Fantastic experience: I've had a really great experience with Dr. Alex. I saw him regularly during my pregnancy and have returned to his office now for structural care to reduce migraines. The staff always sees me on time and communicates well. I love what I learn about my care at progress visits. I briefly tried a different Chiropractor closer to my house and was disappointed that they required I pay for a whole program up front. I appreciate that the staff here takes the time to bill each of my visits to insurance.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr LeBon with neck pain and posture issues. He was successful in addressing both, bringing me almost immediate pain relief. He also has developed an exercise plan to help prevent future occurrences. In addition to addressing the neck and back issues he was able to pinpoint the cause of hip and knee pain that my orthopedic surgeon had not been able to find. Dr LeBon and his staff maintain a professional atmosphere, while making sure the patient is at ease. I would highly recommend Dr LeBon to anyone!

Negative experience: Charged $200 for a 20 appointment. This place is scam artist "chiropractic" care and profit off of vulnerable parents. I made an appointment for my newborn telling the staff that she was having trouble eating. They assured me that they could help. They got me in right away and were very kind on the phone. Once I got there they were very upfront about the pricing and I agreed because my baby needed help. Once we got into the exam room the doc did a few minutes of work on her then said she would need twice a week appointments. He never took a history, never assessed why she was having the problems. Never observed her eating. Never examined her mouth or jaw or airways as I suggested that may be the problem. Just a quick neck run and ear pulling and then escorted me the the front desk where they said the price was $199. I was told that in advance ($150 for assessment and $49 for adjustment) I just didn't think either of those things had happened yet, at least not well. So I was flustered and shocked to be charged that after only 20 min. I am 100% to blame for being vulnerable and naive, but I'm sharing this to help other parents chose more wisely than I did.

Fantastic experience: I sought out Simple Truth’s Chiropractic health after my wife had a very positive experience with them adjusting her during her pregnancy. I was having chronic back pain that would occasionally cause migraines as well; I rarely could sleep more than four hours without needing to get up and stretch. After just three weeks, I’m already experiencing great relief. I’m sleeping through nights with minimal or no pain upon waking. Dr. Alex and the staff I’ve interacted with are so kind and helpful! Dr. Alex did an amazing job explaining everything along the way, and the office runs like clockwork. I appreciate how efficiently everything runs!

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with the plan that Dr. Alex came up with for my posture/kyphosis. I noticed results in a few weeks when the adjustments started to feel less extreme. I'm starting at home exercises to continue my posture correction, and I'm optimistic I will be able to stand up straight.

Fantastic experience: I've dealt with chronic low back pain for years and thought there was little I could do to improve it. Dr. Le Bon is super personable, knowledgeable and developed a care plan that significantly improved my back pain in a matter of weeks. I even saw improvement in my headaches. Prior to working with Dr. Le Bon, I had never seen a chiropractor, but now, I cannot recommend it or Dr. Le Bon enough. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible accident with a previous chiropractor that sent me to the ER. I swore I would never go to another chiropractor but (due to my last chiropractor) I was getting horrible migraines and lower back pain, so my friends told me I HAD to go to Dr. Alex. I can not recommend him enough. I haven't gotten a migraine since starting my adjustments there. He is awesome at what he does, and truly cares about you and your wellbeing.

