Fantastic experience: 10/10 gym for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and general fitness. In short, THIS is where you want to be whether you're in town for a bit or a local looking to get jacked and/or fit. - Stuffed to the brim with excellent machines, multiple kinds for every body part (including a belt squat!) - 2 deadlift platforms and 3 power racks - Nearly every type of specialty bar imaginable (SSB, cambered bench bar, swiss bar, deadlift bar, power bars, ez curl bars, etc.) - Gobs of different cardio machines - Fantastic atmosphere - pictures of old school greats all over the walls, cool lighting, big mural in the back. - Professional staff (the gentleman working front desk at 1pm on 12/28/24 was very welcoming and professional. I forget his name sadly.) This gym does not have any strongman equipment so this isn't the place to be if you're looking for atlas stones, sandbags, farmer's walk handles, etc.

Fantastic experience: Best place to work out in the city! The owner and entire staff take care of the gym and are incredibly welcoming. I started going to Fitness Factory 3 years ago and I can’t imagine ever leaving.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with max aura, well endowed equipment, and a very kind and friendly staff! I needed a gym for the week as I was spending 4 days in Pittsburgh visiting family for Thanksgiving. Found this place and it was great. Don’t let the hours on google fool you, for a couple extra bucks they’ll give you a key and you can go wherever you want; I paid $60 for 4 days, which, with a key for 24/7 access, is very reasonable (I think it’s $40 for a week pass w/o a key). The street parking was not an issue for me, but I go at 0 dark thirty so I can see how experiences may vary.

Fantastic experience: Love my Gym. Always Clean. Love that it's got Techno going on the speakers. Go first thing in the morning and Solid group of regulars. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beginners to advanced.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a good atmosphere and plenty of equipment to meet your needs. The space may be small but doesn’t feel cramped or tight during busy hours. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the gym is also very clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: This gym is priceless- so much character and creativity and grit- literally love it! It’s old school cool - and they make high protein meals and ice cream I house that actually tastes freaking delicious.

Fantastic experience: Just moved back recently and I did extensive research with gyms within and out of my area. Honestly, the membership discouraged me at first because it's definitely more expensive than your usual gym but this isn't your usual gym. First indicator was when I inquired about the gym, hours, membership and 24/7 passes... Michael did very well explaining it to me and I loved how accommodating the gym is in terms of your needs as a member. My one concern was what if I paid for a membership and I had to travel again and i'd be gone months at a time, what can I do? When he said I can pause membership and continue it once i'm back (without losing time left on my balance)- I was sold! The community is respectful, clean, gym always smell like their disinfectant in a good way and no sweaty feet smell. Bathroom and locker room is always clean. You get your money's worth definitely. Sameer is wonderful! I was able to immerse myself back into working out as the environment and people make it easy.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It's kind of old school in a good way. Nothing overly fancy or stuffy, everyone is just doing their own thing, very low key. They have all the equipment you could ever want. My only two cons are that there isn't a lot of floor space for stretching/ab work and the music they play on the speakers throughout the gym is pretty horrendous (terrible techno beats). Nothing some noise cancelling headphones won't fix though! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing facility! I was coming from Houston to compete at nationals and I needed a gym that was 24 hours, I had reached out via email to see if I could get a week pass and and have access to the 24 hour feature and I was in a bit of a situation. Normally I would take my husband, he was such an amazing stage husband, he was so supportive and proud, I lost him in an accident last year and I couldn’t do a show by myself, so I had decided to take my 8 year old daughter with me. I reached out and Sameer with no hesitation said bring her!! She can hang out on the couch! This gym took so much stress off of me! Everyone was so welcoming and it was so convenient! Not to mention the equipment was everything and then some! The end result? I got my pro card!!

