It felt like they were trying to milk me out of all the money i have and were not willing to be flexible with a financial plan. They requested that i do all testing to move forward. It would be nice for the patient to be able to start slowly with testing to make it more reasonible instead of paying for unnecessary testing and listen to the patient.

After coming here for several months, I now feel a better sense of well-being and just more at peace. I love talking with Dr. O! Fantastic experience: After an accidental fall with my 4 month old we were worried about her head as well as her spine as any sort of pain can come from even a minor bump at that age. Dr O. Got her in within a half hour of being informed and gave me the peace of mind that my baby was alright after a check over and slight adjustment. Fantastic experience: I started with vitality in a short eight months ago. When starting with Dr Osterhout and the staff, I began with an excruciating, horrific and quite a debilitating skin infection which I soon found out was inflammation. It had started many, many years ago in my stomach. At the point in which I was going to Dr Osterhout, my skin felt as if it was crawling. I could not control myself from itching, to the point in which I bled under my skin and also sores from the bleeding above the surface. After a few weeks I noticed quite a difference! As I continued with treatment and testing, I also learned many things that would soon help multiple areas of my body to succeed in better health and wellness. I will always be so thankful for the kindness, patience, and the care of Dr Osterhout, Dr Nate and all the staff at Vitality Health Care Center ***Most of ALL, I would like to Thank the Almighty God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Negative experience: Nice people. I researched this as much as possible before deciding to go here. Here's the review no one would post. You have to go to three visits before they'll tell you how much their care/plan will cost. For me that ended up costing $212.98 out of pocket. These three visits did NOTHING...just me repeating my story of my health to them. Finally, 3rd visit they tell me it'll be over 5K (out of pocket) for their care. NOPE. Sorry. Who can afford this? So, for me, waste of time and waste of money.

Fantastic experience: So this has been a long time coming. I started seeing the team at vitality nine months ago when Dr O. Put together a plan to help me with my 24/7 headaches. To say I was skeptical was an understatement. I was certain none of the treatment had anything to do with my concerns. I was ready for Vitality to be just another expensive failed attempt like the many doctors that had known exactly what to do before offering nothing that actually helped. I was desperate when I was referred to them. I found it incredibly difficult to change my diet, habits, and mindset. so dramatically, but I'm actually getting better. Month by month I see real change. there's no magic pill they have that fixes you, but I'm healing up. I feel better today than I have my entire life. Thanks to Vitality, and especially Trina for being the best.

Negative experience: I would love to give this practice a 5, but unfortunately I am giving it a 1. I paid to go through all of the tests to see what was wrong with me and they never called me back. I was very hopeful in finding a place that was close that could help me heal myself. I’m upset that wasn’t the case.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment on 1/6. The minute I walked in the door, it felt like a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The intake and medical staff were all very kind and informative. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I am optimistic about beginning the process of healing with Vitality!

Negative experience: Was very disappointed in services. Never got the online videos that I was supposed to be sent that I was charged for, and was charged $60 for a nutrition session that I got no questions answered. Every response was oh, well Dr. O would have to test you for that. Paid $120 for services I never received and was charged $500 for a bunch of supplements that did not help me.

Fantastic experience: I truly can’t rave enough about this practice. They have not only helped myself but many members of my family take back their health. Grateful for telephone appointments since we no longer live in the Kalamazoo area. Thank you!