Negative experience: This place is absolute trash. I have been to a number of chiropractors for my chronic pain and this was by far the worst. They make fake plans to get you to pay more money unnecessarily and have no real concern for their patients. They are also terrible at communicating with their clients. I was completely screwed over by this place and I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Kristin is simply amazing, from the first second you meet her she makes you feel like you’re family. I am an RDH who had constant hip, neck & back pain from my career that never found relief from chiropractic adjustments until I found Dr.Kristin. She has been a miracle worker who is full of knowledge. She has always answered all of the questions I’ve ever brought to her and brings solutions with stretches and products to help between adjustments. I’ve never seen a chiropractor who is so thorough starting from going through and reviewing xrays with you, explaining how it all works and what a healthy spine should look like to and through the whole adjustment. She’s also very personable, she remembers details about you & doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another patient on the schedule. I drive 45 minutes one way to see her and will never see another chiropractor again. Thanks for always relieving my pain, Dr.Kristin. I am thankful for you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kristin did wonders for me! I had been getting migraines almost every night for a few weeks. She not only adjusted me, but also helped show me different exercises for my back and pressure points to massage to help if they occurred again. Since seeing her, the migraines have stopped. I was also having trouble with my jaw and she was able to adjust it and again show me different exercises and massages to help with the pain and tightness between visits. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people who thinks/thought chiropractors are quacks, but I got real results at Simple Truth. I was having numbness, tingling, and pain in my right arm that was preventing me from working well. I went to my doctor and got a steriod (that didn't work) and was then told I would have to wait a month to get some nerve tests done. My wife set up an appointment with me at Simple Truth. After the consult I was adjusted for the first time. On the last adjustment (my neck) I felt a zing from my neck to my fingers, a bit of heat, and then I could feel again. It wasn't perfect, but over the next couple of weeks it was fixed. I was also given exercises to do to increase flexibility and strength to the muscles supporting the spine that were causing the most stress to my nerves and arm. Everything is professional and quite quick. I didn't think I'd say this about a Chiro, but I'd highly highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I started going to a chiropractor back in high school due to headaches. I felt that it was helpful but always felt like more of a bandaid, so I slowed and eventually stopped once I left for college. It's been about 8 years since I stopped, and was driven back after my back seized up one morning. I chose to see Dr. Dan based on a whim and online reviews and I'm very happy with my choice. The approach to care is - importantly - more than adjustments. You'll go through a quick initial consultation that allows for targeted care and - once you reach a suitable point - be given stretches and exercises to work on posture and target muscles. I went to PT last year for shoulder pain, and Dr. Dan's regimen is identical to the one I was given there. All this to say, he knows his stuff. He's always cheerful (as are all of the staff there), personable, will ask if anything new has popped up each appointment, and will walk through and explain everything he is doing. My pain was noticeably improved in a week's time, and has only gotten better since then. And everything has been in line with the transparant plan and financials that were laid out after the initial consult. I could not recommend Dr. Dan highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have searched and searched for a chiropractic clinic that doesn't just adjust you just to do it. Simple Truth only adjusts what needs to be done!Dr. Dan is great and really takes the time to try to figure out what is going on. He knows that there is more to the body than just the bones.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alex is great, nice guy, and straightforward. The main reason I sought treatment was tinnitus. After 4 weeks of treatment the tinnitus intensity has decreased about 30+% and I am getting a few hours here and there with silence. I am hopeful that with continued treatment it will improve even more. My headaches, neck and shoulder pain have also improved, they occur less frequently and with less severity (I have had one day with a headache since beginning treatment). Thanks much Dr. Alex!

Fantastic experience: I have never had chiropractic care in the past. I started going to Simple Truth a few weeks back after my co-worker recommended them to me (specifically Dr. Dan De Biasio). Dr. Dan made me feel comfortable immediately upon meeting him. He's easy to talk to, listens to concerns and does his job wonderfully. Fantastic experience: I’ve had dull back and neck pain most of my life. This summer, the pain was so significant that it was affecting my ability to participate in my job. I decided to give chiropractic care another try after a less than pleasing experience several years ago at a different location. Dr. Dan has been treating me since mid-July and has completely changed my life. My back and neck pain is minimal, and at times, completely gone. I feel better and better with every week that passes. Dr. Dan is professional and actually cares about helping his patients. I appreciate the time that he provides to each patient, individualized treatment plans, and the thorough education as to what and why he is adjusting. Dr. Dan provides a whole treatment approach including exercises and stretches. They also offer medical massage (Jewly is AWESOME). My experience with Dr. Dan and the rest of the staff at Simple Truth has been nothing but positive.

Negative experience: I have been going to different chiropractors for many years. Me being a recent transplant to the Grand Rapids area, I needed chiropractic services so I met Dr. Dan Debiasois. He is by far the worst and most unprofessional chiropractor I met. He made me feel very uncomfortable being around him. Certain things were suggested in an unprofessional manner to me. I felt stiff and numb when he said such things to me. I was shocked. I will be filing a report on Dan. Please beware!

