Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Reed and love her, along with the staff and the entire facility. It’s been a pleasant experience. I had been sick for months and kept attempting to see my PCP who could never get me in. I had gone to two emergency rooms where I was given fluids and sent home and was feeling incredibly hopeless. I found Health and Wellness of Carmel after some googling and was able to get an appointment with Dr reed fairly quickly to be seen. I felt so heard while I was talking about all of my symptoms, which rarely happens to me. The nurse and Dr reed were extremely thorough in capturing all of my symptoms, when they started, listening to all of the connections I made, etc. She went through every single medication I was taking and helped me determine if it was what I really should be taking in conjunction with everything else I was doing. She explained everything very well and has been getting me on a road to recovery. I’ve been really happy with seeing Dr Reed and would recommend the practice as a whole to anyone. Staff is great, super sweet, and the Infusion Center is great. I’ve only had pleasant experiences thus far.

Fantastic experience: I struggled with extreme fatigue and pain for 22 years. I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia by Mayo at the onset and tried countless types of treatment for years. Dr. Fetters has been a life changing experience. It has been a process and you have to follow his protocol, but the results have been absolutely amazing! I have my life back!

Positive experience: They helped me find some answers for my health questions. They were very polite and kind. However, I saw the nurse practitioner and had checked on my page that I needed cost-effective treatment. The nurse practitioner proceeded to order $700 worth of labs. Many of these labs were not needed.

Negative experience: Well I was very happy with the phone consultation. Felt I was in good hands. After that, I was disappointed. Usually, the blood draw order is faxed to the hospital. Instead they emailed it to me after I called and found out it wasn't at the hospital. Now I am at the hospital and since it wasn't faxed everything is taking longer. I was told they would let me know about the faxed. When I called the office today, it was like they didn't know what I was talking about. So there you go.

Fantastic experience: My situation has been very bad with combination of kidney failure, systemic fungal infection and rare parasitic condition called Mogellins. Dr. Fetters is amazing. The intensive ozone, infared and Vit C IV therapy, exomes and stem cell therapy plus multiple supplements have given me a new lease on my 72yo life. Fantastic experience: Before I ever see LeilaI spend time with the her nurse. Autumn was very kind and asked a lot of questions so Leila knows all of my concerns. More than once the questions have reminded me of something I needed to discuss. Every time I have been in to see Lela she has been very thorough. She goes system by system and I never feel rushed. This has not been my experience with my past providers. My very first visit it so happened that I was passing a kidney stone and she had such compassion and concern. I ended up being there for three hours and I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. From the office staff that checks me in to the phlebotomist who draws my blood my experience has always been professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a long time patient of Dr Jerry Weber and couldn’t recommend him enough. If you are tired of not feeling well and ready to get to the root of the problem he is the doctor to help you to achieve your goal.

Fantastic experience: I love functional medicine! Instead of being prescribed pharmaceuticals to treat and mask symptoms, Dr. Fetters uses blood tests to find the source of the symptoms and then heal that part of the body. I am in menopause and was not feeling well ~ tired, low mood, hot flashes, unable to loose weight, fuzzy thinking and suffering with joint pain. My blood work, which was usually very good, came back with several concerns. I had several infections, very low hormone levels, low adrenal function and high cholesterol (which has never been an issue for me). If I would have seen a regular doctor I would have walked out of their office with three scripts in hand ~ a cholesterol medication, synthetic hormones and an antibiotic for Lyme disease. Then the fun would have really begun, as my health would have spiraled out of control with the antibiotic destroying my gut health, the cholesterol drug giving me incredible pain throughout my body and the synthetic hormones contributing greatly to my future cancer risk. Instead, Dr. Fetters knew that they spike in my cholesterol was just an indication that I was fighting infections and would fall into normal range on it's own once the infections were cleared. He put me on bioidentical hormones and my hot flashes went away. My mood and energy improved steadily. He also put me on natural treatments for the Lyme and other infections and they are healing, which has also helped my energy level and I am thinking more clearly. I am happy to pay now for supplements and blood tests, yes, often out of pocket, to bring my body to optimal health. I'm in it for the long game. I would rather pay now and have great life in my years than pay later in poor health, disease and loss of vitality. Our world and food supply are very toxic, much more toxic than it was even just a few decades ago, and our bodies are paying the price! Thankfully function medicine offers a way to safely heal and protect the body, while giving us the chance to be the healthiest versions of ourselves and for that I am deeply grateful!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I met with Amgad for Mistletoe therapy for Brain CA tx. He patiently gathered a thorough history. He ask a lot of questions, clarified, took notes, and gave us lots of room for questions. He seems to have a wealth of knowledge and resources. He seems humble, has collaborative mindset to work with others to get more information about making the best plan of care.

