Negative experience: All aspects of the free weights are pitiful. It is often hard to find the right weights or bar clips. The weights that are there are outdated and awkward to use both because of their design and the level of deterioration. The nice exercise bikes are also only in the classroom. They do have a lot of machines and a lot of water fountains, which is nice.

Negative experience: Is it true Onelife is forcing childcare employees to work on thanksgiving? With no added overtime or benefit from being away from their family? I have kids that go here and it’s worth it to me to not be able to come Thanksgiving so the employees can spend time with their family. Very disappointing to hear. No wonder this place is a revolving door of employees.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Staff, awesome environment. Plenty of parking. Counter bar provides excellent recovery fluids.
Negative experience: My wife dropped our little girl off at child care before exercise (I, her father, was not there to help check her in). When we left, I decided to pick our daughter up from child care. No receipt/ token needed, just called her by name and the caretaker handed her over to me. I asked the caretaker if she needed some form of proof. She replied, “that’s okay.” We spoke to the front desk manager regarding the disturbing security and safety and canceled our childcare membership. Manager, Landon, did not seem worried by the situation but was helpful with our cancellation. Way too many horrible senecios could have played out with this lack of attention. I’d Never recommend this service to anyone.
Fantastic experience: This was my first time in One Life Fitness and I was treated with respect and smiles by Manager Sam and another lovely lady at front desk. They ensure that I have everything I need. This facility is great with some top notch staff! Will definitely be coming here more.

Negative experience: machines are constantly broken , a/c is hardly turned on . and almost every employee at this facility is rude and not helpful at all . as a competitive athlete paying almost $40 a month for a membership here and not even having 24/7 access with all of these cons - i have been on a hunt for a different gym due to lack of satisfaction with this facility. it is constantly packed with people , lots of minors not using things properly or just standing around . overall - choose somewhere else to grab a membership.

Negative experience: If you can avoid this gym, by all means, avoid it. There are more broken or unsafe pieces of equipment than working ones. Almost every bench, fixed or adjustable, is wobbly and missing bolts begging for injuries to happen. If there is broken equipment, they slap an “out of order” sign on it and it sits idly like that for months.

Positive experience: i’m at the gym literally every single day so I can’t say It’s terrible but I will say it’s extremely annoying to pay to come to a place to workout and not be able to do half of your workout because more than likely, the machine you need to use Is broken and will remain broken for MONTHS. for example, the only good 7 treadmills on the bottom floor of the gym always have at least 2 or 3 not working properly or not working at all. the cable machines break all of the time, the hip thrust machine was broken for 5+ months. I mean with this many people paying $30-$40 a month to come here you would think they have the funds to at least ensure the machines work and when they break, to fix them in a timely manner. I love the staff and the environment just highly annoying when things are broken for months and people complain about It all the time and nothing is ever done about It.

Positive experience: The running machines downstairs do not work properly. The incline and speed buttons on the handles do not work on all but 1 machine. They fix them and only work for a couple of weeks then they break and don’t get fixed for months. It’s been like this since I joined the gym about 4 years ago The gym has been in a slow decline since we joined. The employees are great!! Nothing against them. Hopefully something gets done about this issue. Thank you

Negative experience: I just want to say this gym is great. BUT the front office lady with the red hair is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. I mean seriously. She doesn’t help do anything. She is just always rude to both me and my boyfriend. I recently had a shoulder surgery. I’m back in the gym trying to get some strength back like my surgeon told me. I still can’t get my bra off from the back. I like to lay in the tanning bed to get ready for the summer and help cover my scars. So i get my boyfriend to come in the room just to help me get it off. then he leaves. we do this everyday. but when she is in there she starts being very rude and cussed me and him out. even after i have told her i can’t get my bra off myself. She came and tried opening the door today as he was helping me. I pay to use that and so does my boyfriend. i don’t understand the problem when i’m paying that much a month to go to the gym.

