The staff are very warm and welcoming, giving a tour at your first appointment of the office as well as being extremely accommodating and flexible with appointment scheduling/rescheduling. From the initial phone call setting up my appointment and to every contact I have had along the way it has been a great experience. You see, I had injured the right side of my body while throwing axes. ( Apparently, my 66 year old body didn’t like me doing that activity!) I then spent the first couple of weeks after that trying to convince myself that I was ok. (That didn’t work!) So, I then went to a walk-in medical clinic and was given medication for my pain. It didn’t seem to help. So, I made an appointment with Full Potential Chiropractic. I am so glad that I did. Dr Hope knew exactly what to do to get me feeling better. I look forward to continuing my care with them.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a new chiropractor as my insurance changed I couldn't be happier I have had a problem since October and it was becoming increasingly difficult to turn my head To watch for traffic or work at my standing desk. And my shoulder was being affected as well as my right arm...a few tweaks to the problem area in my neck and I am already 90% better. Grateful! Received top notch information and a bigger understanding Of my body mechanics. My current range of mobility is awesome considering what I've suffered through since October. Positive experience: I recently got a massage here and was very disappointed. The front desk staff was very welcoming and organized. The massage therapist was not friendly at all, she did not introduce herself or ask any preferences on pressure. She brought me back 10 minutes late and stopped 10 minutes early. The massage itself was good but the whole experience was not. Will not return for a massage.

Fantastic experience: Ok, so I knew going to a chiropractor could add to my quality of life but in Feb. I fell on the ice and ended up onn my shoulder. Alot of pain but no tears or breaks but couldn't life my arm and very painful. Started with the team in late April early May and things are sooo much better. I know I get back to normal. Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Full Potential Chiropractic. The whole staff is warm and friendly. Dr. House is experienced and really cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain to the patient what is happening with their bodies and how the adjustments will help. The day after my first adjustment he actually took the time to personally call me to see how I was doing! I have never had a doctor who did that before! They have coffee and water for the patients and they make you feel comfortable. The office is easy to find and there are parking spots 15 feet from the door for easy access. I highly recommend Full Potential Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ron and Matt take very good care of me. Have had several problems with my shoulders and lower back. They put me on a 10 day regament and tell me to watch what I eat. Offer streaches and massage to ease the troubled area. They are both top notch, caring, professionals and always open to conversation about my continued good health. Thank you to the intire staff!

Negative experience: Yea if I could give 0 stars I would. Super super shady place. I went here in April of 2022 to see Dr Alicia, who no longer works with them, to try to flip my baby from breech (which she succeeded in doing) and AFTER my visit was informed I had to pay $73 up front till my insurance kicked in (why didn’t they inform me BEFORE my visit?). Called my insurance in their parking lot and everything was pushed through. Went back in and they said as soon as it was processed they would refund me. They declined my insurance request as informed by my insurance and only billed 1 visit. I seen her 3 times. Do not go here. Also Dr house isn’t up to date certified in the new method they use to flip a baby from breech so I do not recommend going to him for that. He uses a very old method that is not very effective.

So against my will, I made an appointment with Dr House and as much as I didn't want it to work... it is working! Dr House and the entire staff at Full Potential Chiropractic has been AMAZING!
