Fantastic experience: This chiropractor offers just about anything you'd need from a huge employment of massage therapists to even the chiropractors! They are very friendly and focused on your healing , have a lot of rooms to pick from and different adjustment tables , plenty of space and walk ins that make it easy to get help whenever you need it. I've been coming here for a few months on a motor vehicle claim and they've been great , the check in staff are also great to work with and make things quite seemless. Dr. John is the man to see if you're needing some help with just about anything related to your physical health!

Fantastic experience: Frm the min u walk into chiropractor's office, everyone is so nice and there is no waiting for someone to help or for the chiropractor. You dont even have to have an apt, they accept walk ins, with no waiting also! They are very helpful with insurance too. My massage therapist Rebecca is a miracle worker! It is her mission to help people and she has made a huge difference with my tightness and my pain. She is very professional and cares! Kayla my chiropractor has really helped me with my back and shoulders with an added bonus of helping with my ears too! I am so thrilled to find this place!

Negative experience: I recently visited for what I believed to be covered services as per my insurance plan. However, upon receiving a bill post-visit, I was taken aback as I had explicitly confirmed coverage beforehand. During my consultation, I meticulously discussed my insurance coverage to ensure the services selected were within my plan. However, despite this effort, the billing discrepancy arose. What's perplexing is that during the consultation, the front desk and their team appeared to review my insurance policy, offering assurances and recommendations based on that information. If they genuinely believe that it is solely the client's responsibility to understand their insurance policies, then why provide the illusion of reviewing and advising on coverage? Clarity and honesty in these matters are crucial for establishing trust and fostering long-term patient-provider relationships. When I approached the front desk regarding this discrepancy, the response was unsatisfactory. I was told that it was my responsibility to know the intricacies of my insurance plan, deflecting any accountability on their end. As someone seeking a trustworthy healthcare provider for a long-term healthy maintenance plan, clear communication and transparency regarding financial matters are paramount. It is disheartening when a professional entity fails to uphold these standards and shifts the burden of knowledge onto the client. In conclusion, while the services provided may be of quality, the inconsistent billing practices and lack of accountability regarding insurance coverage leave much to be desired. I urge potential clients to thoroughly review their insurance policies independently to avoid potential billing discrepancies.

My Chiropractor was John (I enjoy his humor), he goes above and beyond what you would expect from a Chiropractor. I have also had massages here. Rebecca is a new massage therapist and she goes above and beyond what is expected plus she is good at what she does. My personal favorite massage therapist is Megan.

Positive experience: Absolutely love the chiropractor here. Molly does fantastic work. The front desk is always very kind and very helpful and their massage therapists communicate very well. I decided to try their acupuncture since everything else has been so great, I’d never done it before and it was a very uncomfortable first experience. My shirt was lifted all the way up and my pants were pulled down hurriedly without communicating or telling me first and I wasn’t talked through much of anything that would be happening throughout the appointment. It felt like I was being rushed and I left feeling more stressed and uncomfortable than when I got there, I don’t plan on doing it again.

Fantastic experience: I have never been seen by a chiropractor before but decided to try it today because it was recommended by my midwife due to having a horrible migraine for two days in a row with NOTHING helping (I tried everything). I had my doubts about it being able to help, but after Dr. Molly Schnaubelt adjusted my upper back and neck the migraine literally vanished immediately, and the pressure in my head has continued to lighten throughout the day and it’s entirely gone at this point (5 hours later). I never would have thought to go to a chiropractor to rid of my migraine but it was a god sent . I will definitely continue to see this practice throughout my pregnancy journey to help with any pain along the way. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Nice enough people, but my insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic care. So $40 each visit that lasts approximately 90 seconds isn’t worth it any longer. Will be looking for a more thorough practitioner who spends a bit more time adjusting and listening.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough good things about Dr John and his crew. I had been previously going somewhere else for years with little to no relief. I stumbled upon John when I needed an adjustment on a Saturday when the other place was closed. After that first visit I knew I would never go back to the other place. I’ve gotten to feel normal again and not just better. This place is great and I’m so glad to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Super pleased with the thoroughness of this practice! I was hit in a car accident a week ago and my hip has flared up again from an old injury. I knew it was time to get in but I needed to find an office like my previous where they work miracles. I was recommended this office from multiple people in my neighborhood. I called this afternoon and asked about getting in and they were able to get me in same day as a new patient within 15 minutes. John was great! So laid back and super relatable. Felt comfortable and he didn’t just start adjusting. They did x-rays and made sure to address my issues. I can’t wait to go back for more adjustments.

Fantastic experience: Great space! Clean, easy to find, and the staff are . I have been to over 15 different massage therapists. This last one was the best! Very practical and straightforward. Her name is Calla (Cal-luh). She seems to know the muscles very well and isn't afraid to offer feedback about what the muscles are saying to her. She was prompt and clear with instruction. A clear show of respect for her profession. Front desk staff were so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: After my fiancé was in a car accident these guys failed to confirm his appointments for 2 months with little to no availability. Next available massage is in more than a month!! saying they’ll call with any openings, don’t do it, then when you do actually get an appointment, you go in, and they say they forgot to put you on the schedule!! My fiancé is suffering with no help from these guys!! Do not choose this office!

I was a little nervous my first two times and she talked me through everything she was doing! She is extremely knowledgeable and I love that MountainView beloved in Holistic Health!

Negative experience: Masseuse and therapist are great. On the Administrative level, they are the worst. it was an ongoing on thing and I am just fed up with it. Requested before to be on the schedule and they will never call you even on cancellation list. had several problems where the appt set was incorrect. This happened 3 times now. Most times, it's not a big deal and I would let it go but when I asked what went on, they even lied about leaving a voicemail for confirmation. prior excuse was my phone number was not working? weird, only medical office that seems that couldn't get it together. What they failed to realize is that I track everything from my appointments, meetings and daily schedule. Even pulled up phone records just to find out if I did get a message because i was so ticked off and nothing. Super disappointing.

Negative experience: When I arrived at my initial appointment, I was told there would be a nonrefundable $150 fee because the consultation and first adjustment was not reimbursable by Medicare. This contradicted the man I spoke in setting the appointment. I had recent x-rays I knew would not be covered, and was informed any remaining charges would be billed to Medicare. When I questioned the unexpected $150 fee, one of the two gals at the front desk recommended I contact Medicare since Medicare was one that would deny the claim. I did and received contradictory information. Confused, I reached out again to the Center spoke with the other gal. As with the first, her tone was cold, matter of fact and quite frankly rude. I felt blamed for the situation. This gal told me that the $150 charge was actually the Center's policy and not Medicare's issue. They were a specialty center, different from most chiropractor offices, each new information that was not shared. Truly a negative experience, not to be repeated.

Negative experience: NEVER GO HERE. I went here once in Sept 2021. I called and verified insurance AHEAD of time. I went in one time and had a really bad experience with Dr. Kayla. Decided to never go back... Fast forward to now, 10 months later and they're still trying to figure out how to process my insurance. The Billing Support on the phone said "Well we are in your network, but insurance is saying we're not, so you're responsible for the whole bill." Do NOT believe them if they say they're in network, call your insurance first. But further advice, NEVER GO here. There are plenty of amazing chiropractors in the area that aren't here....

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating neck/shoulder pain this morning and they were able to fit me in within an hours notice for a new patient appointment. Dr John was great, he adjusted my neck and most of the pain went away almost immediately. Ive been to other chiropractors before who were less than helpful with my neck issue so im very grateful to have found Mountain View Chiropractic. I will continue going back for preventative treatment and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
