Fantastic experience: I am 7 weeks out from lipo and Ab/Ex after losing 130 lbs. I needed somewhere I could not only afford, but have minimal time off. I ran across a FB ad for Sono Bello and decided to go for a free consultation. The staff and nurses have been so wonderful! All my questions and concerns were/have been addressed, they show genuine care for their patients. My surgeon was great and the procedure went smoothly, as has the healing! Shout out to Nurse Riley (sp?) for the amazing playlist during the procedure! I was back to work in 5 days. I follow all the instructions and they send great follow up videos too. I highly recommend Sono Bello and the Troy office!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Sono Bello has been fantastic. Tomorrow marks 8 weeks post-op, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Faisal Al-Mufarrej truly transformed my body at age 50. I wanted a flat stomach and a smaller waist, and that's exactly what I've achieved. I'm excited to see the results in six months, as I know I still have some swelling. A big thank you to all the nurses who supported me throughout this journey! I provide another update in 4 months with photos.

Fantastic experience: I considered going to Sono Bella for several years. I thought that I was being selfish for wanting to spend money on myself. I thought that a gal like myself didn't deserve the experience. It's now 8 months later and I feel simply fabulous! I did "deserve" it! I am very very happy with the results. My husband is happy, as I am overall just happier. Happy Wife. Happy Life! My only question is why did I wait so long? Dr. Centino was there for me every step of the way. Negative experience: Don't do it, they make you put $1,000 down and will make you sign up for a credit card. The work isn't even either even when you try to come back and ask for them to correct it. They won't, save your money and time don't bother.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was easy and I actually had fun. Dr Al explained everything he was going to do in detail. His nurse Hannah omg she’s wonderful. She held my hand because I was so nervous. There is nothing to be nervous about. The whole office is wonderful. Everything is clean and the waiting area makes you so comfortable. If you looking for a pick me up I recommend Sono Bello. I’m a big baby so for me they made me feel like a spoiled baby. The process beginning to end was better than any experience I ever had at the doctor office.

Negative experience: Comershals say it will change you're life , It did mine I paid 13k & lost 4 pounds ... I'm 13k lighter that's for sure, don't be mislead....

My scar is absolutely perfect! The scar healed perfect , my contour at 3 months post op is amazing and i feel as good as my body looks! I will forever scream Dr Al’s name from the mountain tops! Negative experience: I had a surgery last year and it went well. The doctor and the nurses were nice, however for the price i paid i thought i’d get better results:/ It was not worth it at all!! And they don’t tell you anything other than “you should do it, you’ll look great” and after that they say they can’t do anything because it wouldn’t look good. You probably can get better and more honest results somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: So I had been thinking of getting surgery to help with my menopausal weight gain and I pulled the trigger and went in for a consult. Kristy is who I had an initial visit with and she was so easy to talk to and make suggestions for my treatment plan. The next step was my pre-op appt where I met Dr Al and Hannah ( who is adorable and sweet) and they answered all my questions and made sure I was ready for the big day! Day of surgery was 3 days ago, and it went flawless!! I hate that I don’t remember my nurses name as she deserves recognition! She was so kind, patient and gentle!! Dr Al was amazing! I am excited to see the results in a few months but my pain level is minimal and I am able to resume light activity and plan on going back to work tomorrow!!! Negative experience: LIARS!!!! Don’t trust any of their plastic faces. Once you pay your money they begin to show you who they really are. They promise to take good care of you but they don't keep appointments, always seen late, and they will tell you they will call you to reschedule but they never do.

Positive experience: I didn’t like that you meet with an consultant and she suggests what you should get they suggested Lipo 360 which I’m un happy with my belly still looks big like I did t get anything done I feel like I waisted my money I wish I would have gotten a Dr opinion and talk more with the Dr before scheduling and getting it done I probably would’ve went with a ABex instead then I had an appointment to go back I was canceled and no one answers my call when I try to call back I would most definitely do not recommend this place to no one

Fantastic experience: We’ll start with the consult. I worked with Kristy, super easy and simple process. I told her what I wanted and I decided to set up the appointment. I saw vita for my pre op along with Dr.Al and it was a great time. Vita was amazing and really made me lose any anxiousness I had. Dr.Al went over everything he was going to do the next day and I was overall happy. Surgery day comes and I was greeted by my nurse Hannah. She was amazing! She really helped me with any anxiety I had because I do not like needles. She helped distract me while Dr. Al did the injections and I honestly didn’t even feel anything. Dr. Al is such an amazing surgeon and his communication skills post op are amazing. It really helps me relax that my surgeon responds so quick with any concerns that I have. 3 days later my soreness has pretty much died down. Swelling of course is there and is in a different spot everyday but I’m not in much pain anymore. Surgery was great. Felt like 20 minutes even though it was 2.5 hours. I didn’t feel any pain and I don’t regret anything. So happy with the results so far. Again thank you so so much to Dr. Al , Vita and Hannah ❤️

