Positive experience: Have been very excited to find a place that understands my physical needs , Just a little frustrated about how long it takes to get your Rx . Also asked for more informayton that was suppose to be sent, and have not recieved. I am old school and maybe I expect to much, Still waiting.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Biostation! Morgan, the NP, was so gentle and incredibly informative—my Botox treatment turned out perfect! Nurse Katie is an absolute gem, and the whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend them for Botox and IV push treatments!

Fantastic experience: I have now been to this location seven times and each time the the customer service is fantastic and informative. The staff is very professional and each time I go it is not painful and I have a minor phobia of needles but here I feel in great hands. I have quick B12 shots, pushes and iv drips. I highly recommend coming in and seeing which on is best for you. My little secret is I scheduled a “push” if I have time restrictions and if not the IV drip gives the extra hydration I sometimes really need.

Negative experience: I am a delivery driver and I delivered a package to the biostatistion located at 3100 S Federal Highway. Delray Beach. When completed my delivery I ask the front desk representative, who by the way is the manager(Kathy/Katherine F.) could I use the bathroom. The lady gave me a look of confusion because she didn’t know how to respond to my request. What she was not aware of was the fact that I had previously visited the establishment and knew there was a restroom in the establishment. She then directed me to the second floor of the building. Keep in mind that these restrooms on the second floor are not public and a code is required. I went back to her and asked for the code which she didn’t have and took about 5 minutes to obtain from a call that she made to another representative. I am not a customer of this establishment and would never be one or refer anyone to this location. Her prejudice towards me allows me to understand her management personality morally and socially. If she would have said that her restroom was for office personnel or customers only I could have understood, but the look alone that she gave was priceless. Why would you not have the code to the restroom you use everyday.

Fantastic experience: really very professional

Negative experience: My biggest mistake is that I injected your testosterone ampoules, I have terrible side effects!! Wheezing in my throat, I’m suffocating from it, my heart started to work worse!! Avoid this clinic!! There are many contraindications in each medicine, I don’t understand why the state hasn’t closed them yet!!!

Negative experience: I’m not a big fan of them. I was low on iron while pregnant and they refused to treat me for an IV because I was pregnant. They said it was their policy that if you are pregnant or nursing that they won’t touch you without a doctors note. If I wasn’t a patient and I was new it would have sounded good, but the fact that they gave me an IV while I was nursing when I had Covid that means they didn’t uphold their policy. They pick and choose when I want to abide by it. The last straw for me was about a month ago when I went in to have blood work drawn for postpartum readings and they called back a week later for them to tell me something happened to my blood and I needed to come back a week later to have it drawn again. After that I had to wait two to three weeks to have them read. When I went in to have them read with the PA she said that the lab was closed and the office didn’t know that so I basically had my blood drawn the first time for no reason. As we went on with the appointment she told me I everything was fine but I was pre diabetic. I’ve always had a clean bill of health. I’m 41 and recently had a baby so yes I’m overweight but not by much. I felt like the PA was trying to push Ozempic on me when I wasn’t interested it. When she told me about it I told her numerous time I just had a baby as well as whoever scheduled me. I also told her that research I’ve read said that it cause heart issues and that I didn’t feel comfortable taking it. She kept insisting that no it actually helps cardiovascular because it takes the weight off of you. She acted as if I’m 400 lbs and truly needed it. She Rx’d it and then found out that you can’t take it while nursing which she knew and everyone knew I just had a baby and I addressed to her that I always feel like my body retains weight while I’m nursing and how it did with my daughter also when I nurses and how with my 2nd i couldn’t because covid dried my milk up and I lost all the weight in a month. But with my 3rd (which was only 4 months at the time) I’m nursing and it’s hard to lose weight. She asked what I ate and said my diet is fine and I workout 6 days a week. After they saw how mad I was when I talked to the lady going over the treatment plan they said they’d have the highest person call me to address my experience and that has yet to happen. I would say I’ll go back for an IV but nothing else. I feel like they’re jumping on the ozemptic train and trying to profit off of it as much as they can. I just read yesterday how a lady taking it is going to have diarrhea for the rest of her life now. They are misdiagnosing and misusing this drug! I went to the primary doctor And I’m I’m fine. I have lost 15lbs in the 4 weeks they initially diagnosed me with pre diabetes by simply increasing my protein with plant based protein. Pa suggested increasing protein (she did that right) and me just cutting meat alone. I also addressed to her that I ate a lot of bison and after my dx 9 researched red meat and it is know to cause an increase in glucose and cause pre diabetes and diabetes. She never said anything to me in that nature! She said it seem like my diet was fine! My primary doctor said I’m in tip top shape to be 41 and having a 5 month old. Always get second opinion and always research things yourself. I’ve been in the medical field so I’m very cautious of taking their word solely. It’s up to ourselves to take care of our bodies! All providers in health locate for a patients well being and that medical or holistic! I’ve witnessed first hand! This is a picture of a body they tried to put in ozempic instead of something else. Keep in mind I literally just had a baby! I’m not even a year from having him! It was 4 months.

