Fantastic experience: First time in this browse around, I had seen a flyer at Alloy Fitness so I figured I would check it out. I was greeted by Brooke, awesome friendly and knowledgeable on all of their products, I was very impressed. I did purchase a couple of things, Creatine and electrolyte, but they have so much more. They offer a complete line of anything you may need for not only working out, but also for losing weight, and overall health. They have a scale that measures BMI that's open to get on and get the facts, I declined because my numbers are high lol, just starting out on my weight training journey. They offer way more than I had expected and samples of any of the products they sell! Which I did take advantage of and will be back to get a pre workout mix. So no matter what part of the health journey you are on don't feel apprehensive about going in, just go in they will help you get to your goals, as they are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brooke and the team were amazing and spent almost an hour with me talking about nutrition, getting me signed up on the rewards program, letting me use the body scanner, and helping me create a solid meal plan. The store was clean and organized, and everything was well stocked.

Valerie First let me say that I will upgrade the stars once the feedback is noticed. This was my first time going in and the gentleman was absolutely delightful and helpful, but here is my issue. Please train employees to maybe read the room a little better. I am alright with an intro and basic lay of the land when coming to a store for the first time, but I didn't need to be talked at while I was trying to read ingredients. I know he will remember me by this description and that's perfect because I was shopping for someone with cancer and no one knows their needs better than me. Maybe a teaching moment that after an intro and some basics maybe allow the customer to just be and browse. It's very overwhelming to feel like you cannot just look first then ask questions once I have 5 minutes to look. Some persons are just like that. Again, I don't want to leave a single star based on my own personal shopper preference, and I will change it because the store seems nice and he was nice. It's just not fun to try to be polite and drop small hints that I'm good, and I couldn't shake him. I ended up leaving rather than being a jerk. These experiences are what drive me to online shopping honestly.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful trip to total nutrition. Was given information to help me meet my weight loss goals and the right protein powder for it. Brady was very helpful. I tried a few different protein powders. Was given information about vitamins. They didn't try to upsell me or offer products I didn't need at the time. We will be using them for all my protein powder extra.

You can tell that they research there products to be best informed about what to recommend, or not recommend. They have a machine that reads and prints out your BMI and your PBF, your metabolic rate and your lean muscle analysis that they allow people to use free of cost. Jake, spent so much time with us teaching about how to count macros and calories and we even got to taste test a couple products to see if they'd be a good fit for us. It also looks like they walk the walk that they talk so it was nice to get advice from those who have personal experience with it. We are definitely going back! I would recommend them 100% if you are looking to implement a healthier lifestyle.