Negative experience: Facility was fine the people that work there seemed okay but whoever it is that we give access to our debit card and the people that come up with making it really difficult to cancel your account or thieves so if you value your hard-earned money like I do I'm just trying to do a solid for the world and put this on there to let you know just a few days ago they stole $105.98 out of my account with no justification I'm no longer remember there I canceled it back in December it's now March they hit my account in January for 30 bucks and now they just hit me for $105.98 I can't even find them how they justify just stealing money from people that at one point wanted their service one of the utilizer facilities and exercise and compensate them for that but don't expect to get to be an easy process to just cancel your account like any other gym that I've worked out at I was there for 6 months in the area finally was going to start working out decided I was too lazy went one time canceled the membership I don't know a month into it and said I'm not going to do it because I work too much and too lazy and I'm fixing to move to Indianapolis here I am in Indianapolis I haven't even been in that was it Noonan in at least two months I think I don't know it's mid-march and I think I left there and we had January like late January beware extra Beware with this. I do not like to leave bad reviews for businesses usually I don't say nothing and I just go about my business but when I haven't used their service in months and they're still hitting my debit card I've canceled the service I've done everything they told me to do jump through all their little hoops and here it is months later and they're hitting me for $105.98 I can only hope that I dissuade enough people that it cost them a thousand times what they're ripping me off for just by my review please take my advice go get a membership anywhere else. Or disregard my experience and learn from your own. Good luck best wishes to all who have read this review and taking it for what it's worth which is quite valuable I wish I had a read some reviews before I committed to maybe wanting to be a member at that location like I said it's probably not the location people but it's whoever's behind the scenes they're the ones that are thieving for sure for sure thieves 100% do not allow them access to your debit card bank card or bank account anything just pay them cash and then when you walk away you know then you can just walk away and not have to worry about them just magically deciding that you owe them $106 or whatever amount they decide you owe them I hope this review really screws them back

We did receive your request to cancel on 12/11 as all membership changes must be in writing for your protection as the consumer. Our Member Services department replied with your options for cancellation, including our relocation policy, asking you to reply to the email with your decision on how to proceed. Unfortunately they hadn't received any approval from you for the cancellation fee with the original request in December. It looks like you have been in touch with them as of 3/19 with your membership being effectively cancelled. We're sorry to see you go!
Positive experience: Edit: originally left a bad review but overall a good gym, just a misunderstanding with cancelling. Cancelling just due to not the best location for us at the moment and going somewhere closer. The General Manager Leslie was great to work with and resolved any issue.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is absolutely wonderful. Five star employee who brings a ton of light to the environment. I drank my pre too fast before working out and got sick as I was leaving the gym. Michelle took great care of me and her first concern was me and not my mess. She threw a few towels down, took me to a spot to rest, and then cleaned up. Thank you, Ms. Michelle!

Positive experience: Meh. Have been a member of the Virginia clubs for 4 years and spent a week in Newnan with family. I loved being able to stay consistent with my routine while away from home but the energy in this location is subpar. Aesthetically it's a good look but I've never encountered such disinterested, unfriendly staff at a Onelife location. It's clearly the culture, as there were different people working on each visit. They need a retreat or some team building exercises. In any event, I got my workouts.

Negative experience: We joined Onelife in 2019 when we moved to Newnan. The fitness instructors were great as well as classes. Our problem was with the state of the cardio and weight equipment. For the past year, I mentioned problems to the staff about their ellipticals that are very dated and usually broken, but nothing changed. At times, very few even worked. My husband also noted problems with the weight machines as others have mentioned in reviews. Because the situation didn't improve, we left Onelife and joined a different facility. Such a shame because this is a great location.
Negative experience: Been a member here for several years since back when they were Atlanta Fitness ...they have been better. Right now things are in disarray as they have a large gym wide construction renovation project on-going. This is about the 3rd time they have completely renovated rooms...when I first joined they had a basketball and racketball court. Both are now weight rooms but they are under contruction again...who knows. Here lately they have had hot water issues for over a month and half and now have none...really irritating. Been an ongoing problem that seems to never get resovled. Other things: I carry my own machine handles with carabiners and my own machine pins because more times than not I get to a machine and the pull handles and weight pins are missing...so I use my own. Never seem to have enough of either to go around. Got tired of hunting them down. Lot of a younger teenage crowd hangs out in the evenings or when school is out. Lots of grabass horsing around socializing going on sometimes. Had one of them hit my weight bar in the middle of a lift recently horsing around with friends...reallly pissed me off..and then he thought it was funny. Staff tends to tolerate the horseplay and not say anything...seem to have machine broken down much of the time, but they seem to get fixed fairly quickly. Overall, right now I would rather hit their express gym down the street because my membership includes both locations. Older machines and free weights, but an older more workout serious crowd, not much teenage grabass going on and at least the hot water works. I am a black card member with Planet Fitness also because I do a lot of travelling for work and can always find a PF close by somewhere. My home PF is in Fayetteville but never have walked into the place. If one was closer and if they had a dry sauna, I would be tempted to cancel and move over. Never have trouble finding weight machine handles and pins, floor rules are respected and staff enforced and not much tolerance for grabassing..Ill give it some time and see if OLF rights the ship...otherwise I will cancel and drive the extra 30 minutes to PF in Fayetteville or workout at home.. SO...follow up from two months ago...much improved. They finally fixed their hot water issues...as their construction project has moved along...much better set up. Got rid of dead unused or little used space, added more room for machines and weights...even with a large busy crowd in evenings no one is on top of each other...looks more like a real flat out push and pull gym rather than a crossfit studio...I like it...glad they have adjusted..still hit the Express every now and then when in the mood for simple...Well done.

