Fantastic experience: Karley is so amazing she helped me out with scheduling my babies appointments in advance ! Thanks to her we don’t have to worry about appointments in the future. Negative experience: By far the WORST CLINIC EVER. Front office staff is extremely rude and dismissive Especially Victoria. I called this morning at 9:30 to ask if I needed to set an appointment or if they took in walk ins they said no need for appointment I could just walk in. I live about 30 minutes away. I got here at 11:45 and Victoria said don’t sign in bc we don’t have time to take you. You will be seen at 1:45. I asked Victoria if they could contact the Texas city location mean while I will sit down and Wait she said yes. At 1:15 she calls me back up and say I need you to fill out these documents (why did it take her this long this could’ve been done during my wait time) I asked if she had called the other location and she said No. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this Clinic.It will be the very last time I bring her here. TERRIBLE PATIENT SERVICES, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! I decided to take my child to urgent care .

Negative experience: Never had a problem until today. I guess you will be losing 4 patients today! After 10yrs time to say GOOD BYE! And thanks to the front desk lady. AWFUL SERVICE,UGLY ATTITUDE, when told her we were a walk in HER FACE TOTALLY CHANGED! She also said the next appointment would be 12:15 but had to wait till 2:00pm in the waiting room. Thank you I’ll take my child to the ER and switch PEDIATRICIAN…………….

Fantastic experience: Came to this clinic and the only reason you get 5 stars is because Martha is awesome with my father and very helpful can’t say the same for some of the other staff!!!!

Negative experience: The worst place to take your children, we were there for 3 hours for a simple routine check-up, my daughter was very thirsty, we asked if they could give her water and they never gave it to her, in the end they just told us that's what the drinking fountains were outside for, every time we go it's a minimum of 2 hours and all the staff is very relaxed, just chilling.

Fantastic experience: This clinic has outstanding staff, I had a great experience with Karely the receptionist she was very dedicated to follow up on the matter I presented on hand. Very compassionate and professional, unfortunately where were not able to solve the matter at hand due to circumstances outside of our control.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Syal for 15 years she is awesome, very attentive, w all of my 4 children's always listens to all my concerns as well Ms Ofelia she is the best always goes beyond her job everytime i call on issues that i have or if i need refills referrals she freaking listens n takes her job serious n shes been there aswell more then 15 yrs soo she knoes what she is doing....me n my boys freaking love her My son when in very ill and she rush us in n got us to see a Dr ASAP she's on top of everything won't change from going to these location on burke.

Fantastic experience: Check in with Mayra and check out Karely was fast and easy. I made an appointment online at 10am but when I made it to the clinic they made me aware that they do not do online appointments. Ibwas told that the next available appointment was at 11am, whichvI decoded to wait, but they were able to get me in before that, it was about a 15 minute wait. Once we were called in, we waited no more than 15 minutes. Dr. Zhang did a thorough check on my son and asked questions pertaining to how my son was feeling.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked Karely and Mayra were quick to help me and got me checked in. Super nice and friendly! Provider Zhang also treated me quickly and fast. He got straight to the point and I was in and out! I’ve been coming in since she was born and I’ve never had any issues!