Fantastic experience: I woke up a few weeks ago with some terrible back pain. I waited about a week, hoping it would go away on its own, but it just kept getting worse. I have had a very positive result in the past from Chiropractic care so I found out about Simple Truth from a web search. I am very glad that I did. Fantastic experience: The short version: 5/5 stars well deserved. Great chiropractors. Friendly office staff. Dr. Dan and Dr. Dan will explain their whole procedures and their schools of thought, AND will just be good people. That's more than enough for me. The long version: I came to Simple Truth with severe sciatica pain running down my left leg. I was previously quite active, in shape a month before and after driving a manual car and sitting through finals in college, I quickly found myself unable to move around like I used to... for a 23 year old, this was not normal and not at all a great feeling. Dr. Dan and Dr. Alex are absolute professionals. They are truthful and honest advisers and doctors, and just a pair of great guys to boot. The front desk staff is understanding, friendly, and the entire business is a totally different, but great shift from what the "typical chiropractic practice" would usually be. I have seen them interact with the elderly, the middle aged, and even toddlers, to my amusement. Their take on chiropractic care runs parallel to the influence of the overall body on the spine and vice versa, not just your typical walk in and get cracked procedure.. Your first visit is an overview and check-up, combined with x-rays, a posture check, and the doctors go out of their way to make sure you understand how chiropractic care works. The second follow-up visit follows as soon as possible afterward, as they figure out the best version of treatment that works for your case. While 2-3 visits per week may seem overdone at first, they are working your body as much as able to be able to get you flexible and in shape once again. That length of time between visits is imperative to your well-being. With me, by the third visit in a week, I had my lower vertebrae adjusted, managed to put my 5th lumbar back into place (after 3-4 months) and had a significant increase in overall mobility... not to mention the pain radiating down my left leg was gone. From that point of "fix" the doctors prescribed a series of workouts and stretches to increase not only my flexibility, but also my retention of lumbar position. The weekly visits decreased from 3 to 2 to 1 and then every other. Had I stayed in the area, I would have continued going to Simple Truth, but the doctors were more than happy to understand my move to a completely different state. They looked up my area, and gave recommendations of the area chiropractors they thought looked to have a considerable background and education that they liked.

Fantastic experience: I came to Simple Truth Chiropractic in severe pain. I could hardly turn my neck to either side and everything I had tried at home - Motrin, Tylenol, heating pad - wasn't helping. I was miserable; I couldn't sleep. The pain made everything in my life difficult to do. After only a week and a half of chiropractic treatments, I noticed at least a 50% improvement. In just 3 weeks I was almost completely back to normal. Dr. Dan is fantastic - explains things thoroughly, gentle adjustments, goes over exercises and stretching very well so it's easy to understand and do. I would highly recommend Simple Truth Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I delayed going to a chiropractor for way to long. I was battling with migraines day in and day out. They got bad enough that I went into an Urgent Care and my blood pressure was sky high. At this low I decided to try out the chiropractor. I have been seeing Alex for the last month and a half and have been migraine free for 3 weeks! I can't believe the difference it has made. I am now a believer of chiropractic work and would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have loved Simple Truth Chiropractic from my very first visit. I've been to several chiropractors over the last 15 years and I have a fairly extensive history in terms of spine injuries/ailments - so I know a good office when I see one! The initial evaluation was the most thorough I've ever received and I've been given much more control over my own recovery via home exercises and tools to improve my curvature where it's lacking. This is something I used to beg my former chiropractor for - instead I would get regularly scheduled adjustments for months on end. I am impressed with the entire clinic - including it's overall appearance, the front desk staff, and Dr. Dan specifically. Fantastic experience: I was a patient of the previous owner, and when he retired I almost stopped coming because he was such a wonderful chiropractor and I didn't think anyone else would compare. But when Dan De Biasio started here I gave it another shot, and I am so glad that I did. Not only does he compare, but he is an even better doctor in his own ways. He always makes me laugh and is extremely accommodating and kind. He adjusts me just the way I prefer when others have refused and continued to do things their own way. He makes sure to double check that all my tight spots have been addressed before I leave. By far the best chiropractor I have been seen by. I cannot recommend him more highly!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best chiropractic office in Michigan (and I have been to many). My husband went in originally to correct a whiplash injury and now continues to keep the headaches and regular aches and pains of life at bay. I started when pregnant. Best decision - the doc had lots of suggestions for natural pain relief and the adjustments helped me ease through the transitions of pregnancy. I firmly believe that the exceptional care I received helped me have the fast, non-medicated birth and quick recovery I have had. Also - everyone on staff is exceptionally helpful in scheduling and understanding billing. All round amazing people committed to your health!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Alex Le Bon for over a year now. It all started with some extreme back pain after a roller coaster ride. Since then he has worked with me by giving me adjustments as needed and a workout plan and I have never felt better. By far the best chiropractor I've ever been to and even after moving to the other side of the county, I still come here at least once a month.