Fantastic experience: I just finished up my first month here . The place is really clean and has a fam vibe to it . So far everyone has been friendly and the staff has been helpful . The owner offered to work with me when I mentioned that I really didn’t know what I was doing . I’m 58 and this is my first gym experience . He helped me get familiar with the equipment and put weekly routine together for me . I really didn’t know what to expect , but I’m feeling great about choosing this place

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Pittsburgh by far. The staff keeps it squeaky clean throughout the week and the entire gym gets moped daily. The members are nice, polite and dedicated, making for the most excellent training environment I've ever been a part of (and I've been a member of dozens of gyms across the globe.) It has every single machine you could dream off, as well as an ample provision of weight plates and dumbbells of all kinds. If you're into powerlifting, you will find there plenty of squat racks and deadlift platforms as well as competition-grade dumbbells. If you prefer cardio, there is an entire area with treadmills, steppers and bikes as far as the eye can see. And if you're into bodybuilding, then you'll feel right at home as the equipment covers all your bases, which isn't surprising considering how many serious bodybuilders train there. And the cherry on top: it's never crowded. Machines are almost always available and there is plenty of space to breath, which is insane considering how great this gym is. Special mention: if you're a woman, you will find at the Fitness Factory a safe training environment where you will be able to focus on your goals without being interrupted by people who mistake the gym for a bar. Also, the manager, Samir, is incredibly friendly and nice; honestly, the membership fee is ridiculously low considering how many perks you get. I know for a fact I will keep training there as long as I stay in Pittsburgh.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Factory is the best gym in Pittsburgh, hands down! Once you join, you will feel like family! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and supportive. The gym has a wide variety of equipment... everything you could ever need for your fitness goals. The gym is very clean too! There are trainers who can take you from zero to hero and will become your most supportive cheerleader! I can't say enough good things about the Fitness Factory. Join..you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with respectful and dedicated people. Just being in it inspires me to push harder. Very friendly counter staff. Conveniently located. Machines are almost always available, as well as healthy drinks and prepared meals. The only downside is just the one shower. Apart from that, its great. Excellent value for money!

Fantastic experience: My first time at Fitness Factory, I was quite nervous, thinking it was a place only for competition powerlifters and bodybuilders. But rest assured, FF is for anyone and everyone! This gym is quite possibly the best around, and I’m not sure we’ll find another like it again. My boyfriend and I have been going to FF for a couple years now (it’s actually the place we met!), and it truly is a community. Shoutout to Sameer, Fran, Mike, and Brendan, some of the incredible people behind FF. They always make sure their customers are taken care of and love the opportunity to chat with you about your day. The other gym-goers are all extremely considerate and supportive, and it makes your entire gym experience so much more comfortable. We are so thankful to Fitness Factory for not only bringing us together, but also creating and ensuring a safe space to work out in. Whether you want to walk on the treadmill, get a lift in on the squat rack, or use some dumbbells, FF has it all! We’re sad to be leaving Pittsburgh and the FF family, but we wanted to let everyone know that we can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: This is the best Gym that I have ever belonged to. The staff and members are all very friendly. There is a good culture in the Gym where everyone focuses on their workouts and are very respectful of each other. They have every piece of weight equipment imaginable so crafting a workout that has a lot of variety is very easy. Could not recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best gym I have found for my style of lifting. Semi-quiet around the hours I go which are 4-6. The camaraderie of the employees who work here are astounding. Everyone is polite and it is always kept clean. You will often see the manager Sam either mopping or dusting as the day goes by. Wouldn't change my membership for anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Pittsburgh. It's not the closest gym to me, but as a carless city-dweller, I don't care. Happy to take the bus or ride my bike to get there. Good and well-kept equipment, always clean. Pay a little more (annual charge) for 24-hour access. Been at all times of the day, and I've never had a bad experience with the gym or its denizens. It's definitely not fancy, just very comfortable and welcoming. No classes, etc. but the perfect atmosphere for getting lost in your workout and finding a little momentary peace. Also, I sometimes forget to renew online, and I always get a friendly call letting me know if I'm expiring. Definitely appreciated.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of— in Boston, DC, Cleveland, and NYC, no other gym even comes close. FF is extremely clean with a supportive and respectful environment. They have multiple squat racks and benches, plus some really good, old school but well-maintained machines. Great options for short term passes too, if you’re just visiting town. This is a real Pittsburgh gem.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Factory is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever belonged to. The staff is very friendly and the equipment is top notch. Training with Brendan has been amazing. He gives 110% to every workout, makes sure you are using proper form and really challenges me with a variety of cardio and strength exercises. I look forward to my sessions every week.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Factory is one of the best gyms in Pittsburgh if not THE best!! If you want to build strength, serious about lifting and looking for a safe 24/7 gym in the heart of Shadyside, this is the place to be. The equipment is well taken care of as well the gym is very clean. It is a bit tight with all the equipment but I never ran into an issue where I bumped into another gym member. Last but not the least, big shoutout to my man Sameer, who truly knows customer service and is simply a pleasure to deal with. Can’t wait to rejoin once back in the area!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 21 years. There is no other fitness center like it. The owner introduces himself to everyone there several times a week and is always willing to stop his work out to teach someone how to use the equipment. The manager is the friendliest person you will ever meet, anywhere. There is a perfect mix of free weights, machines and aerobic equipment. Everyone at this gym trains seriously, but the owner and manager make you feel like family..

