Fantastic experience: GoTime has been awesome! I was nervous to start working out in my late 40’s since I have never worked out. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome to the gym as a rookie. When I started out I was struggling to bend down and tie my shoes and really feeling tired and out of shape. After 8 months i am more flexible than I have been my entire adult life and I have been able to increase the weight I’m working out with to over 300 lbs in some sets. Month after month replacing body fat with muscle. The nutrition program has really helped to get me on a path of eating better also. Fantastic experience: Thrilled I took the initiative in responding to an offer online. I opted for the semi private training which has no more then 6 people. Caleb does an excellent job in explaining, shows by doing and provides alternatives if an individual has injuries or medical issues. After 6 weeks I've gained muscle mass & lost fat. Remember, it doesn't matter your age it's taking the first step to better your health and well being.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at Go Time Fitness for over 3 months. Caleb is an extraordinary trainer with the right mix of push and encouragement. I will be 74 years old this year, and I am not aspiring to be in the Senior Olympics. I just want to remain as strong and flexible as possible. Caleb and the entire GoTime staff are providing a great environment for me to do that. PS: Caleb really understands how the human muscular/skeletal system works much like a physical therapist. His advanced degrees in psychology contribute to him being a well rounded professional trainer.
Fantastic experience: I am really not into working out, but realize that strength training is good for my health and wellness. Having a personal trainer to guide me and hold me accountable is exactly what I need, and what I experience with Caleb at GoTime. Fantastic experience: GoTime Training has helped me regain, grow, and maintain muscle mass and strength that I once had in my late teens and early twenties. My goal is to put on muscle and increase flexibility. I have been attending training sessions with Skylor over the last year and a half. He designed a program specifically for me to achieve these goals. His dedication to detail, encouragement, personality, knowledge of the human body and muscle groups, and safety produces results. Fantastic experience: I went back to to GoTime after some personal time off in October 2019, my main focus was to increase my golf game, flexibility and mobility. Skylor and I really developed a plan to help with my core function, lower body and a lot of hips to really implement into my golf game. In October 2019 my 7-iron swing speed was 81mph, fast forward 3 months to January 2020, I went and got fitted for new irons, my new 7-iron swing speed was 88mph, and in June 2020 at a recent lesson, my current 7-iron swing speed was 92mph. This is a direct result of the workouts Skylor created for me, specifically designed for my golf game and the weight loss process/journey. GoTime Training is a one of kind facility with people who truly care about YOUR wants/needs and they are there to really help you achieve your goals from day 1. Thank you Shannon and Skylor.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at Go Time for about 6 years now. This has been the best place I have found for working out. The staff is awesome! The facility is new and very spacious and we'll laid out. I have worked with several trainers here and have really enjoyed all of their knowledge, experience and professionalism. As I age I set a goal to not get weaker, so my trainers created a workout routine tailored to my goals to help me stay strong. I have to admit it has been working very well as I keep getting stronger as each year passes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great workout with great staff and a dedicated owner. Thanks GO TIME!!!

Fantastic experience: Prior to coming to Go Time I had 2 back surgeries and a shoulder surgery and was in need of strengthening my body to help recover and also prevent further injuries. I’ve been a member at Go Time for over 4 years now and I am very thankful for the training I’ve received. It’s improved my quality of life and has given me the tools I need to continue to strengthen & conditioning my body on my own.

Fantastic experience: Before joining, I had already been working out 6 days a week for a few years. I was in good shape, but not gaining muscle like I had hoped to do. I knew that I wasn’t maximizing my efforts, but I didn’t know what I was doing wrong. I also knew that I needed training, but I felt stuck because I was not able to commit to a full-time trainer. Luckily, I found GoTime Training. They put together a program for me that allows me to continue my normal workouts as well as consistently learn and improve through working out once a week with Caleb, meeting with Jennifer once a week to focus on nutrition, and meeting with Luann every 6 weeks for an assessment. I am just shy of 4 months into the program and I am seeing gains already. I have learned so much, especially nutrition wise that I will continue to build on. I’ve never seen a gym with so much flexibility in their programs. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

