Fantastic experience: Pimping iron for over 30 years and an Inury as a firefighter, left me with severe rotator Cuff tears. Rick from Elements of Therapy called me and spent an hour with me explaining the alternative methods Elements of Therapy had available to reduce The inflammation and start the repair of the tears. The PiezoWave was the therapy I chose that pinpoints the pain and treats at the source. After the session I immediately had pain relief and more mobility in the shoulder. I plan on continuing with the PiezoWave Therapy until my shoulder is completely healed. This is the only Therapy that has worked for me. This Therapy, I am convinced, will save me from surgery and I thank Rick and Elements of Therapy greatly. John Wallace Retired Chief

Fantastic experience: I had an IPL photo facial done and I was very pleased with the service and results. I had IPL done on my face previously at a doctor’s office and my experience at The Elements of Therapy was comparable and even more customized to my needs and expectations for the service. The service was done in a relaxing environment and the nurse practitioner was personable and knowledgeable making the overall experience something I look forward to doing again.

Fantastic experience: Nicole was awesome; friendly, excellent communication, knowledgeable and she provided tips and tricks to help prevent discomfort and stress.

Negative experience: I just went to the Mandarin location to get some information about weight loss, and the receptionist was locking the door at 7:23pm, even though it clearly states on the door that they close at 8pm. And when I looked bewildered, she said we are closing early tonight...37 minutes early, for no apparent reason. That's certainly a good way to lose customers...before they even give you their money. I hope others read this before they go here. That isn't how you should run a business.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the office I felt like they went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They helped us find a parking space. Veronica took my husband back first then me. It was the best massage we had ever had. Clean , comfortable, Veronica was kind, professional, and her technique was incredible. Me and my husband talked about it all the way home. We will be returning again. Thank y’all Elements! Awesome experience.

Negative experience: The massage we nice and staff great,, the room looked messy and unkept with an old couch and stuff. I had a massage here before in another room and it was fine but this wasn’t nice at all!

Fantastic experience: So glad I found Elements of Therapy. I have struggled with my weight and various failed diets for decades. I heard thru a friend about Elements of Therapy and their semaglutide program combined with a long term health program which is designed to keep the weight off after you stop taking semaglutide. Dr Cindy is simply the best! She walked me thru the entire program to show me how I will not only get to my goal weight, but keep it off long after the semaglutide treatments are done. I’m starting my second week and I’m already down eight pounds. I’m also taking all the other recommended supplements and I feel great. Just wanted to drop this note to let them know how thankful I am that they are helping me to finally regain my health.

Negative experience: Really wanted this to work for my laser hair removal, but I’ve been there twice and they turned me away from getting laser hair removal on my face because I had a slight tan. I’ve had so much laser hair removal and have never been turned away. I am not that dark at all. It’s like putting a child in a bubble wrap suit to go on a car ride because of the risk of a car accident. (Just way overkill). BUT IF it was just that, I wouldn’t mind so much, however I’ve had at least three appointments canceled on me last minute, or moved around for various reasons on their end. Sorry, but time is really tight for me nowadays and I won’t be going back for the rest of my package. There’s so many options.

Negative experience: Laser did not work . After i finished treatments the hair grew back like it was before. I did go there and complained and got 2 free sessions but they did nothing. To my opinion laser does not work save your time and money.

Negative experience: BUYER BE AWARE DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. They charge you for a membership then turn around and charge you more for deep tissue and then trust to want a $20 tip on top of the $90 you have already paid. They will book you for an appointment then 15 mins before its time for your appointment they cancel you. You never can get in contact with anybody at the front desk. The owner is running a sloppy massage establishment and he does'nt even realize it.

Fantastic experience: I heard about a process that is provided by The element spa while I was in Vegas at a conference. I called about it and was created and informed about the process by an amazing staff. They processed everything quickly, efficiently and without issue and even went WAY above and beyond to get me in within 48 hours at the exact time I needed. They worked for a full day to find the right location and are bringing in a Nurse to help guide me through the process I will do at home. As a Buisness owner I am so impressed with this staff. They are amazing. While I was doing the questionnaire at home 7:55 last night I was having an issue and called the number for help. I was greeted by the owner Rick who walked me through the process step by step and even enjoyed a 35 minute conversation with him afterward. I seriously am so impressed. EDIT: I can not say enough great things about the ELEMENTS. Cindy Osteen who is providing my services is absolutely the best provider Inhabe ever received. I have texted her private number at 3 am with questions when I wake up and know I will not remember and need to send it. I’ve texted at 8 pm and she is always responding same day quickly and professionally. I feel like I have a personal and the best medical provider. Thank you all for everything you do. Even going into the offices are a joy. The staff are always extremely accommodating. Dee at the mandarin office just helped me tremendously so big shout out to you DEE !!

