Fantastic experience: My entire process was stellar. The receptionist did a phenomenal job easing my worry as a first time patient. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Alexis's lovely smile and warming personality. Dr. Ames greeted me and exceeded my expectations! He worked an absolute miracle on my once achy body. After a very thorough explanation of my X-rays he proceeded with a very gentle yet effective adjustment that blew my mind!!! It was my very first adjustment and I am definitely counting down the days until my next appointment. 10/10 Everytime!! Thanks again Dr. Ames!

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience. From the lady at the front desk who took my vitals & X-rays, To the nurse practitioner and the doctor. I have never been to a chiropractor before, but they made me feel welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: Unfortunately never got to see any of the chiropractors here, but the receptionist I saw today gave me such so much attitude and made me feel so awful that gaurenteed I'll never go back.

Fantastic experience: I went in and had some less than good X-rays. The Staff and Drs alike are more than pleasant to see. Dr Ames has does wonders with my problem areas (lower back and neck). No longer do I live, let alone wake up, with agonizing pains/ sleep has gotten so much better. I can't say enough good things about the Van Dyke office. Everytime I come in I'm greeted with smiles and leaving with a laugh. Thank you guys so much for the new lease on life.

Fantastic experience: I've been to numerous chiropractors and this is the best chiropractic care! I'm very fortunate to have found Dr. Tonya Beltran. I came to her years ago in severe pain and she has changed my life in patiently helping me to recover back injuries and sustain a healthy alignment. I couldn't ask for a better health professional - she takes her time during each visit and thoughtfully answers questions with consideration and care. The office staff and physical therapists are equally as wonderful; it's always a pleasant interaction and I find everyone willing to help. Fantastic experience: I've been to nearly 10 different chiropractors with varying results, and I'm happy to say that I finally found one who is helping with my pains and misalignments. Far too often, I've described my issues to a doctor and felt like they listened, only to get an adjustment that wasn't focused on what we had talked about and didn't proceed relief. This is NOT the case with Dr. Ames. He is fantastic. He listens well and approaches chiropractic work with the patient in mind. Each visit has helped with pain relief, and he's helped me with a self care routine of exercises that I've seen him 5 times, and plan to continue. Total Health is a great business, but Dr Ames is wonderful. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Receptionists were friendly and polite. They answered my questions that I had. Leo my physical therapist took time and asked questions about my injury. Only 1 session so far but I believe they will help me in my recovery. I'm giving a update on my physical therapy. Been going for almost 2 weeks now and everybody I have talk to is very outgoing and willing to listen to me even if I'm not thier patient. Today's physical therapy was with Brittany. She is a very good therapist. She didn't rush took her time with todays session. Thanks. I will be completing my 12 weeks of physical therapy today. I want to thank Brittany and Leo for the excellent service. You both are very talented in your profession. You have helped me so much in my recovery. I have learned new exercises that I can do to help with the continuing healing process. Fantastic experience: Had a visit with Dr. Beltran for pain in my chest and an adjustment. The pain is relived quiet a bit from her adjustment she did on me. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Wound recommend to others for services.

Fantastic experience: I usually don't leave 5 stars for anybody. But they were very nice. The girl at the front desk (lela I think her name is) was very giggly. That was comforting. I was in and out. As of right now I will rate 4 stars. But if they get my paper work into my work then they definitely get the 5 stars. Good job guys.

Negative experience: I had five more appointments but after my visit on Thursday 15 2023 Friday the 16 I was in a lot of pain from my neck going down my left leg. Never had any problems with pain in my neck or my leg the Therapy I got from Leo what's good But the Chiropractor I'm not happy with..... Due to the new pain! I am having in my neck and leg I had to cancel the rest of my appointments.

Fantastic experience: I always have a wonderful experience whenever I get my adjustments. My first visit was a year ago, I was unable to walk 3 steps without excruciating pain. My doctor is Tonya Beltran and now Im able to walk around the block and enjoys some normality in life with everyday activities. This location is on Van Dkye. The team is friendly and professional, and they work together for the care of their patients. I have increase my exercise routine to 30 minute of cycling and 1mile on the treadmill this month June 2024

Fantastic experience: This place is great. I have seen a lot of chiropractors and Dr. Beltran is the best one I have seen. She really takes her time to treat me. Dr. Holly is great too and she helped me get physical therapy for my neck and shoulder. Finally I don't have to suffer in terrible pain every day anymore. The front desk staff is always nice. I like the hmong girl she's really nice. The physical therapists Leo and Brittany can help you get back in shape and they are really down to earth so they will get to know you as a person. They are remodeling the place too so it will look better in the future!

Fantastic experience: The staff were very helpful and sweet. Everything was done in a timely manner. I’ve been to sports medicine doctors, rheumatologist, pain management doctors and physical therapy and I don’t believe any of them really listened to me when I told them what I was going through. Fantastic experience: Impressed with the professional manner, and how lovely and caring everyone is at the Center Line location. The female chiropractor Dr. Beltran has outstanding, superb chiropractic skills, and techniques that were much more effective than any other chiropractor my husband and I have been treated by in Michigan. She's that incredible. Thorough, caring, concerned about her patients, will help you immensely. She says she wants to make sure you feel better and will untighten the muscles and locked in nerves so you'll be feeling much better. She took excellent care of me, and my husband, helped ease up chronic pain, tension, aches and pains from sciatica pain, pinched nerves, tight muscles, locked in nerves in my neck, back, hips, legs and eased up my chronic miserable pain. It was so relaxing and healing for a first adjustment with use of a stimulator tool that chiropractors use that released pain and increased some movement, some of it felt like a light massage and it targeted inflammation and some pain decreased. They take the insurance we have, wellcare. Thank you everyone . We're so grateful for your help.

Negative experience: First time going to this location. Had to get x-rays and was asked to take my necklace off so I placed it on the table with keys and phone. When x-rays were complete I grabbed my phone and keys (necklace was not there so forgot about it). Finished my visit and went about my day. Later realized I didn't have my necklace on but was odd that it wasn't where I left it by my phone and keys. I called up to the office to see if my necklace was there the lady said no. I know for a fact it had to be there either still in the x-rays room(maybe fell on the floor) or the employee that x-rays me took it. I searched the x-rays room no necklace so I ended up calling the police out to make a statement he went to look for my necklace as well and said it was nowhere to be found. He took the employees name down and made a report and I went home to take it as a loss. 10 minutes later I received a call from the police that they have my necklace...I hope the employee gets fired!
We would like to apologize that this situation escalated in this manner. After your appointment, our manager found a necklace in the x-ray room and did try to contact you, ultimately leaving a voicemail at the contact number we have on file, to confirm it was yours. The necklace was placed in an envelope with your name on it and stored pending confirmation. The fact that the necklace was in an envelope at the front desk was not communicated to the other staff immediately. That is what led to the short term lack of knowledge about the location of the necklace. We are truly sorry for the lack of communication between our team members as to where your property was stored.
