Fantastic experience: I have been going to Family first chiropractic to fix some lower back pain I’ve been having for around a year. Dr. Winarski told me what my issue most likely was after inspecting my spine and then verified what she told me through x-rays. It was impressive to see the evidence of what she told me was going on without her without her having seen anything before hand. She and Dr. Squires have been adjusting me for a little bit now and working things back into the position where they need to be and also working on strengthening muscles to keep everything in place and get rid of my pain. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend anybody that is suffering from back issues to go see them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Squires has a comprehensive plan that makes sense for recurving my 68 year old, stubbornly bent, painful old neck the right direction. After years of seeing others for this, I feel like this intensive treatment is working. Yes it requires work on my part. Be prepared for this reality. I’m willing to do the exercises and thankful for the clear direction. I found the other chiropractor, Dr. Kelly just as effective . The two communicate my needs and work well together. Cheerful office atmosphere too.

Fantastic experience: Not new to chiropractic world, I’ve been to several places and seen numerous different chiropractors and they all have their routines that I felt like one treatment plan fits all, and my neck and spine issues weren’t truly being addressed!! I’ve been struggling with a same issue for 2 years, and I’ve done PT, exercises at home, tried every remedy except to be prescribed medicine! That is until I started doing my own research and came across Dr. Kelli Winarski!! At our 1st appointment, she took X-rays (not any other chiropractor took an X-ray of my spine) and pinned pointed my issues and what has been causing me so much discomfort and pain! Second appointment she presented me with a treatment plan that is catered to me! It has only been a week and we have a long road ahead but at least now I know what we are working on! Every employee I've came across has been very friendly, polite and helpful! Can’t wait to see what my body feels like in a year!! You don’t have to take my review to convince you to go and be seen but if you do, your body will thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so overdue in finally writing a review but the entire team here is amazing. I started seeing Dr. Kelly during pregnancy and the amount of pain I was in at my first visit was terrible. I had so much trouble sleeping and keeping up at work. My first adjustment was so helpful I was almost in tears because I had not felt that well in months. I was able to get through my pregnancy comfortable and worked until my 39th week. Post partum I've worked with Dr.Squires who has been phenomenal as well in getting my mobility back where it should be. We also got to experience care with our newborn who had severe colic affecting her growth. I had never prevoously heard of care for babies so young, but i genuinely felt this helped our daughter. Lastly, the reception team is so incredibly friendly and welcoming every day. My appointments are always timely and so efficient. Top to bottom this is the best place for chiropractic care and I would recommend anyone to go here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been going to this chiropractor for less than a week but thus far my experience has been extremely positive. The Dr really explained and helped me understand my X-rays and what was happening in my trouble spots as well as what she was going to do to fix the problem. She is using various methods of treatment which is interesting vs my prior experiences. I will update in a few months whether the treatment worked but I’m impressed so far and the cherry on top is that it’s a woman owned business!!!

I left because of the pain in my back pains ive had for years and years my knee and my hand. Fantastic experience: Dr. Squires is a godsend. I have a long history of migraines and at the first part of this year, they got so bad I had to go to the ER several times. After seeing her for about 3 months, the number of migraines reduced substantially, and now I’m practically migraine-free! Right from the first visit with Dr. Squires, I knew she would be the best person to help me. She’s highly skilled as well as compassionate. She addresses any chiropractic concern I’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I am very fortunate that I have a primary doctor who asked me how tied was I to traditional medicine when treating my headaches. I was in extreme pain constantly. I went to sleep with my head hurting and I would wake with my head hurting. The headaches were a combination of high blood pressure, tension, and migraines. I had been to various doctors and tried all kinds of medications without any headache relief! I was ready to try anything that might work to relieve the pain. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Squires at Family First Chiropractic. I came in and was greeted by smiling faces and Dr Squires did an extensive evaluation. After that visit, I returned to discuss the results of my x’rays and the suggested course of treatment. I signed on to try this new form of treatment for me and I’m glad I did. After several sessions I was getting some relief and on one occasion when I had a particularly bad migraine Dr Squires put some pressure on certain points of my skull I could hear again and then some more pressure points and I could see again and then another spot and it was like a shooting star, my migraine was gone. It was amazing and I was smiling again and back to my old self. These treatments have been miraculous for me! Words can not express how grateful I am for Dr Squires and Family First Chiropractic it has been a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: The doctors at this nonprofit chiropractic center changed my life. Within seconds, Dr. David removed a pain that I thought I would have to live with forever. I stood up from that first adjustment and I cried. I cried because I wasn't leaning anymore and I wasn't hurting. I see some people complain about the cost, and you know what, it is an investment, but they work with you because it brings those doctors so much joy to help fix your life. You can see they are so excited to get you well. I find it amusing how we don't bat an eye at putting more money into that 99' Toyota, but we flip out when we need to put money into ourselves. The one thing that we can't trade in when it breaks down. I can tell you that it costs less in the long-run than your many doctor visits. It costs less than the damage those pills are doing to your body. The pills that aren't working because you're not getting to the root of the issue. The way that the doctors at Family First Chiropractic Center have changed my life is so incredible, that I can't believe I didn't pay millions for it. Becoming pain free after decades of useless back pain and doctors looking at me like I'm a liar, is worth millions to me. I am so thankful that I found this place and I hope that you give it a try for yourself.

I saw her 3 times a week at first and now have been seeing her every other week for maintenance care. I work 2 jobs that are taxing on my body, so I can't say how much I appreciate her. My energy is so much better, my range of motion is better, and my mental health is better due to feeling better. I had a pretty severe shoulder and neck injury before I started going to Family First that I thought I'd suffer with forever, but with Dr. Squires' help, it's much more manageable and I'm not suffering through it. Family First has absolutely been a game changer and I can't recommend them and, Dr. Squires particularly, enough. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. I recently had been having pain, swelling, and stiffness in my hand and one finger. I was certain it was an early arthritis. I mentioned it to Dr. Squires (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and she worked on loosening scar tissue near my elbow and now I have no pain and I have full range motion in that hand and finger.
