Fantastic experience: People are very friendly. April is a great massage therapist. She addressed my concerns to focus on my legs which made me so happy. I receive massage often. Not a lot of therapists can focus on massaging the legs. Dr Shanley ordered a throughly exam on me and had a throughly adjustment on my spine and upper limbs. My cervical spine is very tight. A great clinic for people who have pain on your spine and joints.

Fantastic experience: This is more than just a chiropractor office! Dr. Stanley and his clinical team were so patient and attentive to my daughter’s complex needs. They took time to speak to her and allow her to feel comfortable in every step of the treatment. They set her up with therapy and helped us to determine that our insurance covers lymphatic drainage massaged by their massage therapist! If I could give this practice more than 5 stars I would! Fantastic experience: When I came to Dr Shanley, I had been suffering from a severe headache in my temples for over two months. I had been to a neurologist, pain doctor, and another chiropractor. I had tried migraine medication, pain medication, sphenocath, stretching, and anything else you can think of. After the first adjustment, the headache didn’t wake me up multiple times a night like had been happening for months. By the third adjustment, my headache was practically gone. By the fourth adjustment, the headache was gone. Dr Shanley is professional, empowers his patients to help themselves, and is a miracle worker to those in severe pain.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall and while currently still receiving treatments I couldn’t ask for better service from Doctor Shanley and his amazing team. I injured my back being foolish Monday morning (realizing then I’m not as young as I once was) I was able to get in Monday afternoon to start the process of treatment. He is the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest doctor I have ever met. After he performed the thorough assessment, he developed a treatment plan for me. His clinic provides a variety of treatments and procedures that I found very helpful for my back pain. Fantastic experience: I've been coming for a few weeks after having severe pain in my arm caused by spinal issues in my C5 C6 and C7. I am already seeing so much improvement now that I'm halfway through treatment! The pain was unbearable before, and I visited several emergency and urgent care providers that did not take me seriously. The team at Advanced Medical is very thorough with testing and treatment and they were all very kind and understanding as I was very emotional from the pain. Negative experience: The way I was treated by Sharron from Dr. Shanley's office was unacceptable. I have been a patient there for over six years and have never encountered such rude behavior. When I called to inquire about my x-ray results, Sharron interrupted me, raised her voice, and showed no willingness to listen to my concerns. This is not how a medical professional should behave towards their patient. I demanded a proper explanation for why I had to make another appointment to know my results when I had received them during the same visit in the past. I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism and will not tolerate any further rudeness. I called back to inform her that due to her behavior, I would not return. Guess what! she said Fine and hung up on me for the second time.

Fantastic experience: They are absolutely AMAZING!! I will never go anywhere else!

Negative experience: 3/4 of my x-rays didn't print because the machine wasn't working properly and needed repair. Said they would retake....but always had excuses. My insurance company paid for x-rays never received by me. Was offered "extra" services for only $90.00 per week not covered by insurance. The "company" didn't help me at all. I quit after just a few weeks of price gouging, the area I needed help with wasn't addressed, but he was set on cracking my neck three times a week. Never going back there again.

Negative experience: This place is a joke! Bought a Groupon and went there once. Spent over an hour arguing of my name, they input it wrong. Got over that, than talked to a lady about why my back hurts so much to then to xrays by some kids that didn’t know what they were doing. I understand because the technology is from the Flinestone ages. Then walked out to a couple people laying on tables that looked like a bad science project with a lot of people (staff) playing on their phones. Watched several clients come and go with unanswered questions. It was dirty, old and the staff is uneducated. Wouldn’t send my dog there.

Negative experience: I met staff through a neighborhood event, they seemed to be kind so I prepaid for a package. The package was a killer deal and I was in need of a chiropractor. It took me sometime to follow up and get scheduled mostly because of my hectic schedule. The scheduler was kind and accommodating. I received the new patient paperwork but was unable to complete online so I arrived early to the appointment. Staff at the desk was unaware of my prepayment. One person seemed new as she didn't know how to sign me in and another person had to step in to help get me started. She reset me the link in which I accessed on my device and filled in and submitted within 5 minutes of my appointment time. There was Four different ladies sitting or standing upfront. They were actively engaged in conversation with each other. After waiting for 20 minutes (25 minutes post my appointment time) one of the ladies approached me and said that the intake form took me longer than they expected and the nurse had another appointment scheduled. Long and short after waiting an additional 5+ minutes for them to find my submitted work and start to print they told me I had to reschedule because I wasn't prepared for the appointment. I was upset as I had been waiting for over 30 minutes for them to tell me to reschedule. They do not value new clients or clients time. When they attempted to apologize they said they were sorry I had a bad day, which I hadn't until I had gone to them. The lady said she was happy to give me a refund which I had to drive home to get the flyer to prove payment because they couldn't find record. Needles to say I felt they were unorganized and lacked in basic service.

Fantastic experience: My jaw misalignment from being injured a few years back has been a major insecurity of mine. I was told I would most likely need surgery to realign. Dr. Shanley has been working on my jaw and I must say so far I've seen a tremendous improvement! So greatful for Dr. Shanley and his amazing staff.
