Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Cornerstone Chiropractic for two years. The staff and Docs are friendly, attentive to my needs and very efficient. I can get an appointment with short notice if needed, and they don’t mind the times when I’m chronically late. I had some returning sciatic pain initially then began a maintenance program once a month. I feel better after being adjusted on a monthly basis! Recently my neck started hurting and within a few extra visits, the pain was gone and the numbness is improving.

Negative experience: I feel in all honesty they are about the money. I have been going to chiropractors for many years and no stranger to breakdown on txt. And I say this because, and what was really considering and disappointing, I was given a txt plan of my supposed needs, without xrays ever being taken. Xrays are vital to any dx. And when Dr already came in with folder with txt, I knew this wasnt the place for me. I want to be treated properly for what's hurting not a guess. Replying: I disagree. The last 2 Drs and I am willing to ask/ pull my records with them, have ALWAYS taking initial images, mid txt images, and follow up images. So they can see and educate pt on the progress of treatment. Also, discouraging that the doctor going over txt was just "temporary", that also should of been discussed. So you have one dr, doing field test, another going over txt, that wasn't seen prior and then he might of not been there after few adjustments to not follow through with treatment. This is not about my money, I am willing to pay my portion at all times, but if it fits fairly. This situation wasn't fair. I am not negotiating, I'm just stating what happened that should of happened. Thank you for you response, and wish you all the very best.

I've only been going a short time, but I see improvement after each visit. I also have a family member going to the Des Peres office and loves the staff there as well. If you are in need of chiropractic care, I highly recommend any of their 3 locations.

Negative experience: Cornerstone chiropractic has lost my business and all my respect along with it. It's extremely sad how they treat their employees, which directly affects the patients that go there. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.