Negative experience: I have been a client at this place for over 2 years. I signed an agreement to have monthly payments automatically sent to them. This has allowed me to schedule my appointm when needed. However, I don’t sgo ok monthly and they will accumulate. It’s been nice to have them and I s wgive my friends one with an additional charge . I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said I would need to pay her 3 months before they wld schedule it. I was confused and she stated that my automatic payment didn’t occur and I needed to catch up. She states they sent you Texts messages. The reason my payment did not go through was because I had my purse stolen and I had to cancel all the cards. I also asked about the massages that I already accumulated. I was told unless I pay the 3 months I would forfeit all of them. The idea that sending a text message is an acceptable way to communicate an outstanding bill is absurd. I do not read every text message that I receive. Most of the time business texts are because they want to sell you something. I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me. I never received a call back. I guess I want you all to understand that this is how they conduct business. They would rather lose a long time client then call them back. So BEWARE… if you sign any contract with them and you have a slip for any reason don’t expect them to help you. They definitely are only in it for the money. Typical.

Positive experience: Just sharing with The Elements of Therapy. So far my experience with both the staff and doctor has been excellent. Looking forward with my journey with their team!

I’ve been seeing her for awhile and she has helped me with stress, ankle and knee issues and overall well being. I enjoy every chance I get to see her and support my bodies well being. Investing in your health in natural ways is one of the best things you can do for your body. The facility is clean, well maintained and welcoming.

Negative experience: Very unsatisfied, my husband booked a couples massage for us today,we arrived a few mins late due to traffic, which we called and made them aware. Front desk check in was very polite and professional. We were called to the back and the one young lady assist my husband and Ms.Pat assist me,which the first thing came out her mouth was we don't have much time and limited.I thought that was very unprofessional and I have been in health care 18yrs as a nurse and would never tell a patient or client that,I would have chosen a better approach, or just rescheduled us.I felt I was rushed, I even ask her to change the motion of the area I ask to pin point, she made a aggravated noise gesture as if I had said something wrong. I felt very rushed and this was the worse massage I have every had,feels and felt like I have had nothing done. On the other hand my husband enjoyed he's.

Negative experience: Every one is super nice. Very clean and smells good. The hair removal didn’t work at all. Wasted $2500

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the people who work here. They were very helpful on getting my wife in on short notice for a massage before her surgery. My wife said that it was the best massage she has had to date. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and the people at the front desk were beyond great! Don't hesitate to use this place and their services. If I had the option I'd give more stars.

Negative experience: I've been with this company for over a year now. The past month I have been unable to keep my appointment scheduled. They have both been canceled at the last minute with no availability within a week. I am a former NFL Linebacker and Military Veteran. My massage is my mental stability. I am looking for another service provider.

Negative experience: Tried for weeks to get a consult and appointment for laser hair removal. Was canceled twice and rescheduled to the next week and given the same excuse which was obviously not true. They also could have cared less about the situation, so I will go elsewhere. Unfortunate because this location is close to work and home and I loved that their pricing was posted online and therefore decided to go with them despite the reviews online and the older technology/fairly slower gun (compared to other well known places). The cost difference was enough for me to go to Elements instead but I can't even get in the door ‍♀️‍♀️.

Fantastic experience: Best place to get a massage and by far! I have had several therapists and all have been awesome, but Nicole is the best! Very personable and makes you feel at ease. Always feel great walking out there! I've been a client for probably 4 years at this point! Love it!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Elements for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional and clean. They more than made up for one small scheduling mistake. I see two of their therapists depending on what day and time I can go in. Unique does amazing work for TMJ. For the first time in forever my jaw is not clenched and painful.

Negative experience: Literally paid a lot of money for Brazilian laser hair removal. It clearly wasn’t done right because I still have to shave AT LEAST once a week or more, brought it up to the woman who did my laser hair removal and was told to get more sessions!!!! I’ve talked to many other people who have had laser hair removal, and they all tell me it should have been painful, well it wasn’t, bc it clearly wasn’t done right. Counted that $$$ as a loss, NEVER going back not even for touch up, going somewhere else that does a better job. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, AND DON’T GO HERE!