Fantastic experience: Since joining at the end of June, I have not had any regrets. Every time I come, I look forward to it and feel like I am getting my money's worth. Signing up was easy, and I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Although I was initially concerned about having a hectic schedule, I discovered that there are sessions available throughout the day. I have even gone on Saturdays a few times to get my workout in. My advice for others is to find a recurring session and trainer that works for them. Personally, I highly recommend Caleb! Just do it, you wont regret it.
Fantastic experience: I just started here beginning of July, I have never done any type of training EVER, but this place is great! I actually look forward to working out and I have never been able to say that. There is never any judgement and I have already seen great results not only with my body but, my sleep, mental health and overall well being. I would say if you are thinking about joining, DO IT and change your life !
Fantastic experience: I have been personal training with Alex for the past nine months. He is an incredible trainer and very knowledgeable. He pushes me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing, but also knows my limitations. Not only do I feel stronger than I did when I started, but I’ve also gained confidence in myself inside and outside of the gym. I worked with Jennifer on nutrition for the first couple of months as well. She is also incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to and provided me with easy to follow articles regarding nutrition. She doesn’t put you on a restrictive diet, she more so provides you with information so that you can tailor your daily meals to fit your lifestyle, which was beyond helpful. If you are looking for a place to not only workout, but also change your lifestyle, schedule a consultation at GoTime. The hardest part is making the phone call and walking through the doors for the first time. Once you do that, I promise you will be so happy you did!

Fantastic experience: Started the 6 week challenge to get my health and body back to a healthy place. All staff have been super welcoming, attentive to each person’s fitness levels, and encouraging at all times. Shout out to Kick, Punch, POW! Not only have I lost weight, decreased body fat, and increased muscle mass…my flexibility and mobility has increased incredibly. GoTime is a great place to workout and meet supportive people.
Fantastic experience: I started at GoTime about 5 wks ago and was at a point in my life where my health was headed a bad direction. I signed up for the 18 month transformation and since starting with the semi-private sessions, I have felt so much better and it has changed not only my physical health, but my mental outlook and mood! Everyone is so encouraging and positive here! There's nothing like walking into a fitness center and being greeted by name and with a smile and words of encouragement! I look forward to my sessions and have already increased them from 3 to 4 times a week! Can't wait to see more changes!
Fantastic experience: GoTime is not your typical gym. The trainers there are highly-trained, professional fitness experts who are also friendly and personable. They do a great job of catering to their clients' needs. As a person who works in healthcare, I appreciate their clinical approach to health and fitness. I have been going since the beginning of the year and this is the most consistent I have ever been with exercise. My trainer, Caleb, is excellent. He's like a coach, personal trainer, and physical therapist all in one. He makes sure I get the most out of every workout. I am much stronger and just feel better overall. My workouts are challenging, but manageable. Never in my life did I think I would look forward to going to the gym, but here I am.
Fantastic experience: I do private training and semi private training with Alex. He is top notch: knowledgeable, tough, and encouraging. He works within my abilities but challenges me and pushes me to be better, making me stronger and increasing my endurance. I see progress every week in what I can do.
Positive experience: I was nervous when I first signed up for GoTime. I quickly began to love the group time workouts and was sore in places I didn’t even know I could be sore in! The workouts are different every day which I love. It never gets boring. Everyone at the gym is super friendly and learns your name and tells you good morning every day. I’ve lost 27 pounds in my first seven weeks and I can’t wait to see how much further I can go! My advice to anyone starting out would be to just take a chance and do it. I was skeptical at first but I’m so glad I signed up in March!
Fantastic experience: After having two babies and putting my exercise on hold for way too long I made the leap and signed up for the 6-week challenge. I was absolutely out of shape and terrified to start working out. But this was the boost I have been needing mentally and physically. I lost 20.8 pounds in 6 weeks, changed my mindset on nutrition and followed the plan! It was so easy and amazing how quickly my body changed. I absolutely love the trainers who make my 5 am workouts fun. They’re incredibly friendly and helpful. I have decided to join on as a member and have many more goals I look forward to crushing!
Fantastic experience: Andrew is a fantastic trainer and now also a friend! He is a true professional who really knows what he is doing and what specific plan of exercises is right for me. He keeps my personal goals in mind and makes each workout fun! While I do not love gyms I keep coming back to GoTime 3 days a week for workouts with Andrew that are challenging but at the same time relaxing and stress relieving.
Fantastic experience: Came in post knee scope and hip replacement looking for more rehab/strengthening help. Liked what we saw & committed to semi-private sessions that day. 6 weeks later we are already seeing more muscle, less fat, less weight. Have worked individually with trainers Alex, Andrew, and Caleb, as well as, nutritionist Jennifer. The staff are dedicated professionals working to help develop plans and implement effective, safe physical activities. We are both in late 60's so it can be done. GWM
Fantastic experience: I was hesitant when I started. This was a new experience as I had never participated in a strength training and nutrition program. But with the help of Jennifer, Alex, Andrew and Caleb leading me, I am more confident about achieving my goals. Fantastic experience: I was interested in nutrition coaching. Jennifer and Steven have been a joy to work with. It’s not a cookie cutter plan they truly take the time to figure out what works best for your schedule and foods that work. The weekly check ins and body scans are the accountability I needed. Couldn’t recommend enough for people of all fitness levels. Give them a shot!