Negative experience: Absolutely in shock at how unprofessional and will never step foot in this disaster of a so called business. Being double charged for personal training services a few weeks before Christmas and being forced to go through my bank to recover hundreds of dollars. I just needed help learning how to use the equipment! I am 122 pounds so I just needed some pointers. Now they are refusing to return my calls and could care less they took my gas and food money. DO NOT let them have your bank account information.

Negative experience: One of the staff stole my AirPods. I tracked them using findMy and it pointed me directly behind the desk. I turned on find and it pointed me 20 ft away behind the counter. I offered one of them to hold my phone and let the phone guide them to my AirPods but they diverted every attempt at that. Smh. I can see the location of my AirPods now but not worth the hassle of going to the employee’s house. May just try to get an officer to escort me there. Other than that, great gym.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Jeff, who assisted me in finding a trainer. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and always prompt in his responses. Jeff's tactical approach made the entire process seamless and efficient. I was impressed with the level of attention and care I received from him. Instead of simply assigning me to any trainer, he took the time to present me with multiple options and ultimately recommended the one that he believed would best help me achieve my goal. Although I haven't attended my first training session yet, I must say that Jeff has already instilled a great deal of confidence in me regarding my decision to join the club. I am extremely satisfied with my monthly membership subscription and believe that it will be well worth the investment. I am extremely impressed with the staff at this club. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. It is evident that they are passionate about their work, which is a clear indication that this club prioritizes the well-being of its customers. I am absolutely enamored with the delightful ambience and inviting atmosphere of this club. I am extremely satisfied with my decision overall!

Positive experience: Machines are missing weight labels, different machine brands have different labeling systems. You have to spend time determining what weight you're lifting or what your max is at every machine due to illegible labels.

Negative experience: On 9/3 at 3:50, I went to purchase a drink. In the process of doing so, I kindly inquired 2 employees regarding duplicate withdrawals on my account. A young man with a beard (an employee) said “After you pay for that, yeah.” Which frankly was rude? As if the way I asked needed an answer with an attitude? A young woman who I believe to also work there then laughed at his response and repeated what he said. I’m not sure how that was funny and why that response was even warranted from staff. It wasn’t funny - it was 2 employees being rude to a customer. Thankfully, Lance was really nice and very helpful. I thanked him for not giving me an attitude and for actually trying to help me instead of being disrespectful. Thanks for being a great employee Lance!

Positive experience: I liked that the staff welcomes you and it’s friendly. The facility itself is updated and looks nice but it’s not cleaned properly. I only used their sauna a few times because it was so dusty and disgusting. I told them but they never cleaned it. You can also see dust everywhere. I never saw a cleaner. I would see the front desk girls just clean the countertop of the sinks. What made me cancel my membership was that the childcare is careless. My son would get sick every week and one time he got croup and we ended up at the ER. They put the newborn/babies with the older ones. One time I caught an older child pulling my baby’s toy from his hand constantly while my baby was pulling it back as hard as he could. The sitter said that had being doing that for a while. The gym is overcrowded too. If you want to cancel your membership they still make you pay 1-2 months for “proper notice”.

