Fantastic experience: Dr Abraham did my prenatal adjustment for my second pregnancy. I planned a home birth. In my last adjustment she prayed for me and a successful delivery. A few days later I delivered a healthy 8lbs baby girl at home with no medications. I am confident that the adjustment played a major role in making this possible. Today I am returning to do exactly the same with my 3 pregnancy. Let me now forget to mention the entire staff is super nice and the environment in the office it’s so peaceful!!!

Negative experience: It’s unfortunate my husband and I will no longer be using this doctor due to her front staff’s incompetence. They can not process claims to the insurance correctly and when they do that, their clients suffer in pain because they can’t be seen. I had to do their job for them and still didn’t get seen. Health care for people is not their top priority, money is. It’s a shame the owner won’t even know she lost two clients because of the front staff.

Negative experience: They constantly send text messages asking patients to leave their feedback. My experience: My demographics in my progress notes are wrong. Waited a couple of weeks before I could get a MRI due to them sending the referral with THE WRONG NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH, BUT CORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. Tried to blame the MRI office yet I have proof that it was indeed them to blame. The shady and judgmental staff was made aware of this multiple times. Interesting to know how dictations are made after patient visits. Collected my progress notes and each one had the same verbiage. I have my personal record indicating chief complaints took place on each day and expressed them to the doctor at each visit…yet progress notes say otherwise. Seems like a money pit. Shady and judgmental staff, smile in your face while they to chose to talk about patients as they wait in treatment rooms. Unless, you’re the guy they decide to flirt with. The walls are thin and you can hear it as it occurs. Unwarranted and unnecessary remarks — as opinions are like door knobs. I went there to be serviced, not to make friends. Nor to be rude to anyone nor to be disrespected. Sad part is, in passing to a treatment room I witnessed another disheartening encounter. Staff mentioned to a patient that they wear the same outfit to each visit. The patient was caught off guard and proceeded to skip around then RUDE comment. Just rude!! You never know people’s circumstances. Be kind always!! To know this is how this provider’s office is operated is disappointing. ON A POSITIVE NOTE: Tia is welcoming, patient, courteous, extremely skilled and knowledgeable, professional and amazing at what she does! Dr. Abraham actively listens to ensure a treatment plan is in place for patients.

Fantastic experience: I am not sure where to start... The service-A+, The employees-A+, The environment-A+..Kind, Sweet, Concerned Dr. Abraham-A+!! I was referred to Dr. Abraham by friend of mine. She said "don't go anywhere else. Dr. Abraham is trustworthy and she'll take care of you". I was skeptical but I am so glad I trusted her referral. From the first appointment to now months later I am STILL receiving the same consistent service. The team knows you by name and profile. You will not feel like just another patient. I had overworked my right shoulder and it was causing a lot of pain. I kept thinking it needed to be popped back into place. Dr. Abraham did an adjustment and I walk out of there with no pain. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to hop on here and send big shout out to Dr. Abraham for suggesting I take bile salt supplements. Since having my gallbladder removed my digestion had still been leaving me very uncomfortable and bloated until I tried the bile salts. Within 24 hours I experienced a noticeable change in my digestion. I no longer wake up with pain and the constant discomfort has been relieved! Fantastic experience: Dr. Abraham and her staff are, without a doubt, the best in central Florida, if not the entire state. I started going to New Hope Chiropractic in early 2021 after my back was destroyed by people who can't drive. 9 herniated disks and 4 had me completely incapacitated in pain for days, if not weeks at a time. Churopractic care was a shot in the dark for me, but I quickly came to see how a good chiropractor is, in fact, able to do phenominal things. Despite the fact that my back will never be the same, I have avoided opioids and chemical muscle relaxers because of Dr. Abraham's care. To add to all of this, it is evident that she is only in this business because she truly cares about the well-being of her patients, her focus has, and I believe always will be making sure her patients get the absolute best care with no exceptions and at the least cost to them possible. I will never recommend anyone even start anywhere else.
