Fantastic experience: I went to Life Chiropractic on December 24th for a massage. The entire front office staff was amazing and Katie the massage therapist did an outstanding job. As I was leaving, Dr Z and staff were singing Christmas songs... Great business!!

Negative experience: This chiropractic center will nickel & dime you, they have you come in for a consultation exam. Which for me they said that I would need to come in 3 times a week to get my body back to normal. My back was a mess, so started their ‘plan’, the doctors all gave a good adjustment. However I never had a chiropractic office do ‘piece work’ on an adjustment, I had a rib out and they tried to charge me for an extremity adjustment! I couldn’t believe it, I know that they generally work on your core (neck, spine, to tail bone) but the ribs are connected to the spine. I refused to pay extra for that! Now I can understand them charging extra for adjustments to shoulder, knees etc… So here’s the end results; an adjustment is $45.00, the extremity adjustment $25.00 so one visit is $70.00. Every other chiropractor I’ve been to gives a flat rate for entire visit, no extra charges My insurance covers a limited number of visits. Long story short this chiropractic center over charges. This type of practice is what gives chiropractic care a bad reputation! Beware!!!

Negative experience: First few visits were good but you become a number not a patient. I expressed my concerns and issues that I was having which went unheard. I have since found a chiro that delivers patient care and addresses my issues. Feeling much better now! Don't be fooled by all the 5 stars. They do a contest for reviews.