Fantastic experience: I been coming to this place for years!! My kids basically had been checked for their milestones regular check ups and if they get sick! This place has been hands down the best!! I been to other pediatrics and most only accept “appointments only” when my kids really need to be seen on a sickness. I love the fact that they treat you like family and the availability of taking you in on a weekend, as a working mom this is very important! Mayra Jimenez who works at the front desk always stays on top of it. Kudos on great teamwork and taking care of my Family!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I have been to few clinics and the service is not as good as NAG clinic. The receptionist was very helpful at arrival and the nurse and doctor had the patience to assist me with my needs. Definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Negative experience: This place is a joke !! The dr is always out of country so you have to go in just for vitals only for her to call you on the phone after you waited 4 hrs at a minimum,she used to let mrs. Rene see the difficult patients but has since did away with that so now front desk says dr sayal is triple booked there's nothing open, please explaine to me why I must go in every month just to get same meds I been getting ,sorry I don't always have a whole day to take off work to sit in a dr office for a telephone call ..it was bad before getting in and out this just makes it worse. And the front desk you try to get answered they tell you to hold to ask manager 30 mins later I was still on hold. I have had enough of this place I won't even mention all the meds the made me take being a guinea pig because Dr.sayal couldn't figure out my case so instead of her telling me let's get extra help here she pushed 15 different meds on me not at once but kept just changing them any little reason..so when I told dr this she told me to go see a new dr and that she will still see me,are you kidding me?? PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! After filing a complaint with medical board dr sayal decided to send me a registered letter saying we must find new Dr's for my family and myself,obviously which we have already done as I said we will not step foot back in this horrible place...people do not use this dr she's a joke!! And not 0nly treats her patients bad but also her n.p's training to be dr's..

Negative experience: It's a good clinic if you have 2 plus hours to burn. We unfortunately don't, we waited our appointment was at 2 pm , 2 hrs later still waiting. We had to leave, and my wife told the receptionist we could no longer wait and if we could get a refund which they refused. Supposedly we are going to get a call soon, we'll see what happens.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Nag's Pasadena location was a wonderful one, mainly because of Dr Gillespie. She was very thorough with her questions, very patient with me, and everything she displayed was done with professionalism and the most important part, with care and concern. She definitely deserves 5 stars.

Positive experience: My children were new patients because of a change in our insurance. Our nurse, Valeria, is literally the only reason I’m leaving a review. Please know that if I could rate Valeria only, I’d give her 5 stars. She talked to me like a person and actually listened. She was kind to my kids, she joked with them and made them comfortable; so comfortable, in fact, my 5 year old BEGGED for a shot. You heard me right, my kindergartner REQUESTED a vaccine. She took me seriously and found a solution when problems arose. She stood in MY corner, and made me feel seen. Thank you, Valeria. The reason that I’m only leaving three stars is because of provider, Laticia Gilespie. I understand that we were new patients, and wellness visits at that. But I booked our appointments with her because my preteen requested a female provider. We drove from our home in Humble, showed up early for our appointments starting at 3:30PM, we were triaged on time, but then, we waited an hour and a half in our room. Not only was she running behind, but at 5:30PM told our nurse she wouldn’t see us until after her lunch hour. She expected us to wait until after 6:30PM to be seen for WELLNESS VISITS. Let’s remember this is not an ER or a hospital, it’s a family practice, and the day is SCHEDULED. I felt devalued as patients, and at this point, I really didn’t want to see her anyway. Valeria is my actual superhero, who stepped in and talked to another provider on our behalf. A huge thanks to Yujian Zhang, we so appreciate you accommodating us. Yujian Zhang and Valeria really turned our experience around, and they are one of the main reasons why I’m willing to give NAG another chance. I can’t say Laticia Gilespie didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth, but as long as we see a different provider in the future, we will be returning.

Positive experience: Dr. Rene, Karely, and the others that seen us today 6/1/24 were excellent. Yes, it’s is a wait but it’s worth it. They are personal with their patients. Overall a great visit. They were also able to fit us in for unexpected strep throat symptoms.Thank y’all!!

I went there for a medical examination and was very nervous because I hate needles. She made me feel comfortable and calmed me down during the procedure. If you hate blood draws, she is the perfect person for you!!!!

Very attentive and professional and caring quick fast straight to the point and extra tips for my child’s growth ! NAG clinics is clean and always available for my baby if I need them so far .(6 months coming here. I also bring my other children here for the care and needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Buford (lanin) was very attentive to my son on his check up. She answered every question/concern I had. I would definitely recommend her. The MA’s are great as well every time I’ve come they are very attentive to my son and make him feel welcomed. The front desk is very helpful as well with making appointments and with anything needed at the front.
