Negative experience: I would never trust someone so desperate for business. Somehow they got my number- sent me text messages and phone calls almost every hour on the dot. I responded that I was not interested and to take me off their list. Then, later in the day I got a call that I answered and said the same thing. The next day, another text message. All from a "Robyn." I called the office to tell them that this is borderline harassment and to take me off their call list. She was very rude and unprofessional. Most certainly do not have you confused with someone else! Unfortunately cannot post a screenshot on here but certainly will send to your FB just so you can see for yourself . Also, this is how I looked you up to call and speak to your rude receptionist

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible business practices. They took complete advantage of my Hispanic husband. They sped through the "sign up" papers without explaining what they were, had the screens zoomed in so you couldnt see what you were signing, and it turned out they were fraudulently applying for a care credit card in his name and charging it for over $5k. This is extremely poor business practice- borderline fraudulent. They also over exaggerated what he had going on with his back - this over exaggeration was confirmed by a 2nd opinion of another chiropractor. After being charged all that money, going through the treatments, at home exercises, etc they guaranteed that he would be better and he is absolutely not. They have a very poor rating with the BBB and we will be filing our experience with the BBB as well. 100% scam.

Fantastic experience: After over a decade of dealing with neuropathy pain, 9 doctors who gave up and didn’t try to diagnose or help me, I FINALLY found Revival Health! After receiving an official neuropathy diagnosis from a traditional doctor, I came upon Revival and I can honestly say, I feel more relief now than ever in my past 12 years of pain. The treatments are truly working when I never thought it could be possible. If you battle with severe neuropathy pain, you are truly missing out if you don’t at least hear what their treatments are all about. Non-invasive treatments, all natural products and ZERO medication, all with staff that care about you is where it’s at! I’m already seeing progress in my neuropathy reversal that I truly never thought I would ever see.

Fantastic experience: I sat in a recliner with no relief for over 2 weeks. I went to urgent care, she thought I was an addict. Sat in pain another week. ER time. CT . 1 bulging disk. Went to Revival, it was 6. I could not walk without severe pain or even shift my position. Couldn't even lay on my right side. Left side was better but sketchy. I haven't even had an Aleve in 3 weeks and before that it wouldn't even touch it. I was prescribed pain meds, at the ER. They suggested PT. But you have to fix the problem before you build the muscle around it which was explained to me. Made sense. True. A friend of mine suggested Revival. They are awesome. The staff is stellar along with the doctors.

Fantastic experience: I'm dealing with old military injuries that multiple people and surgeries have not been able to help. I was at a loss and just trying to deal with the pain until now. I've been coming for a month now and the results are showing some in my knees already. Dr. Chris and the staff are amazing. Dr. Jake does miracles with the alignments. The entire staff is always ready to answer any questions and extremely friendly. I'm retired with 2 small girls and they are even able to come and have fun during my treatments!

Fantastic experience: I am still a work in progress but very pleased to say my knee pain has decreased significantly and it has not even been 90 days yet. She has kept me from losing my mind in a very stressful situation; Death of a child and the betrayal of divorce hit at the same time 5 years ago. Fantastic experience: I totally believe in stem cell therapy and once I found out Revival does regenerative medicine. I was so excited!!! I have a very old trauma injury to my lower back. It hurts constantly. I had them put a shot of stem cells in my lower back, 3 weeks ago. And the pain is almost gone. I know it takes months for the stem cells to build up tissue to the source of the problem area… so amazed at the amount of relief already happening!!!

Negative experience: Complete waste of time and MONEY....$2300 to be exact. Did thier intial 8 treatments for neuropathy in my lower legs. After these treatments, I started complaining and asking for my money back which they would not do, Dr McDanial did give me an additional three more treatments. Although these were done by his staff, still no relief. At this point he blamed it on my diet and suggested to cut back on my dairy intake, etc. Both my family physician and a specialist I seen both told me neuropathy/nerves cannot be cured but, I was exicted when Dr Carpenter and Dr McDaniel told me they had a 98% success rate.....NOT FOR ME....no help at all and now I'm out $2300

Fantastic experience: I mainly do red light therapy which I am really happy with so far. The staff is awesome & the new facility is very nice. When I was having knee pain the other day I just mentioned it & Dr. Chris immediately did an evaluation & x-rays. No waiting! I didn’t need to make another appointment & come back. They heard my need & that I was in pain & immediately I became a priority. I really, really like this place & the staff. Can’t say enough good things about Macey & Dr. Chris!