Fantastic experience: Firstly, everyone is so kind and perpared for the tasks they were given. The nurse held my hand at the minor uncomfortable times and gave me a sense that she was always right there for me. Dr. Mucci was absolutely incredible, I had undergone this procedure in a different setting and I can honestly say this was just amazing. Being able to watch what was happening and knowing Dr. Mucci was doing everything to the best abilities was a sense of relief to know I was in such great hands. He even had me laughing during the procedure. This could not have went any better, thankyou to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I had the AbEx and lipo done yesterday. Dr. Al is fantastic, passionate, and talented. He made me feel so at ease, and relax I didn't really feel hardly anything. Morgan was my nurse and put me so at ease also, it was like talking to an old friend. I am 24 hours out and little pain, just tender. I am drinking a lot of water, taking meds as prescribed and moving around. Can't wawait to take a shower and take off some of the padding. I will keep you updated Thank you Dr. Al and Morgan. Update:2-2024 Went for 1 week post op, and thrilled. When I checked in the front desk editor asked how I was doing and the post-op nurse was even more caring. Positive experience: So far so good! Had my initial consult and am excited to start this journey to better physical and mental health and wellbeing! Initial rating 5 Update: Tomorrow I go in for my procedure and boy have I been a bundle of nerves! The team at the Troy office has been so accommodating and kind dealing with my anxiety and multiple calls with questions! I can't wait to see the results :) Post op Update: updated rating 4 I’m now 5 days post op and have some info I’m sure others will find helpful… First off I have to admit I kinda rushed myself into this process and probably should have slowed down to do more options research before signing the paperwork with Sono Bello. With that said, I think choosing this specific office was a lucky move. I had my consult Monday, flew out for work Tuesday and returned Friday with a lot of questions and anxiety because I’d had some drinks with my team. Reading through the pre-op package it said no alcohol the week prior to procedure and to contact the clinic if there were any slip ups. Contacting the clinic and getting a response was harder than I expected. But post op it’s been even more difficult to get responses from anyone on my actual procedure team. Hannah and Mallory were my nurses and my surgeon was Dr Centeno. The whole team was welcoming, kind and reassuring. I think they could tell I was nervous and second guessing my decision. They had trouble getting the IV in and after 2 unsuccessful attempts Mallory got someone else to do it. When they put it in, it felt wrong and I told them that doesn’t feel right. She assured me it was fine and that she wouldn’t have been able to flush it if it weren’t in a vein. Sure enough it wasn’t in my vein and it’s a good thing there wasn’t an emergency because the saline went into my muscle and my arm was wildly swollen as a result. It took two days for my arm to absorb the saline and return to normal size. The procedure itself was only painful in a few spots mainly near the spine (I got my waist and abdomen done) and because you’re not totally out you’re able to tell the dr when it hurts. I don't think they did anything about it like add more lidocaine to the spots but you’re loopy enough that you just doze in and out despite the pain. Post op you’re still kinda loopy and out the door before you’re really fully back to normal. As a result we had no chance to tell them about the IV issue and since we knew it would self resolve my husband said to give it a couple days and if it wasn’t back to normal we’d make a stink about it…lol. Luckily it resolved on its own without any lasting issues that I can tell so far. Now I admit that I am a nervous Nelly over this procedure but it certainly feels like the moment the money is paid and the procedure is done, it’s very hard to get in touch with your procedure team. I left a couple of messages for Hanna and Mallory none of which were returned. When you call you either get the receptionist who answers your questions or takes a message then you don’t get a call back. It’s not super reassuring to ask questions and only have the word of a receptionist on what/how you should do/proceed in any give instance. Id like to think they do this because of the churn and burn business model and not because they already have your money an no longer care but the only time I actually got a call back was before the procedure when I was desperately trying to make sure it was still ok to have the procedure since I did mess up and have 3 drinks the week before. Once they did the procedure I couldn’t get a call back. I did however get a 3 days post op follow up call from Dr Centeno. I did tell him I was seeing more swelling on the right vs left side which he said was normal at this point. I failed to ask him about the pain near my spine which I definitely will be asking about at my one week post op appt which will be in a couple of days. I’m between garment sizes which worries me as we went with the size up and the medium is still too tight while the large feels too loose day 5. Will revisit rating after my 1 week appt.