Negative experience: So many things went wrong after I left my consult with Dr. Fetters. I had hope after being chronically ill with autoimmune disease and a recent cancer DX. I traveled across the country for a specific treatment. Paid in full $6K. The traveling nurse had to be taught how to do the blood draw for a lab she admitted she was not familiar with & she botched it injuring and severely bruising my arm. The pharmacy was out of everything he prescribed & wouldn't ship even though he said they could. Paid for the scripts to pick up on my return in 4 weeks. Returned and was denied a follow-up appointment. Spent a month waiting to get the treatment- away from my family during the pandemic. Contracted Covid on the return trip. Dr. Fetters abandoned the care. Never returned any calls. His assistant refused to explain why they withheld the paid treatment. Refused to refund. There was never any explanation. Just ghosted like a social media random. It's been a traumatic experience to recover from and still find the necessary care. I feel embarrassed that he scammed me and if you dig through reviews especially on Yelp, you'll find this complaint from others. The AG needs to investigate and find out what's going on. It's gross negligence to do this to a patient especially during a pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I battled a chronic cough for over 7 years that was continuing to worsen. Multiple Doctors simply told me “you have silent reflux or allergies” and shoved medicines at me. Dr Fetters proposed a deeper problem thus a REAL solution. Fantastic experience: Since I’ve been coming to see Dr. Fetters I have been able to stop taking Valium, stop smoking weed and I am feeling mentally and emotionally healthy again. Negative experience: This group is simply a group of professional hucksters selling overpriced vitamins and few if any valuable assessments . I’ve never been run through a money mill so fast in my life. They say you are given pricing before you accept the services irk there than the interview with their provider. I was given a price if $900 after meeting with the provider . As I was checking out I was billed $1500. More than two weeks went by when I was supposed to results of the blood test within 10 days. Having not heard from them I contacted them and the person who accept calls at oh I’m sorry I promise I’ll get right back with you I’ll figure out what’s going on another three or four days went by not hearing a word from him I finally called and started complaining and became so exasperated with their lack of attention I started canceling the products that they put me on. It was a major effort to get any communication through and they refused to refund me anything other than the two products that I canceled even though they were so completely negligent in handling me as a client patient. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. This is not a health care facility, it is a money mill that will pick your pocket if you give them the chance.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Weber was very professional yet personable. He knows what he is doing and I am excited to implement the plan he laid out for me. I was excited to learn that he may be able to help me with an old injury that has been a problem for many years. As I suspected, it has to do with the nervous system. Fantastic experience: My exam was profession and thorough with the PA. Brandi was willing to take the time to understand my concerns and discuss a path forward. I’m am very glad to have found a thoughtful medical professional to guide me on my journey to better health and wellness.

Fantastic experience: The women at the IV room are always competent, friendly and accommodating. The experience is pain-free. The chairs are soft with controls to lean back and raise legs. I sometimes watch videos on my laptop and frequently go in and out of sleep.

Negative experience: Just an FYI to online buyersI placed an order on December 30. Before I did I did all the necessary things to check out this company. I then called them to verify they had the supplement that I was interested in . It was confirmed it was in stock . I then ask about the timeline for shipping and was told if the order was received by noon it would likely ship the same day. Fast forward to today 1/06/22. I’ve never Received my supplements (3) bottles that I ordered . When I called I was on the call for 28 minutes in which I was told they had no record of my order. She also said that I could not have ordered the supplements that I ordered bc with those supplements they are not sold online . I informed them that I did and my Credit Card was charged. She ask me to send proof of payment by email , At that point I felt I was being questioned that the order never happened??? But I did send the proof. I received an email that marvelously they found my order and will ship it out. Something is seriously wrong with your QA department and customer service!! Not everyone is Crooks! Even though I can say the employee I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and seemed clueless to where my order was this is a problem. SO ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE they may not ever get your order ! They may tell you what you ordered isn’t sold online ! ! ! And just an apology from someone I felt wasn’t even the one who caused the issue! What if it was something someone was relying on ?? Huge problems that needs fixed ! I actually at one point felt they were the crooks because my CC had been charged by this company and no one there could find a record of it ?? Come on ppl!!! Fix the issues for your customers!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fetters and staff have been a blessing to work with for my disease. Most doctors already have an idea of what to do before you walk in the door, but here they actually work to find ways to better my health and listen. I have been going for over 4 years, highly recommend.

Negative experience: It used to be better. Now the communications between staff and patient are terrible at best. No one any longer has the time to properly respond to concerns. The responses now are half baked and not well thought through. They are getting like all the rest of the practices that I tried to get away from. They are getting too big to manage effectively.
