Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Dr Nick Murtland in West Chester at Premier Chiropractic 513! I went to see him regarding terrible lingering sciatic nerve issues after L4-L5 fusion surgery (a year and 1/2 ago) and he listened to me, came up with a treatment plan and literally after one treatment of DRY NEEDLING it’s significantly helped! I had my second treatment yesterday and it’s gotten even better! If you suffer from sciatica you know how bad it can be - call and make an appointment today! I wish I would’ve have gone to see him years ago!

Fantastic experience: We travel 45 min each way just to see Doc and Casey! I have been going to Doc since my daughter was about 3 months old because she had colic. Not only did he help her but I believe it’s why I am still breastfeeding at 10 months when I wasn’t able to go past 6 months with either of my other children. Fantastic experience: Wish I would have seen a chiropractor earlier in my life. I have always been skeptical of what a chiropractor does. Nick does great work and thorough in explaining what is going on and how the adjustments to my back will correct my misalignment in time. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Premier Chiropractic for a little over a month and they have no just helped to alleviate the pain and issues with my back, but they also have been able to help me take time off work while I have have been dealing with this back injury. They were able to help me get set up with short-term disability and FMLA while I have been getting adjusted twice a week early in the treatment plan so that my job didn’t continue to make matters worse and cause a more severe injury and so I could take time to heal and fix the issues at hand . Fantastic experience: 5 STARS. I drive well over 45 minutes to come here because I was referred to this chiropractor by a friend. I have never went to one, and I was terrified of going. I feel so relaxed going into my appointments now. The people are great here! After dealing with sciatic nerve issues that was causing me to not be able to walk because the debilitating pain , after three visits I was finally getting back to myself now six weeks out I can do everything I did before my sciatic nerve was an issue. Anywhere else the only option was pain meds and I was not going down the road. Extremely grateful! I can now sleep comfortably, play with my kids and do all my daily task that I was struggling with daily.

Fantastic experience: As a nurse, I was initially so skeptical of chiropractors. I had been suffering with posterior neck/shoulder pain and migraines for months. After being told to take Tylenol/Motrin every 8 hours by doctors, with no additional advice offered, I decided I had to try something else. Dr. Murtland took his time and listened to me during the initial visit, something I feel that most other practitioners fail to do. We talked about all of my symptoms, and lifestyle factors that could be playing a part in my discomfort. He performed x-rays and was very detailed in thoroughly explaining where my pain was and what we could do to start making me feel like myself again. I felt better immediately following my first appointment, and like a brand new woman after going for 2 weeks. I use the TENS unit prior to the adjustment, and I love that he offers different modes of therapy for treatment. My experience here has totally changed my mind about chiropractors, but I especially feel so listened to by Dr. Murtland and his kind and courteous staff. I’d had back, neck, and shoulder pain for a while and thought it was time to try and get it fixed. After my first visit at Premier Chiropractic I knew I was going to like coming here as I left nearly pain free and had much better more range of motion than before. The staff is very nice and they actually take the time to talk and get to know the patient on somewhat of a personal level. The massage therapy beds and the stretching bed feel amazing on the back and really loosen the muscles. Dr. Murtland seems very good at his job as I have progressively felt better and better after each visit. When I first started coming I had a back issue due to lifting weights (CrossFit) slowly started getting way better the adjustment has helped me with my posture while lifting was able to get a max on deadlifts of 225lbs.