Fantastic experience: For years, I had a regular workout routine and I enjoyed having a workout "buddy". As I aged, I had some joint replacements, injuries, etc which ruined my motivation and I found myself finding excuses to skip workouts and eventually started other unhealthy dietary habits. Through a friend, I decided to visit GoTimeTraining and I was really excited with the concepts, the facility, and the people I met almost instantly. When I first started, I had to modify literally EVERY exercise. This was done with help from the trainers and I soon learned what I could and couldn't do easily. As I started getting stronger, I noticed a huge difference in the way I felt, how I slept, and the daily decisions I made (mostly around diet). Although I am only working out twice a week, I have gained significant muscle mass and I continue to lose pounds of fat. Although I am far from "liking" myself in the mirror, I am surprised at what 8 weeks has done so far. I find that I don't look for excuses to NOT workout, but I crave more. I have found I can make healthy eating (and drinking) choices and I don't feel hungry. I haven't had to give up things I like to eat either. I love the way I am sleeping and waking up. I look forward to a long relationship with GoTimeTraining and I would encourage anyone who is skeptical to simply visit the facility and talk with the trainers.

Fantastic experience: Over the last several years I had been putting on weight and I started to feel sluggish and tired and even the little things were becoming more difficult to accomplish. I knew I needed to do something and I had run out of excuses as my kids we both off to college. I ended up at Go Time Training and was a great decision. I knew nothing about training but the team has walked me thru every step of the way and everyone makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff knew my name in the first week and are great in ensuring the right form, making adjustments and providing encouragement. I lost 2% body fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle in the first 6 weeks. I’m still early in my journey but already have more energy and I now enjoy and look forward to going to training. Fantastic experience: When I first started at Go Time, I was apprehensive and didn't think I could do the work. But very quickly into my time, I found out that not only could I do the work, but the community of people were so much better. Everyone is each others fan on this journey! In my time of working with Caleb and Andrew, I've noticed that I have more stamina than I did before I started, and I can do things I used to do in my younger days. I owe all my success to them and Jennifer, the nutritionist, for putting me on the right path to success. If you're on the fence about whether to join Go Time...don't be. Fantastic experience: I started at GoTime in June 2022. I travel for work so I am out of town 3-4 days a week, the schedule at GoTime is perfect for me. In the short time I have been a client I have noticed that my balance is improved, I have more energy and I just feel better in general. Meeting with Jennifer, the nutrition coach, has been beneficial in many aspects of my life, including implementing healthy eating habits, healthy sleep habits and understanding how foods and nutrients affect my body. My trainer Luan has customized a training program based on my personal goals that I discussed with him. Luan is supportive and makes my workout fun. Fantastic experience: When I 1st started with go time training I was sluggish and uncomfortable in my own skin. Fantastic experience: At 57, I knew I wanted to make some changes in my physical well-being. A friend suggested Go Time Training, and I am so glad she did. Great people, great trainers, great facilities, and great, personalized programs to help me reach the goals I have set for myself. Because of this, in my first six weeks, I