we’re glad you chose this profession and that you are taking care of our loved ones! Please keep doing your thing because we appreciate you and need people that care as much as you do!

Negative experience: I took my friend to emergency room yesterday and was there from 3 pm until 9:30 pm. He had a kidney stone attack. They did a CT scan. They did not keep you informed about delay and when PA would be in to sign release. One of LPN nurses was not friendly at all. The PA was nice enough. They may not have enough staff to speed things up?

Negative experience: Had a recent visit to ER and was there for 2.5 hrs and the bill was over $10,000. They did an EKG and two xrays. Left me in a room for 2 hrs without checking on me. I got a bill today from an automated billing via text messaging. I was not sent a bill in the mail. They force customers to login to the system to access account info. How secure is the payment system? I absolutely hate the payment system. I will pay the bill, but I would like a bill for my records. I will not go to this hospital if I can avoid it. Do they have a billing department anymore? If they do I want an application. Sounds like you don't have to do anything. They send bills to collection before giving time to get a bill. It is almost like they try to wreck your credit. They will not send a bill by standard mail. Seems like a very disorganized billing system. Google them and you will read multiple complaint and a lot of them are customers not getting a bill but get a notice it is in collections.

Negative experience: Ryan snyder is on the form as my doctor which im not sure if that is the woman doctors name that saw me but whoever my doctor was. She was blonde with some birds on her shirt. She does not care about her patients or pay more than five seconds of attention to them. And she also had an attitude for no reason. I've been experiencing chest pain and difficulty breathing due to mold exposure. I also have impacted wisdom teeth as an ongoing issue. My throat is in burning BURNING pain and my ear hurts and I cannot breathe bc of the infection because of the mold. An ambulance picks me up and I state all of these issues. They give me steroids because of the mold. and then the doctor comes in she didn't even introduce herself. The doctor immediately patronizes me and tells me its just because of anxiety and i tell her again about how I cant get enough breath and severe throat pain and she had me open my mouth for ONE SECOND no tongue out and was standing 3 feet away from me and claimed she didn't see anything. Of course she didnt. She looked for one second and was 3 feet away. She then walks out frustrated when I tell her something was wrong with my throat. I get let go only feeling better because of the steroid and go to cvs where they actually looked at my throat and it was clear to see tonsil stones and tonsilitis. After Ryan Snyder left one of the nurses found me on the floor hyperventilating bc she was such a herk and im not anxious bc im anxious . Got anxious because I've been in pain. I expect men to put women down to anxiety. But to have another woman completely disregard you and treat you without care and a second thought. Wow. Its no wonder that so many people die from medical malpractice. But my nurses and my WONDERDUL WONDERFUL XRAY TECH SHE WAS THE BEST PART OF MY VISIT!!! They all had me feeling better and I knew they cared. Sadly the doctorsdon't. Please don't go here and if you get Ryan Snyder ask for another doctor she couldn't even diagnose what a school nurse would be able to. And she told my whole team she thought i was just anxious. Thanks for gaslighting Ryan Snyder. you shouldn't have became a doctor. You didn't help me. I couldve got steroids at the gym. Did a ct on me but just wouldn't look at my throat :(

Negative experience: By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Came to the emergency room for a NG tube replacement for my 3 year old nephew and during my visit I had to leave two times to get his own personal supplies at the house for the doctors to perform the procedure. These were basic things such as the correct tube size and basic syringes. A patient should never have to leave the emergency room just to get basic medical supplies for their own visit. I will never return to this hospital even if my life counted on it.

Positive experience: I was here to have a baby. Experience was great, labor was great. Only thing is, they need to either cpst train the nurses or STOP messing with car seats. I needed to put my infant seat in baseless and they tried to put the shoulder belt into the lap belt guides, which is a huge no no. That could easily be a baby's life and a huge liability. Luckily I knew better and fixed it.

Negative experience: This hospital is terrible at holding on to your payments to them but then will report you to the credit bureau for no reason this has been done twice to me. While in the hospital and me being on lasik they had nothing for me to put on to protect myself and I was soaked from head to toe then had to get up and take a bath and wash down my bed that was a couple of months ago and I am still mad about it. A doctor never did come up and check on me and never did I even see a nurse.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars i would, based on their emergency department. I have lived all over the country and this hospital has by far the worst emergency department I have ever experienced. My family member arrived by ambulance and after a a couple tests they dumped him in the waiting with no information other than " this is the waiting room." We waited for ANYONE to tell us anything for over 3 hours with no word and not a single employee acknowledged us. We watched and spoke to others who were in the same situation...many with issues that were causing them great discomfort yet they were dumped off in the waiting room in uncomfortable chairs for hours. When we had been there for nearly 4 hours AFTER the tests, we went to the desk to try to get information. It was dark and there was nobody there. A man in scrubs poked his head out of a door and when he saw we were looking for help, rather than asking if he could help he quickly ducked back into the room. We decided at that point that we would leave and if needed go to a different hospital. I will NEVER go to this hospital again for anything.