Fantastic experience: The friendliness and care received by all of the staff is stellar. The front desk, consultants, nurses, and techs are very knowledgeable, give straight answers, and help direct you to get the results you are looking for during and after care. Dr Al - I can’t praise him enough! Friendliest, coolest, down to earth surgeon who was honest and WOW my after procedure look was immediately different and I loved and love how I look and feel now. I highly recommend SonoBello start to finish.

My surgery started at 0730 and I was heading home by 1000 just like I was told. Later that evening I received a call from Dr. Mucci himself! My team, Brooke and Dr. Mucci, were the best!

Fantastic experience: I went to sonobello to remove belly fat. Come to find out I don't have belly fat. I have visceral fat that can not be remove by subcutaneous. I spoke with Shawna the best consultant at sonobello she could easy take money and do what I want to do. But she was very honest with me that they could not help me. I would recommend if you ever go to sonobello please ask fir Shawna because you will receive nothing but honesty.

Fantastic experience: I am one day po and I feel amazing!! After 24 hrs, I took a shower and seen myself for the first time since surgery. Not a single bruise, hardly any drainage and my pain is a minimal. I honestly am in shock with how amazing this whole experience has been. From my consultation to my pre op to my surgery all within 10 days…. I didn’t know what to think and seeing pictures of others and researching, I was so scared. This experience has been life changing. The staff in Troy were all so welcoming. Dr Mucci was awesome. I’m seriously in shock that in 24 hours I feel so good. A sincere thank you to all for making me feel beautiful again. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt beautiful head to toe. Definitely recommend!!

Negative experience: Please! Don’t waste your money! They don’t remove enough skin and they do not remove enough fat to get fabulous results. It is better to go to Miami and get a real liposuction or tummy tuck.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend SonoBello versus any hospital stay for any surgery, not necessary for hospitalization. I was comfortable through the entire procedure never felt an ounce of pain and am ecstatic with the outcome. The surgeon, Dr Mucci, and his nursing staff were very concerned about my comfort level at all times, and in my opinion out of the five star rating deserve a 10. What was amazing to me was I was waiting for the procedure to start and it was almost was already over. There are some things that we all have to physically put up with as we grow older, but feeling uncomfortable in our skin is not one of them. SonoBello helped me feel like I am in the best physical condition I could be. I thank Sonobello, Dr Mucci and the nursing staff wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: BE VERY AWARE , YOU MUST SIGN that if the Doctor finds you a good candidate and you change your mind they take over $2,500 NO MATTER WHAT! IF YOU SMOKE ( YOU HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF SKIN NECROSIS/TISSUE DEATH) and the Doctor still will work on you the next day (with high risk of necrosis) after meeting with him and unless you say "do you think I should wait to minimize the risk, then he'll reschedule the operation. However, this made me feel very unsafe and untrusting of them and their practices. So, be very aware..... move with great caution and only agree if you take this and everything into consideration. Please read everything before you're obligated to pay for something you begin to not want after they scare you. I know from my own personal experience. Be blessed and be safe.They very NICE until you change your mind.

Fantastic experience: I had a liposuction procedure done at Sono Bello in Troy Michigan. I can tell you that Dr. Al and Morgan were the best they were very personable and professional. All the staff that I have meet with and and in contact with have been so nice, helpful and professional. If you want or need work done contact them.

Fantastic experience: Venus was the best thing I did after my lipo surgery. I was having a lot of tenderness in my hips area and lumps in my abdomen and the venous treatments helped right away to even those areas out and give me relief. Christina is amazing and super friendly she will take care of you!

Negative experience: One word- GREED!!!!! This place is just GREEDY! I HATE how you have to meet with the consultants first (SALES ASSOCIATES) before you see the Doctor. The Doctor has no say in pricing they do. The sales reps are just greedy they don't care about giving you a decent rate they're just charging anything not going off of your BMI, just quoting prices. They get a commission off of you. You can't even see the Doctor until you put $2000 down non refundable after you pay that you can see the Doctor. A tummy tuck is not actually a tummy tuck more so skin removal and everyone does not get the same results depending on how much muscle damage you have, but the SALES REPS don't tell you that. The doctors are really good there, but the SALES REPS at SB is a major turn off! They smile and act like they care but you're just a walking dollar sign. Again, Doctors are amazing, but the SALES REP, NEED TO GO! They would be better off hiring nurses and giving them commission, at least they wouldn't be SALES REPS!!
