Fantastic experience: I just completed 2 weeks of vestibular therapy (recommended for dizziness by my ENT) and I'm so glad I chose Alliance! The PT, Anthony, and the assistant I've been working with, Julia, have been fantastic. They are knowlegeable, attentive and very professional. Everyone I've come in contact with, including the front desk, has been super nice, but most important: helpful. I've been to several PT providers over the years, and Alliance is top-notch!

From the moment I walked in, he took the time to understand my symptoms and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. His expertise is evident, and he used a combination of hands-on techniques and targeted exercises that helped reduce my pain significantly. Anthony is professional, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients' progress. Thanks to his personalized approach, I’m finally seeing real improvement and can return to my regular activities without the constant foot pain! I cannot say enough about Anthony, Clare and Allie. I have spinal stenosis in my neck and lumber. I was in tremendous nerve pain when I first started there. I'm so grateful to say the nerve pain is gone and I'm moving around percent better. Thank you to all the staff and the ladies at sign in. You all have made my days so much better.

Fantastic experience: Alliance Orthopedic has made a significant improvement in my body and mind to have a healthy recovery postpartum. I have felt amazing with the treatment and care, compared to previous institutions. Their holistic approach involves treatment from specialized doctors, physical therapy, and occupational therapy all combined to achieve a prompt, steady, and long-term pain free life. All staff is kind, caring, knowledgeably, optimistic, and well organized always listening and treating patients with respect. The place and equipment are constantly being cleaned and organized after each patient. They use equipment from the therapy area and from the gym as well to help you heal and gain strength. While they’re working with you, the ask how you are feeling with the treatment and they always explain the science of the problem and advices to reduce it at home. This has been a pleasant experience!

I've worked with several different therapists here and there is communication and continuity among the staff and they are great explaining things to the patient. I feel like I'm in good hands here and have made a lot of progress fairly quickly.

Fantastic experience: Very good place. Excellent service from the time I walked in at the reception desk to a fantastic Occupational therapist named Claire. I was having hand physical therapy after having surgery 5 weeks ago and after the first visit I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing. The P.T. assistants were very nice as well. Clean atmosphere and very organized. Ally was also very helpful when my other body parts hurt. (Injuries from a car accident)

Fantastic experience: I have such amazing experiences at Alliance Orthopedics. The staff here are amazing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend everyone to come here. I started coming here for lower back pain and migraine headaches, something that I’ve been struggling with for years. I’ve lost sleep over these pains and I thought it would be something that I would have to deal with forever. I am now feeling so much better, thanks to the help of Garrett, Amanda and Gabriel. All three individuals paired with me to come up with exercise plans and treatments that suited me perfectly. After teaching for 20+ years and being on my feet for 8 hours, I no longer have to worry about how I’m going to last all day with such excruciating pain. They are truly miracle workers and are helping me live a healthier and comfortable lifestyle, day by day.

Fantastic experience: Alliance Fair Lawn is hands down the best PT I’ve ever had. Garrett, Amanda & Gabe are my fabulous trio and they are the whole package: incredibly talented, caring, professional and fun. Alliance came to the school where I teach offering massages so when I injured my shoulder i reached out to the rep (Nathaly) who booked all my appointments for PT and Dr. Sim. They’ve scheduled both x-rays & MRI’s-amazing front desk (even assisted me when I locked my keys in the car!). Shoulder/neck injuries are hard but they work tirelessly and cheer me on. I cannot believe the progress I’ve made and totally trust Alliance will get me pain free. Seriously the best.

Fantastic experience: I came to Alliance ortho as a recommendation from Montclair pickleball when I tore my right calf during a pickleball tournament. I started PT 2 days after my injury. Garrett the PT was awesome from the beginning, explaining what the course of treatment was going to be, the timeline, what to expect and the ultimate goals for recovery. It is now 8 weeks later and I have made a full recovery through lots of physical manipulation and exercises. They use very cutting edge technology- I was able to train on the alter G treadmill, did laser therapy, and used soft wave therapy. Everyone I worked with was amazing and knowledgeable and really cares about you getting better! Amanda for occupational therapy(who is also helping me with my newly developed tendinitis in my left thumb), Ali, Gabe for athletic training, Tyler. I’ve recommended this practice to many friends and family! Thank you Alliance for getting me back to my active lifestyle!