Negative experience: This hospital cares so much about ending the spread of illness... on the weekends they have visitors come through the emergency room....and lock the normal visitor entrance...

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all the nurses and Dr. Patidar for their excellent care of my father. Dr. Patidar is just a phenomenal doctor. He took time to explain everything to us, is very patient and has impeccable bedside manner! Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: I've called 3 times for a Mammogram and no answer. Left 3 messages within the last month and yet to get anyone to call me back. Guess I will have to schedule with another hospital. They wonder why this hospital is about to shut down

Negative experience: Zero stars, my mom went into the ER as she was having severe pain she could barley move. The did a scan and she told them she couldn’t move and the nurses laughed, she barley got checked on and one of the machines were unplugged until my father told them about it.

Negative experience: When I had my children, the maternity ward treated me very well. When my son broke his arm a few years ago, we waited 45 minutes in the ER and we weren't even be seen by the triage nurse, so we left and he was treated at High Point hospital with the greatest care. Last spring I spent 5 days in the transitional unit at Randolph hospital, and had to beg for a shower. It was the worst care I had ever experienced. I was at Randolph hospital this weekend in the transition unit, They didn't help me AT ALL.... AND some of my belongings weren't returned to me upon my discharge. A pair of earrings that I had just bought with my daughters. I filed a police report, but since I cannot prove the nurse stole them from me there is nothing I can do. Steven Coward was supposed to help me retrieve my missing items, but failed to do so. This hospital is the worst.

Negative experience: 1 star is far too generous, urgent care provides better care than this ER. Not only is their triage process an entire joke (waited 5 hrs before being seen with a patient who was covered in blood and actively bleeding around others) but when finally brought back we listened to nurses shout patient information (including medicare ID numbers and medical records). This place is a huge lawsuit waiting to happen. If you have an emergency try to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to be treated with a shred of humanity. The new owner doesn't want to invest in his emergency department b.c it isn't a money maker...so he's willing to treat patients and their information with 0 respect.

Negative experience: Six hours to find out five more people are in front of us. Seen people come in after us and leave before us. Is this we're u come to wait to die

Tracy Mccomb 3 years ago

Negative experience: I just left there and been there for over three and half hours and there have been people coming in there after me going in the back, so it's an emergency room and everyone that's there thinks their case is an emergency, as long as the ambulance is not coming in and they were not then you should be dealing with them according to as they come In cause they all have to be seen. I am very disappointed at the emergency room,a child that has a cast on and laughing and playing is important than a 40 year old woman whose has fluid on her that can be relaredd to kidneys or heart is less important I'm confused. Yall have to better Randolph Hospital. Administration what's going on.

Negative experience: My wife had to come to this ER, the wait was ridiculous, and then once she did get seen they told her that it was just an anxiety attack and sent her home without treatment. She was having heat exhaustion and dehydration, we later found out. Physician assistant was incredibly rude. Just get a ride to Cone instead if you can.

Negative experience: Head the other way!! Go anywhere but here!! 5 hrs after a hard fall, my 75yo disabled mother is still in the waiting room, major hematoma on her forehead & unable to move her left arm. CT scan & x-rays were done 4hrs ago. She's asked for ice pack for her head and a pain reliever, ibuprofen, not asking for narcotics. I'm so furious right now. The staff are rude and act like I'm overreacting because m asking questions every 30 minutes. I'd take her somewhere else, but she'd have to start the process all over again. This has nothing to due with Covid-19 or shortagesor what else they will blame it on!! This is all about rude nursing staff, slow service time and complete lack of care and compassion. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Negative experience: I was a patient there on 5/9/2022 I do not live in Randolph I live in Greensboro North Carolina but I stayed overnight at that facility, I had a severe asthma attack Mrs Yasmina who was the nurse on duty that night who refuse to give me something to drink and when I was able to sleep I woke up with her just standing over me when she saw me wake up she jump and ask me am I okay that was WEIRD however I explained to her I don't drink speaker water she then goes to the front deck and start discussing to the other nurse what I said she then just walk off as like she was saying well forget you I kept saying hello hello she never returned until another nurse came in to check on me that night was the worst night I ever experienced in my life not once have any other hospital made me feel uncomfortable more then I already was from having a chronic asthma attack YASMINA is very unprofessional she treated me like I discussed her or something I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE IF I WASN'T OUT OF TOWN I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT TO THIS HOSPITAL PLEASE NEVER GO THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT

