Negative experience: SNAKE OIL. Electroshock therapy is what they do here, if you don't know how it works then your paying for a literal band aid. shocking the body causes it to release endorphins which helps masks pain, which is why you feel better when you leave. as your not fixing the source of the pain, merely masking it temporarily. i was paying 75$/visit and each visit NEVER lasted more than 10 minuets. This place is good at offering a nice smile to mask the snake oil their selling you.

Negative experience: Please don’t go here. The majority of people leaving reviews are likely older individuals being taken advantage of or people who have already been seeing him for a while and just go in for a basic adjustment. If you are a new patient, they quite literally try to sell you their services. It felt like I was at a car dealership. I’m very upset with it all. I called and asked how much for an initial exam and adjustment. $50 for the exam and $70 “ish” for an adjustment. Ok.. so I go in for my first appointment, the exam, and he of course tells me I need X-rays of my neck. I told him I just had some done a few months ago and he said they won’t work because he uses special equipment and does special views. As an xray tech, I know this is not true. The X-rays I already had were just fine. But I let him do his X-rays anyway, which was $200. I leave that day without an adjustment. I come back a few days later and he tells me based on my X-rays, my treatment PLAN will cost me over $2,500 and that I had the option to pay in 2-3 payments. WHAT??? I’ve had scoliosis my whole life and have seen so many chiropractors and never in my life has anyone tried to sell me a chiro plan. I told him I don’t have $2500 but could he just do an adjustment and I’d pay the $70 adjustment fee that day? He said “sure but if I do an adjustment, I have to take another set of X-rays right after.” Trying to get another $200 out of me. There is no reason another set of X-rays needs to be done 1 week later. This place is taking advantage of people, scamming people out of money, and giving more radiation to clients than needed, all in the name of greed. This chicken scratch picture is his plan for me and my $2500 he estimated for my plan. Please stay away. I’m out $250 and never received a single adjustment.

He explained the causation of my migraines succinctly to me and my wife so that we could explain it to a new neurologist for a combination of treatment What strikes me most about Dr. Atkinson’s care was his authentic empathy and his attention to detail in his handling of my case. His medical expertise was clearly evident and stretches well past just his particular craft. The level of personal care and interest in my well being was not anything that I have experienced before, and could not be ignored. He has garnered our loyalty and will be seeing him for all of our chiropractic needs moving forward.

Fantastic experience: After seeing multiple chiropractors that just lay you on a table and pop your neck and back without checking the actual alignment of your spine and digging for the root cause and only spending 10 minutes and saying ok see you in a week that will be 50 bucks I got fed up and wanted x rays I went to fiorini chiropractic I left with x rays and answers and the doctor actually wanted to study my X-rays before making any adjustments I would highly recommend dr fiorini he actually cares and isn’t just going to pop your neck and back and send you home and take your money they are more expensive but we’ll worth it they also take insurance 50 dollars for the visit and the X-rays were 200 but they have a some what insurance plan of their own that saves you 50 bucks this fella is the real deal definitely not a quack like most chiropractors in town go see him your back and neck will thank you when I left I was almost in tears just to know I had answers I will definitely be going back hope everyone who reads this does the same

Fantastic experience: The 2 young ladies in the reception area worked diligently to work me into the schedule as a new patient the day I called with severe pain. Dr. Atkinson was able to see me, get me xrays and then a treatment appointment all in the first day. I was then put in rotation for the next day and 2 days after that. I've already felt pain relief. I will also say that Dr. Atkinson and the other young lady (I can't recall her name) actually listened to what I was saying which made me feel cared for as a person, not just as a payment or a check mark. I've already recommended them all to a Co-Worker for her husband. I will continue to do so as well because of how the entire staff jumped to my aid without hesitation. They are all ... Amazing; which doesn't seem like an adequate adjective. 5 ⭐ for sure!

Negative experience: I really enjoyed the chiropractor experience I received with Dr.Fiorini and another chiropractor. however, the billing department could use some help. The communication between billing in the front desk was unacceptable. at my consult I requested a consultation or re-check with my insurance after I had just reached my deductible, she said she had taken care of this and it would still be a certain amount I would have to pay at every visit , so I did. Months months and months later I received a bill that they sent to the wrong address originally with a threat to send me to collections. I called again and spoke to the billing department and they said “this should be taken care of by your insurance, let me look into it but if you do not hear from me you do not owe anything else” I never heard back then I received another final notice for even more money than originally owed. At the end of the day no one can give me an answer as to what I was paying for in the office after the visits and why it wasn’t reflected on the bill that I had to pay in the end. Again the doctor was excellent but due to the staff I will not be returning

