Fantastic experience: Very happy answered all my questions awesome service thank you
Negative experience: Took my lunch at 2:45 cause we had and appointment at 3 for the ultrasound for the baby.. got there at 2:55 and they put us in a room for almost an hour without anyone coming to let us know why they’re taking so long! I had to leave and leave my wife there .. super unfair cause if you’re 5 mins late they re-schedule you! super inconvenient place and service! If ultrasounds and and finding out what the gender is are important to you, I don’t recommend this clinic and also they try to force the flu shot on you!
Negative experience: Horrible reception assistance, and also the manager took a family member who had an appointment after checking in 40 minutes passed and told her that she didn't have an appointment and said to come back the same day but later. They need to communicate with each other and not overbook people. Also, nurses speak about their patients behind doors and laugh about them, which is rude. What a way to make us feel comfortable and safe within their walls.

Fantastic experience: I feel like this doctor listen to my needs and took time to address the issue. I love how she reached out to my doctor and had the whole team communicating together to address my needs. Thank you I was horrified but she slowed me down and explained to me what my next steps were going to be. This also helped me to explain things to my children.
Negative experience: Our old pediatrician there was amazing, however she has since left and our most recent visit here was horrible. Not only was I told I should really rethink saying no to the flu vaccine for my daughter but they had a second nurse come in the room to make me sign a form stating I refused the flu vaccine as if I was putting my child at risk for not accepting the ridiculous vaccine. The pediatrician spent more time trying to talk me into giving my 30 month old a flu vaccine after I clearly said no initially than she did examining my daughter. Definitely finding a new PCP.

Fantastic experience: Adrienne Szabo and Dr. Conway,. are the best!!!! I was in severe pain and did not know where else to go after the yakima urology let me down. I got in to see Adrienne Szabo after calling farmworkers, she immediately saw me... She did an extensive evaluation with me... She ordered an ultrasound and put me on some medication that my urologist would not put me on... She put in a referral to the UW pelvic center in Seattle. The medicine that my urologist would not put me on was amitriptyline, which I found out is one of the first medicines they try. Yakima urology has very much disappointed me and has made things worse!!! This medicine helps with interstitial cystitis. Since being on the amitriptyline and gabapentin my pain is significantly better... I can actually function and not feel like I don't want to exist.. There are healthcare workers that actually do really care!!!! Yakima is known for its poor healthcare, but these women are absolutely top notch. Dr. Conway and Adrienne Szabo are the best!!!! I hope they do not leave the Yakima area, We need good healthcare. Tina Alexander:)

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience with Adrienne Szabo. She was knowledgeable and super helpful! She order tests to help me diagnosis my issues. Her bedside manner was kind and professional. It is the first time I have felt heard and feel hopeful.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Amber Shapton took her time in listening and answering the questions we had, she was well knowledge. Never felt like we were rushed and she genuinely shows that she cares and is there for you. Along with, Michaela Alcala, and Jada Hammond. We will definitely be going back to see them again. Negative experience: The clinic itself has no issues, it’s the doctor we saw for a same-day appointment. He was unprofessional from the start. We were literally in the middle of a conversation and he got up, walked out of the room for about 3-5 minutes, came back in & started asking questions about my child. Like what? He had very strong opinions on things and we felt like we were being lectured & forced into agreeing with him. He also asked why we chose our child’s name (it’s a unique name) & basically said that names don’t matter & people waste too much time picking a name for their children. He was just all over the place & we don’t feel we got the care for our child that they needed.

Fantastic experience: My son has seen Dr.Pandey a couple of times and I can't stress enough about what a WONDERFUL doctor he is! I love how he only prescribes my son medicine when it's absolutely necessary to do so, and he's just over all an amazing doctor! Thank you for always taking such great care of my little man!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eva Chavez has been my daughter's doctor for 7 years, literally since she was born, and she is the best doctor. She is loving, attentive, and above all very careful with her patients and very kind. I am very happy with her.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience here. Wasn’t listened to and they had a student try to preform a catheter on my newborn without my permission. And which shouldn’t be preformed on a newborn. Didn’t feel cared about or comfortable at all. Will not be going back

Negative experience: Families come to a clinic to get help, a lot of these families can have a history of trauma, and coming into a place that isn't mindful or welcoming can be triggering. I think, and im sure others would agree, the front desk receptionists and other staff could benefit from some trauma informed training. This was my first time at this medical clinic and im sad to say it was the worst at helping not only myself but others waiting to be checked in. And im not saying everyone was unpleasant to work with, I just feel like some of the staff could benefit from extra training or support.

