Positive experience: I usually enjoy going into this store but today the lady behind the counter really was not friendly. I truly felt like I was just a customer. Contemplating if I will be back. I have never seen this woman before and if I do return I definitely won't have her wait on me.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon this place waiting on a friend to get a hair cut. Wow. They have so many great quality products. I have become very health conscious because of a serious illness in 2019. They offer a good variety of options from supplements to personal products. Organic and vegan options too. I walked out with a variety of protein powders to try and mushroom coffee. Excited to go back.

Negative experience: Ordered aloe vera juice from you on the 19th or 20th of July. Was told I would get a phone call, never received a phone call more than a week later. Called today on July 29th to be told that I had only ordered on July 26th which I did not. No very happy .

In this case, the product has gone on backorder and we have been unable to get any additional shipments since you placed your order. We are continuing to work with the distributor to try to get more product as soon as it becomes available. You are also correct, your original order was placed 7/19. The 7/26 date you were given was the most recent attempt we made to order with the distributor. Again, we're sorry for the confusion. We will fix this issue with our internal ordering notes moving forward so it doesn't happen again. In the meantime, we will continue to keep the product on order and will notify you as soon as it arrives.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Vital Choice. They are all experts in nutrician and my entire family has been using them for almost 8 years. I've never experienced poor service and they have helped me make my health better. I pretty much come to them first before I go to the doctor with issues that are not emergencies.
