Fantastic experience: Just went for my first visit and it was definitely well worth it. First let me start off by saying their $39 first visit special is a huge steal! X-Ray, consultation/exam and adjustment Just for $39 is not bad at all. Secondly I am very pleased with the doctor I saw and my experience, very clean and professional and they took care of all my concerns and made me feel very welcome; after leaving I definitely feel a whole lot more relaxed and better than when I walked in. 5/5 stars!! Dr Holden is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I just achieved my VBA2C (vaginal birth after 2 C-sections) a pregnancy-friendly chiropractor was a must for me to get my body and pelvis where I needed them to be, for better chances at achieving my natural birth. Dr. Holden was great and started treating me at around 30 weeks pregnant up until full term. I went into spontaneous labor at 40+ weeks and the baby was here within 12 hours of being admitted to the hospital. Very thankful for this place and the friendly staff members who cheered me on my VBAC journey! We did it!

Positive experience: Everything is a five except their equipment and facility. The front desk staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. However, the X-ray room had nothing but the X-ray table for the clients to sit on I was in pain so sitting on a flat table without back support during the initial consultation was not comfortable at all. Plus I noticed while sitting there their carpets around the equipment need a deep cleaning. This was my other concern, the adjustment table was old, rusted, and grimy. I didn't even want to lie on it but I needed to get adjusted and this place takes insurance. They do have a wonderful massage table which looked clean and modern, but not a massage therapist in office which would be helpful to loosen clients up. My last chiropractor did but that was in another state. The main thing is that I walked out feeling better. So I'll complete my therapy here, but I hope they get some new ergonomic chairs in all rooms, deep clean the carpets, and new adjustment tables. It's time for an office makeover!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my experience I went in with terrible back pain and after the first visit I was moving around much better. And now I feel great. I continue to go and continue to get more and more results EVERYONE there is so nice and compassionate. They really care about you as a person not just their paycheck. I brought my 3 year old daughter with me on one of my visits and she had her stuffed bunny with her, she told the Dr that her bunny's back was hurting and so Dr adjusted her bunny for her. That was heartwarming. I appreciate the time and efforts of each and every one of the employees there and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I work a pretty physical job at VW of Chattanooga so it’s no surprise that I will have aches and pains. Went in for my first adjustment today and it was so great. I have been so tensed up for almost two weeks and I feel soooo much better. They have the good massage roller beds as well which are awesome!!!! I will be going on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: The office is very clean and welcoming. The therapy staff are knowledgeable, patient, kind, and take time to explain your therapy. Dr. Holden made me feel comfortable and listened to my all concerns. She took time to review my x-rays and answered all my questions. Together we we created a plan to improve my flexibility and mobility. Since I have been with Dr Holden I have not experienced any major upsets with back/shoulder.

Fantastic experience: Wow! The Dr who seem me is very knowledgeable, and explained things to me other drs have not. This office worked me into their busy schedule, so I was there almost 2.5 hours. The Dr adjusted my neck and back and left me sore, but in a good way, because I walked out of there knowing that what they did was worth it. Previous places left me feeling like they did hardly nothing. I am so glad I was referred here.

Positive experience: I give Atlas 4 stars. The attention and treatment my problem areas get is great! The front desk is friendly and accommodating. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the use of essential oils in the office. Most medical practices won't use them because patients can have allergies and can't be treated in their office if they use them. I am highly sensitive to essential oils and it makes it extremely uncomfortable to get treatment at this location because of that. I have a headache for a couple hours after just a short amount of time at this office. I wait in my car for my appointment so I no longer get the advantages of the roller bed therapy anymore. I go in long enough to get adjusted quickly and leave. The essential oils serve no purpose and it would be better for all patients if their use were discontinued. I would then be able to get full treatments. I have expressed the negative affects of the essential oils and I was met with some defensiveness from the chiropractor. As a chiropractor he's excellent but he was pretty dismissive regarding my sensitivity to the essential oils. I felt like he thought I was just being difficult. Anyways, the essential oils are still being pumped into all areas of the facility so I'm sitting in my car right now waiting for my appointment.
