Positive experience: Great location, with super friendly and helpful staff! Equipment and location is superb, only giving 4 stars because of the tanning beds, these beds could use new bulbs, hard to tan or maintain a tan at this location, while other places it's quite easy to tan at.

Positive experience: Great equipment, great hours friendly staff. However the only issues I have keeping me from giving 5 stars is the mens restroom. Its nasty, smells terrible, always out of paper towels and the waterless urinals smell like a zoo. Toilet seat in stall is barely attatched. Also when facing the massage chairs, the one on the left doesnt work nearly as well as the one on the right. Fix those things and you have a great gym.

Positive experience: Hate to say it but this place has really gone downhill over the past couple months. Also hate to be nitpicky but for the money I pay biweekly I expected a little better.. The water machine has been down for half the month. bathrooms are usually not the best. With zyns or boogers just thrown in the urinals or sinks constantly or paper being left everywhere. And as of this week the fire alarm beeped and didn't go off for some reason?(wifi issue maybe?) also My guest also struggled to get in. Some machines here also work but seem a little sketchy to use sometimes with the way the metal in them shakes. This isn't even mentioning the culture here with some people. most folks do their own thing and don't bother anyone. I really appreciate that. Had a duo awhile back make fun of my guest for attempting something and recording them and laughing. Even had an instance where some younger teens came in and were screaming and making moaning sounds to bother others. I get it's not the staffs fault but just thought I'd like to add my 2 cents. thanks.

Negative experience: Signing up for this gym is a scam. I’ve never been to a gym that never has staff there, has biweekly payments and a year contract, unable to cancel at anytime . Very inconvenient and money- grabbing.

Fantastic experience: A plethora of workout equipment. Widely spaced. Good mixture of weight lifting equipment vs cardio equipment. Clean. Nice atmosphere. The best 10 fitness location I've been to. The best gym I've been to. I've been on a personal weight loss journey. I've managed to cut almost 20% of weight while increasing my strength. My son has turned into a beast. He's seeing major improvements in size, weights and, more importantly, his self esteem.

Fantastic experience: Clean bathrooms, friendly staff and a variety of equipment. The cardio theater is a novel idea. My only complaint is that it gets too busy after everyone gets off work… but thats “suffering from success” Just a heads up - when you sign up you’ll likely get offered to enroll in a personal training plan. I’ve had great success with it. The two trainers I’ve worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. YMMV though. It’s not cheap either.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, nice workout equipment. A room specifically dedicated to women if they don't feel comfortable working out around the opposite sex. Personal trainers on hand available to those that want to set up a payment plan with them. Clean drinking fountain water available for water bottles or to drink by mouth. Cleaning supplies available & easily accessible for gym users to clean off the machines they just recently worked out on. Monthly, Yearly or Daily, & guess workout passes available for which ever option suites your needs most. The only negative comment I would say about this gym is the staff should stay next to you when they are speaking to you, not walk off mid question or conversation. Found that a little unprofessional & rude. Their is always room for hopes & improvements for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love 10 Fitness in Cabot! At the end of March, my insurance denied a major knee surgery because of my weight. My surgeon discussed some different options with me, but I decided to do it the old fashioned way - nutrition and exercise. I was going to cancel my membership the following week, but after being told that, I knew I had to get serious about my health. My biggest fear going back was that I was going to have people make snide remarks at me or laugh at me while I'm trying to get my health back on track, but none of that has happened at all, which is such a relief. The gym is open 24 hours, which works with my schedule because I work until 6pm in Little Rock, so if the gym closed at 8pm or a similar time, I wouldn't be able to make it. So it's absolutely fantastic that they're open 24 hours, and to get in, you just pull up the app, scan the bar code, and there you are. Super easy, super user friendly. They also have lots of different types of equipment for whatever your needs may be. They have a large cardio deck where you're very likely to not have to wait to use anything. In fact, in the four years on and off (mostly off, up until recently) that I've been going, I've never had to wait for a machine. I've also very rarely had to wait for free weights or weight lifting machines because there's ample amounts of weight benches and alternative machines to use while waiting for your desired machine. But the best benefit of all of these things combines with a solid nutrition plan is results! I've stayed committed, put in the work on MY time with a routine that works for me, and I've lost almost 30lbs in less than four months! Thanks for the great experience, 10 Fitness!

Negative experience: Rude morning staff was there when I went to look at the gym. The guy who showed me around, Gage, talked way too fast for me to understand. He told me the only membership they sold was a level 10 membership, but when I went online, I found out that there were two other options. Then, he tried to get me to sign up for his online training program.

Negative experience: This is a good gym. Has everything but a dip machine. You can get that on either of the pull-up machines. The downside with 10fit is their bathrooms, and showers are gross. Cabot 10 fit has the 2nd worst gym bathroom in the county. There are so many bugs, and the showers don't get scrubbed. It would also have been discussed with you by a staff member upon the initial sign-up date. This is the case with every member, whether they signed up at home, or on location. They must read through the terms, and sign, saying that they agree to the terms; then the membership begins. If you would like to make any changes to your account, you can do so, because you've now completed your twelve-month agreement. To do so, please call your home gym location. You'll then be directed to our call center, where a knowledgeable representative will gladly assist you!

