They are very knowledgeable and I never feel like I am rushed in and out of the office. He took all the time we needed to really understand the underlying problem with my child's issue and make sure we were treating the correct thing. The questionnaire asked prior to the doctor’s visit was well done and very complete. I started seeing Melanie for low back pain with pregnancy last year & she was so knowledgeable & did an incredible job at teaching me different techniques to navigate through my discomfort as I was growing my human. This morning I called to request an emergency visit after losing a fight with my pillow & while they were fully booked for the day, they took my pain seriously & still managed to get me in with Melanie’s husband (Chris) just 2 hours later. I had no choice but to bring my 6 month old in with me & the front desk staff did an amazing job at keeping her entertained during my visit.

I couldnt have asked for anyone better to answer questions, and also help out with the aches and pains. I highly recommend her to anyone pregnant! More recently I saw Kinzie, and she was great too! I was able to get in the morning after a fall. And she made sure to check everything out and adjust everything that was needed. I love Venture's approach where they spend enough time with each client to get to the root of the issues. I've seen 3 of the 4 docs here at this clinic now and so far they all have been very personable, caring and truly want to help.

Fantastic experience: After trying to address my shoulder tweak from jiujitsu class on my own for a few days, without improvement, I decided to call in a professional Went to the Venture Chiropractic website and it was super easy to book by Doctor, or by availability Luckily I was able to find an available time on the same day, I was able to fill out all the new patient forms and add my payment method all online before my appointment to make my check in easy The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, the Chiropractic Assistant, Austin was knowledgable and thorough on my initial intake and Dr. Chris was informative and effective in determining the root cause of my discomfort (ribs, not my shoulder) and applied the appropriate treatment quickly and effectively, talking through the process all throughout the visit Fortunately Dr. Chris and I agreed that no further treatment would likely be necessary, he did give me a corrective exercise to incorporate into my fitness routine to help prevent this from happening in the future and the green light to head right back to the jiujitsu mats. If I find myself in a similar position down the road I will be sure to get back on their books

Fantastic experience: My primary provider at Sanford referred me to Dr. Chris about 1 1/2 years ago, and I’m so grateful! I had chronic neck pain for about 20 years, and in that time, I went to 3 M.D’s, 3 other chiropractors, and 4 physical therapists, all of whom tried multiple therapies. I had very limited and temporary relief from those professionals until I started at Venture with Dr. Chris. In addition, he has successfully treated my TMJ and is very helpful with my other structural issues. Besides the skilled techniques he does, he’s also a great educator who teaches me exercises and things that I can do to help myself. After receiving up to 90-100% pain relief, I will never go to any other practitioner for issues that may come up in the future!

Fantastic experience: I am in my early 30s and had never been to a chiropractor until last week. I saw Dr. Dockter and boy am I a believer in his methods for getting my back better. From my initial appointment I felt much more educated about my spine and what could be causing the issues I'm having. The proposed treatments were thoroughly explained (my initial visit was 2 hours and I received a minor adjustment that took all of 10 seconds). I have been dealing with chronic lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues that have REALLY slowed me down recently. I'm in my early 30s I don't want to feel like my back is 100 years old. I had been seeing a PT and was not happy with the results. I feel like Dr. Dockter cares about addressing why my back hurts and more importantly how we are going to fix it. I never once had this feeling doing PT. One of the first things he said to me was my goal is to not see you forever, and if I do to not see you often. This shattered my beliefs about chiropractors as I thought you had to continually keep going to see results. I was skeptical at first about any chiropractor and now I can say that was due to being uninformed about what the good ones do. I don't just go in and "get adjusted" and feel better. My appointments are 35-40 minutes and we talk about how exercises are going and how we can adjust things to better suit my specific issues. You start off easier and work your way up to more challenging ones. I work hard 2-3 times daily with exercises tailored to my specific problem drawn up by Venture chiropractic. If you are willing to put in the work then you will see results. I am already seeing results and couldn't be happier with the past 2 weeks. I'm excited to decrease my back pain and lessen my sciatic nerve flare ups (which has already started to happen) This place in no way felt like a get you in, get you adjusted and make sure to pay on the way out. That was my idea of a chiropractor and like I've said 100 times this practice shattered that belief. It's like going to PT with someone who can do some adjustments if needed and actually cares about getting you better. Was feeling pretty hopeless about my back as nothing was working. Can't give this place and Dr. Dockter enough credit. You can also see from my account I don't review really anything. So for me to take the time out of my day to leave a shining review says something! If you're on the fence about chiropractors then go give them a visit, you won't be let down!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different Chiropractors in the area and they do not come close to the care received at Venture Chiropractic. They care about you, your health and are not just trying to get you back out the door. You are greeted with friendly faces at the front desk and the joy carries through when the great Austin takes you back and gets you all checked in. Dr. Matt then works his magic and makes you feel like a million bucks! He gets you adjusted properly, checking over everything before sending you on your way feeling great. My chiropractor (Chris) did a great job explaining things to me as he did some adjustments. I was given simple exercises to do at home to reduce the need for frequent adjustments in the future. Without insurance I was only charged $165 for my first visit. I will definitely be continuing with them!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment with Dr. Matthew Casperson at Venture Chiropractic. I felt his assessment of me was thorough from head to toe of my body to determine the best treatment for me. In addition, he wanted to know my lifestyle, habits, likes, and dislikes as well. One of my pet peeves of chiropractors are the unending sessions that continue to happen. Dr. Casperson was different. He informed me with what I need for adjustments, he said, "four sessions, including today". Now, that's an honest and upfront chiropractor. I highly recommend Venture Chiropractic and Dr. Casperson.

