Fantastic experience: I have to admit I was skeptical that Dr. James would be able to help my sciatica, but he has been an answer to my prayers. I was in such pain that I was using a walker and could not stand/walk for more than 5 minutes without pain. After friends spoke so highly about Dr. James, I decided I should call for an appointment. Now, I am so grateful to be almost pain free after two months of very quick, gentle adjustments with Dr. James. Dr Worthington took really great care of me; and bringing me back to baseline . He is personable and professional; able to engage with his patients in a way that provides encouragement, reassurance, and support. Fantastic experience: I woke up with a severe shoulder spasm and neck pain. I went in for shockwave therapy, an adjustment, and Red Light therapy (my favorite regular service for health), and I immediately felt better.

The staff is incredible. The first person you see, usually Ness is a joy and delight. She greets with a smile and cheerful hello. I can’t begin to express how important it is to be greeted in this manner. Dr James is informative and stops to listen, explaining every step of the way. Being healthy isn’t a quick process, it’s a lifestyle. This practice is truly the whole package. I am just excited to see how I will feel in continuing with my visits.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. James with chronic pain in my arms, having no relief even from anti-inflammatory medicine, discouraged, and fearful I would have this pain forever. He was reassuring, took time to explain his diagnosis, and answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from leg/foot pain & burning sensation for over 2 months. After seeing multiple doctors and having gone through multiple tests, it was deemed my spine was the issue. I was refered to Dr. James by a friend and wanted to give him a try. Dr. James, during the first visit was very attentive and seems to have understood the problem weel. He worked on my spine and all I heard bunch of clicks and cracks. Fantastic experience: Every time I visit it’s an awesome experience. Dr. James uses reflexology to treat the problem, not just the pain. I went from barely being to stand up after waking up to a point where my back can just about fully recover after a week of constant lifting at work.