Fantastic experience: I loved 10fitness. My trainer Nathan was terrific. I lost weight, went from 177lbs to 167lbs in a few months, and gained some muscle mass. Having a trainer made me regularly go, whereas I usually wouldn't. I highly recommend this gym; there are classes if you don't know what to do but can't afford a trainer. There are movies if you want to work out but don't want to get bored. There's a fantastic massage chair to help after workouts. All the trainers were friendly and lovely, and my trainer, Nathan, knew me and my strengths well. He worked with all of my medical conditions and came up with a specialized plan for me on days we didn't even work out together that I could do at home.

Fantastic experience: Definitely worth the price. It is very expensive, about $300/month for a trainer, and the memberships can get up to almost $50/month. However, it is very constructive and tells you a lot about your health. There's information on resting metabolism, water weight, body fat, and more. It made me feel more confident, knowing my body fat was less than I thought. The trainers even personalize workouts for multiple days of the week when you aren't working with them. There's a very comfy massage chair that helps release all the pain, tension, and soreness after working out.

Fantastic experience: Clean, orientated, lively gym. They have tools aeound the walls besides equipment to make people aspire for greatness. Plenty of services other than a standard gym floor with free weights and weight machines. Drinks and supplements at a cost. Tanning and cardio cinema. What more could i ask for. Im ready to experience the group training program. But overall the cabot location is definitely an experience to be made.

Fantastic experience: Just want to brag on the manager at 10 Fitness Cabot. I feel like the cleanliness and even the attitude of the staff has drastically improved over the past few months. I have noticed it especially in the mens locker room. Good job.

Negative experience: Clean gym, nice variety of equipment. One star because I just had $240 taken from me for training I’ll be unable to use. I was told by my trainer he was canceling my services, which apparently did not happen. I only thought he could do this because when there was a hold put on my account, he did it with me confirming over the phone. I reached out for a refund and was told I could donate my time or use it up to a year later. I’m annoyed because I was upfront from the beginning that I would be quitting to return to a seasonal job, and there was no issue made in the beginning. Bring back Justin.

Fantastic experience: There's lots of variety in equipment and machines. Lots of space for those that like to social distance or just not be bothered while working out. The women's only room has a healthy variety of machines and my favorite is the cardio cinema. I love the versatility of this gym, meets lots of different needs, and the environment can be as social or private as u like with the app and being open 24/7.

Negative experience: In 2020 I got a year long member ship. Loved 10 fitness back then. Had access to all the equipment. Went for a year then ended up getting an injury(not gym related) upon returning I got another member ship(monthly) along with the 15 dollar monthly fee, 45 dollar joining fee, and a $45 dollar annual fee I learn they now have a premium section. This is where like 75% of the good equipment is. Bench-press/incline, leg press, calf raise machine, deadlift bar weights, and long bar dumbbells. This equipment was previously available to everyone with a basic membership. I was under the impression I would still have access to it when renewing my membership, but nope.. its behind a locked door now. its disappointing that I'm going to wind up paying 270 for a year and not have access to this equipment.
Hi, Mordecai. Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback! We recognize that the premium free weight area is an unusual feature in a gym. There were a few reasons why we did this: Free weight enthusiasts are the highest cost members because they use the gym the most and cause the most wear and tear on the equipment. We are happy to serve this group, but we need to charge a rate that reflects the cost of serving them. We wanted to create a “lite” free weight area that people who are newer to fitness could use without feeling self-conscious or intimidated. The free weight area has always been the most crowded area in the gym. By having two separate areas, each one is less crowded, so members can spend less time waiting for equipment. The cost of Premium memberships is still a great value and it comes with a lot of other amenities like massage, tanning, classes, guest privileges, and multi-club access. We try to never take away services from the members so we “grandfathered” our existing Basic members in so that they would still have access to both free weight areas, with no additional cost. For this reason, we encourage members to “Freeze” their account if they need to take a break from the gym rather than “Cancelling” their memberships.
Positive experience: I live in Cabot but I choose to go to the 10 Fitness on Rodney Parham in Little Rock close to my work because I feel like the machines are better and there are more options, especially in the woman's room. Also, I don't like the ellipticals at the Cabot 10 Fitness because I have an issue in the ball of my foot where these certain ellipticals cause my toes to go numb. The one on RP at least has different types of ellipticals that work better for me and don't give me the same problem.

Positive experience: Clean, but the weight area is not very spacious. You can upgrade your membership and get access to the private weightroom. There are a ton of treadmills and elipticals though!