Negative experience: So I booked through Groupon on what seemed like a great deal for 6 laser hair removal sessions. My first encounter was just ok as the women at the reception desk just sat and loudly gossiped about their co-workers. It didn’t bother me much until the other unprofessional events occurred. Literally every session I book is either rescheduled last minute or cancelled due to their nurse practitioners schedule which is “out of their control” as they expressed. The practitioners only are there twice a week which is already difficult to work with. 2 minutes from my appointment time they called and said once again I was cancelled because the nurse was on the other side of town and it was out of their control. I drive 45 minutes away for these appointments and take off work. After expressing how much of an inconvenience they were causing they still did it again. I wouldn’t waste my time or money as far as the laser hair removal is concerned! Extremely unprofessional environment and service. I only was able to get one out of 6 sessions. At this point I just want a refund because I can’t keep gambling my time for these people.

Fantastic experience: I had a fabulous therapist named Unique. I've been having back problems and she found every tight muscle and knew just how to massage them so they can begin to heal. She is an awesome therapist!

Fantastic experience: I started laser treatments many years ago when it was a new technology. It was strong and kinda painful. I was nervous going into Elements for laser (I hadn’t had laser hair removal done in over 12 years). The technology is updated. The treatments don’t hurt. I didn’t have to protect my teeth (fillings) from the laser. The treatment on my upper lip didn’t hurt as I had expected it too. I’m glad I went. Since I have PCOS, I will always need laser hair removal treatments for my face. With the pandemic subsiding and the masks coming off- I couldn’t procrastinate any longer.

Positive experience: I paid for a full session that was not done only minor touch ups thinking I was going to pay $75 because the lady on the phone told me that when I asked her. But because I was honest when she asked me what I normally pay for a touch up and said I did not know so I was charged for a full session. I will be reaching out to the owner to see if I can get the whole thing done that I paid for. I think the nurse was ready to just leave. I told her to hit whatever needs to be done and she did maybe 10 hairs on my neck and 2 on my chin. I can actually feel my mustache right now .

Negative experience: Drove 30 minutes for an appointment that was scheduled on line. Show up only to find out appointment was canceled because the card they had on file was expired. They said they tried to reach out.... they did not. So they canceled my appointment. They willl charge 50 bucks if they're time is not respected as they should but if it's the other way around just deal with it? I guess I will.. by not ever going there again and telling everyone I know not to go there.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for me and my fiancé for a massage for both of us and facial for her one week before we drove to Jacksonville FL, 6 hrs away I constantly confirmed the appointments all week We show up on time and fill out all the paperwork We waited for 15-20 minutes The receptionist then comes to us and says The person scheduled to perform the services didn’t show up for work so they can’t accommodate us because they have no room in their schedule, keep in mind we’re only here for the day and I was trying to give her something special for her birthday. If you are planning to visit Jacksonville, I would strongly suggest you find someone else to provide these services

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using the Elements center all was good from checking in offerings Fugi water or hot-tea to the nice mellow zen music to the massage therapist himself. He was very personal and really concentrated on the problem areas and even gave me a consultation at the end on exercise and posture I can do to help better those areas. Fantastic experience: I have the best massage therapist... Alexis. She is by far the most talented and knowledgeable therapist I have ever had. I have seen her for several years. I have a lot of problems with my L hip after a total hip replacement. My body had developed a lot of scar tissue and Adhesions. I had to walk with a cane. After two months with Alexis, I have not used a cane sense. I also have a lot of issues with my neck shoulders and back. If it was not for her I would be in a wheelchair or bedbound!**********. 11 stars in my book

Fantastic experience: Don’t go anywhere else for laser hair removal! The machine they use is virtually painless. Elements of Therapy (Beach&Hodges) was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Friendly, professional, informative and made me feel very comfortable. The prices are reasonable - not the lowest in town but not the highest - but I didn’t want the lowest bidder/high volume salon lasering my skin.

Fantastic experience: William was very informative on my lymphatic drainage massage. I really enjoyed it. My body felt 100% better afterwards. Thanks.

