Fantastic experience: Amanda did a wonderful job for me. I had grown a resistance to Botox so we switched to Dysport which worked well for my forehead. She didn't leave a mark on me. I would highly recommend her and Versailles Medical Spa. Also Lylanee (sp?) was very sweet at the reception desk. Thanks Versailles.

Fantastic experience: I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Versailles. First of all, the actual med spa itself is gorgeous and makes you feel so relaxed as soon as you step inside. Then you are met with some of the most friendly and kind front desk staff that offer you refreshments immediately upon arrival. The pampering begins instantly! Everyone I have interacted with here has been so overwhelmingly sweet and complimentary. Amanda and everyone else at Versailles are so professional and well trained, I know that any treatment or procedure I have done here is going to be outstanding. The facility itself was very clean and felt fresh and all of the staff were extremely friendly. I had my treatments with Amanda and I could not be any happier. I was a little nervous since it was my first time receiving a medical peel and few other services, but she talked me through the process and explained each of the steps thoroughly and kindly. It started with the first phone call I made, the receptionist is very professional? sensitive to my personal need and providing all the information I needed I made an appointment. As I arrived I was greeted directly and was offered a glass of cold water and a little treat. I felt very well taking care of. Alice is absolutely incredible, my service was for lymph drainage. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with me putting my nerves at ease. She answered all my questions and was very attentive to my needs. It was my first time getting Botox and doing a Fraxel laser treatment and I honestly couldn’t be any happier with the results. Amanda was very professional she called me the next day to follow up with how I like everything and I loved it. I also have to say they are super clean and the staff was very friendly. Fantastic experience: I love love love Dana so much so that I drive quite a distance just for her. She never lets me over do it and at times has stopped me and said, NO. She has a talent with the needle, her demeanor and her professionalism. She's worth the trip for me.

Negative experience: Not happy! Made it very clear that botox around my eyes weighs very heavy. Now I have this really angry/upset look and a headache from trying to lift my eyebrows just a little bit.

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews but I was so blown away by the staff and results from Versailles that I felt I want to share. The staff made be few so comfortable from the start and then when I had my service done, they did it with professionalism and perfection and made sure I was beyond satisfied. I have been to other medical spas and I was given the runaround with zero results. Versaillles has made me look and feel so much younger because they recommended what would be effective for me and my body and face. They didn’t try to just sell me the most expensive thing.

Negative experience: I went in for laser hair removal, just the chin and lower half of the face for which I paid the price of 250 dollars for just getting a less than a few minutes service almost, in the end there was no zapping done and I was not satisfied, it wasnt worth the amount paid. I can say this because I had my other sessions in another location and could compare the service. Since I had shifted to Stamford so chose this place and was really disappointed, when I asked the lady to do a little bit of my side burn area she said she will charge extra for that, so all i got for the chin and jawline was an inadequate less than a few mins service that too without zapping in the end. Felt like I overpaid for the service. Will not return. It was more thorough in the previous location where I lived. Will have to find another place in Stamford again.

I also had a PRP facial and my skin has never felt more radiant and beautiful I can’t wait to try the spider vein treatment so far every experience has had me come back for more the staff is really nice and welcoming I love it here most importantly they’re complete services they do everything I love not having to go to other places I can find it all here!

It is a clean and beautiful office, with luxurious decor. The staff are friendly, professional, and considerate; they always make you feel welcome. Monthly specials/discounts and you also receive a birthday discount, which doesn't expire for a few months. The service is so good that if I ever go back for my RN, I would apply to work here. Truly a great place to be, they know what they're doing and the prices are definitely reasonable.

Negative experience: This place is so disorganized. I would not want them to ever do any work on me. Even a small critique is not handled professionally by them and they go into deflect and defensive mode. Heed this warning and stay clear of this business altogether.