Fantastic experience: This gym feels like home. I'm always greeted by the staff when I go in and I feel so comfortable working out. I don't look like the average gym person because I am super scrawny, but the staff doesn't care. The work with me on meeting my goals, encourage me when I need it, and check in on me when I have missed some days. They truly care about their guests. A huge shoutout to Mrs. Patty, JJ, and Justin for being so helpful throughout my fitness journey so far.

Positive experience: I've been going to 10 fitness at various locations since 2016, and recently began going back after a year off because of 'rona (I even left my membership active to support the business, and because I'm grandfathered into the old basic plan). When I returned I was disappointed to find out they have moved all of the squat racks, and plate loaded weight machines, to a new "premium" area. There's one leg press machine in the main area and it was broken. Now I'll have to upgrade my membership to one 3x as expensive to have access to the same equipment I was using a year ago.

Fantastic experience: The front desk guy ben was super helpful and gave me and my sons a 10 day membership to try their gym and surprisingly we get some really good workouts done because they have a huge selection but I wish all staff at all gyms were as nice as Ben has treated us.

Negative experience: I tried calling about 5 minutes ago, and the guy who answered the phone was really rude and NOT helpful at all. He even hung up the phone and when I tried calling back, they did not answer the phone! I was wanting to get information on why my account was being charged again when I was never explained that it automatically renews after a year again. I had to call another location to get helped!

Positive experience: I LOVE 10 fitness. I go to more than 1 location for convenience, but attend Cabot more frequently due to location. Cabot location is super busy so it smells like sweat and body odor regularly. More ventilation, ceiling fans, or cooler air temperatures would help. The staff is super kind and helpful, but I have seen other location employees perform routine cleaning during COVID. This location regularly runs out of cleaning paper and cleaning liquid. One Sunday there was no paper towels, no cleaning liquid, and no toilet paper in the bathroom for the whole building (this was recently, when stores are well restocked). With no staff on weekends to ask for that stuff, that was very disappointing. Lastly, the place is crammed with machines and most machines, if not all, are made by the same company and does not offer a variety of choices for each type of machine. Again, the employees are kind and helpful, and the vending machine is nice. UPDATE***Thank you to the management for taking my review into consideration. I saw an immediate change in temperature and body odor smells. I have not smelled ANY since. The place has also been renovated to add more room for weights and new equipment.

Fantastic experience: I give 5 stars to personal trainer, Sam Clark. She is always going above and beyond to make sure you reach goals! One of my major goals is to enjoy hiking with my husband...well, on my 30th birthday we hiked Sugarloaf mountain! And I can honestly say, Sam had such a HUGE impact on my hike. I made it all the way to the top of the mountain pain free and breathing so well! If you are looking for somebody that truly listens to you and wants to help you...go to Sam. She is your girl!

Negative experience: I have had my membership for a year, thinking that I would go to the gym more after Covid restrictions lifted. I can count on two hands how many times I have been in the last year. I noticed on 3/2 that my annual fees drafted from my bank account. I called immediately that day asking for my membership to cancel and for a refund. I signed both documents on 3/2. A week later I called because I had not received my refund. I spoke to Brent Adam's who told me I needed to resend those to him which I did while I was on the phone, he said he would investigate and get back to me. I emailed him the next day and he said my request was denied because the request to refund has to be done 3 days beforehand. My contract renewed on 3/1. My problem with this is I was never notified electronically or via mail that my contract was renewing, otherwise I would have done due diligence and cancelled right then. All I'm asking is for the right thing to be done here. I have been to the gym less than 10 times in the past year, paid my dues all year long, I want the annual dues and the month of March refunded. I have asked that my case be escalated and expect to speak to someone higher up the ladder.
Hi Teresa! We apologize for the confusion. A gym membership is a service (just like netflix or amazon prime or AT&T, etc.) where we agree to provide you access to a well equipped and maintained facility for a monthly fee. While we greatly encourage our members to use our gyms it is the members choice to use the facility or not. We incur the cost of operating the facility for that member either way. Additionally, just like the other services mentioned above, our contract terms are laid out in the initial agreement including details about our annual fee. After the initial contract expires you are not renewed for an additional year but are on a month to month term and can cancel any time with no penalties. Having said that we would love to see you back in the gym! With the vaccine rollout well underway there's no better place to come and be part of a great fitness family! We hope to see you soon!

Positive experience: The team and atmosphere is really nice here,the only complaint I have is that I was told there was no yearly contract-there was!I also think if you pay for a guest to come with you-the guest should get the full use of the gym and all of its perks -aka tanning and massage chirs(which I love).I no longer need the gym due to physical reasons..but I’m left paying for half a year going due to miss communication./false statements upon enrollment.Which I have a witness to.They won’t make it right,as I have asked for them to do so,so be sure you want a years contract/gym experience when you sign up.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for a few weeks and like it so far. Only thing I have noticed I don't like is that 2 of the 4 treadmills in the movie room always seem to be down. Other than that, pretty solid so far. Staff is nice, it seems to be very clean and the other gym patrons are friendly.