Negative experience: Because of one rude receptionist. I was trying to check in on their tablet while chasing a toddler and I thought it reset. I gave the tablet back to the receptionist. She said she would fix it. She didn’t know I was still standing there and said “she checked In. She just wanted to cause a scene”. She looked scared when she saw me there listening to her. I’m sick to death of rude people. This is supposed to be a professional environment

He goes out of his way to ease my anxiety! He deserves 5 stars 100% the front desk staff is not impressive or friendly but besides that its been a great experience! :)

Were Worried that Devon might have a bacterial infection after all, and possibly need some antibiotics. So we'll be watching for the same symptoms of his Grandma. Fantastic experience: Kristin Deweerd is the type of provider that actually cares about her patients. I transferred all 5 of my kiddos care to her and I'm so glad I did she is amazing,she listens to all of my concerns she is respectful to my family and my kiddos love her I couldn't ask for more she goes the extra mile for her patients. Fantastic experience: What I will say is I've never Been told by a doctor what to do with my own parts before till the other day, I had an ultrasound done a week ago and had a follow up to discuss options. Which the check in process and the flu shot was a piece of cake, but when the doctor came in she started talking to me about the options which I continuously told her I didn't want to do 2 of the options, where she then proceeded to push those options I told her I would feel comfortable with just having a hysterectomy because of so much pain I've had and because I felt it would actually stop my pain and she said she wasn't comfortable with it because I wasn't telling her what my plan b or c was, I told her I knew she was just trying to talk me out of it which she then admitted she was and but because I wasn't comfortable with her 2 options and because I got irritated she made the choice for me anyways and told me to find another doctor and another clinic. After so many obs, this one in particular just had to be like that. All I'm gonna say is, is if a women has a right to choose for her body then I should be able to know what's best for me and my uterus as well (Ob/ Dr kaushal) was not my ob to begin with and trying to talk your patients in to taking pills knowing they aren't comfortable with it isn't okay The rest of the staff and care is amazing tho, Thank you guys for all you do!

Negative experience: Wonderful dentist at LincoIn Avenue, except for Karissa Morrison she was really rough with me and had no sympathy for my pain and left a piece of what look like tooth pick in my gums from when she was working on my teeth. Other than that I love going to the dentist there it a wonderful place to go get my teeth done at.

She was kind, patient and helpful. She answered all the questions, no matter how many times they were repeated, and put all Rays fears to rest! What a gem!!

She understands and connects very well with my children and myself as a parent. Always takes time to do a complete evaluation. I have gone under very difficult circumstances and she has always treated us with humanity and goes above and beyond to help my child. It is not easy to find a provider that has such passion and love for what she does and Dr. Chavez is definitely that unique provider that stands out and I truly value and appreciate her and her wonderful medical assistants. Negative experience: The receptionist in the dental department is so rude. In person and over the phone. Scheduling at this office is never a fun time for me. If you don't like your job, its time to move on. The Dentists are always so nice which is why I will give them 2 stars, but maybe work on educating your front staff on better customer service!

Negative experience: I'll never know if they're a good clinic or not because I never got to see them. I was having urgent issues, called everyone within an hour of me, this clinic said if I get an urgent referral, they could see me as early as the next day. I just needed the urgent referral, they were very clear. Long story short & a lot of time wasted going back & forth with my doctor to get the urgent referral...this clinic got it & then scheduled me almost a month out. They left me a voicemail saying I was scheduled. I called to clear this up & get scheduled much sooner & they said they didn't have anything. WHY was I told they're able to schedule urgent appointments sooner if this isn't true??? I just wasted days on this clinic when I could've been searching for somewhere else to get the care I need. This is not ok. Don't believe them about urgent referrals, just ask when their soonest appointment is, because it won't matter.
Negative experience: My son has a cough, I decided to get him seen and make sure it's not phenomia. The covid policies has made our clinics lose thier minds. When i called they said we can offer you a video call. So how will you listen to my 6 year Olds chest over the phone?? Are you worried about covid or something that had a death rate less then the flu?? You didn't even offer a test. I will be looking for a new clinic.
Negative experience: I have taken my children to this clinic since they were born. After today's experience, we walked out and will not be returning. I do not recommend this clinic for pediatric care! Please look elsewhere before scheduling here.
