Fantastic experience: I LOVE IT HERE!!! The front desk especially is fantastic, their customer service is top notch. The doctors are super friendly. The therapy girls always answer all my questions and are extremely polite. I had lots of questions about insurance and the insurance specialist was eager to help and answer all my questions in regards to my billing. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: After an accident at work I was uncomfortable sleeping at night Dr Carter and the staff got me realigned and truly changed my life.

Positive experience: The doctors are friendly, but any time I had a billing question I felt that their insurance/billing specialist was annoyed by my questions and wanted to argue.

Fantastic experience: When I stop in for an adjustment, I am physically at my worst. When I leave, it's like I'm a new man! Go see Dr. Carter today! Or any other doctor there of your choosing, this place is the best! This is coming from a tree climber of many many years!!!

Negative experience: I had tremendous neck pain. I thought it was a pinched nerve. Perry Chiro performed x rays, explained the x rays very vaguely saying my disc spacing was not consistent and told me it would take about 40 visits and presented a prepaid plan, that would "save" me money. So, I would be paying for visits in advance??? I went to another Chiro, 3 days later and they diagnosed me with degenerative disc disease, clearly explaining everything in my x-rays. I would NEVER recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Amanda, Brenna and Dr. Selina they are hands down the best. They have gotten our whole family back into alignment and we feel amazing. The office is very clean and staff is professional.

Fantastic experience: I had debilitating neck and shoulder pain from years of working on my phone, computer, and tension. My cervical spine was actually twisting. I thought I would need surgery. After my first adjustment with Dr. Gillis I felt relief. I have gone from a 9/10 of pain to a 1, and getting better everyday! They care very deeply about your well being and recovery, very invested and caring. His goal is to get you better as quickly as possible, not to drag you into a lifetime of endless visits. Love this place!

However, I want to share that since I've been treated @ Perry chiropractors Health Center, I'm a firm believer in the Chiropractor Dr.Joy whom is treating my Pain which used to control my Life , I used to take so many Pain Pills, Well guess what? I don't have to any more Thanku Dr Joy...I also love when I walk in the door at Perry chiropractors Health Center I'm greeted with a smile and a Good morning and I never have to wait I'm shown to my exam room and before I put my down on comes Dr Joy once my treatment for pain is done still no waiting I'm shown straight to Phisical Therapy and the trained therapist s r so kind and show so much care and the therapy is helping my pain level like a miracle Thanku so much I would like to let Georgia know that if I tired of letting back pain control i it life in my opinion this is the way to go meds only mask the pain and this care is the best I ever had in pain MGMT !!! Fantastic experience: As an RN, we often stand for increased amounts of time while shifting more of our weight to one side for increased comfort. Over time, this causes a misalignment often resulting in neck pain, shoulder pain caused by a pinched nerve, pain in the trapezoid muscle and lower back/hip area. I started using Perry Chiropractic a month ago and felt a difference after the first visit. Their staff is great! Always friendly and helpful and accommodating to my schedule. Drs. Broughman and Carter are great! Patient & helpful! I highly recommend their care.

Fantastic experience: Update: I wish there was a 10+ star for me. When I came the pain was almost unbearable. Now I can walk without all the stiffness/tightness (MS) and move my hips. No more talks of multiple surgeries and weight lost is amazing! Thank God for the whole team. The number one thing I love about this place most all is the 5 star customer service. Those ladies are the absolute best. Dr. Carter is the absolute best as well. She listens, gives you that old fashion family doctor vibe. Meaning.....you do not feel like a number.

Negative experience: I am beyond frustrated with my experience with this office. I read all the good reviews and was hopeful that I found a great place to treat my ongoing neck pain. When I called to schedule the appointment they said the first visit is free consultation and appointments after that would be $40. However, I came for my initial consultation and checked out, my first visit was $40. I would be okay with that if I would have received service for my money. I work in a doctors office from 8-5 Monday-Friday and after paying my $40 they informed me that I must schedule another appointment tomorrow to be treated. I can’t ask to leave work again early so the earliest I could arrive for my next appointment is 5:30. They informed me that I would need to be there at 5:00 for my next appointment and since I can’t take off work again I won’t be able to use this office so I now officially paid them $40 to take a few X-rays and say see you tomorrow which is not happening. This was such a rip off of money for no service.

I've been going to them for the last 6 months and I am steadily learning how the process works ,so that your back can heal itself without shots or surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Carter. She genuinely cares for her patients.