have lost 11.7 lbs of body fat, dropping my percent body fat by 4.2%, and lost 2 inches off my waist. I have gained 3 lbs of muscle, increased my flexibility, and have made very noticeable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and balance. Fantastic experience: I was a client at GoTime Training about 6 years ago and enjoyed positive results but a new job, busy life and lack of motivation took me away. I have tried SO many "diets" and even built a small work out area in my home during COVID but found I lacked the motivation to be accountable. With a history of one knee replacement and a back injury three years ago I was concerned for safety as well. That's when I remembered GoTime training. I love the semi-private training- it's a small group (6-7 people max) with individual work out plans designed specifically for their needs and goals under a trainer's supervision. These trainers are watching and coaching for proper form while encouraging and adapting along the way to keep you motivated and safe. They offer individual nutrition coaching as the other half of the program to help identify and direct healthy eating for a lifetime and not just a "diet" including recipes and menus with REAL foods. At the end of my first six weeks I only lost 1/2 lb per the scale but I lost 4% body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle so, an absolute WIN-WIN and turns out I had to actually eat MORE to get here. At 57 years young I want my senior years to be the healthiest years yet and with GoTime I believe I will accomplish this!

Fantastic experience: I knew I needed to make some nutrition and activity level changes in my life. After moving our family 3 hours away to a new community last summer and losing my mom suddenly last fall, my physical health was not a priority. After seeing my husband having great success with GoTime, I was so excited for him but also a tad jealous. While I’ve worked out with cardio, I just didn’t see results I wanted. So I was hesitant to join another gym. Strength training is very approachable! After just a few sessions at the gym, I found myself getting exciting to go work out! Who thinks that?! I appreciate having a workout customized to my goals and body needs. I appreciate the constant feedback from the coaches throughout the sessions. I deeply value the nutrition lessons and accountability. After just 6 weeks working out 2-3 times a week, I can comfortably fit in pants that I’ve barely squeezed into for the past 2 years! SUCCESS!

Fantastic experience: I have really appreciated the Health Coaching I have been a part of at Go Time. They have helped me set goals and achieve them until they become a new part of my life. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a gym in years and I was searching for a place to get fit/lose weight when my chiropractor recommended GoTime. I had been having a lot of aches and pains, plus I needed to take a few pounds off. This seriously is the easiest program I have ever done to drop some pounds and keep it off. I go to semi private training 2 times/week, group classes every now and then and nutrition counseling. I used to work out (hard cardio) 6 days/week years ago to get results, but 2 days/wk at GoTime, plus watching what I eat is all I need. I have been going there about 10 months and have lost weight/inches/body fat and am lifting more than I ever thought I could. I have been maintaining my goal weight for several months using the tools Jennifer taught me (not needing to chart food anymore). Kelsey and the other trainers are amazing at pushing us right when we need it! They do assessments every 6 weeks and really listen to what you want and adjust your program to your latest goals. My abs are sore from my new program this week, but I told Kelsey I wanted to tone up my midsection- be careful what you ask for. The atmosphere at GT is so positive and the staff is the best!

