The office is clean and the staff is very efficient. They take the added time to explain what they are doing and what to expect with aftercare. Heidi even personally sends texts to check in on recovery. My childcare fell through one day and her amazing staff helped by entertaining my 2 year old so I did not have to reschedule my apt and could still get my filler. Fantastic experience: I wanted to let you know that Heidi is very experienced and taught me things I did not know re: Botox placement. I appreciate her attention to the detail of how your muscles move and why my face looks the way it does (hope that makes sense). She injected Botox into muscles that I’ve never had done before and my results are great. This was my first visit to R & H. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to see her and I am going to be a regular patient!

Fantastic experience: PaC Heidi Young is an outstanding provider. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge about the body and aesthetics. I felt very welcomed each time I have visited her by the front desk and other people providing care. It is an amazing experience to see a medical professional that knows how to hear your individual medical experiences and desires to maintain your body in a healthy and feel heard and understood all at the same time. Fantastic experience: First and foremost, this review backs up all the other glowing, positive reviews as I can safely say my experience exceeded my expectations for R+H Aesthetic Medicine!!! A little backstory. I began getting neuromodulator injections in 2022. Without doing a lot of shopping around/research, I ended up going to a business that I’ll keep nameless. They are a chain and have many locations and in my mind seemed reputable. Seeing as I was new, I was fairly naive as far as what to expect and fell victim to a lot of pushy sales tactics but was a good customer and for the most part, was happy with the results for the first year. I frequently bought banks at a time to get the best value. After about a year is when all the problems began to start. Without giving too many details, I got burned by their finance program as well as incorrectly billed for the wrong neuromodulator injections(without my knowledge or consent) that caused many issues that eventually they “fixed”. However, several months later they backtracked and stated they had no record of the fix and tried to place the blame on me. After dealing with corporate, there was an agreement to wipe the slate involving me giving up units that were supposed to be available and not leaving me responsible for the incorrect units. Needless to say it was a very stressful ordeal to work through and had no desire to return. With that being said the trust was gone and I needed to find a new location. After many months of researching, I discovered R+H Aesthetic Medicine. I was drawn by all the positive reviews as well as that they offered Dysport. When I began my journey, Dysport was the neuromodulator I originally wanted to start with and felt I would need to make a switch due to building up a tolerance to Botox/Xeomin. The unit prices weren’t overinflated and matched everywhere else I could find that offered it, if not cheaper. The office location is beautiful, majestic and feels like a doctor’s office of the finest caliber as opposed to a med spa. I was booked with Joni, and was excited based on the reviews I had read about her. Upon meeting Joni, she radiated a calm and professional energy, eager to hear what my concerns/goals were. At no point did I feel pushed to purchase anything unnecessary as well as I felt heard in what my ideal outcome was with Dysport treatment. As opposed to other injectors just looking at a diagram of the facial muscles, Joni is truly an artist in visualizing and understanding your specific anatomy and goes above and beyond to make sure each unit is meticulously used. The injections were painless and hardly felt anything. You can tell how much she enjoys what she does, as she wants to be certain you’re satisfied with the results. I think it goes without saying that when you’ve had bad experiences, it’s such a rewarding feeling having someone as talented as she is. She really knows what she is doing and a master at her craft. I went in for a 2 week follow-up at her recommendation and had a few areas that needed some extra units. She was foremost apologetic for the initial treatment not being sufficient, but was quick and calculative in knowing where to precisely add the additional units necessary. Not only that, but I mentioned some symmetry issues that were occurring in my brows which would happen frequently with past injections, since I also have a brow lift done. As opposed to past injectors who brushed it aside, she understood what could be done to bring balance/alignment and had no issues correcting it. Most of all, Joni truly made me feel cared for, valued, and the desire for me to be happy. It’s been a few days and everything looks perfect! Joni/R+H Aesthetic Medicine are a gem and have earned my trust and continual business for life. I look forward to future visits as well as trying other treatments I’ve been interested in with them! Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was looking to get lip filler. There was fantastic communication from the concierge, Skyler, trying to get me in for an appointment. She was just as friendly and welcoming on arrival. The offices themselves are gorgeous, very clean and with nice views of the trees. Helps take the edge off getting needles poked into your lips over and over. :) This was my first time getting filler and Heidi made the process as easy as possible. Fantastic experience: My sister referred me to R+H because she was so happy with her lip filler, and I am SO glad she did! I received the same procedure by Heidi, who also did hers. I am SO happy with my results, and the experience was just as great. Heidi is so nice and informative. She and her staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident. The receptionist greeted us upon arrival, and even remembered my sister by name because she remembered her. The medical assistant who got me set up was wonderful and informative as well. Fantastic experience: I have been here twice now for Botox and have nothing but incredible things to say. My first consultation was with Joni who also did my Botox that day. She listened thoughtfully to my concerns and talked me through my best options. The results were fantastic. The entire staff are welcoming and make sure you know they are always available for any concerns. My second appointment was today with Sanaz. She too was fantastic and even say one tiny stop that might benefit from treatment to give my forehead better results. I can’t wait to see how it turns out. Fantastic experience: The whole process from scheduling to procedure was easy. Everyone in the office was so nice & helpful they made me feel very comfortable. The office itself is clean and beautiful and the before/after photos scrolling on the screens are very diverse, you see a wide range of procedures that are available and product information. I felt like my provider was very thorough and she made sure we were on the same page with everything even before offering a quote. I will definitely go back & recommend them to friends.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Heidi for 3, going on 4yrs now. I refuse to see anyone else! She has so much knowledge and talent! She always answers my questions, gives me the best advice, and has a full understanding of my goals. I have received Botox, Dysport and lip filler from her and will be having other skin treatments done as well. Plus the spa….it is STUNNING! Every thing is clean, amazing design and the staff is always so kind and helpful! Also, take note of the smell. When you walk into the spa there is a very distinct wonderful smell and it’s only there. So when you walk in your brain automatically hits that sense and you know it’s going to be a good day! It’s almost nostalgic!