Fantastic experience: I started going here for the red light therapy, I have RA this helps with the pain after researching it. It also helps with other things as well. I started taking my son there last week, he has bad back pain after a car accident, he has seen Dr's since the accident but never got relief. After his first appointment, we found out more about his back than we have in a year. They took x-rays sat with us to discuss everything and we now know why he hurts so bad. They have him on a plan to help him now and in the future. We found out his spine, is like of a person 30 years older than him. My son for the first time after the accident, he was almost pain free, and not miserable. I can't say enough about this place, the staff is amazing, the Dr's take their time discuss with you one on one to see what your needs, wants are and they personalize a treatment plan for you. The office is very nice, with state of the art equipment. I highly recommend you check them out

Fantastic experience: Revival Health and Wellness helped me get back on track. During my initial appointment, I could barely walk as I was suffering from surgically induced neuropathy. I’ve now just finished my sixth week and I’m doing things. I haven’t done in almost a year. I’m walking, riding my bicycle, being able to do other things that were impossible. I’m praying that throughout this time that I spend at Revival, I hope will be able to say I’m truly back to normal. Negative experience: The staff are great . I went for extreme pain in lower back . xray and consult $50 . I have to walk with 2 canes . The owner came over and said they will get rid of my canes with this service . Didn't happen . A $50 service turned into $8,000 . Totally ruined my credit . I'm on disability. . Limited income. Health net insurance which they don't take . They did the same thing to my neighbor after the fact . $8,000 I found out . DO NOT go it doesn't work .

Negative experience: Not what I thought it would be and no refund of price adjustment at all even when it doesn’t work for you! Over $6000.00 for a 2 month treatments that didn’t help. Careful what you sign up for. SCAM, it’s more about making money than doing the right thing! NOTE update; they do not respond to the BBB on complaints written about them. Careful where you spend your money, once they have it you will not get any back no matter if the programs works or not! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Revival has been incredible so far. I’ve had experience with chiropractors in the past, and I can say that the staff, treatment, and overall experience deserve the highest ranking! Only a few weeks in, and I’ve experienced a significant change in my daily headaches/ neck pain, and my immune system seems to be functioning better (no sinus infections after a year of recurring sinus issues!!) I looks forward to coming to every treatment. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: The Revival staff and Doctors are very cheerful and polite. Their office operates like a machine…move em’ in, move ‘em out. Rarely a wait. Beyond that, my experience with Revival’s neuropathy treatments were a waste of a lot of time and a lot of money. For the routine interval appointments, I had to call them every time to set up the date and time. I started their at home daily, or every other day, prescribed treatments on 5/2/2022. My last visit to their office was 3/30/2023. I continued with the at home treatments until my 1-year anniversary on 5/2/2023. I have not heard from them since 3/30/2023…No checking-in to see how it’s going calls…no call to set up a 1-year assessment. I figure that they just wait until you get tired of the game. I have since gone to a neurologist who told me he was sorry that this chiropractor put me through all of that. He said that you cannot regenerate nerves. Does anyone out there need a used Rebuilder 300 electrical stimulation unit or an Anodynene Light Therapy apparatus?

Negative experience: In less than 4 weeks some of my pain was gone no more nerve pain down my leg from my herniated disc and able to sleep on my side again!! 100% I was told and promised 12 months of treatment got 7 months of treatment. Still have issues now I have 6600 loan that I will be trying to pay off for the next 3 years!! Was promise a call back and she never called me back about my insurance. They got their money now they don't care anymore about my condition!!

Negative experience: Y'all knew I had Medicaid since I'm on disability. What I'd like to know is why even make someone an appointment when you know full well you won't accept their insurance? I got to meet with both doctors and was so hopeful that they would be the ones to help with chronic migraine and my spine being so messed up. Only to get told there were no options because I can't pay $10,000.00 out of my pocket. I thought maybe there was a glimmer of hope for a day or two without the debilitating pain but once again only for the rich people I guess.