I was convinced the reason I was feeling so fatigued, and rundown is because I was working too many hours, didn't sleep enough and my diet was a mess. Well, after some comprehensive bloodwork, I discovered I had a lot of things that needed to improve, including my hormones. They were not pushy or trying to sell lengthy protocols. Negative experience: There is no fountain of youth. Promises of being totally rejuvenated to the person you were 10-20 years ago just isn't going to happen. I've done the "pellet treatment" 2x no noticeable change. Testosterone levels went up but no increase of energy or any other benefits from the treatment. Next I was placed on a vitamin plus injection treatment with none of the promised benefits. The treatment was a waste of time and money for me. I saw the reviews and noticed that over 90% of the men treated were still on their initial visit. I didn't see any men that had been there awhile talking about how they regained their youth, look for yourself. The staff there are very nice, sale friendly and the environment is very modern, lovely in fact. Except for this 1 receptionist, she was horrible. I came late without my vitamins and needles. She said nothing can be done without those, no demonstration. I said sure it can She said ,how? I said ,with pen and paper, I just write down the instructions. She was flabbergasted by this and started to argue with me . I've gone through $5,000 in cash with this place and didn't want to argue about my appointment and told her to ,just tell the Dr. I'm here. She flipped ,she said ,you get out, I'm calling the po,,,she stopped and saw how silly that was and said she was going to call some men to throw me out. The staff came out, said I had to wait, I said that's fine and the mess this lady created was over. The lady made a big stink because she felt that I didn't respect her authority. I can't help it if she feels the younger ,prettier , nurses are treated with more respect. She created a very hostile environment for no reason. I've been working with this place for a year. The only thing that works for me is Kratom. I was hoping to replace that with these treatments. I'm involved in MMA and recently added a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I was putting on board breaking demonstrations' was hoping this would help me keep doing this.

The people there always remember you and they are always super punctual. The office is very clean and staff professional, friendly, and presentable! They offer so many different services. Dr Matez always follows up with you and during the COVID-19 shut down he was available to gives me pellets. I can not say enough about Dr Matez and what an amazing doctor he is. Ashley is his assistant and always makes appointments and makes sure you always have you medication.

Positive experience: After a negative experience with another HRT organization I came to Biostation on a friends referral. The staff is friendly and very attentive and available, especially my Health Coordinator, Nina. The initial doctor appointment was fairly thorough, although I didn’t feel entirely heard about my abilities/inabilities to follow all the recommendations. Since the initial, any requests I’ve had have been responded to quickly and to my satisfaction with my Health Coordinator. They provide and very clear breakdown on when to take what and how to take it (especially when asked). My biggest hang up is the supplement costs. I’ve done some research and found quality (injectable and non-injectable) supplements at 30% of the cost. There is an additional fee of $65 for S&H every time you place an order. Otherwise and overall I am happy with the service, especially my Health Coordinator.

Fantastic experience: This is my first visit here and It couldn't have gone better. The staff sent me all the required documents ahead of time and I was able to fill them out more completely in the comfort of my home. I arrived early and they let me right in. The front desk staff greeted me very well. I began my appointment ahead of the scheduled time (who does that?) and felt like a VIP the entire time. Check out was a breeze because they had already filed my information. I highly recommend the biostation.