Positive experience: This is a great gym. They keep it clean. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of equipment. The only real issue I have is that when a piece of equipment breaks it takes a very long time to fix. I mean months. I get some times parts are hard to get but some of the same equipment has been broken for over 6 months. Still overall it’s a great gym

Negative experience: I have had the worst experience in my entire life at Onelife Fitness Ashley Park in Newnan, Ga. From the start of my personal training to the general membership of the gym. I was charged for what was supposed to be a complimentary PT session. I was approached by staff Ava in the middle of an intense workout and asked if I was a member. She then walked me to the front desk to verify my membership was "valid". I have been approached twice in hostile way by Jeff, Personal Trainer Director. Once, when I decide to cancel my personal training and again when speaking with another staff member about my family membership including my children. He has a very disgusting temperament. And has the worst demeanor about himself especially when dealing with women. I will not pay for unprofessionalism and discrimination. It's 2023. Staff should be helpful to ALL members. Elevate your mindset and stop being nasty to people.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved to the area in August and looked for a gym right away. We decided to go with One Life Fitness and could not be happier. I have been working with Maria for personal training and was one of the smartest decisions I could have made. She tailors your workouts to your needs and is quite motivating. She has a calming personality and celebrates each small milestone with you while still pushing you to achieve your next goal. Her attention detail and service is above anyone else. If you are looking for a personal trainer, Maria is the best.

Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. Positive experience: PATHETIC!!!! Their equipment is broken And it’s constantly causing me and my husband injuries. They have so many members that it’s hard to even get to a machine to work out. Honestly I can’t imagine they can legally even have that many members in the gym at one time. yet with all the income the equipment sits broken for MONTHS!! They even refuse to use Climate control! The last time it was below freezing outside I could see my own breath in the gym and couldn’t even workout.

Fantastic experience: I started my weight loss journey in May of 2022 & did not want to join the gym until I felt comfortable within myself after joining One Life Fitness on the bypass in November 2022 I regret not joining sooner! I had been going to a weight-loss clinic as well as doing body scans monthly through the clinic but the knowledge and scans from the health coach/nutritionist at this facility has been an amazing tool to my success. Very knowledgeable and the scans here break down things with explanation something you don’t receive at the weight clinic! Jason thank you! Next is the two trainers I have personally experienced. Melanie was my first trainer in a group setting with my mom, my aunt, and my aunts friend. Melanie has the patience and attitude that makes you want to do your very best! She is understanding has the best personality! She was the first that made me realize I could do it! My mom and I decided we would break loose from the group and start the journey together & that’s when we found our current trainer Danny! I am beyond thankful that we did. Not that we didn’t love Melanie but Danny knew exactly how the experience was with being overweight because he went through it himself whereas Melanie didn’t have the past of a weight battle. Danny has shown me the true definition of what “Don’t give up” truly means! He pushes us to our full potential while explaining every single muscle we train. He also points and shows exactly what muscle you should be feeling during workout! He is patient & knowledgeable when explaining each work out. You tell him what area of your body you want to work on and he sets you up for success! We went from training one time a week to two times a week & are showing true signs of effectiveness. The start of my journey I was 256 and today I weigh in at 193. November when I started the gym I was 204. I wouldn’t have my mindset that I have now without all three of these individuals playing their roles in my story! Thank you all so much!

Negative experience: Although the gym is nice with lots of equipment and knowledgeable folks there you have to sign a contract and then when you try to get out of it cuz you're moving or something else then they start going after you and making a big stink you can forget me ever going back let us pay as we go
Positive experience: Gym is always clean and they have good equipment but I compare this gym to LA Fitness. It's expensive and everyone goes to there to hang out. Constantly crowded so on weekdays the only good time to go is in the morning or after 1900 when people start to go home.

Brittni truly cares about me personally and wants to see me achieve my health goals. She’s encouraging and positive, and when I cancel our time together, she stays close to me to reschedule. Fantastic experience: I have trained with (3) trainers at This location. I recently switched to Brittani, and it was the right move. She is friendly & professional. She made a thorough assessment of my condition & goals. I really like her method of training and I can feel the work deep in the muscle. Fantastic experience: Joined this gym a couple months ago, started training with trainer Brittni about a month ago. BEST decision ever! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. And seems to know exactly what I need, I’ve learned how to use machines that I would never touch on my own. Most importantly I already see results! If you are looking to improve yourself and your workouts ask for her!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Brittni as a personal trainer since I started my membership in August this year. Her workouts have been fun and easy for me as a beginner, plus she takes the time to explain everything and even the equipment we use (which on my own would have been intimidating). I am very happy with my decision to join and I can’t wait for more work outs with Brittni in the future. I have also really enjoyed my first zone 4 class I attended this past Saturday and plan to keep going!

