Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best, if not the best, places I've been to. Everyone here takes care of you so well to the T and want you to improve your day to day life. I especially want to thank Dr. JD Dudum. My case was a unique one, where I've been to 10 doctors and haven't gotten much pain relief and/or improvement. I was ready to throw in the towel, but he was persistent and really looked after me. I can't say I'm in perfect condition, but I'm a lot better than how I came in. Anyone with spine/back issues, I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My dad has always had lower back issues, but never got proper diagnosis or treatment. Every time he’d pull his back he wouldn’t be able to walk for weeks at a time. When he pulled his back time, I wanted to make sure he found the right dr. I started googling and found spinal decompression with Dr. Dudum. I read all the amazing reviews and watched all the videos. The office was able to get us in right away and our first appointment exceeded our expectations! The exam was thorough and Dr. Dudum made sure we understood the diagnosis and treatment plan. Everyone in this office is not only professional, but they truly care and treat us like we are part of the family. They even have snacks, water and coffee! My dad started his treatment in mid October and level of service and care is still ‘5 stars and excellent,’ per dad. Thank you Dudum Chiropractic for being amazing and making a positive change that doesn’t require surgery!

Negative experience: I’m really sorry to leave a less-than-five-star review. A close friend of mine, who’s dealing with an ALS diagnosis, visited this office while waiting for a second opinion. They were told they could help with his drop foot and back issues, and even suggested that some ALS diagnoses might be wrong. However, no x-rays were taken, and they claimed it was all due to pinched nerves and bulging discs. Sadly, the second opinion confirmed the original diagnosis. It’s heartbreaking to see people being given false hope, especially when they’re desperately seeking answers. The pricing also felt concerning, $600.00 per week with offers to pay upfront for a "discount" on treatment. It’s tough when people in vulnerable situations are taken advantage of. I just wanted to share our experience in case it helps others.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Dudum by accident via YouTube but not all accidents are bad things :) I arrived in dire straits and a lot of pain. Though his services are not cheap and covered by insurance, I took his advice that he could help heal my sever back issue (ruptured disk). I'm 5 weeks into my treatment plan and I'm at least 50% better. I'm getting thru the majority of my days with reduced pain and able to function in a way I couldn't prior to seeing him. I have had surgery previously years ago for the same injury. I'm hoping to avoid it this time around. The atmosphere and care of his staff is outstanding and warm. Everyone there takes an interest in your well being led by Dr Dudum himself. My journey isn't done but I'm so glad I made the decision to see JD and get relief from the terrible pain I was in. I believe he can help with a myriad of back issues. Thanks JD and your staff for helping get me thru this tough period in my life.

Positive experience: Been going through the spinal decompression therapy for about 1 1/2 months. 90% of back pain is eliminated. Hoping to avoid back surgery. Results are pretty impressive.