Fantastic experience: Sanaz was my “artist” I call her that for her amazing knowledge on just what you need to look your best. The entire place is very clean and the staff make you feel truly important and make you feel very comfortable and explain all pricing as well as what to expect very well. I had 6 syringes of Juvederm Voluma Xc filler and will return to this highly competent staff. Thanks to Sanez I feel so good about this decision.

I literally just went because my Drs office is on the same street so I had no clue what I was getting into but let me tell you I felt so taken care of. It’s my 30th this week the whole week has been icky so all I wanted was some Birthday ‘tox! They made it such a chill little visit, worked with my budget & we’re so comprehensive/gentle. Fantastic experience: Had my first session with Joni today, never had Botox before this(I just turned 30). Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and very experienced. I never thought I would get Botox as I was always so against it and just thought it just wasn't for me. However, having had a baby 2 years ago, I noticed my face had aged and I just didn't feel/look like myself anymore. I had done my research prior to coming in and I was gifted a gift card to their establishment by good friends of mine. I am so excited to see my results from today's appointment! Fantastic experience: From the moment I called to schedule a consultation, I was very impressed with R+H. I was telling my boyfriend how professional Skyler, the Patient Concierge, was and how it is refreshing to work with someone like that. One of my pet peeves is calling a business and being given poor customer service right away. This was not like that at all. I purchased 3 sessions of IPL at a reasonable price at my consultation. (Discount for buying a package, but that really is the only way to go. Typically these treatments are not a one and done.) Every time I have had an appointment or session, I received an after care text the following day. Just another added bonus of great customer service. On a side note, I was originally scheduled to see Joni Tran, but she was going to be out of the office for my first 2 sessions. So, my first two treatments were with Heidi. I have already seen the results that were expected from just 2 sessions of IPL, and I am happy. I will add that this was my first time at R+H and my first time having IPL. But, I have been to plenty of medical spas and know what to look for when getting any type of treatments. Other places I have visited have felt unprofessional and even had offices which were cold and outdated. This particular location in Roseville is really beautiful and relaxing. I feel like the entire team has been friendly, not pushy, and understood my needs. I have one more IPL treatment to go, and I will give them my business if I need anything else.