Fantastic experience: When I came back to GoTime, it was like a never left. The trainers are highly qualified, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to gyms where the "meatheads" takeover the equipment. I've been to the newest fad "cult" gyms. Both have their place and that place is far away from me. Fantastic experience: GoTime has helped me change my lifestyle in a great way. Ive been a client there for almost 4 months now and have lost a significant amount of fat while at the same time gaining muscle mass. Jennifer helped me get my nutrition in line during the first 12 weeks and Sean has been a great trainer to work with the whole time. Fantastic experience: Amazing place! The trainers and staff are super knowledgeable, Jennifer is always super friendly and a great nutritionist. Sean and Kasey in particular are fantastic trainers who are so positive and supportive! When I first started at GoTime I was always tired, my back hurt and had arms that were as strong as cooked spaghetti. I had no idea what the heck I was doing. With their guidance over the last four months, I have way more energy! My back pain has lessened and I've gotten better sleep because of it. I'm SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than I was before, and I dropped two pant sizes to boot with Sean, Kasey, and Jennifer's advice! Fantastic experience: I started at GoTime about a year and a half after a horrific accident nearly severed my right foot. For several months prior to me entering their gym, I was trying with very little success to rebuild strength in my right leg. I had no idea what I was doing. It was pretty clear that I needed help from a professional that could guide me through that process without the danger of re-injuring myself or causing some sort of other damage. I was very impressed with the in-depth interview process. The staff at GoTime wanted to know a lot about my injury and my goals and were genuinely concerned with providing the best tools for recovery as possible. I was then paired up with my new trainer. Sean had taken a very methodical approach to my training. In my initial sessions, I was evaluated and had a hard time with most movements involving my legs, and since I couldn’t support much more than my body weight, I also had a hard lifting in general. Even simple squats without weight posed a problem and I couldn’t do it without holding onto something for stability. Sean designed workouts that began very rudimentary and progressed over time. He attentively coached me through as well as providing me with plans that I could work on at home, between my in-person training sessions. Since joining the GoTime family, I’ve been able to do things that I thought wouldn’t be possible for me again. Aside from achieving greater strength and mobility in my bad leg, I’ve gotten stronger all the way around. I’ve made impressive gains in muscle mass and still lost over 15lbs. to date. I would recommend GoTime to anyone. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and in tune with the members. I would especially recommend the clean and well equipped facility and services to those in physical recovery and in need of guidance to reach or go beyond their goals. It’s been a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Caleb at GoTime Training has been a game changer for me. When I came to GoTime, I was unhealthy, anxious, and certain that I was hopeless. Since being there, I've lost weight, gotten stronger, and have noticed a distinct change in my patterns of depression and anxiety. Caleb isn't just concerned with how much weight I've lost or how much I can lift- he is genuinely concerned about me as a human being. Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to join "another gym" but this is NOT just a gym. The GoTime staff focuses on individual's needs and the attention I have received is above and beyond anything I've experienced in other health club facilities. In just a few months I have not only become stronger and more flexible but I actually look forward to working out and pushing myself to become better. The nutritional guidance I've received through Jennifer has been fantastic and she's helped me understand what my body needs. All classes are scheduled with safe distancing in mind and the facility is very clean and organized. Fantastic experience: Over the years I have tried to get healthy. I tried all the talked about diets. I always put the weight back on and starved on expensive diet food. Also, none of these diets incorporated working out or showed me how to properly workout. When I started looking into getting a personal trainer my requirements were to find someone who didn’t judge, was encouraging, motivating, and would take the time to properly show me how to workout. I also wanted assistance with nutrition. I found GoTime and after spending several minutes on their website I decided what the heck! I sent in a inquiry and was contacted within a day. I had an awesome tour and meet/greet. After seeing the gym and staff I felt this was were I needed to be. I joined and am now 4 weeks into my individualized program. They take the time to assess you now, hear your goals and then create, train, and support you on your individualized program. I do the semi-private sessions 2x a week. They are small in size and everyone is doing their own workout. There is a trainer there to encourage, support and assist as needed. Nutrition meetings are one-on-one. We create a individualized nutrition plan. The best part is you can still eat normal food and your don’t starve! I have lost 20 pounds as of today. I feel more confident in working out and actually enjoy going to the gym. Definitely recommend GoTime!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to GoTime for almost 6 months and have really enjoyed working with the trainers as well as having the nutrition coaching! The trainers and my nutrition coach are not only very personable but very knowledgeable. The workouts are always different and there are a variety of workout times to choose from. My nutrition coach keeps me motivated and is a great help with planning healthy meals. I could not have gotten this far in my strength training and weight loss without the guidance and motivation from the GoTime team!