Fantastic experience: Came to this office to get help with my 30 + years of back pain. After meeting Dr Dudum with my husband for evaluation and review my MRI. I had no doubt to pursue the treatment of spinal decompression. My first week , I saw a big difference in my sleeping at night. No more tossing and waking up with burning pain. Spasm on my leg has slowly diminished. I have no doubt this treatment has done wonders for me. Now in my 4th week and each day is more progress. I want to add Dr. Dudum and his staff are truly dedicated people who sincerely want to provide help to make each patient feel better. Firstly, I was warmly welcomed by the entire staff and Dr. Dudum is a very kind and comforting professional. In regards to my specific treatment plan, everything was explained to me in great and transparent detail, and nothing scared me away. About the layout of the office; it's very open and gives you a feeling of togetherness, because the truth is that everyone here is in this fight together and we are all after the same goals. Dr. Dudum's office has some of the latest and greatest technology to help assist in the road to recovery and that puts my mind at ease. About the staff; they are some of the most polite and caring people, and down-right some of the most beautiful people I have ever seen in a practice, I feel lucky indeed . I feel blessed to have came to the right place. I felt results from day one and I have no doubt that this is the right place for me. Dr. Dudum and his staff literally have my back!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Dudum Chiropractic! Earlier this year I experienced severe back pain which then caused even worse sciatic pain. It was so bad I couldn't stand, sit or lay down without being in extreme pain. At night was the absolute worst. My leg felt like it was on fire and I couldn't sleep. I couldn't work, or do household chores for months. After xrays and MRIs It was determined to be caused by a bulging disc, I was given nerve medications by my dr, physical therapy and steroid epidural injections and absolutely nothing helped. I had a consult with a spine surgeon who said they can help but there was a high likelihood that it would happen again, to which he spelled out I could likely need 3 surgeries and end up with a fused spine. I didn't want to go through the surgery but I knew I couldn't live with the pain the rest of my life. Now at 3 months in I was googling the name of the surgery when an ad for Dudum Chiropractic popped up offering spinal decompression and I decided to make an appointment. I felt an improvement after only a few visits! I couldn't believe it. It definitely wasn't a straight line from debilitating pain to pain free. My pain and discomfort was constantly changing from the onset, and recovery was no different but I did recover. I am not 100% healed yet and I don't know if I ever will be, but I am at least 95% better today than the day I started treatment. The office is nice, bright and clean and I have never met a friendlier staff. Every single one of them is so welcoming and kind and made you feel comfortable. If you're having any kind of back issues highly recommend Dudum Chiropractic. My only regret is not starting treatment sooner.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank enough for the crew that helped me each time I came in for my spinal decompression. When I first walked in I had a really bad sciatica. Pain going down my leg. I couldn’t bend down to tie my shoes. I do have to warn you that it is expensive and you have to pay upfront. They do not accept insurance. I ended up using my HSA to pay for it. I was in so much pain and after 24 sessions I am pain free. If you have the money it’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: So this is gonna be a pretty lengthy review Being that my pain has been going on since March of 2020. Long story short I have been in pain since I was in a car accident from somebody being negligent and not paying attention March 3rd of 2020. I never thought my life would be the same and finally after many many doctors many appointments exercises nutrition everything imaginable under the sun to try to help me I lived with numbness on my left side and I was content that I was gonna live the rest of my life that way. I can't tell you how many doctors and specialists i went to that said they could fix me and help me and it never got better. Then in October the pain came back but this time on my right side and it was so excruciating that I had talks with God that I would be okay if I did not wake up in the morning because how was anybody going to fix the pain that I was in after all the doctors I had seen over the previous almost 4 years. I knew I would not get injections I knew I would not do a surgery or live on pain meds so I started to do research and I found Dr. DUDUM. His staff was amazing and so quick to respond and get me set up for an mri and start a treatment plan. I was skeptical even though I knew what I was seeing and hearing seemed logical but again if you knew how many doctors over the years I have seen that could not fix me you would understand. I have been under Dr. Dudam and his awesome staff's treatment since November 30th for spinal decompression And it is working. Everybody's injuries and treatment is going to be different and yes you get frustrated sometimes hearing how someone maybe had 4 appointments and they're already better but you have to stick with it and just give it time, trust the process. Since April 20th I have not had to take any type of pain medication or anti flammatory no advil no Tylenol no aleve Nothing for pain whatsoever. I could not sit for more than 5 minutes I could not stand for more than 5 minutes sleeping was a struggle. I could not do any household chores even showering was painful I couldn't walk my dog I couldn't go on a walk myself I couldn't exercise I couldn't work in my garden I was an agony every minute of every day. I could not even put my pants or shoes on without tears in my eyes. Today I am 95% Better and I'm so excited for the end result. I walk 2 miles a day, work on my garden, wear my high heels. Can sit for work or to relax. This place absolutely rocks and is all about giving people their life back. I look forward to my appointments every week. Thank you for the awesome work you do.

