Fantastic experience: Everyone was very kind and attentive each time I came to the Edina clinic. My original consultation with Rachel was wonderful. She was fun to work with and really listened to the type of results I wanted. She was very knowledgable about the different procedures available and explained exactly what I could expect. I never felt any kind of pressure to schedule my procedure. I was given a price quote for the procedures I wanted and encouraged to go home and think about it for as long as I needed. I decided fairly quickly that I wanted to schedule the surgery because I had already done quite a bit of research. Rachel kept in touch with me right up to the morning of my surgery and was always available to answer my questions. On the morning of surgery my nurse, Jasmine, was just incredible. She had a great sense of humor, made me feel safe and was very attentive to my needs. She made sure that I was warm enough throughout the procedure, kept me respectfully covered, and offered me sips of water when I needed it. She even asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to during the procedure. Dr. Kim was my surgeon. Starting from the pre-op consult Dr. Kim was kind, knowledgable and attentive. He explained all of the pre-op and post-op instructions clearly and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He verified that we had scheduled all of the correct procedures in order to address all of my areas of concern so that I would be happy with the final results. Dr. Kim made sure that I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. He kept me informed of what he was doing during each step of the procedure and checked in with me frequently to make sure that I remained comfortable. Dr. Kim even called me at home the next morning to check on how I was doing. Overall it has been a very positive experience, and I can’t wait to see the final results once everything is healed. I highly recommend this clinic if this is something you are considering.

Positive experience: Show up early and wait 30 min after appointment stll waiting. Bring full medical profile and plan on filling it all in on a clip board in really short chairs. That was fun. Feel like leaving after the paperwork they want for a free consultation.

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely terrified when they told me I would be awake for the surgery. Though you are sedated so you're awake occasionally and asleep most of the time. However jasmine was the most amazing nurse. And helped me with my nerves and made me feel comfortable. And there was nothing to be scared of at all. If I felt any type of pinch they would numb me up some more. The recovery is pretty sore.

Fantastic experience: My sonobello pre op appt had its ups and downs, but more ups. My surgeon I didn't vibe well with, to make a long story short, he wanted me to do much more fat/skin removal then I wanted done. I'm striving for comfort in my own body not looks. So my AMAZING consult personal Rachel stepped in and is working her magic setting me up with a surgeon that will do what I want ❤️Great start with my journey. There will be more to come in the future, stay tuned

We were fist appt in the am but waited quite a while as another in front was in consult too- we were given a gift card for waiting which was nice. Consult was great. Alison also emphasized that all Sono Bello physician surgical staff are board certified MDs or DOs with a specialty in plastic surgery. Negative experience: This was the worst experience of my life. I’ve done this before and this place was by FAR THE WORST! I was left with uneven lipo and completely broken after trying to fix this nightmare. Sis… if you wanna good makeover DO NOT go here… your heart and pockets will be broken. It will be years before i recover from this terrible surgery.

They removed around 2.5lbs, and I felt minimal to no pain. I am 5’3” & weighed 148-151lbs on average, now I am 145-148 & am still improving. I eat relatively healthy & exercise 4-6x weekly. I am now around 9 weeks post-op, and am extremely happy with how I look & feel!! 5/20 was my first Venus treatment with Meghan, she is AMAZING, very fun, personable, and professional, she took great care of me and I am already looking forward to next time!

From walking through the door the front counter sraff are very pleasant and welcoming. Each nurse that I've had the pleasure of meeting during my experience thus far are very patient with you. Address any concern promptly. Calm your nerves with gentle smiles and soothing voices. My 1st procedure didn't have the promised results, Dr. Volk took me in as his patient and I can't say enough about this doctor. He's very understanding, takes his time to listen to what your goals are and even calls you directly to check on you after your procedure. I would recommend the Edina facility for anyone wanting a change in their appearance.

Positive experience: My name is Roberto Gutierrez and I was there for liposuction. I have really nice experience with all the workers they are very nice person and they make you feel like you’re a part of the family. But I’m not happy with my results, that’s why I can not recommend sonobello because they didn’t do a good job on my person I’m really disappointing, I think they can do a better job. they just don’t want it. They told me I was looking perfect but I know that’s a lie because I got one side bigger than the other one and all my family and friends they can see it and they make fun of me because I pay too much money. and they don’t do good job, if you don’t believe me what I’m saying you can replay this message and I’ll send you pictures.

Fantastic experience: Sono Bello was great! Love all the staff. The receptionist, sales consultant, nurse and surgeon all did fantastic and are so personable. The whole process was seamless. Very easy to get back in for any follow ups or post op questions. They also do a great job at letting you know what to expect during the whole procedure as well as throughout recovery.

Negative experience: I feel like once you sign the dotted line and pay them, the customer service takes a serious nose dive. I also felt they sincerely misled me about the procedure. The consultant talked about how she had a family event a few days after the procedure and how she was totally fine. They also told me I wouldn’t have an issue wearing my jeans after the procedure. While I wasn’t in a lot of pain for too long, they don’t tell you how extremely uncomfortable you will be once the swelling begins and it lasts for a couple of weeks. It’s nearly impossible to find a comfortable position to sleep in due to the extreme amount of swelling. They don’t tell you about that and there is no way my jeans would have fit me that first week. The doctor did call me the night of my procedure which I thought was nice but that’s about it. Also, I had my driver all lined up and I believe it was the day before, they told me my procedure time had to be moved up so had to scramble to find someone. There is no follow up to see how you’re doing post procedure. I stumbled upon a lymphatic massage therapist who told me about the lypo foam and massage gun I should have been using this whole time. It’s alarming that Sono Bello didn’t care enough to tell me about these things that could have helped my healing and I’m 90 days post procedure. Makes me feel like they really don’t care. Last but not least, I showed up for my 90 day apt early. There were about 6 people filling out paperwork (potential clients) who showed up after me and they all were called before my apt time. I didn’t even get called back for my apt until 30 minutes after my scheduled apt time and was asking to reschedule due to the delay. While I’m satisfied with the results, I would not recommend due to the lack of support, honesty, follow up & care.

I'm just about 2 weeks post-procedure and after the initial swelling and bruising dissipates, I am sure I will be very happy with my results! Dr. Volk was extremely thorough and meticulous, which I very much appreciated. I was nervous to not have anesthesia, but the procedure was not painful and I even drifted off a couple times as I was being sutured up. My pre-op nurse Kiera was excellent, as was Dr. Volk, the post op nurse Alyssa and everyone else (sorry if I'm forgetting anyone)! I've had a few post op questions and Alyssa has gotten back to me quickly each time I called with a question. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello to family and friends!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Sono Bello are so friendly and efficient. I am using Venus to tighten the skin on my legs after liposuction. It is working! Megan administers my laser treatments weekly and she is an expert-can answer all my questions and it’s fun to spend 30 mins with her each week. The treatment feels like a hot stone massage. I highly recommend this office and Venus with Megan.

Negative experience: Totally ruined my you tube experience. They need to stop making excuses. Also why dont you post what your fees are in some of your advertisements? Additionally, why cant you and your internet ad designers target people who really want your plastic surgery services. Also, as 1 practitioner speaking to another, we both know that there are some individuals who have nothing wrong with their body, looks or health. Why dont you post an article on your website regarding this matter to prevent exploitation within the plastic surgery medical practice. EDINA = Every Day I Need Attention.