Fantastic experience: I'm glad I found Revival Health and Wellness and the doctors. It's been a little over a month and I have seen improvement with my lower back and legs. I move a little easier and have reduced some of the pain meds. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Will and his team are amazing!! I suffered with severe headaches for about 5 years and many doctors would brush it off or say it was migraines. I would tell them it wasn’t and how it would trigger from my neck and they all thought I was crazy and just try to medicate me. The day I came to Revival, they were able to pin point what was wrong and the cause of my severe headaches. Now, over a year later, my headaches went from everyday for 5 years to maybe 1-2 a month! I know I still have a long way to go, but I look forward to every Wednesday. Even my children have noticed a huge difference and see how I can actually function now due to not being in pain all the time. I feel that Chiropractors are so under rated and don’t get the recognition they deserve, and even though my insurance doesn’t cover it, they are worth every penny! Fantastic experience: I have been benefitting from initial decompression last year along with adjustments regularly. My throat no longer chokes or causes difficulty speaking, and with better balance, my left heel is no longer sore. Dr Will and Dr Chris have given me specific tools/exercises with individual care that assures me better health results at age 77. I’ve been told by a former employee that the people who do the softwave treatments are not properly trained or certified. She was “trained” by watching. That scares me. Just saying….

Fantastic experience: I have used a cane or rollator every day for several years. I have had ridiculous knee pain, and the team here has been helping me so much! I came in today not using my cane, able to walk it. I’m a plus sized person and have not felt any fat shaming or being told “oh just lose weight and you’ll be fine”. They’re kind and HELPFUL!

Fantastic experience: All I can say is that the Dr's at Revival Health and Wellness are miracle workers. I came in with low back pain that I have been dealing with for years and tried everything without any help. One month in to my treatment program and I already move better and I am actually able to spend more than an hour planting my plants which is one of my favorite thing to do. I am looking forward to see how I keep progressing as the program goes on.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best chiropractic care I've ever had!

Negative experience: I was not happy with the way I was treated at Revival. I responded to an ad I’d seen on the internet about a pain relieving treatment called Soft Wave. I’ve suffered from post herpetic neuropathy from a severe shingles outbreak for about four years. I went in for the consultation and was told that they believed the SoftWave treatments could help with my pain. But the price for the eight treatment sessions would be $2200, and that insurance wouldn’t cover it , so I needed to pay out of pocket. And of course there was no guarantee as to how effective the treatments would ultimately be, but they assured me that they have had success with other patients suffering from similar conditions, so I decided to give it a try. Constant pain can be a great motivator for finding relief wherever you can . Well, that consultation and the first treatment was the last time the doctor who convinced me to undergo the treatment met with me. Every subsequent treatment was done by one of the staff who worked the phones for the doctors. Now mind you, the treatment only consisted of them applying a conductive gel on the areas to be treated and going over it with what looked like an ultrasound wand for about five minutes. That was it. It was quite painful in the beginning, but they said that was to be expected. So this went on for about four weeks and we were at the halfway point of my treatments, but my pain had not diminished much at all and I was beginning to get concerned that maybe it wasn’t working. But the staff kept relaying messages to me from the doctor that I needed to be patient. Meanwhile I’m basically paying for their staff to manage my care to the tune of over $270 for every one of those five minute sessions. I kept raising concerns and was repeatedly told to wait until I had finished all eight sessions, and then give it another four weeks to experience the full benefits. So I did. I came back in a month after my last session for what I assumed was going to be a consult and evaluation with the doctor who sold me on the treatment. I was wrong. One of the staff members did one last treatment then proceeded to tell me that they were happy with my results. What?!?! He didn’t ASK ME if I was happy with the outcome, he TOLD me that THEY were satisfied, and that they “had nothing else to offer” me. I was floored! Though I kept my composure, he could feel the heat coming from me and said that he’d have the doctor call me. I told him fine, you have him do that, but know that I have no intention of throwing more money at them when I wasn’t even granted the courtesy of having the doctor who sold me on this treatment consult with me once it was completed. I did not feel that they were sympathetic or respectful of me or my concerns, nor the fact that I was leaving their practice still suffering from debilitating pain. It definitely left me feeling burned by for profit health care. Although the staff were very nice and personable, I felt the doctor(and I can’t even remember his name)was little more than a salesman, albeit in my experience, a successful one. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced neck pain for nothing less than 20 years and have tried physical therapy, chiropractic care and massage therapy multiple times in great lengths, and nothing was giving me the relief i longed for, until i came to Revival Health & Wellness and experienced softwave and decompression therapy. I am thrilled and very pleased of the results I’m experiencing a third of the way through my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I have had ongoing back pain for roughly 8 years that I had gotten used to along with upper back/neck pain for roughly 3-4 years. I decided it was finally time to figure out why. Well not the news I wanted at all but the team has been beyond helpful and so kind. They actually care and you can tell and feel t when you are there. Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation as I have tried cortisone, stem cell and PT for my knees. The pain was getting so bad, I was barely able to walk out of the grocery store after shopping. After wave therapy, decompression and adjustments in just 2 visits, I am able to get through the grocery store. I would recommend Revival to anyone suffering from chronic pain. Thank you Dr. Will, Dr. Chris and your staff for making this experience one I look forward to so I can feel good once again.