Positive experience: I completed a series of decompression therapy in another state with miraculous results. Then I moved and didn’t take care of my neck, so I fell into the pain cycle again. I’m glad I found Dudum Chiropractic as I *know* this therapy works. Everyone is supportive and friendly. Dr. Dudum’s staff is second to none. Honestly, the BEST people! The therapy is working it’s magic again and I am pain free. I recommend this for anyone who has had injections and on the path to surgery. It’s a big commitment of time and resources but 100% worth it!! Only reason it’s not 5 stars: 1. You have to advocate for yourself to make sure you get all the services you pay for. Particularly the weekly chiropractic care that is a part of the initial 3-month package. Ask for a thorough physical review of your x-rays. I never saw mine. They could be more organized in this way. 2. Chiropractic adjustments are limited, addressing only the particular area of concern, not the whole spine. This is a big difference from the clinic that helped me in another state. If you have cervical pain, for example, you won’t get an adjustment on your hips. 3. They play country music every single day and I can’t relax to country. So I bring my own ear pods and crank my music up to drown it out. Which is also not relaxing. And I get better results if I can relax! I’ve asked them to mix it up (maybe a different genre every day?) but it hasn’t changed except for a few days. When you sign up, you will spend a LOT of time there each week, so just be prepared to hear country country country. If I had known this I might have shopped around for another clinic.

Positive experience: Unfortunately, spinal decompression didn’t work for me. At the initial consultation I was told that I will play basketball again and all the promises that I was desperate to hear were made. As someone with a herniated disc and chronic low back pain, I was elated. There was not even a speckle of doubt in JD’s voice as he requested the entire payment upfront of about $4,000. As someone who would pay anything to feel better, I paid in advance with hopes that spinal decompression table is answer to my problems. There was no other option but to pay for the treatment in advance. I completed the entire treatment plus a few weeks with no improvement. I was assured in the beginning that it will work but in the end it didn’t. I just wanted to write about my experience and to let future clients know that spinal decompression is not a guarantee. Also, to be cautious when a huge amount of money is asked for upfront. Other than that, place was clean, I never had to wait, free snacks and water, super nice staff. Good luck!!!

Fantastic experience: I’m recovering from a 6mm disc herniation in my low spine, after a year + of chronic pain, several misdiagnoses and “riding with no tread” so to speak. My most intense physical and mental challenge I’ve dealt with to date. Aside from all the great reviews, having experienced the injury himself gave me more reason to choose him over other clinics. JD is an awesome, gifted chiropractic doctor and the decompression protocol has been a life saver and getting me back toward full health, without surgery. Fantastic experience: I came in with an old injury (10+ years) that was acting up quite a bit that was stopping me from being able to box and do mma. Pinched nerve from a c6/c7 deterioration. I’ve done quite a few things over the years to help alleviate pain, numbness and overall pain in the neck (yes pun intended) but had not done spinal decompression. Loving the work that is happening and moving away from my pain and numbness. You immediately feel like you’re part of the family from the first time you step in and they all take their time to get to know you! Other than the stretching of the neck which does give soreness but eventual relief, it’s usually a big highlight in my day to visit here!!!

Fantastic experience: Dudum Chiropractic saved me - in every way that a person can be saved. I came in for a consultation with terrible sciatica that made it nearly impossible to do anything but lay down. I couldn’t sit, couldn’t stand, and more or less crawled into Dudum’s office. They ordered an MRI for me at a wonderful price and within one week were able to start treating me with insights gained from the MRI results. I received spinal decompression treatment, which was a game changer. Prior to this, I had seen doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths to treat my chronic sciatica. Nothing I’d tried previously had solved the problem. Spinal decompression at Dudum Chiropractic alleviated pain and allowed me to resume a normal routine. Dr. Dudum is wonderful and the treatments offered are unparalleled. The BEST part of working with Dudum Chiropractic, though, is the staff. Fantastic experience: I was going to wait to review after my sessions. But I decided after 3 sessions, it was time to write a review. I highly recommend this place. I am not sure why people are saying the staff are rude is some review, but since day 1, I have not seen that. They have all been very nice. Always smiling. Making sure I'm doing OK. Dr Tong took the xrays and shows me everything thoroughly, and explained to me what he can do to help my straighten my back and posture. The longest I've waited during my appointment to be called in the room was maybe about 5 mins after I arrived. They value your time. I am writing the review now because I hunched so much and it was getting worse, to where it felt like it was normal. Just after 3 session including the 1st being the examcwith Dr Tong, I feel like if I hunch over, my body feels wierd. And when I stand up straight, it's starting to feel like it's normal. When I'm sitting the hunching was worse, but now when I sit, I feel like I'm keeping my back straighter without even trying. Yes after each session there has been soreness, but that is normal, it goes away after a day or 2. Overall my experience is amazing, this place deserves more than 5 stars. Every staff member is amazing. Ask for Dr Tong, he is amazing. Very highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with cervical Spinal Stinosis Did my research I chose Doctor Dudum @ Dudum Chiropractic In Walnut Creek California. We had an initial consultation and he set up a program. In my particular case His recommendation was to do spinal decompression. Presently I'm on a maintenance program. The results that I received from the decompression Of my C.C.S. Has overwhelmingly Improved my wellness.