Negative experience: I paid for laser hair removal on my chin and lip. I literally have 2 hairs about 1 inch from my chin and they said, "that's on your neck, you have to pay $500 more for those 2 hairs" and she wouldn't do it. I have other areas that need work but I went to hello Smooth. The rooms are nicer, machines are stronger and the people are more friendly. Sorry EOT, you lost more than one very hairy customer.

Positive experience: I like this place. They are really helping me with what I need done, but they could work on listening to the customers needs better. I understand they know what they are doing when it comes to laser hair removal, but I also know my own body and how it works. My first 3 treatments I don't feel like the lady that was taking care of me was listening to what I needed. She didn't want to burn me or hurt me, but I know I can handle it and I need the hair gone. My 4th treatment I got a new lady and she adjusted the machine to my liking and now I am seeing real results. The difference in results from the first 3 and my 4th treatment is so big. I feel like I wasted 3 treatments. They could have been better. Overall, they are helping me to get this hair gone and I am excited.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from out of town, this place was recommended by someone at the restaurant i was eating. Made a call and was fortunate enough to get an massage appointment within a couple hours. My massage therapist Betty was GREAT! I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage, should have gotten the 90 minutes. I do recommend The Element and Betty as your masseuse. Will definitely return when back in the area.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been coming here for years for massages & she offered to get me one so I decided why not. Man, when I say that Alexis took out ALL the tension in my body, I mean she made me into a noodle because I was so relaxed & loose by the end of my session. Alexis was very kind, pleasant to converse with, & took out all the tension from my shoulder & lower back (where most tension is held for me). Would 100% go back again.

Fantastic experience: Walter is really great with providing deep tissue therapeutic massages. The stretching techniques he uses during his massages work wonders to relieve one of pain. He is very kind and very professional, as is the staff . The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. I like that I have a choice in what lotion is used during a massage, and that the music can be has a lock a more quieter atmosphere. Thank you Elements of Therapy, and a huge thank you to Walter!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic massage!!!!! At an amazing price!!! I am SO pleased with my experience at the Elements. And I must give a huge shoutout to my therapist, Lauren, who was phenomenal. Her massage was among the best I’ve ever had - and I get a lot of massages. Previously I would get my massages at the Ritz Carlton or Ponte Vedra Spa because I wanted to ensure I had a high quality massage, but this massage with Lauren at the elements was equal to, if not better! I have never felt more relaxed and stress free than I did after this massage. Thank you to the elements and Lauren for helping me with my back and shoulder pain. I can’t wait to come back next month!

Fantastic experience: Lauren was amazing! She provided the most therapeutic massage I’ve EVER experienced. Her massage therapy was 100X better than my physical therapy and she made me feel so comfortable. My pain level the next day had gone from 8/10 to 2/10 just from one session. But! Don’t be hogging her all up!!! She’s mine! :)

Positive experience: As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a smile and was provided with the clipboard I needed to sign my papers. The massager I was assigned, I believe her name was Channel, was very good at her job. She made sure I was comfortable and ensured that she had permission to do exactly what she needed without going against my wishes.

Negative experience: I had a 10 am appointment for a teeth whitening service that had to be rescheduled 3 hours later due to front desk staff being late, and my esthetician never coming to get me for my service after 27 minutes of being there.... Delaina, my esthetician, was very nice and I was satisfied with my results but the full experience wasn’t worth the money, time, or gas.

Positive experience: Alexis was my massage therapist and does a great job. Everything is very clean and offers a warm and relaxing environment. My only complaint is that the massage was not a full 90 minutes and was more like 75 minutes. A bit disappointing and misleading. I think this is just policy to allow for changing time but I feel this should be communicated with clients or offer the full time and build in the additional time and schedule appointments accordingly. I also don’t care for the fact that you have to pay additional money if you want aromatherapy incorporated. Most places I have been include this without an upcharge. I would still go back but these are a couple things I just don’t care for.

Fantastic experience: Very nice atmosphere and the massage was awesome.

Negative experience: Went for a consultation at their Hodges location and was not treated in a professional manner. The laser professional only told me what I should expect for treatment but never examined my skin once to see what treatment would work specifically for me. She actually stayed on the other side of the room and spat out generic laser instructions. She was uneducated about different lasers and also gave me multiple examples of how some people have been burned. The consultation was a waste of time and left me feeling very uneasy about the treatment. I won’t be back here for laser treatment and will seek more professional office for service.