Fantastic experience: Fitness Factory is my favorite gym in Pittsburgh! It’s an old-school bodybuilding gym located in Shadyside. This gym is always kept clean and any damaged equipment is fixed the next day. The staff and members are extremely friendly and always greet people with a nice smile. My favorite part is the unique and electric decorations all throughout the gym! Not to mention, their equipment is top-notch. FF has outstanding machines that isolate certain muscles from different angles. (perfect for bodybuilding!) I am proud to be a member of this gym because its uplifting atmosphere motivates me to show up every single day. If you are ever in the area, I recommend getting a membership or even just a day pass at Fitness Factory!

Fantastic experience: A very, very cool gym with equally cool people. You’ll love it here if you like supportive gym culture and the old/classic bodybuilding aesthetic. They’ve got inspo everywhere and it helps infuse you with vigor for your next set! Just watch your step — the machines are close together and there really isn’t much room between them. Not the type of gym for HIITS, metcons, or anything that requires substantial space but awesome for traditional weight lifting and body building!

Positive experience: I really loved this gym i use to go 5x a week the staff is so motivational and the owners are nice. Only thing i struggled w was how close the machines were to each other. i dont have good peripheral sight and ended up breaking my toe which destroyed the entire year i worked on by being down for 3 months: i do wish someone followed up with me or checked in lol

Fantastic experience: Great gym for ppl that are dedicated to fitness. Lots of cardio machines and strength machines, some that I’ve seen for the first time here. Most ppl are regulars and are clearly ppl that have been going to the gym for a while. They offer private sessions also. It gets crowded around 5 just as any gym would but even then, the only things I’ve found myself waiting for is the squat rack and chest press, there’s 3 and 2 of them respectfully. I enjoy this place and it keeps me dedicated to keep working out. I would only say I wish there was more free space. Not a gym that’s conducive to yoga, Pilates or full stretching.

Fantastic experience: I've worked out in gyms all over the world. Nothing compares to the culture, energy, dedication of the ownership, trainers and most importantly the staff as well as the quality of the facility and membership of the Fitness Factory. I'm entering the second decade of my membership and being there is what makes every day better.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym for strength training and cardio in the city. They have all necessary equipment (and some more) for basic lifts like squats, bench press and deadlifts etc. They have proper safety in place for racks and they encourage the use of chalk too. In addition, they have a lot of machines and equipment for complementary lifts that focus on other muscles in your body. Their cardio section is filled with many options as well. They take hygiene and cleanliness seriously. Their staff is friendly, and I want to give a special shout out to Sameer who was kind and helpful whenever approached. My only drawback was that I wish I would have found this place earlier.

Fantastic experience: Simplest way to put it: this is the best gym in Pittsburgh. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. The gym is kept clean all day long. New machines are brought in frequently and ones that break are fixed immediately. In my many years of lifting I’ve yet to experience a gym culture and experience as the one fitness factory offers. Without question this is the best gym Pittsburgh has to offer and I’m proud to be a member at this facility.

Fantastic experience: Currently looking for a new gym in California and feeling frustrated with my options. Couldn’t help but remember the sessions I had at this place and looked it up to see how it’s doing. Haven’t been to this gym in like 3 years (disclaimer) but if it’s half as good as it was when I was there, it’d still be my favorite gym. Moved around several times since leaving Pittsburgh in 2020 and have yet to find a gym that made me as excited to work out as this one. The equipment, the energy, the staff, the lighting, the layout, the music, the decor - all of it top tier. Miss this place!

Fantastic experience: This is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. The management (s/o my man Samir) do a great job with the upkeep and upgrades of gym equipment. The gym is extremely clean and organized and has a lot of authentic bodybuilding equipment that is hard to find in many commercial gyms around the city. I’ve enjoyed my experience so much that I’ve brought numerous other friends to join the fitness factory community and they too can agree that Fitness Factory is the best gym in Pittsburgh.