Negative experience: I gave 1 stars cuz the lady that called was really sweet. And it was really clean. But I would have gave 5 if they would have walked me through anything when I got there for my first time at this gym. But they barely took my pic and gave me my tag. They acted like they didn't really want to deal with me. I no it was 8:30 but they didn't even ask if I had any questions. And didn't tell me where anything was. So I was just walking around trying to find the locker room. Then the tanning bed. It was rough. I hope tomorrow is better. Update. I thought somebody was going to be reaching out to me today .. But I guess not so so when I go to gym this evening and this evening I will see if there's anybody for me to talk to about this but I'm pretty sure nothing will get done and once again I'll be walking around tonight trying to figure out the move you're out the machines .and Trying to find out where the towels are. And hoping that the pair of tanning bag glasses that I bought last night that I dropped on the way out maybe they won't make me buy another pair. .b oh well. I don't have any expectations anymore. Just Disappointed that I'm locked into this for a year.

Located in the corner of Newnan Crossing bypass and Celebrate Life Parkway near Cancer Treatment Centers of America in the Ashley Park shopping center. Plenty of opportunity for different gym activities. Indoor pool. Yoga and various other classes. Small cafe on premises. Helpful and friendly staff. Personal trainers available. Great location. Plenty of free parking. Decent pricing and convenient hours of operation.

Negative experience: Gym was cool for awhile but I think management went down recently bc of the lack of concern of customer and employee complaints about a down air conditioner, stinky showers and roaches at the smoothie bar. seems to have falling short of a once great place

Positive experience: I enjoy the layout and range of equipment offered, but otherwise disappointed in their lack of maintenance and cleanliness as a 3 year customer. Their stairmasters always have issues, never fixed for good or just replaced. They are either popping during operation, down or waiting for someone to address the repair..(several month problem, consistently). So maybe 1 or 2 work intermittently. This happens with the stationary bikes as well. Never fixed. Overall cleanliness.. just walk around, look down, look up, look in between lifts. They've got 4 water fountains, maybe 1 or 2 work.. maybe 1 has cold water. (Several month problem). Equipment not getting repairs. (Mgmt needs to sit and operate every piece of equipment and you'll find out what's broken, missing or needing to be replaced.) This, and then they charge you an upgrade/renovation/club enhancement fee every 3-4 months... where does this funding go exactly?

Negative experience: Gym has a patron that goes here that posted a story in the locker room with a woman who was in the middle of changing in the background. Gym admitted to knowing about this but has refused to revoke this person’s membership (after she posted the photo TWICE to her story) and also admitted to not informing the woman who was in the background. These are grounds for legal issues, question your safety if you come here.
Negative experience: Gym had a patron post a photo of herself with another patron, who was not aware this photo was being posted to 70k people online, naked in the background. GM cited that the patron who posted the photo “cried” and is therefor not banned from the gym. Patron who posted the photo is back to posting photos of herself in their gym. I would not attend this gym as you will be subject to the social media gym goer who posts photos without checking who is in the background, as well as management who condones this type of behavior without consequences.
Negative experience: One of your members posted an Instagram story with another naked (and unaware) member in the background and you did nothing about it. Not the type of gym I'd want anyone that I cared about going to.
Negative experience: Good gym for you to come and work out but it’s Newnan, there is not that many gyms so it’s a bit crowded. Also y’all know what type of area this is so be ready for nasty looks and energies coming from people here. Our kind is not welcomed here just tolerated. Google about the young man in his 20 that was found hung in a tree in Newnan Ga few weeks ago. Be on guard my people please.
Negative experience: Buyers beware of the auto-renewals. Contrary to the understanding and flexible atmosphere they sell when signing up for services, it is not the reality when trying to cancel. I moved and was looking to cancel both my membership and personal training. Essentially, I've been made to feel like my only option was to come in person to cancel anything. However, I signed electronically via an electronic pen pad so I'm not sure why the same process cannot be used for cancellation. Even in the agreement it says sending mail is accepted to cancel, but that is not what they try to push on you. When gas prices are all time high and you're over an hour away from the gym, it's not a reasonable option. It is 2022 and any reputable business should have more than just the face-to-face option to process documents. Full transparency, attached is what you're going to be expected to do because apparently this cannot be handled via email or online correspondence if you move. I also was charged $280 in auto renewal on a personal training membership that expired this month, that I will not be utilizing and was told I can't get a refund for. Do not for a moment think that just because your agreement is expiring, that they will not auto renew. My trainer was fantastic, but dealing with this company and some of the other employees has been terrible. This was absolutely not what I was sold on, and it's pretty predatory and this review exist to make people fully and responsibly aware. I've received refunds in the past from a gym of a much smaller scale, but when it comes to cancellation Onelife turns into a trivial and petty business. Don't expect a level of integrity from this company, because you won't get it. I know there are not a lot of options in Newnan and I hope to anyone else it works out, but people deserve and should be allowed the opportunity for full transparency on how you conduct your business. *Update: Finally received a form to cancel via email so if they try and tell future customers you HAVE to come in, no you don't. And it didn't take 30 days.