Negative experience: Beware! This neuropathy treatment made my feet worse, not better. I paid $8710 for bogus treatment. When I researched the Softwave machine they use, I discovered it is NOT specifically approved by the FDA to treat peripheral neuropathy. I asked several times for at least part of my money back. They would not do this. I’m very disappointed in this practice.

Fantastic experience: This office is unmatched with professionalism and knowledge. The assistants are kind, helpful and warm natured. The Doctors are patient and care about your overall health and well-being. This is not a “bandaid” office. They want to get to the root of the issue, which as we know is the only way to truly be free of our pain and ailments. Well worth your time and your money to feel better than you have felt in a long time!

Fantastic experience: I waited to post this review because I wanted to see if the stem cell therapy would help my knee. It's been about a month since my last treatment and my knee feels much better. I'm very happy with my experience at Revival.

Fantastic experience: (UPDATE) Not worth the money (UPDATE) Worth every penny After posting the review, Dr. Chris quickly reached out to me, invited me in for further review of my treatment while discussing we came to the realization there had been lack of communication on both of our parts. Working further with both Dr. Will & Dr. Chris I realize Revival Chiropractic really does care about their patients' health & well-being. I have received further treatment at no additional charge (Thank you Dr. Will) with combined treatments both my back & knees are improving greatly. It’s the first relief I have had without taking ibuprofen or using Bio Freeze in years. All high expectations for relief are being met. I believe maybe with some tweaks (if needed) as time passes, I will continue to see improvement. Thank you Diana ______________________________________________________________ Not worth the money I walked in with high expectations for relief of my knees and spinal stenosis It was suggested that I do decompression treatment for my back. I couldn’t afford any additional charges for my knees. I have no insurance. It was quickly suggested I sign up with Care Credit. I had no problem doing that as my health is extremely important to me. After weeks of treatment, adjustments, stretch's & excises I was shown an X-ray that was supposed to be the improvement of my back, I am however still in pain, with numbness of my hands & arms (depending on how I sit or lay) no change with the pain in my knees at all. Revival Chiropractic has their money I’m still in pain, $5,000+ in debt and cannot afford further treatment

Fantastic experience: I was in pain in my back. From the first session, I felt so much better. I have tried a crazy amount of things. I didn’t want to use pills and they really have made a difference. I highly recommend them. They are so happy in their work it’s a joy to come in do the work to get my back in shape! Fantastic experience: I have been battling pain for 10+ years unable to do daily things. Since I started getting adjustments I able to do so much more than I though possible and my chronic pain has almost completely diminished. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: People extremely nice, knowledgeable, welcoming and genuinely want to help you. I have been dealing with neuropathy now for several years with it getting progressively worse. I was seeing a chiropractor who was treating the symptoms, but not the root problem. I happened upon an ad on Facebook that I just couldn't pass up so I tried them out. Awesome people and already seeing results!

Fantastic experience: I went into treatments with a really bad neck , back and foot issues. After being adjusted and doing the decompression, I have more energy and feel great! The staff is so friendly and both Dr.'s really listen to what you have to say . Great place to go if you have any aches and pains!