Positive experience: When I first began at Go Time I was excited to see what the future held and excited to see what this gym had to offer! My results have been great so far in the program. It's comfortable for all ages, and really keeps it tight knit. The contracts can be a little daunting however if you aren't looking for long term membership or flexibility. However when I told them I had a 2 month internship they were more than understanding and simply paused the pay for two months so that I wouldn't lose out on that money!

Fantastic experience: I came to Go Time already running half marathons. But I had hit a plateau with weight loss and decreasing my mile time. Within my first 6 weeks I have dropped near 10lbs, improved my running time by almost 1 minute. I am so glad I have gone with Go Time. I have enjoyed being able to do my own personalized work outs with a semi private setting and having the flexibility to make the sessions work with my schedule. Fantastic experience: All of the trainers are really helpful. Sean made me a personalized workout for the YMCA that helped me find out what to do and work on my own and helped me figure how to properly maintain my diet and is very knowledgeable in the workouts. Jelly is very energetic and fun to be around and pushes you to your limits so you can get stronger. Fantastic experience: We joined GoTime right after the restrictions were lifted in May. We had gotten out of our routine, and like everyone else in 2020 were needing some return to normalcy. We do private training with Caleb 2 to 3 times per week. He listens to what our goals and needs are and will incorporate those into the workouts. It has been great to see our strength, endurance, and confidence increase since May. If your looking to loose weight, build muscle, or overall improve your health this a great training center to join. They have several different options to choose from, but we have really enjoyed the private training sessions.

Fantastic experience: Go Time has helped me reach my fitness goals even as they keep changing. At 56 years old I am strong than I have ever been and able to participate in any activity I want to including things such as obstacle course races. The facility is well maintained and the equipment is always working. All the trainers are willing to take the time to answer questions and provide suggestions for improvement.

Fantastic experience: I started at GoTime after completion of my physical therapy for an injury and wanted to get back to my pre-injured state of movement, strength, and fitness. I decided to do semi-private training where GoTime trainers developed programs for me to achieve my goals. Just like any fitness goals it is not going to happen over night but I saw results not only at a faster pace than expected but also at a steady pace. I am 6months in and I’m still seeing improvements in strength, body fat loss, and technique at all of my assessments. As long as you schedule those times and show up, the trainers will push you to the level that is right for you. To sum up, I am very happy with my experience at GoTime.

Fantastic experience: When I first started at GoTime it was almost three years ago. I was enrolled in one of there FitStart programs, I was 225 and felt horrible. By the time I ended the challenge I was 205 and felt great. I left the gym due to overseas employment and gained all of it back and then some. But thankfully Shannon Dykman kept sending me emails about the different challenges that were coming up. I returned back to GoTime in May of this year. I was 240 and had bad knees and no energy. Thanks to Shannon, Steve,Jake, Sklyer, Angelica, and Casey and the rest of the team there i have lost almost 20 lbs in the 12 week program. I have my energy back my knees don't hurt anymore. Fantastic experience: I am 6 weeks into my GoTime experience. The staff and fellow gym members have all been incredibly helpful. I had steadily gained wait over the last 10 years in my increasingly sedentary lifestyle. Covid was a bit of a wake up call when I realized I was considered high risk due to my weight. Since joining, I have a tailored dynamic program, flexible scheduling options, and a full staff that cares about my results, but also ensuring I do things the right way and avoid injury. Fantastic experience: Nick at Go Time Training is hands down best personal trainer EVER. But seriously. Nick is not only exceedingly good at what any quality trainer is supposed to be good at (knowledge in fitness, health, and exercise not only from a formal education but also through personal experience) but he’s also crazy good at making you feel comfortable, capable, and heard/understood when coming to the gym where most people instead feel intimidated, vulnerable, and judged. When I told Nick I didn’t want to focus on the number on the scale and just go off of how I looked and felt, He was 100% on board and even encouraged it regardless of the fact that it doesn’t necessarily give him the best opportunity to show his progress in training me. I really appreciate that the end goal for us both is that I’m in a good place with myself not just boosting his resume as a personal trainer. I also really appreciate that he continuously pushes me in my workouts. Every set he’s checking in with me on how it felt, where the weight is hitting, what muscle I feel it in, and then adding weight or reps accordingly. I don’t feel like I’m ever not progressing with my workouts because I know he’s making sure I’m doing the most I can every set every time. Nick is incredibly knowledgable with his experience in exercise and lifting but then he takes that and hears what your goals are, pays attention to your limits and capabilities, and then creates a positive space for you to achieve those goals. BEST. TRAINER. EVER.

