Fantastic experience: I love this place. There's so much to explore and their staff is wonderful. Great little library/resources in the back I like to flip through when I go. Their rewards program is great and prices are reasonable.

Negative experience: I am disappointed every time I walk out of this store. I would love to come here more as they are very close to my house, but in regards to food, it is almost useless as there is almost no meat or dairy. They have a terrible section of "healthy" food and what they do have is sometimes 3x more than other stores. Also. The staff always comes across crabby, possibly partly because they are still wearing masks and you can't see their face.

Positive experience: They do offer a lot of things but they are generally more expensive than competitors like Sprouts with regards to produce. Also, I was being watched while I was shopping. I dont like that. Find another way to keep track of your products then sending employees to casually walk by me several times for no reason. These days people use cameras or other devices. They made me feel uncomfortable while shopping.

Fantastic experience: If i could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I'm super allergic to chicken eggs, so I have to eat duck eggs. The grocery store that I had been going to stopped carrying duck eggs and I was heartbroken. So, I spent some time googling where else I could find them when Nutrition Smart popped up - and it's actually closer than the store I was going to previously. A quick trip, and they had all the duck eggs I could want! They even said they'd special order them for me if they ever stopped regularly carrying them. OMG - THANK YOU!!!! I liked the atmosphere of this store and found several other items we regularly purchase. The employees were also incredibly kind and accommodating. I will 1000% recommend this store to my friends and family!!!

And helpful in telling me about supplement products that will actually help me. I recently sprang my hand and because Barbara turned me on to cellulose peptides. I am now feeling a 180° turn around in my joint pain. If it wasn't for Barbara I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight. Thank you to natural healing.

Positive experience: Nice staff, pleasant people. Clean shop... never dirty. Good selection of products, variety, and high quality. My only issue is that prices get jacked up so high. I understand that quality is costly, but when it feels like the owners are trying to get wealthy off of selling healthier choices, I look elsewhere for healthier choices, just saying. (And I found them.)

Positive experience: Normally a nice experience but there was a lady at the register who was not pleasant and since I understand Spanish, I overheard her speaking Spanish with someone else. I've talked with her before but this one visit this past Saturday needed improvement. She looked at me from head to toe and made a face. Interesting encounter...she was startled when I turned around and looked at her. Treat all customers equally!! I go there frequently and might have to look for a new spot.

Negative experience: Been shopping here for a few years now and usually the customer service is fairly consistent but then I went in last to pick up a few thing in grocery. Headed over to the supplement section and was greeted by and employee right away. Was checking on a particular product and chose to wait till next time, went over to the beauty section next. Once I started browsing I realized the same employee kept following as if I was trying to steal something and it was extremely obvious! I get you need to keep and eye on your store and merchandise but this was really creepy. I didn’t have a big purse(not that is a factor) and of coarse my reusable bag. I paid for my products and left right after. The cashier was friendly as always, and that’s why I’m giving it 2 stars.

Negative experience: I shopped at the Port St. Lucie location yesterday evening. This was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have had in possibly 30 years. I was continuously asked if I needed assistance, but that was not the issue. I was informed of the Identification check of any customer spending greater than $100 using a debit or credit card and it just took the cashier a long time to view my license and payment card. Having me hold up my payment card and ID for that long was a little odd when she could have just taken the ID and payment card from me to view, but that wasn't really the issue either. Issue: Further into the store, each aisle I went down a staff member appeared in that aisle to do product facing. I was not able to get a full view of the products in the aisle because a staff member was usually in my way. I would try to look around the staff member, but at some point it just got frustrating and I began to feel like I was being watched as though I fit some description. There were many unoccupied aisles that staff could have done product facing in, and it began to feel uncomfortable I asked about coupons and discounts at the register, and the cashier kindly searched for a coupon finding me a $1 off coupon. I appreciated the coupon search, though she failed to mentioned the discounts offered by the store (Military, First Responder, Teacher, Senior). Only when I went online to write this complaint did I find that I was eligible for one of the 10% off entire purchase discounts offered by the store. My family recently purchased a home about eleven minutes away from this store, but I do not intend to return to this store. I am disappointed.