He doesn’t drag my treatment on and on for weeks/months at a time. He has worked on problem areas and surgery was not needed

Fantastic experience: Just got done with my appointment with Dr. Chris. As a fellow practitioner in the fitness and health industry, I was very impressed at Chris's attention to detail and how he looked at my body as a whole in regards to the issues I was experiencing instead of only focusing on each individual issue like many practitioners do. In my situation, no one seems to like to deal with the feet when it comes to having hip issues, but Chris took the time and didn't skip over anything. I've also found it common that chiropractors like to just get you in and out quickly and do the same adjustments every time, but Chris has a different mindset. He gave me exercises to do and wasn't so worried about just getting me in for more adjustments as he was about having me understand the issues I'm dealing with and giving me solutions for them. I've been to a handful of chiropractors in the Fargo Moorhead area and can definitely say this has been my best experience so far!

I had a massage appointment today that I had completely forgotten about but desperately needed. When I was done, my massage therapist asked if there were any openings and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes! Always an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: When winter came this year I happen to miss step on ice and tweaked my knee. decided to try them out. I was recommended to go and gave it a try. Dr. Matthew Casper has been nothing but welcoming and listen to me and has helped me out a lot. he adjusted me several times and over the course of my treatment he has help/fixed my issue and put me on path of pain free. Fantastic experience: Let me just start off by saying AMAZING! I’ve gone through 3 other chiropractors in Fargo and it doesn’t even compare. Dr. Kinzie Koch has taken care of me every time I go in there and the service is amazing. She’s always super nice and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’ve always had issues with my back but ever since I’ve had Dr. Koch as my Chiropractor, I’ve had no issues with my back. The whole place is awesome and has good vibes. Everyone is always very nice!

Negative experience: Had both hips twisted and both sides were painful. First time came here. Dr. Kinzie Koch gave me an exam. But after the exam she did not tell me what was going on as what I expected. It seems that she just went through all the questions as the procedure. She is very very nice. After the first time adjustment, my left hip felt better, but not my right side. She told me that it might be well at night for my right side. I have been to chiropractic before. I know after they adjust each time, it will feel better right away. Good thing is after I requested her to do one more time for my right side, she did so and the pain was gone. Next time I probably will go to a more experience man who also has more power to adjust. The front desk and the doctor gave me the feeling that they are too commercial. They tried to ask me to buy the third party insurance that can give the patient 20% each time. The exam cost $105 and the adjustment cost $55. It would make sense to pay $49 to buy the third party insurance if I need to go there multiple times. But it will not go through our own insurance. Most of the places send their invoice to the insurance first and then collect the payment from the patient later. However, they asked me to pay the full payment right away if I don't buy the third party insurance. And then the front desk said after I paid it today she would submit it to my insurance. I was in hurry to leave for another appointment. They could not let me go before I make a payment. During the talk with the front desk about the payment, the doctor came to check twice. It seems that I would not pay for it at all. I have never unpaid for any service I had before. Did not have a good impression here. Fantastic experience: Dr. Melanie came recommended by a friend, but I will still nervous to bring my 7 week old baby to the chiropractor. Our experience was absolutely amazing!!! Dr. Melanie took time to get to know us and just talked before even touching the baby. She was SO gentle during her exam and didn’t do any manipulation without asking first. It was crazy to see how much a small amount of pressure relaxed the baby because she instantly felt better. We were sent home with some stretching exercises to do and will go back in a week. Dr. Melanie said up front that she doesn’t believe that infants require long term chiropractic care, so I knew we weren’t going to be tricked into a million visits. Before we even got home, Dr. Melanie had sent an e-mail with an explanation and overview of the exercises, because as a new mom, she knows that we can’t remember things!! Great care at Venture….go visit them!!

Fantastic experience: We recently saw Dr Melanie for a chiropractic adjustment for our 1 month old baby. The experience was fantastic! The front desk staff and building were lovely! I was not sure what to expect from an infant adjustment but Dr Melanie explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with what she was doing. She showed me stretches to do at home and made sure my goals were met and hers were explained as well. I received a follow-up email with further explanation of stretches to share with my husband. Overall, it was a phenomenal first experience at Venture & I was so impressed by how warm & gentle our provider was.
