Negative experience: BE CAREFUL!!! I’ve been buying from this place for a while and have had mostly positive experiences, a couple bad, but this past time’s been terrible. Placed an order for Black Friday and still haven’t received anything as of Dec. 28th, more than a month later… countless calls, no answers… no accountability, no product - out $100.

Fantastic experience: Been shopping here for nearly two years now. Absolutely will not go anywhere else, even now that I live in a different state! I am able to call and order with their help! They are always super helpful and don't shove products at you that you don't need. The products give me the results I was promised and if they don't the staff always has a recommendation of what to use for my regimen that will work. Also they pay attention to feedback and cycle out products that people are liking so that they always have the best stock.
