Fantastic experience: Dr. Cain has been doing my adjustments and I’ve seen Mike for Physical Therapy and the improvement in my body is significant. I am able to be more active and enjoy the things I haven’t been able to do in some time. I can’t wait to see where I am on my journey in a year!! Fantastic experience: Just got off the phone with THE NICEST receptionist to get my wife on the schedule. She answered every question so thoughtfully and informative even down to the step-by-step process from the second you walk in the door! Which eliminates the pre doctor anxiousness! Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at this facility and it went better than I could’ve ever expected. The front staff were very friendly and made making appointments super easy. The PA Sarah was the friendliest medial personnel I have ever dealt with. Being a recovering addict it is hard sometimes for anyone to look past that and treat us with kindness, but she was so kind and understanding and treated me better than anyone ever has. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Getting good results from just 2 appointments with Dr Cain so far. My back pain was a 9 when I came in for my first adjustment and has been decreasing even more so since my last appointment. He gives the best advice on improving your posture snd the need to fit in the physical therapy. Your spine is your life line invest in it and make appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain before THS. I'm happy that I chose such a good team to help me. Hands down, Dr. Cain is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He really takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about your health. I've always had this dull achy lower back pain that I never thought would go away but it did after 1 adjustment. I've been going for about a month now and I feel like a new person! Anna (one of the front desk superstars) is very kind, helpful, and informative. She is often busy but is always able to maintain a warm demeanor while being extremely adept and efficient at her job. I'm going to start PT soon and I am very grateful for everyone at this practice. Fantastic experience: I really like my team, they have very strong skills and are very comforting to work with. My schedule is frequently changing and they work with me to make sure we can get things scheduled. They always have smiles. I often have many questions and they always have answers. I have had great improvement in my spine and pain since visiting and I worry I might run out of excuses to go back.

Fantastic experience: Staff was awesome to work with and talk to. X-rays were quick and the Dr went over all the issues and discussed options for a resolve of my back pain. After a short massage and adjustment, I was able to walk out feeling nearly back to normal. First time visit and I will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: Total health systems did me wonders My PT Gretchen was amazing, I had shoulder surgery and was very nervous about starting PT but Gretchen at total health system ROCKED, she took her time with me and never rushed me. I was 3 days a week for 6 months and every time I went I felt better and better She is very knowledgeable and very professional and at the same time she made you feel like a friend that actually cared not just a patient Gretchen got me back and better then ever She always asked me how i was feeling how is the shoulder doing, she challenged me to get better and I successfully recovered I thank her for everything she did for me, she truly cares about her patients and you do not find that anymore I would highly recommend to everyone Gretchen at total health systems will take care of you and get you back to 100% Thank you Gretchen

Negative experience: This place will wrap you up in a billing nightmare and tarnish your credit. After several months of I owe a balance, I don't owe a balance back and forth they submit a balance to a collection agency. If I could give below one start I would. Sub par service and screw up your credit. I'm glad I owe them nothing and I would never refer that place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a different chiropractor, anyone other than them.

Fantastic experience: I was searching for another better office. And my friend one day out the blue mentioned her visit to a location near her. She bragged on how wonderful the service was and the how clean it was and the people attitude. And also how they took a ex- ray etc. So I looked up the office and found one 4 minutes away. My first visit was very nice. I appreciated how they took a ex ray before ..which was a problem at the last office. Attitude was and still is very nice and professional. The chiropractor walked me though my ex-ray. Made sure I understood everything. Answered all my questions. Took away some fears. And then started cracking lol. Both a male/ female takes very good care of me. I've never experienced the true relief of stress from my mind. My chest opened up. I noticed a difference in how when I drank water...how open it felt going down. I leave aways in a better place and my ATTITUDE IS MUCH BETTER. NOW IM BRAGGING TO OTHER'S LOL.

Fantastic experience: I have seen two chiropractors here. I like them both. One of them I like more because she is quick and swift with her adjustments, which is easier on me and gives less opportunity for my body to tense under the pressure of slow adjustments like I do with the male chiro. The receptionists are always very friendly. Phone calls are always smooth and quick. The massage tables at the end of visits are both quite nice.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous ( first time seeing a Chiropractor), yet the staff and doctor was super nice and easy to talk to which helped a lot. It was so effective I literally feel great after one session. Definitely going to be coming to them weekly.

Fantastic experience: When I was in extreme pain they got me in quick and fast, no long hallway waiting, was seen right away, staff is very friendly, and the chiropractors are very nice and professional, they are patient and understanding with you every step of the way helpful. Fantastic experience: Hi, I visited the St. Claire Shores location, yesterday. I received the biggest smile from one of the women that was behind the desk, and it made me feel very comfortable. They took care of everything they needed to do, in about an hour. I received x-rays,(Another skillful employee) an adjustment, massage, and I was able to lay on this water type table, that just smoothed out all that had been done, prior. It felt sooooo good, Dr. Cain, definitely knows his stuff, he showed me pics of my spine, and told me a lot of things that I didn't know about my spine, and let me know that through, P.T. and his services, I will be good!: ) So, I can't wait to explore this journey, for something I should have done, years ago. Dr. Cain made me feel like it's not to late, for me to get myself back together, and I truly appreciate him for that. I will be returning for my second visit, and I can't wait to meet the P.T. Therapist...overall, this is a really nice place to come to, to get yourself back together, especially, if you are my age of 56 years young!: )❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Total Health for well over 20 years now. I have utilized their Massage and Chiropractic services for two decades and have always been very happy with the results. As the result of a scheduling error, I saw Dr. Patel for the first time last week. I can honestly say that she has given me some of the best adjustments I've ever had. She is extremely thorough, professional and weirdly strong. I highly recommend Total Health and Dr. Patel for your Chiropractic care. The Saint Clair Shores office has a fantastic staff and the other chiropractor Dr. Cain is also excellent!

Fantastic experience: The place is great from front to back. The receptionist/scheduler, to the young woman who took my x-rays, to Dr. Patel. I walked out of there knowing more about my spine than any other place I've been before. Doc snapped me back in place, and set me up with a great continuation plan. I'd highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in with arthritis pain in my neck knees and back. I left out pain free and was able to move and do things like I use to. Fantastic experience: My first experience ever going to pt and chiropractor. Tori is super amazing honestly one of the best souls I’ve ever met, along with shes very smart an take her job seriously, knowledgeable and has definitely helped me with my sciatic nerve problems. Dr. Cain is truly kind and gets me aligned just right. Overall the whole staff, the ladies that work at the front desk are so nice an always works well with my schedule, very good customer service wish I could give them 10 stars!