Fantastic experience: I was so hesitant to get my services done but at Versailles making the final decision was so easy. They are clearly very professional and knowledgeable. Laura, Courtney and Amanda are super kind and sweet, make you feel welcome and confortable. They will answer as many questions as you have. They have monthly specials which make thing easier on your pocket, specially these days. This is day 3 post treatment for me and I’m already seeing the results. Super excited. Fantastic experience: A good friend told me that having procedures like Botox and lip filler is an art, not a science. Amanda at Versailles Medical Spa is a true artist. Of course, she also knows the scientific aspect of each procedure and explains each procedure with great care. She certainly “knows her stuff” when it comes to the mechanics of the procedures she performs. However, perhaps more importantly, she is facial artist. She really studied my face and made decisions based on the structure and composition of my face. Also, I have to mention that her touch was extremely light and I felt virtually no pain with each injection. I had a slight allergic reaction to the lidocaine (numbing cream) and she observed this right away and was extremely attentive. I really enjoyed my appointment with Amanda, she was so sweet and her work was simply amazing. So excited and happy that I found this place- I will definitely be coming back!

I continue to feel pleased after every session. I have also had the lymphatic drainage massage with great results as my job requires me to be on my feet all day long. Fantastic experience: I had the chance of coming across this clinic on google and I read some amazing reviews so i thought why not try it out. And it was probably the BEST decision i’ve ever made! I had a microblading appointment which might i say was so professional and clean might eyebrows have never looked so good. The staff was superrrr helpful and professional, they explained every step of the way what was going to happen as if I was watching a documentary. Because of how comfortable i was after my consultation with Amanda, i decided to get some Botox injections on my forehead at the same time and this might be the first time My Botox actually lasted this long in my face! Amazing products, amazing procedures, and amazing application is what i can say about this clinic. I would definitely recommend! Hopefully someone like me, who reads google reviews, would stumble upon this comment and come to this clinic so i can take all the credit for making this person’s life just a little better! Negative experience: This place is completely unprofessional. The owner is incredibly rude and does not take accountability for any of the botched services they perform. If you're even THINKING about getting any type of service done at Versaille’s I would recommend you look at services elsewhere. From their MICROBLADING, to BOTOX, to their ILLEGAL fillers. Do your research! This place is a NO! Anyone who has been here will let you know, they bribe customers to leave positive reviews before even servicing the client. I have been dealing with the aftermath of their lack of professional knowledge for over 6 months now. Don't do it!!! Save your face!!!! Run!!!!

Negative experience: I not so recently had a couple of visits here earlier this year. Took me this long to write a review because I really wanted to know what I wanted to say and give myself some time to see results which I didn’t. While I don’t want to be rude, it may seem that way. I had lip fillers done and it took two sessions. The first session was ok I had no clue what I had gotten myself into. One side of my lip was still numb while the other was not, YES I could feel everything. Not too bad though I swelled up as to be expected I noticed a lot of imperfections that was wrong but I thought the second session will fix it. Also they were not as I wanted(keep that in mind). The second session comes around and I tell the lady doing my lip injection how unhappy I am! I didn’t like that my lips were still THE SAME EXACT SIZE as previous literally I wanna say a 5% difference and comparing that to the complete 100%. The lady did not care at all she showed me a before and after picture and I told her there’s no change. She basically told me that she only does lips the way that she likes them done a very natural way and that’s exactly what I wanted. I just didn’t want my lips to look the exact same. Lip injections are supposed to plump them up enough so that the patient can see a difference and feel and look good. Right? That’s the point of getting lip injections. Anyways she offered me to come back and get another injection at basically the same price. Thanks. Fast forwarding to current events, my lips are still uneven and they are still the same. If you want lip injections PLEASE do your research usually the ones that aren’t so full of themselves are the ones who are the BEST. There are great places out there that do such a great job! Also places who do monthly payments and when you go in you have 500 and the total price of your treatment was 250 you still have the rest. If you cancel you can even cash out the remaining amount. Hope this helps anyone that may be thinking about this place. While most were so nice I just can’t see anyone going for lip injections or microblading with Marie.

Negative experience: Called today for preliminary pricing for laser hair removal. Understandable that individual factors may lead to the need for more/less sessions, time spent, etc. but to not be able to even give a baseline felt like a way to surge prices. 5 other providers could give ranges, at very least. A big push to "come in" with not much empathy around not wanting to unnecessarily (given covid risks), if the minimum pricing wasn't even clear.

Fantastic experience: This is an absolutely amazing establishment. The staff is so helpful, and knowledgeable. I had my eyebrows microbladed in nyc, and they completely ruined my eyebrows. I didn't think anything could be done, but the lovely staff at Versailles completely saved my face. As we all know ladies, eyebrows completely shape your face. If you want any beauty service I highly recommend Versailles. Thank you so much for your help!