Fantastic experience: I started private training with Nick Jacobs at GoTime as well as group training about 6 weeks ago. I was super nervous to start. Could I keep up? Could I be committed? Would it make me want to commit? Would I see results? The answer to all four is YES! I was at a personal low when I started and I felt awful about my body and how I’d let it go. In 6 short weeks my pants fit better, I am SO much stronger, and my self esteem is at an all time high. Nick has been awesome to work with! He’s encouraging, knows when to push you and when not to, is super knowledgeable, and is very personable. I would encourage anyone thinking about it to start NOW! Don’t wait! Fantastic experience: When I started at GoTime, I had low energy throughout the day and was probably in the worst physical shape of my life. After completing a 12 week program, I had the following results: - Higher energy levels - Increased range of motion in my shoulders and legs - Weight loss of around 25 pounds - Reduced visceral fat levels (especially in my stomach area) All of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around which makes workouts very enjoyable. Workouts are also designed specifically for you if you sign up for semi-private or private lessons which I found to be nice as I got customized workouts without the hassle of having to plan them myself. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout environment.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined GoTime Training and I am working with two personal trainers, Anjelica and Nick. A few weeks into my training, I injured my back at home. Anjelica immediately identified the problem area and customized my workouts to target the area in ways that helped it heal while modifying exercises that might aggravate the injury. Anjelica and Nick worked together to make sure I was still challenged during my workouts while healing. I’m happy to say, in about a week, my back was feeling great!! Fantastic experience: So far I have really enjoyed the 1 on 1 attention to detail. It seemed the staff really cared about my goals and the work I wanted to do on myself. The nutrition/body analysis portion seemed scary, but was not overwhelming. Once I sat down with Jennifer and we discussed my habits and goals, it all seemed very attainable. Small group sessions are fun and motivating. Corrections to form and emphasis on getting the most out of the time together is motivation to keep going back.

Fantastic experience: Was super apprehensive about commiting to GT at first but after working with the stellar staff and trainers I've certainly found a new home away from home. It's only been a few months but the results are certainly apparent and I'm feeling better than I have in years. If you are considering GT are have any doubts at all, just walk on the door and talk with the nearest team member and any seconds thoughts will be out of your mind. Fantastic experience: So first let me start with highly dedicated to there job. Since I started Shannon, Steven, and Jelly have all kept me highly accountable. They care even on virtual training they care and correct form so that you are maximizing your potential. If you need accountability, dedication, and motivation then this is the place for you. I think I am quoting Caleb correctly when I say "they have confidence in you until you can have confidence in yourself" GoTime training is the best decision I made.