I have visited several other chiropractors in town prior to Dr. Fiorini, however, my pain never got better. After my consultation and treatment plan from the doctor, I almost instantly began to feel relief. I still visit with Dr. Fiorini to ensure my alignment stays in place and I stay pain free, but my visits have decreased since I am doing so good. I have also had the pleasure to work with Dr. Atkinson and Dr. Cora, who were wonderful as well. Everyone there is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: In 2012 I was in a car crash that left me with multiple herniated and bulging discs. Unfortunately, the crash caused me to be placed on full disability. I was approved for fusion of cervical spine in 2013. I opted to pursue and continue Atlas Orthogonal Care under Dr. Fiorini and physical therapy. I can have the surgery whenever I should decide. So far, under the excellent expert care of Dr. Fiorini, I have not needed surgery. I can stand to be a bit more deliberate about regularly practicing the exercises to support my spinal health which would enhance my treatment results. But I am extremely satisfied with my care at Fiorini Chiropractic Center. I recently relocated and I drive over the highway to remain under his care. I've tried regular chiropractic before when I was a young man from another accident but that type of chiropractic care pales in comparison to the Atlas Orthogonal technique. Thank you Dr. Fiornini for your expert spinal care and treatment!

Negative experience: I really wanted this place to be the answer. I came into Fiorini Chiropractic to help with dizziness after getting a concussion back in June. They took x-rays and I was told my dizziness was because of my atlas being misaligned. They made a convincing case, so we began treatment. Treatment consisted of getting my atlas realigned with their instrument, a “painless” process, that may have been easy under the chair, but once I’d leave, neck problems began to flare up. I have never had neck pain before, and the neck pain I experienced while at Fiorini was absolutely awful. Dr. A passed me off to Dr. F when he repeatedly was unable to stop my dizziness and neck pain. Now, there was a period of time, when I had no neck pain or dizziness for a month under Dr. F’s care (hence the 2 stars). I thought that it was the answer! Finally! I can live my life again. But then, after that, the dizziness and neck pain came back. For 2 more months I would live with chronic neck pain because of the work that Dr. F’s clinic did, with no help, exercises, or treatments given by the staff to help with the pain. I was told to wait it out and that I wasn’t ready to strengthen my neck yet. Dr. Fiorini repeatedly called me his “problem patient”, which was cute at first, but then began to sound like an excuse for them not being able to help me. The neck pain was starting to affect my work and personal life way too much. I was over it and decided to try something different. I went to a physiotherapist in town, who was finally able to relieve me of my neck pain caused by Fiorini Chiropractic with dry needle therapy. I will certainly not be going back to Fiorini again.

Fantastic experience: Started going here about two years ago after a few accidents messed up my back. From day one they told me they intended to treat me and someday releas me, and that’s what they did. I know not everyone has that privilege due to medical concerns, but they worked with me until both they and I felt it was good. They didn’t milk it. Both chiropractors I saw have been very professional, kind and extremely effective. Both good Christian men, the staff are great as well and everyone there seems to care more about the client then the business. That really struck me. Hope this review helps someone.

Fantastic experience: I am truly grateful to have discovered Dr. Cora Atkinson at Fiorini Chiropractic Center. I had had nearly intolerable burning nerve pain in my shoulders, arms, and hands for really years--first sporadically during a career that required heavy computer use, and then finally continuously for over a year. After being treated a couple of times a week by Dr. Cora for roughly six weeks, all my upper body pain is gone. My atlas and my axis were wrenched in opposite directions and tilted (on the imaginary vertical axis) in opposite directions as well. After taking X-rays from several angles, Dr. Cora meticulously adjusted those joints as well as supplementing the treatment with regular in-office exercises and therapies. The lessening of the pain was gradual, but I feel so relieved to have been able to have my body's own healing powers activated rather than having had to resort to invasive surgery. Dr. Cora is extremely knowledgeable, listens carefully, and explains clearly, as well as being very pleasant! I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: When anyone asks if I know a good chiropractor, I immediately say “Go to Fiorini Chiropractic”. I no longer live in Tallahassee, but while I was at FSU, I would regularly see Dr. Atkinson at the center. I ran cross country/track in college, which can be very stressful on the body. With each visit, I was able to alleviate AND resolve pains and small injuries sustained due to running. ATHLETES: These pains/injuries could have been a roadblock in my athletic career. I later went on to qualify for the NCAA Championships, U.S Championships, and the Olympic Trials. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient. They were able to get me in quick. I meet Dr. Atkinson and he was pretty straight with me. So far fist visit was great. They took X-rays and Dr. Reviewed my previous X-ray and MRI. He then gave me treatment plan and was very thorough in explaining what the images and what he is able to do for me. So far He has successfully lowered my pain. I am very pleased with their services. Also the front staff are knowledgeable and are willing to work around my schedule. Having a full time job and kids to take care of us very time consuming. Thank you ladies for your help and understanding. Thank you Dr. Atkinson and Dr. fiorini. :)

Negative experience: Terrible and Rude Receptionist, impolite and snarky. Did not have any answers. KNOW YOUR POSITION!