Negative experience: Went to go use a machine and the personal trainer rudely said he was about to use them with a client of his that they were rotating between the 3 machines especially when there is only one of those machines in the whole gym. I will be taking my membership elsewhere better yet I’ll just drive to Peachtree. Machines need repairs as well.

Negative experience: Gym is great until you try to cancel. I thought that i had done what I needed to do to cancel when I moved but found out a few months later that they did not process this. Then when I noticed, they did not do anything to resolve. Honestly worse customer service than planet fitness and they Don't care when you leave. Moving is already stressful and they add to that. beware of the contract. Update- manager did help get a few months back they use a third party for payment - they were not helpful.
Negative experience: UPDATE TO THE REPLY: I have called this gym twice and have been told that Joe will call me back and he has not. Do not sign up for the membership. I have now called four times trying to cancel, dating back to a year ago. They owe me $500 and I can’t get anyone to cancel my membership. I canceled over a year ago and I still am being charged every month. It’s ridiculous.

Negative experience: This place is a mess. Old equipment,dirty and weights everywhere. I spend way too much time looking for weights to use because they are literally everywhere. I would pay more money gladly if they would step the facility up!!!!I hate that there's no other place to go. Also feels very much like a highschool gym room teenagers running around and playing. Not what I come to the gym for!!! Update: 2/22/22 -I tripped over equipment that was left on the floor. The customers don’t care about safety but shouldn’t the employees? No one on the floor picking up equipment but 5 people at the desk standing around talking instead of working. Someone is going to hurt themselves.

Fantastic experience: In my 46 years I’ve been a member at several gyms and fitness centers as well as worked at one. One Life in Ashley Park is amazing. It’s kept meticulously clean and the owners reinvest in the place. Quality new equipment is purchased at least annually and when a piece of equipment does break down it doesn’t stay out of service long. The staff are amazing especially the front desk. It’s nice being a member of a place and 8 out of 10 times I’m greeted by name. If your looking for a great fitness center at an unbelievably fair price then join. Only issue is if you actually go to the gym to workout then remember not to go at peak times as it gets a little crowded. Other than that your good!!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and tons of equipment. I came to this gym being a little afraid and not 100% sure on what to do. However, after working a trainer named Danny I had a ton of extra knowledge and felt way more comfortable at the gym. 10/10

Looking at the notes on your account you called in on 1/7/21 to cancel your membership and your account was updated as pending cancel the same day. The agreement does require a 30 days notice to cancel, this is reviewed and signed off on when you sign up with us. Your account is pending cancel now with the 30 days notice. Fantastic experience: I've never been a "gym person," so I knew I needed to find a trainer to show me the ropes and keep me motivated. I was very nervous when I first joined, especially since I had no idea what I was doing! Luckily I was eventually paired with Ms. Lyndsay, and she has been a godsend on my journey thus far. She's very patient and challenges me to keep going during every session. She even takes the time to explain why I'm doing a specific exercise, and for me that's awesome because it really helps me to understand my body more. The facility itself is always very clean and the staff is super friendly as well. I am really glad that I joined--it's one of the best decisions I've made yet!