Negative experience: I am new to the area and a runner who wanted to find a gym with a good variety of equipment for both strengthening and cardio to supplement my training program. The other day I was performing step ups using a barbell and was confronted by one of the employees telling me another person wants to use the barbell and proceeds to move the step I was using and kicks me out. I was only there for at most 5 minutes and was performing the exercise safely abiding by all the written rules. I don’t know if my unconventional exercise was not allowed in the facility but it was never explained. Horrible gym culture do not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Don't do a commercial gym. Fitness Factory puts way more effort to making sure every member is enjoying their time and reaching their goals. This is a small and dedicated gym with all the equipment you'll need. Always clean, open, and friendly. The culture is very inclusive and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of gyms in my life, more than I can probably remember. Two of them stand out as exceptional, Quads Gym in Chicago Illinois and Fitness Factory. From the moment I walked in I could tell this place was special. The staff at the front desk was friendly and signing up for the day was easy (which sadly isn't the norm at many gyms). The equipment I used was great, and I was almost sad that I wasn't doing a full-body workout seeing so many great machines. It's clear that Mike and the team at Fitness Factory are passionate about this place and care about the people who walk through its doors. If you want to be like everybody else, pick any gym. If you want to go to a gym that has a soul, go to Fitness Factory.

Fantastic experience: From when I first walked in I was greeted like a friend. Gym was very clean and well kept. Atmosphere was one of the coolest I have seen.Everybody in the gym is super friendly and helpful. The owner is a great guy and is willing to answer any questions you may have. The front staff was super nice and gave me a tour as well. If you are a student doing a rotation or just a student in general this is the gym to go to.

Fantastic experience: An Absolute Amazing Experience, my brother, buddy, and I are in town visiting Pittsburgh for the first time. The owner came out and Introduced himself to us, he was extremely welcoming and friendly. The GM was also very helpful. On to the facility itself, this has some of the most RARE bodybuilding and gym equipment that I’ve ever seen in one spot. You can tell they have taken years to build this collection, every where we turned, there was another classic machine waiting for us to use. The gym was in great condition, very clean, and high, top notch quality equipment. I suggest this gym to anyone and everyone in Pittsburgh, whether visiting or looking for a new gym to call home.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in Pittsburgh. I’ve visited the city off and on for the past few years and tried a number of gyms. Once I walked through the walls of Fitness Factory, I knew I’d never have to try another gym. The staff is top tier, it is always clean, and they have all of the equipment you’d ever need. Not to mention, if you ever forget your headphones, they play great music to motivate you. In the rare occasion that a piece of equipment breaks, they are quick to fix it. They regularly update equipment. The members are respectful and supportive of each other. Fitness Factory has become a place for me to de-stress and work on me in a comfortable environment. Fantastic experience: I just moved into Shadyside this summer and was looking for a good gym to commit to, I will have to say I’ve been so impressed with this facility. From the moment I stepped in, one of their trainers (alyda) was incredibly welcoming. She showed me around the facility and even gives me pointers on how to do certain exercises when I’m struggling. The place is also very clean. I see her vacuuming and cleaning any time I’m there so it’s very obvious why! All of their employees are very kind and super helpful ! Overall very happy with my decision to join here. Thank you to the staff of fitness factory, you really make it a pleasant experience:)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a year now and very happy with the gym! It's a great value, even the month-to-month price. I like the vibe.. Even when I'm the only woman in the room with the power lifters, I feel totally comfortable. The owner seems like my kind of guy: friendly, invests in his gym and customers. (And like everyone else says, gym is always spotless.) Employees are friendly and helpful. I go after work and haven't found it too crowded: you'd never have to wait for a cardio machine, and maybe just a few minutes on the most popular other areas. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ultra clean gym with way more character than other well known chains. The staff here work really hard to keep the space in tip top shape and they are constantly cleaning something. Additionally, they are super friendly. The equipment is more than sufficient for resistance training. There are a few older machines, but 80 to 90 percent of the gear is newer. There are Several squat racks/cages and lots of other fun equipment. If you can't get a good pump in here, you are doing it wrong. I only ever went in the mornings so I can't speak to the after work rush, but there was hardly ever a wait for machines. Nor can I speak for the 24 hour access crowd either. Please consider this gym before signing up for the big chains. It is a neighborhood institution.