Fantastic experience: Dr T and the staff at Dudum are professional and kind. I've had great experiences at all my adjustment appointments, from friendly chats with the staff to the care that Dr T provides. I was timid about back adjustments and expressed this to the doctor so he worked slowly towards the large adjustments and always checked with me before doing anything. My back and neck are feeling great and I plan to continue to visit for adjustments and maybe will try their massage offers as well.

Fantastic experience: Initial assessment was great -- I felt "heard" for the first time in months and look forward to the plan J.D. is preparing fir me. I suffer from sciatica, which flares occasionally, and have 3 bulging discs in my lower back. Even just a quick leg pull gave me relief for several days! Update: On 4th week of 7-week program and feeling great! No more sciatica or flares, very little back pain and getting back strength back. I am SO glad I did this! He pays great attention to detail and takes the time to explain what is happening with my body in regards to long term issues I’ve had with my neck and shoulders, down to my hands and feet! I always feel better after leaving his office and the progress he’s made in relieving my tension headaches and hand pain is truly a gift. They have a beautiful new office with a convenient location and plenty of parking in Walnut Creek, and the friendliest staff. Thank you Dudum team!

Fantastic experience: I came in after falling on my side funny doing a backflip (I do allstar cheer) and after just one visit I feel an immediate improvement. Highly recommend this office to anyone. Very detailed and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I went in for lower back pain and Dr D quickly noticed I was walking with a slight tilt, to a degree my left leg appeared to be shorter than my right. I’ve been feeling so much better since the first adjustment and I look forward to completing the treatment. Dr D is great and also has a friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain for months! My shoulders, my forearm, my knee. I struggled to sleep well, I couldn't do the exercises I loved, and after months of feeling this way I worried I may not get better. After what felt like only a few weeks of working with JD I was bike riding again, sleeping like a baby, and a month or so later doing my beloved intense workouts and getting through my busy work schedule without pain! I can't tell you how freaking amazing it feels to be completely pain free!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Dudum for quite some time now. He has helped me get in alignment and feeling great. With my work, I travel a lot, so I was unable to keep my maintenance schedule with Dr. Dudum for about a year or so. I thought not a big deal I'm feeling better than I ever had and once I get back from traveling with work I'd make sure to go and see the doctor. Well life happened and I didn't get to go see him like I wanted to and before I knew it I was starting to lose flexibility and started feeling pains and cramped. So I made it a point to go get an adjustment and Dr. Dudum evaluated me and had me back to feeling great after a few appointments. All I can say is thank you to Dr. Dudum and if anyone is feeling pain or not as flexible as they once were, go and visit Dr. Dudum. He will get you back out there and feeling good.

Fantastic experience: I give Dr. Dudum, Jocelyn and Kim 10 stars! I've been seeing Dr. Dudum for spinal decompression since November and my back feels so much better than it has the past 20+ years. I've been dealing with spinal stenosis and a bulged disc and the decompression has been helping to alleviate the pain when walking or standing for more than 30 mins, which at 20 mins is when I would normally be in terrible pain. Everyone is extremely nice and attentive. I would refer anyone who has extreme lower back pain and issues like me to Dr. Dudum :-)