Fantastic experience: I am a 60 "something" woman who's had issues with my neck & shoulder for over 12 years. I have been to MD's and DO's as well as several rounds of physical therapy - but nothing worked. I was talking to a friend one day who told me about Simple Truth Chiropractic; she told me they changed her life. I had never considered Chiropractic but at that point thought what do I have to lose? So I made an appointment and saw Dr. Jake. Within 3 or 4 visits I was feeling much better - absolutely could not believe the difference! I was worried when Dr. Jake left that I'd have to start all over with a different chiropractor who wouldn't be as good, but to my surprise Dr. Dan is AWESOME! He didn't miss a beat and was able to pick up right where the previous chiropractor left off. I'm still doing well and although I know I'll never be 100%, I am so much better than I was. Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with the care I've had so far. Just a few more weeks left and most of the symptoms related to my neck have already been eliminated! I work at a desk playing piano daily, and stare at a computer screen for hours on end. Began to struggle with tension headaches, lack of concentration, brain fog, pain around my neck, and difficulty taking deep breaths. All of this making my work life very difficult. I had a quick diagnosis and explanation about how the misalignment of my neck was affecting most of the symptoms I was experiencing. Simple Truth was able to set me up with a schedule of adjustments and basic rehab exercises that got me back on track.

Fantastic experience: I went to Simple Truth Chiropractic for my difficultly with breathing in deep and sore back. The doctors did an evaluation and X-Ray to see how my back was aligned and what sort of plan they had for treatment. I was skeptical at first how my bone alignment could affect my breathing, but I figured it was worth a shot. I was blown away by the changes in how deep I could breath. It felt like there was a 3rd lung that was just re-inflated. I couldn't believe how much movement I lost to a bad back and it's contribution to my breathing. I am so thankful that I went here, and continue to go here for my alignments and therapy to keep my back straight.

Fantastic experience: Roughly two months ago, I was having terrible pain in my neck, and assumed it was caused by sleeping in a wrong position. The pain continued to get worse over the course of a few days, and I was desperate for some relief. Since I was relatively new to the area, I did not have a go-to in terms of a doctor, but choose to try Simple Truth based on the company's high ratings on Google. During my first visit, Dr. Dan took my X-rays in effort to understand why I was experiencing so much pain in my neck and upper shoulders. My X-rays showed that I was dealing with Anterior Head Syndrome, or in other words, where my head is too far forward, causing extra pressure and weight on my neck and upper shoulders. Dr. Dan created a proposed plan for my treatment, and I have been going 2-3 days per week for the last month and a half. He was fantastic in walking me through my results, and explaining how the proposed treatment would help to correct my head positioning and eliminate the pain I was experiencing. I appreciated the opportunity to understand why I was experiencing this pain, as well as how treatment could help me. Many chiropractors I have been to in the past have never provided these types of explanations, and I can certainly say that it is nice to be able to understand the insight behind the scheduled visits. Since beginning my treatment, I am feeling and sleeping much better, and am much more conscious of my posture while working and driving. My shoulders and neck feel like a weight has been lifted off of them already, and I am looking forward to seeing additional improvements. In regards to Dr. Dan, he is not only a top-notch chiropractor, but he also has fantastic bedside manner. He is friendly, personable and engaging, and always makes me feel extremely comfortable. Fantastic experience: I have been to many different chiropractors before who all do the same thing. They do some scans, tell you that it looks really awful, and you will need to come in three times a week for the foreseeable future, and possibly indefinitely! They only focus on the problem that you came in for and ignore the rest of your body. Simply truth chiropractic is nothing like that. They look at your body as a whole and give you a well rounded treatment plan with an end date! I originally went to Simple truth because I injured my back at work and just wanted pain relief.
