Negative experience: 2 days ago To begin my husband found this add for Acupuncture to help with his peripheral Neuropathy.He called and made an appointment with the Dr.Dave , Rise chiropractor. Dr. Dave and staff were so convincing and had my husband watched videos as well. My husband was skeptical about this plan. Not once was acupuncture entered into the program. My husband went through this company and paid $7200 . He had done everything he was supposed to do. He had Peripheral Neuropathy and the Dr.Dave said he could help him.my husband feels like he got duped . Nothing worked . After looking into this my husband could have purchased the equipment and supplements far less than what he paid at Rise Chiropractor off Amazon for less than $1000 . I asked for a partial refund and then Dr Dave told me that he already used $6500 for the equipment and the nutritional supplements. I have never been so disappointed in a company and been duped pretty much taken advantage of . I would recommend looking at Amazon for the same stuff that Rise Chiropractor tried to sell you. Response from the owner a day ago People are entitled to their opinion but not their own facts 1. This person admitted that the protocol wasn’t followed that the equipment was “barely” used. 2. They wanted a refund after all treatment - over 3 months of work and all materials were used? 3. We tried to understand what exactly they wanted but never let us know other than wanting money back for the services already rendered. 4. I appreciate we can’t help all people but we always deliver above and beyond. If results aren’t there we work hard to find out why. But if the person refuses to follow the plan the not much we can do. 5. All equipment was prescribed and anything they were looking are on Amazon is NOT what we ordered. And the costs of the equipment is a small part of the overall 3- 6 month program. Dr.Dave, rebuttal to your above comment: I was very excited to read the positive comments on your website regarding neuropathy treatment. I was desperate for someone to finally cure my leg neuropathy. I was very skeptical at first, but after the video you showed and your assurance that I could be cured was very compelling and so I gave in and bought your plan($7,200+). This included equipment and supplements. I religiously followed your regiment to the letter. I even told you this when we had our consultations. For you to blatantly falsify that I did not follow the "protocol" is very unethical, especially coming from a professional doctor. Why would I spend over $7,200+ on equipment and supplements to not use them? I was very desperate to be cured. So, for you to lie to make you look good is not right. I would rather have you comment that "You can't cure everyone". I would accept that and move on as one of those people that wasn't cured. Your equipment and supplements, in my opinion, are overpriced after I saw what I received. Light therapy, feet/leg shock treatment, and nitric oxide supplements can be purchased for far less than $7,200. I don't expect a partial refund. I treat this experience as an expensive lesson and don't let my eagerness to be cured sway my ignorance. I'm pleased that you assisted many patients. I WAS JUST NOT ONE OF THEM. Fantastic experience: Found out about this place and did introductory visit. The staff and equally important during first visit, was professional and friendly! X-rays were taken a follow up visit scheduled. Next visit consisted of detailed discussion of treatment plan. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that I NEVER felt like I was a number (just another patient). The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough and invested time and care. When adjustments were done, felt immediately relief. I went in with foot pain and lower back pain. Feeling better and looking forward to continuing visits and ultimately better running health!

Heartbroken when my beloved chiropractor retired and his replacement was not as smooth with adjustments but a little jerky, I sought a new chiropractor and a friend recommended Dr. Klosterman and RISE Chiropractic. He has the right touch like my old chiropractor did and I saw him through my entire pregnancy and right after.