Fantastic experience: I love Fitness Factory. Since I came to Pittsburgh in August, I started going to FF and it is the perfect gym for me. It is super clean, the employees are super friendly, and you have a lot of equipment. The price is super convenient too. I am so glad that I have this gym near my house!

Fantastic experience: The Fitness Factory is everything I want in a gym. The gym provides you with great service, cleanliness and organization of all weights, plates and machines. I train very seriously and with great intent so I prefer the 24 hour access that the gym offers. The Fitness Factory has dumbbells that go up to 150 and several squat racks along side lifting platforms. The machines, both cardio and stationary, offer you a wide array of options for your workout. Your weight loss, bodybuilding, strength training, athletic performance and general fitness goals can be met here.

Fantastic experience: Visiting for the from NY. Looked up the gym to find similar to my home town gym in Syosset NY (Bev Francis). The gym had everything and more for a great lifting session. The workers there were very welcoming and helpful. If to visit again I would go the fitness factory again.

Fantastic experience: The main guy in charge is the man. Actually listens! I gave them a small piece of feedback and they actually listened. This place cares, they want the place to be clean and well maintained. There's no swimming pool, no classes, no basketball courts, no sauna; if you don't care about that and just want a clean/basic place to work out at, this is the place for you. There's lots of signs all over the place, but they're there for a reason. And they're strict with rules, but that's a good thing. A huge, huge bonus IMO is there's an option to pay to have 24/7 access.

Fantastic experience: If anyone ever asks me where to train in Pittsburgh I will always tell them the Fitness Factory. Large assortment of cardio equipment as well as machines and free weights. The set up of the gym flows very well and the equipment is perfect for all types of lifters. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ownership always seems to be looking to improve the gym. The fitness factory will always hold a special place in my heart and I wish my time there never ended.

Fantastic experience: Been going for 6 months now. Love the amount of equipment. Going during the day, especially around 3-7pm is pretty chaotic since everyones off of work at that time, but if you buy the 24 hr after hours pass, its a beautiful time doing whatever u want whenever. Very clean too. My only complaint is some of the lockers arent too big but thats honestly a miniscule problem compared to what other gyms' problems have. Definitely reccomend this place! Also the place is MUCH bigger than it looks. Come during the day and they'll give you a tour. You'll be happily surprised!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Fitness Factory for just about two months now, my only wish is that I had checked it out sooner! It’s a huge gym with tons of equipment everywhere, definitely is way bigger than it looks outside. What surprised me the most is how good of a job the staff does at maintaining the facility, everytime I’m here they’re tirelessly working to make sure the gym is top notch for customers. It’s great to have a local gym with a fantastic, attentive staff that ensures the facility is the best it can be. I would recommend this place to seasoned gym goers, or newbies like myself, it’s a very positive and welcoming environment and I’ll continue to go!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over 2 years now. What initially caught my attention was the old school vibe that the Fitness Factory has. I swear the iron weights make you lift at least 10lbs heavier :) But in all seriousness, the clientele and staff make this place a gem. The gym is clean, well maintained, friendly, and everyone has the same goal of getting a solid workout in. I've had great conversations with the staff and always feel great coming in. I can't recommend FF enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitness Factory a few months ago after moving into the neighborhood and it’s been an all-around great experience. The lights and decor create a fun atmosphere, the staff is friendly, and most importantly, all the equipment I need for a solid workout is clean and in good shape. The ability to break down the yearlong membership fee into three payments was super convenient. And Sameer at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating when I accidentally locked my keys inside the gym this evening. Looking forward to spending the rest of the year (and beyond) working toward my goals here. Thanks FF!

Fantastic experience: The fitness factory has to be one of the most unique gyms on this earth. As soon as I walked through those doors I knew the workout was going to be something different. The range of equipment they had was spectacular, old school machines, an unreal amount of attachments! If you’re from the Pittsburgh area or just stopping through this is definitely the spot you wanna check out! Huge thank you to Michael the owner for creating such an awesome space!

Super friendly staff, super attentive to our needs, feel like I’m a new member even though we’re only here for the week. Chose this option because of their actions to promote a safe place for their female members, SO huge. SO important. Highly recommend FFBGH.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to The Fitness Factory since 2007. The staff is and has always been amazing. By far and away the cleanest gym around. They have a great mix of free weights, cardio equipment and strength training machines. They also offer 24/7 memberships which works great with my work schedule. I recently moved out to the North Hills and I still make the trek in every day to get my work out in. I recommend anyone in the area to check out this place!