Negative experience: Randolph Hospital or now Randolph Health has failed to invest the money required for the staff, equipment, and facilities to provide quality care. The hospital does not have a cath lab, is not a stroke center, and is not a trauma center. Rather than investing in those things they instead built a helipad so patients can be billed tens of thousands of dollars to go to another hospital. The ER is the defacto healthcare provider in the county for people without insurance leading to long wait times. Despite other facilities and even some local government agencies working to address the opioid epidemic and the mental health crisis in the county they are just now deciding to build a in-patient psych unit, only after getting a million plus dollar grant from the government.

Negative experience: I took my husband there late this afternoon and had one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had...I couldn't get any medical questions answered and when I first met Dr.Corsinski....when I told him that his family dr wanted him admitted he literally scoffed in my face and my husband was getting more and more upset because he didn't want to be there to start with....long story short my husband signed AMA papers and we came home..that place is beyond being a joke and you can believe after all that ill never take any of my family members back up there or atleast until they get rid of that one dr!!!

Positive experience: Everyone was super friendly and helpful from time of entering the center until leaving. The tech assigned to me was so nice and considerate. The center itself is really nice.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this hospital at all. This hospital needs to shut down. You don’t have a good chance of surviving here coming from a high risk pregnant patient. The nurses were very rude and the room was unclean with another person’s specimen in the room.

Negative experience: The emergency room doctor classified my condition to cannot treat because of hypertension. I was throwing up all night. Amber Nodal you know who you are. It’s been a year on 5/22/2022. My insurance is saying I have a zero balance and the billing service is saying the same but I keep getting a bill for 856.00.

Negative experience: If there was a place to select 0 I would. My father-in-law went in with weakness and 1 week after being tested for Covid 19. The first responders was not even sure why we wanted him to be picked up but his weakness had us concerned. He was in from February 22nd until the March 8th. While he was in there his chart shows he developed hospital pneumonia (from lying flat on his back), he developed a UTI from not being changed and cleaned properly, he went sepsis and left with starting of bed sores. He went to a rehab center where they found an open sore between his legs, a rash and redness on his growing. They also found he had a mouth thrush along with a nicotine patch (the man hasn’t smoked in 55 years and then he briefly smoked in the Air Force. I would not take a dog to this place. This isn’t the end of my story but I will stop here.

Fantastic experience: As a pregnant woman, I googled Randolph Health’s reviews to make sure it was where I wanted to deliver. I was immediately terrified by the rating. However, I read a ton of reviews and it was not because of the maternity floor. All of the reviews for L&D were amazing and I couldn’t agree more! I had a fairly long experience, being induced 3 times, but the nurses and my OB doctors were nothing short of amazing! Especially someone who I saw well after I was discharged, the lactation consultant, Julie! I adored her. She was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. I had 3 or 4 separate meetings with her after we went home. Being a first time mom, I was very nervous and had a ton of questions. They never seemed annoyed and helped me so much. Especially after my C-section. I highly recommend the maternity floor!

Negative experience: If it were possible to give this hospital 0 stars I would. My mom has been sick for over a week with COVID. They won’t give her anything for the pain she’s feeling, she can’t move her entire right side of her body without being in agonizing pain. I had to call an ambulance for her and she ended up waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours before being told to go home. A doctor came out in the waiting room and told everyone “if you’re unvaccinated you’re the problem, and you’re making everything harder on us, whatever you’re dealing with it’s you’re own fault so you need to take care of yourself” and made everyone leave. My mom still cannot move and she’s not getting better. This hospital needs to be shut down. They don’t care if you’re dying they will just let you die. 0/5 never go here. F this hospital!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in on a sat night from a hernia pull, it was awful. They took care of it for the night, made me a referral to a doctor. 2 weeks later I was back in the hospital for surgery. They repaired three!! I did not know I had three. It was a very pleasant procedure. The doctors, nurses and all was so helpful. I mean , it's a painful situation and they made it the best experience possible. I would so recommend this hospital. Staff and everything was top notch. Thank you all so much for making this awful and painful experience the best you could

Ryder Grant 3 years ago

Negative experience: If you need to go to the hospital, just pretend this one does not exists. It does not matter if you’re dying, they will just let you die anyway.