Fantastic experience: Kelsey is the best trainer ever she gave me a some work outs and I’m sore and feeling good you should definitely use her. This is a great establishment but Kelsey is the best. She has the best work outs and she’s a cool person. Would deff recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: On my way to Go Time Training the other day, I remember thinking, this place, the people, is everything I imagined I wanted in a gym. Caleb and Marcus have listened to my expectations of myself and the goals I have in mind and are helping me work towards those goals. Fantastic experience: I've been active most of my life, working out on my own without the help of any professionals. However, I plateaued and needed help getting to that next stage of my fitness goals. I finally decided to take the plunge and get professional help. I toured several facilities and knew pretty quick that GoTime was the right place for me; it's nothing like a traditional gym. I've been attending for six weeks and have participated in Group sessions, Semi-Private sessions, and Personal Training. The atmosphere is fantastic; like one big family. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and motivational. Anjelica (Jelly) creates (and continues to modify) fantastic personalized plans based on my goals that is already clearly showing results. Cole, Steven, Skylor and Raymond have also been fantastic. I certainly can't finish this review without talking about Casey (nutrition coach). I honestly did not believe nutrition was an issue for me, but tracking my eating with her has shown me my weaknesses and where I can improve. She's given me some great ideas on alternative healthy options that is within my nutrition goals. GoTime is all about helping you, based on your personal goals, and will help you get wherever it is you want to go in your fitness and nutrition journey. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling to get back into the gym for awhile when I received an email from Go Time! It was just what I needed; structure, guidance, accountability and encouragement. Day one I met with Angelica, and I was all in! Angelica was engaging and had nothing but confidence in my future success, she immediately made me feel great about my investment in my myself! On days when I was not in her class, she engaged, checked on my workout, always pushing that encouragement and exposing the physical changes and success that I needed to hear to keep me going. I learned Whole Body fitness is DIFFICULT, mental and the commitment is tough. During this process the commitment can waiver. Good trainers can get you to the workout, Great trainers will get you to the next workout! Angelica is a Great trainer.

Fantastic experience: Before I heard about GoTime Training, I used to go to the gym and work out by myself. However, I did not see any result and I lost my motivation to lose weight. After four months at GoTime, I lose 25 lbs and I feel a lot better and stronger than before. I really recommend GoTime Training because you can get a personalized workout program and nutrition consultant that meets your needs. Also, all the trainers and staff are very friendly and attentive. They are always there to help and push you through your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: What I love about this place is that they care about each of their clients, I start coming to this place for nutritionist advice this area show me how important is eat everything but right (right amount of carbs, fats, protein) I am still visiting a nutritionist after almost two years because you always need the advice and the support and because life sometimes take you away from your tracks and that’s ok but the support to back in track is important and this people are awesome to help you with that.they don’t judge you. But now let’s talk about group exercise and personal exercise is the best. I never thought how bad I was doing my exercises by my self until I start working out here. Personal at this moment I enjoy the personal training because their trainers help you like no others, the time they dedicate just for you is amazing; I had a injury on my shoulder right now and I will have surgery in January and I thought I have to stop exercising and for my surprise they told me “no you can still come and keep exercising” they told me that they can create exercises for the rest of my body and not even use my injury arm/shoulder. I was a little scary about that but I still coming and do my exercise and every time I go and finish a sesión I feel amazing because I accomplished another day in this journey. The time they take to send you a message in ask you if you are ok when they don’t see you in the gym in your regular basis for me is good make me want to keep going. Love the reminder messages they send you when you have appointments. For me is worth it my money to go to GoTime Training.

Fantastic experience: When I started this journey of mine at GoTimeTraining, I was feeling frustrated with my lack of progress towards getting into shape. I have learned a lot in my short 3 months here! I am stronger and have more energy. Everyone has been extremely helpful and encouraging. I always feels welcome and know that everyone here genuinely cares about my journey. Kelsey Nachtigal has been my primary trainer and she has been amazing! She is always so upbeat and energetic and ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable, no matter what new exercise I am learning. I always feel welcome and never feel like I can’t do what is asked of me. If you want a place where you feel comfortable working out (even at my age!) want to have FUN working out, AND need encouragement and accountability, then GoTimeTraining is for you!

Fantastic experience: This team of trainers and nutritionist are top notch. They have helped me establish goals and nutrition plan to meet my goals without removing the foods I love. As for the workouts they are great and you have options from 1:1 to large group trainings at times that support those that work or stay at home. Great atmosphere and personable team. Fantastic experience: I was struggling with a shoulder injury when I signed up for Semi private training with Jelly. My shoulder is feeling much better and stronger thanks to the customized program she designed for me. I am now able to hold a plank and do assisted push-ups!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with high customer service level. You don’t get this level of service anywhere else around here. The staff focus on your benefit.