Fantastic experience: In the almost 30 years that The Fitness Factory has been open, there have been thousands of people like me who have come through their doors to seek a Healthier Lifestyle and have successfully succeeded because of this gym and the dedication that the Owner has put into it. Now that being said, there are always going to be situations beyond managements control, but those situations have always been dealt with in a professional manner and with the ultimate goal to make sure the Fitness Factory was the best it could be for its members. I have witnessed this several times over the past years and definitely recently during the Pandemic when the Owner and Management have stepped up to do whatever they had to do to keep this Gym Outstanding!!!! So anyone that doesn’t see this needs too, because life is tough but with places like the Fitness Factory to relieve your stress, we all can be better Human Beings!! FITNESS FACTORY FOR LIFE ;)

Fantastic experience: I'm a transgender women. I recently visited the fitness factory. I truly believe in heart of hearts to judge the place and the people who dedicate their lives to helping people feel better about themselves is not right.Also i felt the security of being at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and with the up most respect for people as individuals. I will not let that stop me from feeling better and good about myself. Fantastic experience: I've been to a couple of gyms in Pittsburgh and this is probably the best of the lot! It's a lot bigger than what it looks like from the outside. There's a ton of equipment to play with. They've got some super cool machine equipment, namely a pendulum squat and the hammer strength row! The gym manager is super friendly and big on customer service. Moreover, it's the one and only 24x7 gym I've ever been to. Couldn't ask for more!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the city. Clean, organized, friendly. Maintenance and upkeep are top notch.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. Clean. Little waiting even during peak hours (5-6PM). Almost all equipment that you could ask for, but they don't have a GHR and they really should given their target demo. I would say it's a 5 star gym if you don't care about that. A reverse hyper would also be nice, but I understand that this is a bit more niche.

Fantastic experience: Me and my team were in Pitts for fitness competitions. Clearly, we would want a great gym with a great atmosphere for body builders. This place was it. The ambiance, equipment, & staff were great! And I even took out my headphones because the gym was killing it with the music. 100% recommend this gym! Thanks for having us.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at FF for a few years now, and I could not love the gym or the staff more! Everyday I am greeted with a smile & shown I’m truly appreciated as a client. I train with D’Rae 3 days a week & he is the best, he is so knowledgeable & really takes the time to perfect his craft! The staff has been so professional throughout COVID & made me feel super comfortable. FF is a true 10/10!

Positive experience: Great gym environment with great equipment. Could use more emphasis in dumbbells. They were in two separate spots in the gym with different # weights in each spot. I love the old school nostalgic feel of bodybuilding history spread throughout.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fitness Factory for 5 years. I LOVE my gym. This is not a place to be seen. It is a place to work out and get stronger and get healthy. Everyone there is so nice. The staff is great. The other members are always willing to help if you don't know how to use a piece of equipment. It never feels like a competition. Everyone is there to help. The equipment is new and maintained in excellent condition. There is something for everyone. Lots of cardio options. Lots of different machines to isolate and concentrate on different muscles. A separate room filled with lots of free weights. Fitness Factory has something for everyone. If you're trying to be healthier, this is the place for you. I started there when I was 52. I wish I had started when I was 22. Hope to see you there. Rob Aspinwall

Powerlifting, bodybuilding, or just looking for a solid place to workout they have it all! And they are very professional and have the cleanest facility I have ever been to, you can’t beat it! Fantastic experience: This place is like no other. The reason why I am actually starting to like Pittsburgh in general. It’s truly a different experience when you walk in. The music sets the tone, and the environment is fantastic. I heard about this place through a friend and I am so happy I came here. The Fitness Factory has an old school vibe with motivational photos on the wall and beautiful artwork throughout the gym including a sculpture! They follow all CDC guidelines and take wearing masks and cleanliness at the top priority for the safety of all of us. They also have phenomenal trainers who I have had the honor of being with. Fran gets you going with her blast of energy she carries with her. D’Rae takes the time to explain to you why you workout the way you do to better understand fitness as a whole. Making you more...wise! I love the most that everyone there has the upmost respect for one another. This is the gym that was a hidden treasure in the heart of Pittsburgh that I am so grateful to have found. Time and money well spent to come here, well worth everything!
