Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful and “no pressure” consult with Janelle last week. Janelle put me at ease and was very up front and transparent when I came to the procedures I would want and need. I have an umbilical hernia, so she said for best results, to get that fixed before going through with Sono Bello. That’s the kind of honesty that I really appreciated! Why get all the work to look a certain way only to have the hernia bulge out. I will get what I need to get done on my end and will be getting back to Janelle in the spring to move forward. Negative experience: Appointment at 11:15am. Arrived at 10:40am, filled out quick paper work. 12:10pm I still have not been seen, addressed, or spoken to at all. People that arrived after me were met and seen before me. Poor customer service. What a joke lol. Whats the purpose of the appointment? Update: Walked out still not acknowledged by anyone. Thanks for wasting time.

Fantastic experience: Came here to investigate on what I could do about the extra skin on my abdomen from having my daughter 24 years ago. It was a really fun, educational experience with Janelle. She was so easy to talk to and was educated on all of what they have to offer. I definitely recommend, anyone to go there that has a slight dissatisfaction in their body appearance. If I had more free time, I would have stayed for longer. She was a joy to be around and was very personable. Excellent communication and was completely honest & transparent.

Negative experience: I recently visited Sono Bello for a consultation, and scheduled my procedure. My credit card was charged 3000$ and the rest financed. I had to cancel because I had a abnormal EKG and my MD would not medically clear me. It’s been two weeks and I have not received that money returned to my credit card. They tell me it takes 5-7 business days. Still waiting?

Fantastic experience: I have struggled my entire life with my weight and got pretty heavy in College, mostly from stress. Lost quite a bit of weight and had an unsightly skin flap on my abdomen. It was like an alien being wrapped around my waist. It would get moist underneath, itchy, downright annoying. For years, I'd stand in front of the mirror and wish that somewhat flat flab roll could be just cut off. But regular folks like me don't get cosmetic surgery. As I got older and had a better appreciation of who I was, what I had accomplished in my life, I felt I deserved to stop hiding this foreign body. I considered going to Mexico to save money, but thought I'd wind up on Botched. I happened to see a Sonobello commercial when I was on a girl's weekend. The ladies on the commercial had similar love handles and excess skin and the transformations were amazing! I never spend money on myself. I color my own hair, do my own acrylic nails, etc. Decided removal of this annoying flab roll was the greatest gift I could give to myself. My initial appointment was very informative, so I took the plunge. I have NEVER met a finer prep nurse than Erika, she explored my normally difficult to find veins to make sure the anesthesia would be delivered to keep me comfortable. She REALLY aided me thru the surgery both mentally & physically - a true professional! Dr Park made me feel at ease and his attention to detail was exemplary. I'm in day 3 post op, have only taken one painkiller. I've been on every diet on the planet and at age 65, diets were never going to take my love handles away. Now I've got a few million less fat cells in my body and look forward to seeing my abdominal without the resident alien. Thank you Sonobello for making a dream come true!

Fantastic experience: I had Lipo and Ab-ex in November 2023. I had a very good experience from start to finish. The recovery was not too bad. I had to sleep in a recliner for about 4 days because of the incision in my stomach. I did self massage, wore my compression garment all the time and still wear it, because it is so comfortable. At seven months my stomach is still hard and numb, but was told it could take a year. It was so easy that I can’t wait to get some more done. The pictures are from before, and six months.

Negative experience: Completely careless doctors. I strongly advise everyone to not get a procedure done in this office. Excruciating pain was felt during the procedure and nothing was done to control the pain. Discharged within 10 minutes of finishing the procedure. Never told the pain would be that bad, actually the opposite. Told that it was a non-invasive, much easier procedure than a tummy tuck. To top it off, was never told that massaging was needed after the procedure to prevent lumping. The entire process was a nightmare. They should be shutdown.

Fantastic experience: My entire experience at SonoBello has been fantastic! From the initial consultation to the surgery, I was prepared for each step. Every person I spoke with was positive and able to answer my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured or overwhelmed. The directions for pre and post-op were well written and easy to follow. If it were possible to give them a higher score than 5 stars, I would.

Negative experience: They don't place a priority on their client's time. I sat for almost an hour past my consult appointment at 3pm and never got taken back. When I said something, I was told they often run behind. Well, I took time from work to be here 15 minutes early as instructed, only to sit for an hour for an appointment they knew would likely run behind. What a shame bc I really was excited about this journey. If they don't value my time now, they don't deserve my time or money when I sign up.

Fantastic experience: LOVE the results, even after only 1 month!!! STARTING WEIGHT 196, Size XL (walmart, so you know it was bigger). Post Waist, upper ab, lower ab, back bra roll, and AbEx skin removal. Post procedure, immediately saw a reversal in the 'B-to-B' ratio. Now, I am down from pushing a 16 waistline to fitting in size large, and still have more than 75% of my swelling reduction to go! If you are on the fence - DO IT!!

Fantastic experience: Sono Bello stands to their customer satisfaction policy 100%. I got two procedures done with Dr. Goldenberg and I am impressed by his bedside manner. My first liposuction went well without any pain nor infection. However, I noticed some areas that could be improved. I had no irregularities at all, but I wanted more fat to be taken out from certain areas (BMI 22, 5.2 height). After discussing my concerns, Dr. Goldenberg and the Manager Tia decided we could do a revision as per Sono Bello’s customer satisfaction commitment. Negative experience: I went in about 5 years ago and was so embarrassed by my situation I never talk to anyone about it till now. I recently went to another plastic surgeon to have the work Sona Bello did fixed and it will cost $27,000. I went in to get a face lift and the consultant was amazing. She made me feel like I could have a refreshed look without looking over done. I went in to have the procedure. I was awake the whole time and it turned into a nightmare! When I was done I looked like I was hit by a Mac truck. I was told this was to be expected. I ended up with massive scars, pixie ears (my earlobes are gone) and a cobra neck (my neck is split and looks like a cobra) I try to cover it up but it is obvious and people can see the horrible plastic surgery that was done.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brownstein and nurse Adrienne are top notch. This was my second procedure and i love my results. Dr. Brownstein is such a skilled and caring surgeon. All the staff are wonderful. i should have done this sooner. i am getting my body back thanks to everyone at Sono Bello King of Prussia.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation and everyone was wonderful. My appointment took much longer than expected only because Christine went above and beyond to secure more financing for my procedure. The waiting for approval paid off.
